Summon Forth for Some Heroic Planning

The sounds of laughter can be heard faintly from inside of the Parr home as everyone is having their fun time as they're about to have dinner together, they ordered some takeouts even though Izuku already brought some ramen for everyone to enjoy.

"Wait, wait, we haven't reached the ending yet." Mina said, trying to hold back her laugh while telling the story.

"And when the friends stake out at night and caught the culprit, it turns out it was the dancing girl all along, sleep dancing!" Mina finished the story.

"I don't get it, but it still sounds funny." Dash chuckled.

"Yeah, so my old friend was scouted by this dancing agent who just started out and they've been growing together since." Mina finished the story.

"Now, that sounds pretty cool that your friend is a starter famous dancer." Violet complimented.

"Thanks, it makes me happy to know that she is doing alright and we even keep in order with each other." Mina smiled.

"Who's a cute little baby, you are! Yes, you are!" Himiko played with Jack-Jack while making some cute baby noises that makes him laugh.

"Mommy-Helen, has Jack-Jack started to develop powers lately?" Eri asked after drinking her apple juice.

"Not that I know of, why?" Helen asked, she knows that Jack-Jack is still too young to get a Quirk since he is still just a baby.

"I don't know, I thought I saw him burp up fire and he suddenly disappeared." Eri shrugged in confusion.

"Looks like someone has been seeing things, did you eat too many sweets? Maybe that's it." Nejjre stated that Eri might have been seeing things due to eating too many sweets at the time.

"I don't know, all I had was a candy apple and I took a nap." Eri mentioned.

"Either way, this has been a good day for all of us. Dash gets to compete in sports, Izuku and some of his girlfriends came for a visit and even stopped a bad guy from causing any more harm." Violet pointed out how things were earlier.

"You also got that date with that cute boy." Nemuri mentioned.

"Are you going to be okay? Let me tell you that first dates can make you feel weird for the first moment or two, but then things start to calm down." Helen explained a little thing about first dates.

"I know that feeling." Ochaco blushed, remembering how awkward it was for her first date with Izuku.

"I think we should keep eating, don't want all of this food to get cold." Tsuyu said.

"Wait a minute, it's all vegetable in this box! Who order this with only vegetables?" Dash demanded, showing the vegetables inside the box.

"I did, and you need it to grow up big and strong if you still wanna be a great hero." Helen answered and pour some vegetables on his plate.

"So, anyone got any big plans in their days ahead?" Helen asked.

"We just have some hero training; we're going to learn about the best way save people from drowning in cold water and warming them up from frost bites." Izuku answered.

"Sounds like a cold way to be cool." Dash punned which made Izuku and Nejire laugh a little.

"I don't get it." Nejire said.

Then they heard the doorbell ringing, alerting the people that they have a visitor though the Parr family weren't expecting anyone today.

"You guys got a visitor?" Tsuyu asked.

"Not that we know of." Karen shrugged.

"I'll get it, probably just a salesman." Helen got up from her chair and made her way to the door.

Dash was about to make a run for it to the TV and leave his vegetables stranded on his plate.

"No TV until you've finished eating your vegetables." Nemuri said, already predicting what Dash was about to do before he could do it.

Dash groans that he has been defeated, so he sat back down and use his Superspeed Quirk to eat his vegetables and excuse himself from the table to watch some TV.

"Nice call there." Violet complimented to the Rated-R Heroine.

"Thank you." Nemuri nodded.

Helen opens the door to find Dick much to her surprise.

"Dick, what are you doing here?" Helen asked shock.

"Just came by to see how you all have been doing, and I also saw the news about Japanese heroes stopping the Underminer." Dick answered.

"That guy came out of nowhere; I thought the prison he was sent to would hold him in." Helen said, not sure how a villain like the Underminer was able to escape.

"We're looking into that right now, but I also came to tell you that the government has decided that it's time to shut down the Superhero Relocation Program." Dick revealed.

"Wait, what? But why?" Helen asked shock.

"They figured it was time for the program to retire since the ban is gonna be lifted in about fifteen days. Might as well let everybody go when things are going to get better from here." Dick explained.

"I'm gonna miss having you around, old friend." Helen said with a hand on Dick's shoulder.

"I'm sure we'll see each other, now I gotta get myself for a long vacation time before doing anything major." Dick smiled as he walks away.

"Helen, be sure not to do anything too crazy or else you might end up getting the heroes ban again." Dick warned though as a little joke.

"Don't worry, I won't let myself get too deep like that again." Helen promised.

