Minecraft Mob: Evil Sword
A flying sword bearing a face on the blunt edge of it's deathly sharp blade and possessed by a ghost, it's only focus is the intent to murder and kill all that it sees in it's way as it levitates and attacks directly with piercing stabs, slicing slashes, and impactful lunges.
It's face included eyes slanted downwards, devoid of any pupils, and a open fanged mouth with slobbering sharp teeth and blood-dripping lips. The face on this possessed sword looked like a human's face with the same dark muzzle on Steve's face.
One of it's attacks involves turning horizontally and spinning towards the miner, aiming for the neck to cut their heads off.
Another of it's attacks involves stabbing into the ground and slicing it's way toward the miner before flipping upwards to cut the miner from the bottom to the top in half.
Yet, another attack involves a flurry of slashing the miner in different diagonal directions to kill the meatbag it targets, causing them to fall to pieces of bloody chunks and cut-up pieces of armor afterwards.
A fourth attack involved rearing back to charge up for a impaling stab targeting the miner's stomach.
And a fifth one included rising into the air and swinging back downwards to uppercut the miner.
