Enid was walking down the sidewalk one morning with two bags of groceries as she was smiling. Suddenly Enid heard her phone ring (which was a ring tone that just played the sound of two snaps over and over). A smiling Enid then answered her phone as she said, "Hey Wens. How's it going?" Enid suddenly heard a frantic Wednesday say, "Enid, this is urgent. Where are you?" A worried Enid then said, "Just in town shopping. Why, what's wrong? Is something wrong with the girls?" Wednesday then said, "No. They are still with my parents for the week and in good care. It is your safety I am worried about. Have you not seen the most recent news while scrolling through your toxic social media feeds?" A confused Enid then said, "No. Why? What's going on?" Then Wednesday frantically said, "It's the..." Then suddenly the phone reception went dead. A confused and frightened Enid then yelled, "Wednesday! What's going on?"

Then Enid rushed over to a television store, and saw a news program playing on one of the televisions that was on display. On the news program: a new anchor appeared as he said, "The virus that has been designated by scientists as Z-0M-13 has recently been spreading at an exponential rate in a small East coast town after a high school science experiment went horribly wrong. Citizens have been demanded to quarantine immediately to avoid spreading this virus, which can only be spread through any type of break in the skin. Symptoms of the virus include loss of all higher level brain function, and extremely violent behavior; including cannibalism." A wide eyed and confused Enid backed away from the television store as she said, "This has gotta be a joke. This can't be real." Then Enid saw a man nearby bending over as he coughed loudly. Enid then walked over to the man as she said, "Sir. Are you okay?" Then the man turned around and showed he had a pale decaying face with blood coming from his mouth while yelling, "Brains! Must eat brains!" Then several other people in town appeared from around a corner; all of them having pale decaying faces. The people walked toward Enid with their hands stretched out as Enid backed away and yelled, "Are you kidding me!? Zombies! Freaking zombies!?"

Then suddenly one of the zombie people stopped dead in their tracks, as a sword was thrust through their heart from behind. Then the zombie fell to the ground, as Wednesday appeared wearing a black shirt, black pants, and had two swords in her hands. Then as the other zombies began to fixate on and walk towards Wednesday, Wednesday began to immediately run at the zombies with her swords out. Wednesday immediately hit several zombies with her swords; impaling all of them all upon first blow. Then as one zombie began to run towards Enid, Wednesday threw one of her swords at the zombie. The flying sword instantly went through the zombie's chest and within seconds it fell to the ground. Enid looked at Wednesday with both shock and awe as Wednesday took down the last of the zombies, and then held her hand out towards Enid as she said, "Come with me if you want to live."

Wednesday and End walked into their home quickly. Wednesday then locked the door, and began to barricade it with furniture. As she did this, Enid stood in shock as she said, "Wednesday... when did you learn to fight like that?" Wednesday with a deadpan face and straight forward tone said, "My father has been training me in various forms of combat since I was young. I spent forty hours a week at the age of five learning how to deliver kill blows to would-be-attackers." With a shocked face: Enid said, "Age five!? Shouldn't that have been the age you were learning how to read and write?" With a straight forward face, Wednesday said, "What important matters of the world does a five year old need to read and write about? Knowing how to survive is the first skill anyone must master." Then a worried Enid said, "Okay. So... we gotta survive. So are we just gonna hide out here at home until this zombie outbreak ends?" Wednesday looked at Enid with frustration as she said, "Of course not. It will only spread and affect us inevitably." Then a slightly hopeful Enid said, "But... if we hide and stick close together, we'll be okay. Right?"

