Wednesday Addams stood next to her home as she saw two large scarecrows standing several meters from her. Wednesday then looked down at her two daughters: Harmony and Ana who were both holding crossbows. Everyone in the classroom remained quiet again, as they heard the individual outside run away.

A few students in the classroom then began to cry. Rocki took a deep breath, and then whispered, "Okay. I know phones in the classroom are banned, but for anyone who broke that rule... start texting your family, friends, and anyone you know. Turn the sound off, and no calling. We can't make any noises. Say there's a shooter in the school, but don't say you're in the building. A shooter could be a hacker too." Several students then took out their phones and began hitting buttons on them. Meanwhile Ana's body began to shake as she had a terrified look on her face. Harmony then scooted towards Ana and hugged her. Then Ana covered her face, as streams of tears began to come from her eyes. Then suddenly a loud vibration from another students' phone was heard. An annoyed Rocki then whispered, "Turn off the vibrate on your phones too." One of the students quickly whispered, "Sorry." As several students continued to click away on their phones, other students sat frozen in fear, while others were quietly crying.

Then suddenly Ana jumped up and said, "I need my moms." Then Rocki grabbed Ana tightly and pulled her to the floor as she whispered, "No. You can't go out there." Then a crying Ana said, "But I want my moms!" Then Rocki covered Ana's mouth and whispered, "I know. But right now you're safer in here than out there. I know you're scared. We're all scared." Then suddenly a faraway sound of a door slamming in the hallway could be heard. All of the children in the classroom looked more scared, as a few screamed. Rocki looked at all of the kids as she quietly said, "Shh. I know this is hard. But right now... the safest thing to do is to stay put." Then the sound of a hand shaking the door knob from outside could be heard again. This time Rocki glared at the students as she put a finger over her mouth. Outside of the school, many police cars surrounded the school as a multitude of police officers surrounded the building. From nearby, Enid ran towards the police officers as she said, "Is it true there's a shooter in there?" One police officer stopped Enid as they said, "Gun shots were heard. We have a Swat team in there investigating now." Then a panicked Enid said, "Well let me in there. I have two girls in that school I need to save." The police officer held out their hands and said, "Everyone has children in there ma'am. We have to remain calm." Then an angry Enid yelled, "I can handle any shooter myself!" Then Enid had her finger nails turn into wolf claws as she ran towards the school. Suddenly four police officers grabbed and held Enid back, as one of them said, "Ma'am, throwing yourself in with any weapon you have could easily make this worse, and cause a potential fire fight that will harm more lives. We have trained and armored individuals in there." Then Enid suddenly fell to the ground, broke down, and began to cry as she said, "But... my children... my girls... my babies..."

In the dark classroom: Rocki and all of the students continued to remain quiet. Then Ana looked at Harmony as she whispered, "Harmony... when you were five and you couldn't find your Anastasia doll... well, I... Then Harmony suddenly began to break down and quietly sob as well. Rocki then embraced Harmony and Ana again, as several other students began to hug them too. Then suddenly everyone heard the voices of police officers in the hallway yell, "All clear! All clear!" As the message continued to be said in the hallway, all of the students began to stand up as Rocki turned the lights on. Many students continued to have tears in their eyes as they all hugged each other. Rocki then hugged many of the students herself as she said, "It's okay. We're all okay now. We all made it through this. We're all okay."

Wednesday Addams was driving a black car incredibly quick down the road. Wednesday then stopped the car at a curb near the school, and then ran out. Harmony nodded her head as she said, "I guess. But... is mother disappointed in us?" A confused Enid then said, "Of course not. Why would you say that?" Ana then nervously said, "Because she's trained us for so long in how to fight bad people... but today when those gun shots went off... it was like we forgot everything, and just got so scared." Enid took a deep breath, and then said, "No. You were behaving like any children would. Because combat and fighting with weapons... that's something kids should never be expected to handle themselves." Then Harmony with a sad face said, "Mommy... I'm sorry I said I wished I was shot through the heart yesterday. It was stupid to say that, and..." With tears in her eyes, Enid said, "No. You were just acting like a little girl. You were just being my beautiful little girl." Then a few tears appeared in Enid's eyes. Then Harmony and Ana got out of bed and hugged Enid. Then a crying Enid hugged her girls back.

Enid was sitting in her bed, as Wednesday walked into the room. A concerned Enid then said, "Are you okay?" Wednesday sighed, and then said, "I was disposing of all of the lethal weapons in our household. Despite my desire for high security... I have neglected to face the reality that any weapon in a home is more likely to harm a member of the home than any enemy. Moving forward, I shall focus on teaching our children methods of self-defense in hand-to-hand combat, along with non-lethal weapons such as tasers." Enid nodded her head as she said, "Sounds like a smart move. So... do you think the girls will be okay going forward?" As Wednesday sat on the bed, she said, "No... because due to the events in which they felt completely helpless today, they shall spend the rest of their lives in fear of being eliminated by superior adversaries. The full realization that they have no control over their lives ending so suddenly, will cause their minds to eventually break down and... and..." Then suddenly Wednesday froze up as she suddenly stopped speaking. Then tears appeared in her eyes, as a concerned looking Enid said, "Oh, Wednesday..." Then Wednesday suddenly broke down and began to sob. Enid then hugged Wednesday as Wednesday hugged Enid back. As Wednesday held Enid close, she sobbed and said, "I was too far away. I couldn't get there until it was all over. I was useless. There was nothing I could do. My children... there was nothing I could do..." Then Enid and Wednesday both began to cry together as they held each other in their arms for the rest of the night.
