The Site is doomed.
No one is replying my numerous emails, no update on Twitter or anything...
People can hardly see the stories' update or new chapters. Reviews are often blocked.
The app is primitive and the site is... stone aged.
I have written over 1.1 million words here with 25 works from nearly a dozen fandoms. FFN is really comfortable for me. So simple UI and all...
Yet...
Zero maintainence...
Numerous glitches...
Spams...
It's really saddening.
I wouldn't have been disheartened this much had it not been for a new notification to pop up every time I open the app.
The notification is asking me to delete my story: 'Synthetic Shinobi'. No solution, just 'yes' or 'remind me later' type stuff.
The amount of spam has increased greatly over the months. These bots are evolving, almost sounding like humans. Not to mention the amount of spam PMs...
Should I permanantly migrate to AO3? Or not? I will basically lose all my thousands of friends here on FFN, starting from scratch is hard.
Is AO3 more popular? What about the traffic there? Will these beloved works of mine be loved there too? How popular is AO3?
Is My Hero Academia popular there? What about Naruto fics? Re:Zero fics? Fate? Jujutsu Kaisen fics? RWBY? SpyXFamily? One Punch Man? Demon Slayer? Attack On Titan? Tanya the Evil...?
