"SPRIGATITO, THE GRASS CAT POKÉMON. A GRASS-TYPE" it said. "SPRIGATITO ARE ALOOF BY NATURE, BUT ONCE IT BONDS WITH ITS TRAINER, IT MAKES FOR A LOYAL COMPANION. SPRIGATITO IS THE GRASS-TYPE STARTER POKÉMON OF THE PALDEA REGION."

"From the looks of things, Sprigatito is the blue-haired girl's partner," Ash said. "Rowlet may have a new friend if she's who I think she is." He then checked back in his and Serena's messages and found the picture he was looking for. "That's Liko, huh? She's cute." Suddenly, Liko looked in Ash's direction, but he moved over to a restaurant to get a bite to eat.

"Did you see something, Liko?" asked the tan-skinned girl.

"Nemona, Sprigatito and I'll rejoin you in a moment," said the bluenette. "There's something I need to check out."

"Alright, but don't keep me waiting or I'll have to form a search party."

"Right." 'If this man is who I think it is, Nemona, you're going to be my servant.'

It didn't take Liko and Sprigatito long to find Ash and Pikachu at the diner they were at. He ordered four crepes – one for him, one for her, and one for each of their partners. "Alola," Ash greeted.

"Alola," Liko said back. "So that is the customary greeting here? Good to know."

"Yeah, I had to learn that myself when I first arrived here. My name's Ash. Pikachu and I came from Pallet Town in the Kanto region."
