Persona reference incoming.

Hinata kept staring at her reflection that came to life, staying quiet for minutes, before finally being able talk.

"Oh...my...GOOOOOOSSSSSSSHHHH!" She squealed. Hinata runs up to her reflection and looks with utter amazement. "This is so awesome, best labyrinth EVER!"

"Uh, you know it girl." Her reflection replied, matching her enthusiasm.

"You wanna say it?"

"You betcha."

They step away from each other and clear their throats.

"No! You're not me!" Hinata exclaimed dramatically.

"Hahahahahahahah!" The fake Hinata maliciously laughed. "I am a shadow...the true self."

They both started to squeal together. "This is so much fun!"

"Well this is annoying."

Meld had just saw his reflection came to life, it had his old black hair, a white complexion and his armor was also pure white.

"Your suspicions are correct...me. The labyrinth's theme is to..." The reflection trailed off.

"Overcome one's self." Meld finished, the voice they heard before were already a big clue.

"You must've remember what I said to you back then."

Meld remained quiet.

"You know it, don't you? It was our fault that his majesty died!" Meld's expression remains the same as his reflection points his sword at him.

Hinata and her fake were currently sitting at a table, playing old maid.

"Hey, aren't you suppose to be dumping some emotional trauma on me?" Hinata asked.

"Oh yeah." Her reflection simply said while taking one of Hinata's cards.

"Back in Orcus, if you had just convinced Hinata to go back to Heiligh, we could've prevented Eri's scheme, no one would've suffered that day!"

Instead of replying, Meld simply takes out his sword and points it at the fake. "Are you done?"

"Heh, are you just gonna ignore what I'm saying?" Fake Meld also draws his sword. "Let's see how long you last."

Hinata and her reflection were now building a house of cards together.

"So what were you supposed to say?"

"Oh, just that you're not actually sure about going home. You considered lying to everyone and tell them you can't go home even with Concept Magic, so you can stay here where your power reigns supreme, Akira and Meld would be more than happy to lie with you if you asked." Fake Hinata explained.

"Oh..." Hinata nods. "Makes sense."

Two great swords clashes, their impacts were causing shockwaves.

"You didn't even have to stick together, you could've parted ways with those two after getting out. But no, you decided to forsake your oath and your duty! Infinity Gust!" Meld gets blown away when his reflection summons tornado, but he manages to break it apart.

"Tell me, can you really keep living on while knowing that?" The fake Meld demanded.

"What kind of question is that?" Meld gave a determined look. "Of course I can!"

Hinata and her reflection had notebooks all over the table, being the otaku's they are, each book was filled with a bunch anime related content, such as theories and fanfic ideas.

"Hey Me, I've been meaning to ask, if we're equal in power and intelligence, wouldn't we have ended up fighting forever?"

"Nah, you don't have to worry about that, the point of the trial is to overcome your negative selves, the more you real people accept us, the weaker we get." The reflection explained.

"Huh, is that so?" Hinata just shrugged and continued writing.

"You can? Even with your king dead? Even with your home in shambles?!"

"Yes." Meld instantly answered. "Because even when you add all of that up..." He clenches his free fist. "That is nothing, compared to what SHE WENT THROUGH!"

His reflection knew who he meant, a young girl who got screwed over by a god was still standing strong, Meld would never dare to let himself wallow in his own failures and regret, knowing that a certain synergist was still alive and kicking. "Unlike us, she lost everything, our king maybe dead, but neither is his kingdom nor his legacy!"

Meld knows that Liliana and Lundel can make Heighligh better than it was before, because now that they know the truth of Ehit. And as they do that, he'll protect them all the way.

Of course, he is still saddened by the king's death, but he knows it's too late to change that. The only thing he can do is help his successors, even if they decided to punish him for his choices that day, he would gladly take it.

"Besides, I would never regret following Hinata." He proudly stated. "Now, prepare yourself!" Meld charges at great speed, he brings down which his reflection tried to block with his own, which didn't really matter.