Then an angry Wednesday looked at Enid right in the eye as she said, "No Enid. If enough of the planet becomes zombies, we will die. Simply hoping things will just work out does not make you immune to reality, nor does it give you a reason to ignore it. The only way to survive a zombie apocalypse, is to fight a zombie apocalypse." A more worried Enid then said, "Okay. But... how do we fight zombies?" Then as Wednesday and Enid began to head down to the basement of their home, Wednesday said, "Not alone obviously. I have gathered word that all of the people not turned into zombies are gathering at Nevermore Academy. It is assumed that the special abilities and talents of any outcasts there shall prove useful in stopping this terrible outbreak. I have already made correspondence with the amateur resistance that is growing there, and have promised to bring my greatest tools with me." Then a more hopeful Enid said, "Okay. So we got a plan. So what are we bringing with us? More swords? Special zombie weapons?" Wednesday then pressed a button on a wall as she said, "Something like that." Then the wall opened up, and as a surprised Enid saw what was behind the wall: she said, "Wait a minute! How long has that been there, and how did you fit it in there without me knowing!?"

Many normal people and outcasts of many ages were gathered outside the buildings of Nevermore Academy. An older woman stood up on a podium as she said, "Ladies and gentlemen, please listen! I know we're all scared about this outbreak. But we must be brave!" Then one young man yelled, "But no one has found a way to cure the zombie virus. What are we gonna do!?" Then the older woman said, "Don't fret. I have just received word that two of Nevermore Academy's brightest and more resourceful alumni are on the way as we speak with resources to save us." Then suddenly everyone began to feel the ground tremble, and then heard something large approaching. Then coming through an opening in the trees... was Wednesday Addams standing on top of a giant moving military tank wearing all black, and was also holding two large machine guns in her hands; all the while - rock music by ACDC was playing on a large music speaker attached to the tank. Then as Enid poked her head out of the tank's hatch, Wednesday turned to look at Enid as she glared and said, "Really Enid? Must the music play?" Then Enid with a practical face said, "What? It'll drum up morale. Plus... you are back in black." Wednesday groaned, as the giant tank stopped in front of the crowd of people.

Wednesday and Enid then stood up on top of the tank, as a smiling Enid said, "Okay everyone. I know these are some difficult times we're facing, but together I know we can win. Now then; my wife and soulmate: Wednesday here is gonna give us our battle plan. So lets listen carefully to what she has to say." Everyone remained quiet, as Wednesday stepped up and looked at the large crowd before her. Then with a deadly glare, Wednesday said, "Most of you are probably going to die soon. We are about to go to war with an army of zombies. And in war, there are causalities. I am aware, most of you live under the delusion that you are the hero of your own story. However being the hero of your own story does not make you immune to reality. You must fight this battle under the assumption you will probably meet your end." Then Enid pulled Wednesday aside and whispered to her, "Uh, Wens... that's really not encouraging to say." Then Wednesday glared at Enid as she said, "I am simply conveying the truth to our masses. Also, if they believe they will likely perish, they will fight harder to survive. Those that assume everything will just work out, will not fight as hard. In war: those that believe they are invincible, are the first to die." Then Enid said, "Well... lets just focus on logistics."

Enid then began to take several boxes out of the tank, as Wednesday said, "We have brought with us various forms of weapons. When you fight a zombie, you must attack them directly where their heart is to end them. Do not allow them to break through your skin and bite you. Any direct contact they have with your blood will almost immediately turn you into one of them. And if you see a family member, friend, or loved one become a zombie... kill them immediately. The power of strong will, love, and hope will not save you or them. End the zombie, end the outbreak. That is the mission." Then as many people began to obtain weapons, the sound of trees rustling nearby was heard. Suddenly from the trees: an army of a hundred zombies appeared and were slowly marching towards Nevermore Academy with their arms stretched out. Then as everyone grabbed their weapons and prepared to battle, Wednesday aimed her tank at the zombies as she loudly said, "Be ready. This not a sport, a game, or an event with rules you have engaged in." Then as Wednesday glared directly at the zombies, she said, "But do you know where you are? You're in the jungle zombies. You're gonna die!" Then Enid stood next to Wednesday with both guns and roses in her hands as she said, "Lets get em babe!"