Dick gave her a nod before walking away for good this time as this will probably be the last time they'll see each other, but it's not a goodbye forever for deep down, they believe that they will see each other again in the future.

"(Hmm, I wonder if Dick would be interested in bowling night?)" Helen thought could ask him later about that.

Helen went back to having dinner with her family and fellow lovers, they enjoy some time together and even watched a movie about the Incredible Hulk from back in the old days before the sudden appearance of Quirks back then.

Now, Helen and Izuku are sitting on the rooftop together looking up at the night sky.

"Sure is beautiful out here, isn't it?" Izuku asked.

"You can say that again." Helen leaned her head on his shoulder.

"The program is gonna get shut down, which means Dick is gonna be out of the job for a while." Helen informed.

"I hope everything works out for him." Izuku concerned about the man who has been a family-friend to the Parr family for years.

"He's too stubborn to let himself get down just because he's gonna be out of the job for a while, he'll probably just take a little vacation then get to work on something." Helen believed.

"Maybe he could open up a new program to help heroes who were forced to retire because of the ban." Izuku suggested.

"I think there's already a guy on that, but maybe he could work for him." Helen said.

"In the meantime, why don't we just enjoy ourselves to a nice moment on the rooftop." Helen leaned in and kissed Izuku on the lips as he kisses her back.

The two were about to get a little physical with each other until a voice spoke up to them.

"Whoa! If I knew you two were going to have fun, I would've come later." Lucius said, this got the two lovers to stop and look to see Lucius on the roof.

"Lucius, what are you doing here?" Helen asked surprise.

"Just came back to tell you that we're being summoned by someone who really wants to make sure nothing bad happens when the ban is lift." Lucius answered as he walks up to them.

"Who would that be?" Izuku asked.

"A guy I'm sure you heard about by now, Winston Deavor." Lucius revealed the name of the guy.

"Oh yeah, I remember him. He wanted to help bring back the Pro Heroes and their hero statues, he was a really big fan of ours." Helen recalled meeting the man once years ago.

"The same, he wants us to go over to his place for something I thinks can help the heroes be reminded of what they do." Lucius explained.

"When does he want to meet with us?" Izuku asked, thinking that this Winston guy also wants to meet him.

"Tonight. I'm going there now." Lucious showed his super suit under his jacket.

"And yes, she also wants to see you as well, Deku. Winston was informed about your connection to All Might, he wants you there to see if you can help with his idea as well." Lucious said.

"Okay, we'll be there." Helen nodded.

"You got the address; I'll meet you guys there." Lucius said as he walks away toward the icy staircase he made.

"Go in our Supersuits?" Helen asked.

"Yeah. Might wanna wear the old Supersuits. Got a feeling he's nostalgic." Lucius informed.

Izuku and Helen went back inside to get their hero costumes on and play a little with each other before leaving.

"Where are you guys going?" Violet asked.

"We're going to see a man who is a big support of the heroes, said he has some ideas he wants to share." Helen answered.

"We'll be back later, Nemuri is in charge if you need anything." Izuku said.

"Try not to stay up too late, otherwise you'll make me feel jealous." Nemuri winked.

"Now, how about we play a little speedy game before bed?" Nemuri suggested much to Dash's excitement.

(DevTech Tower)

A limo pulls up right in front of a very tall building with the heroes, Deku, Elastigirl, and Frozone exit the limo and then Harly Quinn on her pogo stick.

"You know, you could've ride in the limo with us." Frozone pointed out.

"I know, but I wanted to test out my new ride and it was a lot of fun!" Harely explained.

"Your security badges. Please, this way." The security man said while handing them their badges.

"Hey, listen, you're my biggest fan." The security man said incorrectly to Frozone.

"Good to see you." Frozone said before following the others.

"I'm-I'm your biggest fan. Shoot!" The security man stammered himself, he completely fucked up what he wanted to say.

"(I've been there, my friend.)" Izuku thought noticed this and remembered how he would stammer like that when it comes to meeting other famous heroes.

They went up in the elevator and into a big living room floor where they now find themselves in what appears to be a suite house with everything looking so expensive right now.

"Wow, I knew the guy was loaded, but this feels a bit much." Harley commented.

"I hope Mr. Deavor is a nice guy." Deku sad.

"I LOVE superheroes!" Winston shouted as he comes down from the upper floor.

"That answer your question." Harley said.

"The powers, the costumes, the mythic struggles. Winston Deavor. You can call me Win. Genuine pleasure to meet you. Deku!" Winston greeted and shook hands with Deku.

"Nice to meet you." Deku smiled.