"Fluctuator." Meld increases the weight of his sword using gravity magic.

"Skullcrusher." His sword was powered up by Mana.

"Limiter Removal." And he increased his strength with evolution magic.

His fake was able to use the same spells he did to counter him, but his power still paled in comparison, because he was getting weaker as Meld kept accepting that part of him.

The fake's blade eventually broke, just before the sword comes down and crushes him, he smiles.

Meld sees his reflection's corpse disappears. He then sees a part of the wall melting, revealing a pathway and he goes through it. "Hinata, hold on."

"Anddddd done." Hinata closes her notebook and stores all the item. "So...I guess we gotta fight now?" She awkwardly asked her reflection.

"Girl, what are you talking about? Why would we fight just because the labyrinth told us to." Fake Hinata asked. "I got a better idea." She pulls out a gun and aims it at her head.

"Woah, seriously?!" Hinata gasped

"What? I ain't human, so it's no big deal."

'But it's still a little traumatizing, seeing myself doing this.' Hinata thought. "So is there anything else I should know before you...do that?"

"Yup, you need to be nicer to the guys."

"Dammit! Shouldn't have asked." Hinata instantly regretted.

"Well anyway, see ya me, good luck with...you know what." Hinata shifted uncomfortably, knowing what her reflection was referring to.

The reflection prepares itself, she twirls her gun before aiming at her head again. "Persona!"

BANG

Hinata watches her reflection's body fall to the ground before vanishing. A part of the wall melts and she goes through the pathway it made.

"Huff..huff..."

"Is that all you can do, me?"

Shizuku angrily glares at her white haired copy, who had a devilish smile on her face. Shizuku herself was covered in cuts, but she still stood strong.

"Flash Blitz."

"Flash Blitz."

Shizuku started her relentless attacks, with the fake Shizuku matching every strike with the same level of speed and power. Shizuku was just about to reach for her scabbard when-

"Shock Slugger." Shizuku felt massive pain as something thrusted right into her stomach and she gets electrocuted by a surge of electricity.

"AAAAAGGGGHHH!"

"Swallow's gambit." The fake uttered.

Shizuku weakly raises her head while still reeling from pain.

"That's the move you were trying to do."

Swallow's gambit is method where you would distract your opponent with your sword and then hit them with your sheath. It was a part of the Yaegashi style, a form of fighting that combines kenjutsu and taijutsu, and has been passed down the Yaegashi line.

Shizuku had actually not been able to use it, due to Heiligh not knowing what a katana is. But that problem was fixed when Hinata gave her one.

"It's actually surprising we can use it so well, considering..."

"Shut up!" Shizuku tries going for another strike, only to be kicked away by her reflection.

"Considering we hated learning it." Fake Shizuku stated, causing Shizuku to internally panic. "You know it don't you? Ever since grandpa saw our natural talent and made us train in kendo at such a young age, it was pure agony."

"That's not true!" Shizuku denied.

"But it is, we didn't want to be swinging wooden swords, we wanted to do girly things, play with dolls, wear cute clothes, and talk about boys." Fake Shizuku taunted. "But we didn't, because we were total pushovers."

"Stop it!" Shizuku charges again, but just as she thought she was gonna hit her reflection fake Shizuku disappeared and reappeared behind Shizuku. Mere moments later, a large slash wound appears on Shizuku's back and she falls to her knees.

"That's how we really are, we didn't have the courage to say no to anyone, let alone our families." Fake Shizuku turns around and looks down on the the real Shizuku. "Its not just Kendo, do you remember when our middle school had a play?"

"STOP IT!"

Ignoring her real counterpart's demand, fake Shizuku continued. "It was a classic damsel in distress story, we wanted to play the princess, but everyone insisted on us playing the knight, and being the pushover you are, you obeyed their command."

"I SAID...stop...please..." Her demanding tone was now replaced by that of begging.