Then Wednesday's tank immediately fired missiles at the zombies, while her small army began to fire all manner of guns at the zombies. Suddenly more zombies emerged and began running at Wednesday's army in all directions. Then as Enid continued to direct the tank, Wednesday jumped off the tank and began firing her two machine guns at as many zombies as possible. Then Wednesday saw two young teens surrounded by ten zombies. Wednesday then quickly ran to their side, pushed the two teen's heads down, and instantly spun around with her guns blazing as she took down each zombie with multiple bullets. Then as Enid saw one zombie grab another teenager nearby, Wednesday pointed one of her guns but quickly realized it was out of bullets. Wednesday then threw the unloaded gun at the zombie's face, and then took out a large sword she was hiding behind her back. Wednesday then stabbed the zombie in the chest with her sword, and then ran her sword through several more zombies nearby: slicing them in half. Then Wednesday pointed her remaining machine gun at several more zombie targets and began to bring them down with a barrage of bullets.

Enid meanwhile stood on top of the large tank as she used a remote control to direct it. Missile after missile was launched from the tank as it took down dozens of zombies. Then Enid noticed dozens of zombies beginning to converge on Wednesday. A scared Enid then looked at the cornered Wednesday and yelled, "Wednesday, NO!" Then Enid suddenly felt her body begin to change as her hands turned into claws, hair began to grow all over her, and her body enlarged. Then within seconds: Enid turned into a large werewolf and howled loudly. Enid then jumped off the tank and began to use her large arms and claws to push away many zombies and bust their heads. Wednesday and Enid soon stood back to back as Wednesday used her one working machine fun to shoot down many zombies, while Enid used her claws to rip apart many zombies that were close to them.

Soon, nearly all of the zombies were destroyed and killed. Then suddenly a fallen zombie that had not been fully killed: rose up and used it's teeth to bite Enid on the arm. Enid screamed in pain as Wednesday with a scared and angry face instantly used her machine gun to shoot over thirty bullets through the zombie's chest. The last of the zombies fell, but a hurt Enid fell down next to it. Enid immediately reverted back to her normal human form as Wednesday immediately got on her knees and held Enid in her arms as she said, "No, no, no. Enid. You can't..." Enid felt her body shake as she said, "Wednesday... tell our girls... I love them..." Then Wednesday remained in shock as she held Enid in her arms for a long moment... but then Enid suddenly sat up looking completely healthy as she said, "Uh... why am I not a zombie?" A surprised and curious Wednesday then said, "That is certainly a good question."

In the nurses office of Nevermore Academy: Enid sat on a bed with a bandage around her arm, while Wednesday sat next to her. Two young scientists were looking at a computer together, as one of them said, "It's fascinating. Apparently werewolf blood completely negates the zombie virus. Which means... no werewolf can become a zombie." Then a smiling Enid said, "You mean no zombie can kill me?" Then Wednesday with a cold voice said, "No. It means you cannot turn into a zombie. Had you been bitten many more times, you would've certainly still become dead." One of the scientists then said, "That's true. And technically, the zombie virus is still in your system Enid. It will pass out of your body after few days, and it won't harm you during that time. However, from what we can see... you won't be able to turn into a werewolf for the next few days." Enid looked a bit nervous, while a straight forward sounding Wednesday, "It would seem though that this development does seem to indicate we could create a cure to the zombie virus now." One of the scientists nodded his head and said, "Yes. We just formulated an antidote that combines both the zombie virus and the natural werewolf proteins that protected Enid from the virus. It should work as a perfect cure. However... we don't have the funds or the ability to manufacture this cure on a large scale." Wednesday then grabbed a laptop she had while she said, "Leave that to me."

Wednesday sat in front of her laptop while doing a live stream, as Enid sat near her. As Wednesday looked at her laptop screen, she said, "As you can see, the formula for stopping this zombie outbreak has been uploaded for all to see. However we are going to need great funds and resources to create it. I could appeal to the morality of those that could help us; saying that the importance of saving tens of thousands far out ways your own desires. However... I know all you out there are selfish single minded fools that care nothing for the plight of others in distress. So instead, I propose this. To any companies that manufacture and distribute the cure to the zombie virus... think of the publicity it shall bring you. Forever in textbooks; it shall say: The End of the Would-Be Zombie Apocalypse Was Brought to You By 'Your Company's Name'. Normally you could never buy publicity like that. Now you can. So... who wants to profit from saving the world?"

