"The last active Member and Leader of the Guild of Ainz Ooal Gown from Yggdrasil. He appeared mysteriously in a Hell not of his own for reasons even more mystifying. And yet, it did not stop this ancient force of the World Tree from making waves across the entire hellish kingdom, building loyalty in some and hatred in others.
Alas, the only remaining option for the rest of the realm is to simply adapt to the monstrous presence of the True Overlord, and his newest Ally."

"The First Man created by God Himself. One of the first to ascend to Heaven, and gained authority among the Divine Realm's Upper Echelons.
After the Battle over the Hotel of Lucifer's Spawn, the First Human was killed in action, before becoming one of the very creatures he sought to protect Heaven from, the sinners, his fallen descendants.
However, with a stroke of luck, and perhaps divine blessing, he wasn't any weaker than when he was an archangel. On the contrary, his new form now complemented his role as a hunter of the Old World and his dominion over the beasts of the Earth.
Now, garbed in new clothes and a new weapon to boot by his newest Ally, the already deadly former human, is now no less than one of the most powerful Overlords to have ever graced Hell."
Summons Names: Alecto & Tiche (Eternal Deaths)
Level: 100 (Boosted by Rite of Darkness)
Skills:
Aura of Death and Decay: A skill belonging to the Eternal Death undead subspecies. Allows the user to spread a miasma in their vicinity that can cause either Instant Death in foes of much lower level, or the Decay abnormal status effect, which considerably lowers the stats of its victims, moreso than the Panic abnormal status effect. Direct touch with the victim can enhance the effect of the skill to a significant degree.
Black Knife: A large abnormal dagger capable of inflicting rapid HP reduction on its victims and transferring a portion of the stolen HP to the Black Knife's owner.
Lore:
"In a distant land that sits upon the Seat of Convergence between the Nine Worlds of Yggdrasil, these assassins, still living, we're tasked with the noble yet horrid task of slaying one of the demigod offspring of the god presiding over the land by a mysterious client who granted them the wicked knives with which to ensure their task's completion.
The assassins, having finally succeeded in their task, found themselves chased acrossed the land by the hounds of the enraged grieving god, meeting a gruesome fate after another as they were all exterminated one after the other for their sins, forever cursed to wander as restless spirits, unable to enter any Underworld.
Alas, when all hope was missing for them, a voice spoke from the Abyss to their lost souls, in a commanding yet gentle voice.
"Arise. And Serve Me."
And thus, were they reborn, offered another chance at existence by their mysterious benefactor and master, who offered them new forms and power, to better serve him in these accursed lands of the World Tree filled with monsters of great strength.
And so, they found a purpose in their new master. And with it, the Black Knife Assassins, become something greater, something much more vicious and powerful.
They became the Eternal Deaths, the Shadows of the Undead Overlord."
Summon Name: Charnel Hound
Level: 30
Skills:
Bodily Integration: Upon the death of its foe, the Hound absorbs the remains of the victim into the form of the undead abomination, allowing the creature to gain an increase in stats corresponding to the strength of the absorbed enemy, along with healing the hound.
Disturbing Presence: The horrid visage of the undead hound is capable of inflicting the Fear abnormal status effect on onlookers, stunlocking them in place for a period of time in inverse proportion to the victim's level. Strengthening the hound through the Bodily Integration skill improves this skill.
Lore:
"The Charnel Hound is the magnum opus of many a necromancer, a symbol of their mastery over life and death. For despite the initial vulnerability of the hound upon creation, the potential of this beast is colossal.
These creatures are often spotted in a necromancer's lair, guarding their masters' domains with terrifying countenance and necrotic-inflicting bodies. And can also naturally form in places where great battles ensued, allowing for the negative energies of these ruinous lands to converge and coalesce into undead abominations of great power. And the Charnel Hound is one of such creatures."
Omake: Undead Intervention
(Omake ideas by Miguelrnbrasil [AO3], thanks a lot)
A myriad of fireworks exploded up above in the Helheim dark skies, bright colours decorating the usually gloomy horizons of the World of the Dead.
Its sole viewer, an Undead Overlord, watched with skeletal arms crossed as he intently watched the fireworks in the sky explode into wondrous sights of different hues before fading into nothingness.