"But you ended up wanting that role in real life, you hoped some handsome prince would save you from your troubles, and you thought that he had come, when you met that idiot of a hero, Kouki." Shizuku spat that last part with disgust. "You thought that he would be the one to rescue you, but that couldn't be farther the truth."

"No..." Shizuku whimpered.

"One time, a girl that liked Kouki had said the exact words "You're a girl?" right to your face. And what did your "prince" do? Scold the girl? Try to console you? No."

Shizuku holds her head in pain, not wanting to remember that memory.

"He just blew it off, saying that the girl didn't mean any harm, that's when you knew he wasn't the one." Fake Shizuku's smile started to grow. "But you know who is?"

"No! Don't say it!" Shizuku panicked.

"Kaori." Fake Shizuku simply said. "Kaori was the only one that said I should be the princess, Kaori was the only one that encouraged me to be more selfish, Kaori even protested to grandpa about the hair thing, she is my prince, to simply put it..."

"No..." Shizuku starts to get up despite the pain.

"I love Kaori!" Shizuku's reflection declared proudly.

"AAAAAAAAHHHHHH!" Shizuku collects her remaining strength and charges forward, preparing to use-

"Still too slow, Thunder Blossom." Her reflection's sword was filled with electricity, she sliced her, and the electricity formed a flower.

"GAGH!" Shizuku crashed onto the wall, she can barley see her reflection waling closer with the same irritating smile.

"I wonder why you never told her that...? Oh wait, I already know.."

Shizuku couldn't yell a response like she usually does when she hears her copy talk

"It was out of guilt, for what you may ask? For hating Nagumo of course."

Shizuku's face was full of fear.

"When she hung out with Kaori, she acted like her true self, something we couldn't do. She was everything we wanted to be, free and not influenced by others, and that sowed the seeds of hatred." Shizuku kept panicking, thinking of what she can do as the fake kept talking. "We knew about the other kids bullying her, and we also knew Kouki had no right reprimanding her on a daily basis for no good reason, but did we do anything? Nooooo, we didn't stop Kouki or anyone else, we just kept giving half hearted apologies to Nagumo."

The fake Shizuku reached the real one and looked down at the weak state she was in. "Would Kaori still love us after finding that out? If she knew that we were happy when Hinata fell down in Orcus?"

Tears started to appear on Shizuku's eyes.

"We thought that Kaori was finally gonna be ours, but when we saw how distraught she was, we started to forget our hatred, especially when Hinata saved us twice, but just because we forgot it, doesn't mean it just disappeared, when Hinata and Kaori were hanging out again, those feelings came back. So...what are you gonna do now?"

Shizuku Yaegashi, who was perceived as a strong and brilliant sword master was cowering in fear. "Help...me..." She cries. "I don't want to die...somebody... anybody...please...help me."

"You're finally showing your true colors, too bad it's too late." Shizuku can only watch as her reflection raise her sword, and brings ot down, ready to finish her off.

Shizuku closes her eyes in fear, bracing for the end...that doesn't come. She opens her eyes and sees the disgruntled face of her copy, her sword was between two fingers of a hand coming from behind her.

Shizuku just noticed that the wall behind her had disappeared, and now ther was only...

"Nagumo?"

"Sup, came here in a very convenient time, plot armor, am I right?"

Fake Shizuku clicks her tongue and intends to kick Shizuku right in her wound, but Hinata simply pulled Shizuku behind, causing the fake to stop.

"Sorry, but the fake me ratted you phonies out, you're only programmed to attack what's in the room." Fake Shizuku grits her teeth, she tries to take her sword away, but to no avail. "Sooooo...see ya." Hinata kicks Shizuku's reflection while also letting go of her sword, the fake crashes onto the tree.

Hinata turns to the injured Shizuku. "Now for you." She takes out a vial of ambrosia and forcefully feeds it Shizuku. "Don't spit, just swallow."