Outside of Nevermore Academy: Wednesday and Enid stood before a large crowd of armed individuals. As Wednesday pointed to a large map that was hung on a nearby wall, she said, "A cure for this zombie outbreak shall be coming soon. However it is up to us to keep the growing zombie armies contained and not spread to surrounding towns. To that end, we shall be splitting up into small armies and fighting all zombies at the major entrances and exits in and out of town." Then one young man said, "What about the nearby mountain? It's hard to climb and get around, but any zombies that can get past it, would get access to the nearest large city." Then Enid said, "Don't worry. Me and Wednesday will handle any zombies in the mountains in our tank. Be strong everyone. You will see your loved ones again." Then Wednesday in a cold tone said, "Or you may still die. Having your wills and last testaments prepared before you go to battle is highly advised."

Hours later: Wednesday and Enid were both sitting inside their large tank as it headed up a wide path on a mountain. As the two looked at monitoring devices they had, Wednesday said, "No sign of zombies anywhere near us... for now." Then Enid seeming a bit nervous, looked at Wednesday as she said, "Wednesday... do you wanna talk about how you felt when I was bitten by that zombie. I mean... in that moment, we didn't know I would wind up okay. Were you scared I was about to die?" Wednesday in a cold tone said, "Death is something not to fear. It is inevitable and natural. And upon one's sweet release from life, there is obviously nothing else to do or consider. So fearing it is illogical." Then Enid said, "Yeah, but... it was still scary for me... thinking for one moment you and the girls wouldn't have me anymore. I mean haven't you considered..." Then Wednesday interrupted Enid as she said, "Road block, ahead!"

Wednesday and Enid then saw a pile of dead trees on their mountain path. Wednesday and Enid then stepped out of their tank as Enid said, "What caused that road block?" Then suddenly higher up the mountain: several zombies appeared pushing boulders down. Wednesday and Enid then ran off their tank, aimed their machine guns they were carrying, and then shot down all of the zombies they saw. However the boulders that came down the mountain: hit the giant tank, and sent it further down the mountain. A scared Enid then said, "Oh no. Our tank." Then Wednesday with a determined face said, "We will have to hold back the zombies that may come onto this mountain on foot. Lets go."

As the sun of a late afternoon shined down on them: Wednesday and Enid were walking up the mountain getting close to the top. As they walked, Enid took out her phone and said, "Darn. Still no cell service." Then Wednesday rolled her eyes and said, "It will do us no good anyway right now." Then an upset Enid said, "Well maybe I just wanted to call your parents one more time, and video chat with our girls." Wednesday kept her focus forward as she said, "They wouldn't understand anything you'd say, and any memory of seeing you would inevitably be forgotten." Then a frustrated Enid said, "But what happens if we both die today Wednesday? What happens to our girls?" Then Wednesday casually said, "If we die, our girls would grow up in the loving care of my parents. They'd grow up having no memory of us, but would be told that their mothers died as heroes. Knowing that would cause them to idolize us, and then whenever they'd ask themselves: What would my mothers tell me if they were here?, they'd create idealized versions of us in their minds to respond to them in a manner that would be far more perfect than our true flawed selves are."

