Watcha doing here?" With an upset and mad tone, Wednesday then said, "It was 8pm, which is far past when you usually get back to our dorm. I was simply coming to investigate if you had been kidnapped or murdered. Had it been the latter, I already brought a knife with me so I could immediately join you in your eternal slumber." A smiling Enid then said, "Aww. Thanks for caring. But I'm okay. Just hanging out with Liam here. This guy just has so many jokes to tell that it's easy to lose track of time." The next day in the school cafeteria, Enid was sitting by herself at a table as she was preparing to eat her lunch. Suddenly Liam appeared next to her and said, "Hey Enid. Mind if I sit with you?" The next day, Wednesday was at an archery class outdoors. Many targets were set up in the large court yard of the school, as the archery instructor said, "Okay. Keeping her typical dead pan face, Wednesday said, "I was simply showing my superiority to this would be suitor, along with instilling fear into him caused by the realization of how much control I hold over his mortality." With an upset and angry face, Enid said, "You think Liam was hitting on me? Wednesday, me and Liam are just friends. He doesn't have any interest in me." Then with a matter of fact voice, Liam said, "Uh... actually I do." With a look of complete surprise, Enid looked at Liam as she said, "What!?" Liam then with a practical sounding voice said, "Enid, you realize your girlfriend is a cross between the corpses' bride and a homicidal maniac. You're insane for going out with someone like her. I thought if you hung out with someone as fun and cool as me, you'd come to your senses and finally dump her so you can go out with me." With a shocked face, Enid said, "You were just being nice to me, so I'd dump Wednesday and date you?" With a little smile, Liam then said, "Well... yeah." Wednesday then sat in silence as she looked down with an uncertain look on her face. Enid then stood up as she said, "I need to take a walk." Enid then turned her back to Wednesday and headed towards the door to the room. Then just as Enid reached for the door knob, Wednesday suddenly stood up from her chair and said, "I love you!"

Enid then turned to look at Wednesday as she said, "What?" Wednesday then stepped towards Enid and with strength and conviction, she said, "If your body was made of a poison that would gradually kill me the more I touched it, I would still want to spend every day touching you. There, in the middle of the night, Enid stood near the window naked as she saw the heading of the page in Wednesday's journal said: Ideas on How to Propose to Enid.