Normally she would think twice before using ambrosia, but with no healers and Shizuku's condition, she had no time to think.

"Pwah!" Shizuku finished drinking. "Nagumo, how are you here?"

"I finished my trial and a path appeared, I followed it and here I am."

Shizuku's wounds start to disappear, and she started to regain her energy. "Alright, good as new, round 2 baby, let's go!"

"Nagumo...I-I can't.." Shizuku's voice was full of fear.

Hinata just realized that unlike her, others like Shizuku might've had a harder time, even if she didn't understand.

She internally sighs. 'Screw it, time for some empathy.'

She grabs Shizuku's shoulders and looks straight at the girl's eyes. "Yaegashi, GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER!" She ordered while shaking Shizuku.

Hinata eventually stopped. "Where is this coming from? You're suppose to be the competent one!" She points at the white haired Shizuku, who was frustrated while waiting right outside the doorway. "I don't know what your problem is, but I do know you're more than that person over there."

"Nagumo..." A bit of Shizuku's sadness started fading away.

"You're still the most competent person out of that gaggle of idiots called classmates, even more than the Shirasakis, because they can be kinda loony, and even more than Nakamura, but only because she has bad taste in men."

"Wait, what?" Shizuku went from being touched to being confused.

"You're not like the other three idiots that came with you as package deal, you cleared Haltina's test, unlike your sorry excuse for friends."

"Uh..."

"If you hadn't gotten evolution magic, there's no way I would've given those three hopeless fools another chance, because they're that retarded, the same goes for all of our other classmates, except the Shirasakis."

"Ok! This has become more about insulting our classmates, how is this a pep talk?"

"Look, what I'm saying is that you shouldn't put yourself down, because everybody else is very much worse than you." Hinata said while somehow sounding sympathetic

"That just means I'm better in comparison! How is that supposed to make me feel better?!"

Hinata smirked. "You're smiling aren't you?"

"Huh?"

Hinata moves away, and Shizuku looks at her normal non living reflection in the wall, and just like Hinata said, she was smiling.

"There, all you needed was some comic relief." Hinata gives Shizuku a pleasant smile. "So, are you ready?"

Shizuku hadn't realized it, but while listening to Hinata's "pep" talk, the emotional pain she felt before was gon. After realizing that Hinata helped her to feel better, Shizuku gives a very sure nod and stands up.

"Oh really?" Fake Shizuku spoke up. "Are you sure you can-"

"Smoke bomb." Hinata cuts her off, while throwing something on the ground.

"What the-"

The area near doorway was covered in smoke, the next thing the reflection knew was feeling the same kick from before. She gets kicked out of the cloud of smoke, she then looks up and sees Shizuku leaping out of the smoke with her sword above her head.

"Thunder Blossom." She thrusts her Katana down, the electricity it generated formed a flower, making contact with the fake.

After that she pulls out her sword attacks again. "Flash Blitz."

"This again?Flash Blitz."

And so another clash of space cutting strikes begin. "Still using the same-"

"Severance." Shizuku cuts her copy' s taunting by using repulsion skill to blow her away, she had used another skill, Confluence to absorb the energy of her strikes from before.

"Gah!" The copy crashes to the tree again, and Shizuku starts to walk closer.

"You were right."

Her reflection charges forward and the two clash swords once again. "I did resent Nagumo, but she has saved my life three times now." Shizuku does a flip jump over her reflection to dodge her attack. "And I fully intend to be grateful for that." She slices her reflection's back, as a form of payback.

She jumps back when the reflection swings back to try and hit her. The fake ran towards her again, but using her attack as pivot point, Shizuku rotates around her and lands another slice, this was another Yaegashi style move, Slipstream.

"I also intend to be grateful towards the teachings that has helped me survive, even if I didn't like it."

Shizuku jumps back again, and the to Shizukus face each other. "As for Kaori, I don't know if she would ever forgive me, but I will never know unless I get out of here alive. So let's end this, Limiter Removal." Shizuku greatly enhances her strengths.