Then a frustrated Enid said, "Maybe... or maybe it would just be better if we lived to see them grow up. My God Wednesday, you're so nonchalant about discussing dying; but why is talking about living so much harder for you!?" Then Wednesday turned to look at Enid as she said, "Because... everything eventually ends Enid. Everything always ends. If we remained prepared for that and embrace it... then it hurts less." Then Enid with passion in her face said, "But what about everything that happens before the end Wednesday? Stories must begin, and stories must end... but what about making the most of everything in the middle? I know you believe it's important to fight knowing you may die. But I believe there's an extra power that can be unleashed when we fight with a desire to live." Then Enid put her guns down, hugged Wednesday, and said, "And I want us to live Wednesday. My God, I want us to live." Wednesday stood a bit nervous for a moment... but then dropped her guns and hugged Enid back. The two women then simply remained on the mountain as they embraced each other in a very long hug.

As the sun began to slowly set and the evening sky came into view: Wednesday and Enid stood at the top of the mountain as a large army of zombies was coming up the mountain and approaching them. Wednesday stood wearing a black shirt and black pants, while Enid stood in a pink sweater and white pants. The two both stood with two machine guns each at the ready. As the two women saw the zombies approach from afar, Wednesday said, "Enid... when this is all over... let us plan to hold our daughters for as long as we can." Enid smiled as she said, "Oh, I'll be calling each of them sweet child of mine to their face by tomorrow. Then lets take a trip to the paradise city where the grass is green and the girls are pretty." Then as the zombies began to come closer to the two, Wednesday held her machine guns up as she said, "You ready to shoot to thrill?" Enid held her machine guns up as she said, "I got my gun at the ready. Gonna fire at will." Wednesday smirked as she said, "Good. Tonight we won't be knockin' on Heaven's door. Instead, these zombies are on the highway to hell!"

Then Wednesday and Enid immediately opened fire on the large army of zombies coming at them. The two women continued to reload and fire as much as they could, as the giant army continued to come at them. The two fired their guns side by side, and then eventually switched to pushing their backs up to each other so they could cover the other and fire at their targets coming at all angles. However as the zombie army grew, many zombies began to get closer to the two. Several zombies began to get very close to Wednesday and Enid and a few suddenly pulled on their clothes tightly at the same time. Moving fast: Wednesday and Enid shot down the zombies closest to them. However as they fell - the zombies grip on the Wednesday and Enid's clothing caused their clothes and underwear to suddenly have large rips on them exposing much of the two women's skin.

Enid then suddenly took a grenade out of her pocket, and threw it at a large group of zombies which instantly destroyed them. Wednesday meanwhile took two hidden knives out of her boots, and immediately threw them at the chests of two zombies. Wednesday and Enid constantly found themselves twirling around as they kept shooting down as many zombies as they could. Soon: all of the moving and action caused all of the ripped clothing and underwear to slowly fall off their bodies; and eventually both Wednesday and Enid were standing completely naked as they continued to hold tight to their machine guns they were using. Eventually though: all of the zombies around the two were finally killed. Wednesday and Enid then breathed a sigh of relied, as Enid said, "Phew. We beat them."

However, over the horizon: suddenly another army of zombies appeared and began to run towards the two women. Both Wednesday and Enid looked nervous for a moment... but then they looked at each other... and then suddenly the two naked women embraced the other tightly while they kissed one another. As the two embraced: their breasts pushed up against one another, their hands briefly grabbed the other's bare smooth buttocks, and their lips remained passionately locked. Then after a very long kiss and embrace, the two women suddenly turned to face the attacking zombies... and they fired their machine guns as they screamed loudly. However suddenly several large planes flew overhead. Instantly the planes dumped a blue mist over the entire area. As the blue mist came down, the zombies stopped dead in their tracks as the blue mist hit them.

Then the zombies all fell down and stopped moving as their un-dead bodies immediately transformed into completely dead bodies. An excited Enid looked up as she said, "They finished the cure and distributed it the fastest way possible. Wednesday... we just helped save the entire human race from turning into zombies! We just saved the world!" Then Wednesday with a straight forward tone said, "We did indeed just save the entire human race from turning into zombies... although by doing so... it is yet to be seen if that means we saved the world." Tears of happiness meanwhile began to escape Enid's eyes, as she hugged Wednesday and said, "Come on Wednesday. Lets go see our girls."

THE END