"Frozone!" Winston excitedly greeted the icy hero.

"It's good to see you." Frozone smirked.

"Elastigirl!" Winston smiled at the hero woman.

"Glad to see you again, Winston." Elastigirl greeted.

"Hey, do you remember this song?" Winston asked before he started singing.

"Incredible. Catching the bad guys. Pow, pow, pow!" Winston sang the theme song that Elastigirl definitely remembers as she does the "Pow" part with him.

"Oh man, I always thought that song wouldn't be catchy enough to spread in the musical business." Elastigirl chuckled.

While Winston was having his little fun with Frozone and Harley, singing some other heroes' theme song, Deku turns to see a woman coming in and carrying a lot of stuff that were about to be drop to the floor but Deku blitzes in to catch them.

"Oh, thank you." The woman thanked.

"You're welcome, I take it you're in business with Winston?" Deku asked.

"More than you know, kid. I'm Evelyn Deavor, Winston's sister." Evelyn introduced herself.

Evelyn appears to be in her 40s and has a somewhat slender figure. Her height is 5'9" (175 cm) and weighs 135 lbs (61 kg). Her hair is brown and short and resembles Elastigirl's, except unlike Elastigirl, she does not keep it neat and tidy. Her eyes are blue. She wears casual clothing of a gray and white shirt and black pants. Breasts size: F-cup.

"Ah, I see you've met my sister." Winston said, walking over to her.

"Hey, sorry that I'm late. I had to do some last-minute checks on the inventories." Evelyn apologized.

"All is forgiven." Winston patted his sister on the shoulder before going back to the heroes.

"My father was so proud that I was even remotely connected to you guys. He used to call you the last line of defense. He was your top supporter." Winston explained, remembering how his dad would always love heroes.

"Like a fanboy." Harley commented.

(Flashback)

"Yes, you could call him that." Winston chuckled.

The scene shows an old man with gray hair and bread along with a mustache who looked just like Winston, but older, and standing in front of a statue of a big-time hero.

"He donated to superhero causes. He raised money for the Dynaguy statue in Avery Park. He got to know many Supers personally." Winston explained.

The scene now changes to showing Winston's dad shaking hands with two Pro Heroes along with two emergency hero phones in his house.

"Even installed a phone with direct lines to Gazerbeam and Fironic in case of emergencies. He loved that, showed it off to everyone."

Winston's dad bragging shows the phones to some people like news reporters with a proud smile on his face.

(Flashback End)

"He was heartbroken when you were all forced to go underground." Winston said as he and the others are looking up at the big painting portrait of the father hanging on a wall.

"Father believed the world would become more dangerous without you." Evelyn said.

"Just like with Underminer, the villains took the chance to finally score themselves things they were never able to do when the Heroes were around before they were captured" Harely stated.

"He didn't know how right he was." Winston said, remembering that night.

(Flashback)

"There was a break-in."

Two thugs with black masks broke through the window with an iron bat which alerted the parents and the father quickly pull out a helmet and a gun-like item.

"The first thing my dad did was grabbing a protective helmet he got from Fironic and a teaser-gun that was gifted from Gazerbeam." Winston mentioned.

Winston's dad hurried his way to the emergency hero phones to call them but felt pale in fear that none of them answered.

"My father called Gazerbeam. The direct line. No answer. He called Fironic, no answer. Superheroes had just been made illegal. The robbers discovered him on the phone and shot him. So..."

Winston's dad was soon discovered by the robbers seeing him on the phone and shot him with the gun before the dad could even use the teaser gun. Killing him.

(Flashback End)

"It must've been hard." Elastigirl felt bad for the two.

"Especially for Mother. She died a few months later. Heartbreak." Evelyn mentioned the death of their mom as well.

"(I guess the ban really did make it hard for people back then when the villains were still roaming around.)" Deku thought concerned.

"If superheroes had not been forced underground it never would've happened." Winston believed.

"Or Dad could've taken mom to the safe room as soon as he knew there was trouble." Evelyn pointed out.

"I disagree strongly! But we're not going into it right now." Winston said, yelling a little but quickly calmed himself down.

"The point is nobody expected us to be able to actually run Dad's company. But with Evelyn as designer, and myself as operator uh, we threw ourselves into building Devtech into what it is today." Winston explained as they walk together.

"A world-class telecommunications company." Frozone revealed.

"I think I heard about it, helping with big tech and even partnering up with those that can help. You even had David Sheild's help." Deku mentioned.

"Bigger than ever. Perfectly positioned to make some wrong things right. Hence, this meeting." Winston gestured to a room that just open itself.