"Let's see if you can back that up, Limiter Removal." Shizuku's reflection does the same. The two run towards each other, swinging their swords.

After they passed each other, there a moment of silence, before Shizuku's hair tie was undone. As for her reflection, she was smiling, but not because she had won, it was actually the opposite.

"Congrats...me." Was the white haired Shizuku's final words, before her torso falls off her hip, and soon her whole body disappears.

Hinata goes over to Shizuku while clapping her hands. "Nice anime moment Yaegashi, that was amazi-Huh?"

Shizuku suddenly kneeled, placing her chin on Hinata's shoulder.

"Yaegashi...?"

"I'm...so...sorry...Waaaahhhh!" Shizuku suddenly bursted into tears. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm so sorry Hinataaaaaaaa!"

"GAH!"

Kaori's scream bounced off the ice walls, but it wasn't the real Kaori's. Her white haired and tanned reflection in black clothing looks at the real Kaori in pain.

"I know you still remember!" The fake screamed. "Your friend was targeted by everyone because of you, and you were completely clueless!"

Kaori remained quiet as swings her axe down, the fake tried to dodge, but was still hit by the shockwaves. She was then caught a bunch of chains of light, it wrapped around her limbs and pulled her back right into Kaori.

The fake Kaori was pulled right into the axe's blade. "Urk! How...how are you not affected at all?"

Kaori didn't even looked at her. "I already know what a bad friend I am, if I ever want to make it up to her, I won't die here."

Her reflection smiled after hearing her answer. "Is that so?" Kaori brings her axe forward, slicing her reflection in half.

After watching, the body disappear, she sees a doorway appearing, but a the same time, another one appeared, and Meld comes from it.

"Kaori."

"Meld."

Seeing the state of the room and the other doorway, Meld easily concluded what happened. "Seems like you finished your trial."

"Yup, just now."

"When I finished mine too, I simply followed the path and here I am."

"Guess that means that we'll eventually reunite with the others, I'm really worried for Suzu, Ryutaro, and Kouki I guess." She might disliked the boy now, but not so much that she wants him to die.

"What about Shizuku and the rest?"

"I know Hinata's team would be fine, and I also have faith in Shizuku."

"You trust her a lot, don't you?"

The priestess "Of course, she's amazing after all no matter what her repressed feelings are, I know she can handle it."

"Draconic Thunder!"

"Draconic Thunder."

Two massive dragons made of pure lightning clashes with each other, both ended up vanishing. Akira scowls, looking a his smiling reflection. "You're really getting on my nerves." This whole fight has been like this, any spell he used was countered by the same spell, the same goes for his physical attacks, it was a stalemate.

"Whatever you mean good sir?"

Akira grinds his teeth to make things worse, his reflection kept talking in an annoying tone. "Stop talking polite like that, it's annoying." He didn't like it...he didn't like this one bit.

"Oh? But I'm just talking the way we were taught to, right, Alear?"

"And don't call me that name!" Akira snapped. "I go by Akira now." He haD discarded that name for a reason, and he was in any rush to get it back.

"Aw come on, you can't ditch your birthname just like that. In fact, you can't ditch your past at all." Akira stiffened at the mention of his past.

"Let's begin from the start, you had the power of regeneration and unbelievable skills in magic, you were revered by everyone, our parents, our loyal servants, and of course...our uncle."

Akira jolted with fear, hearing that name.

"Oh yes, the uncle that we loved so much, the that betrayed and sealed us in that forsaken crystal!" The reflection exclaimed. "Hehe, do you remember? Due to our superior skills, our father had easily relinquished his throne to us, he and everyone knew it was for the good of the kingdom."

Despite his uncomfortableness, Akira kept quiet and let his copy continue.

"We fought tirelessly for our country, but still...YOU WERE BETRAYED! WE WERE BETRAYED!" Fake Akira screamed, projecting the emotion that Akira felt. "But it wasn't just that was it? Our parents and advisors had warned us about the possibility of his coup, but we defended him, refusing to exile him no matter what anyone said."

Akira gritted his teeth, recalling the memory.

"Not to mention, if he had simply wanted the throne, we would've gladly given it to him, but he never even talked about it with us." Fake Akira's smile dropped. "He suddenly grew so cold to us...even though we viewed him as father."

"On that, we can agree." Akira admitted, his uncle had always been more of father to him. But not because his birth father was bad or anything, he and Akira's mother always showered him with love, but perhaps it was too much love.

All he remembers about his parents was that they always gave him praises and never scolded him, unlike his uncle. He liked the compliment, but he did feel like parents shouldn't act like that, his uncle had no problem scolding him, like when he charged forward to battle alone.

He just never understood why his beloved uncle grew so cold and distant to him.

"We loved him, and we stood up for him when everyone wanted him gone, but he still betrayed us."

The real Akira simply kept his straight face, simply sighing. "So what?"

"Hm?"

"That betrayal scarred my heart, I'm not gonna deny that." Akira points his sword. "But if that betrayal led me to the woman I love, then I would gladly go through it again and again" He still cherished that memory, when Hinata saved him of her own volition, even though she wasn't that type of person, she still saved him.

Hinata might not return his feelings, but he will love her nonetheless, he made that same vow back in Orcus. And of course there was also something else. There was Meld, Shu, and Tio, his friends that he considers family.

"I see so that's the source of your strength." Fake Akira simply smiled. "But can you stay by her side?"

"...Huh?"

"Have you ever asked this question, why did uncle seal us?"

"Wha- To get rid of us."

"Why didn't he didn't just kill us then?" Akira's reflection shit another question.

"B-Because he couldn't-"

"Nah, that's not right." Akira was cut off. "He understood our powers just as much we do, he knew our regeneration relied on mana, so he would just need to keep killing us until we run out of mana. We both know that he was more than capable of accomplishing that."

Akira couldn't muster up any words he was too occupied on what his reflection was talking about.

"Let me ask you this, what was the last thing that uncle said to us?"

Akira tried his hardest to remember.

"I'm so sor- But there's no other w- One day, you will- that can lo- this is all- forget tha- love-."

Akira reaches his head in pain.

"Hehe, you were so angry at him that you couldn't hear what he was saying."

"Grr, what did he say?!" Akira demanded.

His reflection shrugged. "If you don't know then I don't know. You just need to keep asking yourself the right questions."

Words started to flood into Akira's brain.

Why did uncle seal me?

He didn't want to kill me?

Did he want the throne?

Was he trying to keep me safe?

But why in Orcus?

Was he trying to hide me?

Hide me from what?

Was it something I couldn't handle?

Is that thing still out there?

What if still comes after me?

Can I stay by Hinata's side?

"Looks like you got it." Fake Akira teased, seeing the expression on the real Akira.

"So? I'll ask again, can you-"

"Doesn't matter."

"?" Fake Akira raises an eyebrow.

"It doesn't matter if I'm gone, Hinata will still have Meld and the others." Akira stated, but instead of eyes full of determination, his eyes seemed...hollow.

"So that's your answer? Fine." The reflection shrugged. "I don't have any more memories to bring up, so let's just finish this."

The two vampires charged at each other, sword and magic ready, aiming to end this one way of another.

"Gah!" A black haired Shu is sent flying across the room, right after he hit the ground, he sees the real Shu coming right at him. "Dieeeeeee!"

Fake Shu rolls away yo avoid the incoming hammer, but as soon as he did, Shu appeared right behind him.

"So fast!" Fake Shu gasped.

"No, you're just slow." Shu lands a kick, sending his reflection to the wall. After the fake got up. "It was all our fault! The people that died and our clan getting alienated, it was because of us!"

During the whole fight, Shu's reflection has been trying to weaken Shu by reminding him of what happened to his family. But every time he did...

"Take this!" Shu simply attacks with his hammer in full force.

"Gakh." Fake Shu reels in pain. "How are you not affected,?! Don't you have any guilt or remorse?!"

"Of course I do!" Shu didn't stop his assault. "I still mourn the members of my tribe that died that day, I still feel bad about causing all that problem for dad, but that's all in the past, and it can't be changed."

Shu goes in for the finishing attack. "But things are better now, because of them." Hinata and his friends had helped him so much, now it's his turn to help them, by clearing this trial.

Fake Shu can only smile as he looked at his impending doom. "Looks like you got things figured out."

BOOM

Shu's attack causes a massive impact, destroying his reflection completely. A part of the wall disappears and Shu celebrates his victory. "All right!"

Shu enters the tunnel. "Now I think my ears heard Akira earlier, he should be done now." Shu had absolutely no doubt that the others had no problems with their trials.

Shu enters Akira's room and sees the vampire. Shu was initially happy to see there wasn't another Akira around, but then confused when he saw Akira's state. He seemed he was staring off to space, his wounds already healed, but his clothes were still tatters, Akira should've already fixed them with restoration magic.

"Akira?" Shu called out, but received no response. He runs to the vampire, grabs him by the shoulder and tries again. "Akira!"

"Ah! Shu?" Akira finally responded, but he sounded quite startled. "Our rooms were connected ?"

"Yeah, you didn't hear me call for you earlier?"

"Uh...no, sorry."

"You ok?" Shu started to grow concern, he's never seen Akira so...nervous. "Is there something you want to talk about? It might make you feel better."

"Is just that...my reflection dredged up some stuff from my past, and now i'm questioning some stuff." Akira grits his teeth, even with his reflection gone, his words still linger in Akira's head. "Sorry Shu, but i need to think about some stuff."

"Sure, of course, take as much time as you need."

Akira sits down, trying to sort out jumbled mess of a mind, he then gets a look at Shu. He remembered Shu being a whiny crybaby, but now here he is, clearing a trial on his own and comforting him.

"It doesn't matter if I'm gone, Hinata will still have Meld and the others."

Remembering those words, he finally decided. "Shu, I need to ask you favor."

"Huh, what favor?"

"Shu, if something happens to me, I want you to take care of Hinata."

"Wait what...?" If Shu had heard that back when he first joined the group. He would've jump for joy, and responded with a big yes.

But now..

"Are you kidding me?!" Shu replied angrily.

"N-No, I'm not." Akira was a boy taken back by Shu's reaction. "I have faith that you can-"

"Cut the crap!"

SMACK

Shu slapped Akira right across his face.

"Ow! Shu, what the hell?!"

"Take that back!"

"What?"

"Take back the crap about leaving Hinata to me!"

"Crap? Are you saying my faith in you is crap?" Akira himself started to get angry.

Shu readies his hammer. "I'm serious Akira, take it back or I'll smash you!"

Akira readies his sword. "Looks like the rabbit needs a beating."

And so begins the battle between the former vampire prince and the rabbit tribe chief's son.

Sorry if some of you were expecting a badass duel between Hinata and her doppelganger, also sorry if if Kaori and Shu's fight felt a little too similar, they do have similar weapons, here's a little preview of what could've happened if Hinata had actually fought.

Fake Hinata: Why do you act like your human? Why do you act like you actually trust them? If it wasn't for your ability to see through lies, you would never put your trust in another living soul, you can't even trust your family! Why do you try be so prideful, you can just stay here and rule all of these whiny, gullible, and pathetic people!

Real Hinata: Bitch, are you done? Do we get to start shooting each other now?

Fake Hinata: That's it? Ugh, way to ruin my badass monologue, you bitch!

Real Hinata: What do you want me to do? Everybody already knows what kind of person I am.

Fake Hinata: Fine, let's just get this over with, worst first 5 minutes of existence ever.