'Beautiful…' These were the thoughts of the man behind the undead, Suzuki Satoru, as he spent the last few moments of this chapter of his life using the complimentary fireworks granted to him by Yggdrasil's Shitty Devs, watching as the clock would soon strike twelve.
And with it, Yggdrasil's inevitable erasure.
His claws subconsciously gripped the hems of his robes as he bitterly thought about what would happen in less than ten minutes.
After it ends, Nazarick would disappear.
After it ends, his home and everything he and his friends worked for will disappear into nothingness.
After it ends, Yggdrasil will cease to be.
And yet, despite all that.
'I'm glad that… I'm glad that I was there to witness it.'
It was a bitter thought, but as he gazed upon the fireworks, each of them modified to form into the sigils of each of his friends brightly before fading, he couldn't help but shed a tear outside of his virtual reality helmet.

"You tacky, clownish, piece of shit!" Adam growled under his breath as he looked on with fury in his golden eyes at the flying fallen seraph, Lucifer Morningstar himself, who glared equally in turn at Adam, his daughter not any different in her hostility as she looked on with disgust at her family's ancient enemy, the First Man.
"You wouldn't be able to do anything even if you tried, bitch!" Lucifer mocked with a slightly jovial tone as he put his daughter safely down before flying upwards again, to see Adam getting out of the rubble of the building before flying upwards himself to meet Heaven's Traitor.
"Oh we'll fucking see about that shit!"
Adam remarked as he flew at the speed of sound to punch the fallen angel in his gut, who gritted his teeth before punching the Former Human in his face again, the two were thrown across the air from the recoil for a bit before they readjusted their trajectories and flew towards each other again.
And the ensuing fight… wasn't in favour of Adam.
The fallen angel toyed with the ancient human, not physically, but mentally. After a while, he stopped swinging his fists, instead mocking the First Man every time the Head Exorcist would miss. From his fall from Eden, to his first wife, his second, his children, humanity.
Suffice to say, he was not pleased about the situation and proceeded to fight more viciously as time went on, opting from using only his fists, to his guitar-axe and his holy light beams as swiftly as he could to maim the wretched fallen.
And in stroke of luck, the former seraph wasn't agile enough to dodge one of Adam's axe swings, the sharpened edge of the weapon digging deep inside the king of hell's flesh, making the angel scream in pain as his expression morphed into one of fury, punching the first man and firing a ray of hellfire in hsi direction.
As soon as Adam hit the ground form the punch, his axe still in his hand dripping gold from the recent attack, he quickly jolted out of the way of Lucifer's attack, which burned the area the First Man was just in as it began glowing gold and the rocks began to melt and bubble from the extreme heat.
Adam felt a bit smug at Lucifer's injury but his expression was still stuck in a grim countenance, he knew very well that as things stand, even if he were to somehow defeat the ancient seraph, which would be a surprise as he is fighting the old bastard in his home territory, he would not come out unscathed. And his girls wouldn't survive either as the princess and her subordinates are still continuing their vile massacre of holy angels.
The man clicked his tongue as he sped towards the fallen angel and swung his weapon again, which was deflected by the Lucifer's now elongated claws before he and his axe were pushed back once again as the fallen prepared another long range attack.
'Damn it!' Adam thought angrily. 'We need a fucking miracle to beat this fucker and his whore of a daughter and her army. And I can't fucking rely on Sera because of Emily. What the hell am I supposed to do now?!'
And suddenly, as if in response to his desperation, help arrived.
In the form of a very confused undead.
"What in the…" Momonga spoke up absentmindedly as he found himself not in his gaming chair like he would expect, but in someplace… that honestly reminded him a bit of Muspelheim.
He found himself standing on a jutted rock overlooking what seems to be a city that looked similar to the ones he remembered seeing in history documentaries, about life back in the 21st century. Yet it seemed more wild than what the pictures showed. All he could see were entities that seemed less like human and more monsters of all kinds, it honestly reminded him of the heteromorph cities in the heteromorph majority world's such as Helheim and Niflheim.
'Where am I exactly?' Momonga looked around as he spotted a large floating red pentagram stretching across the horizon and encompassing the city. 'Is this some sort of DLC? They couldn't have lied about the shutdown, right?'
The undead stayed silent for a moment before an inner sigh left his metaphorical lips. '...No, they definitely would pull something like that. The Shitty Devs are called shitty for a reason. I don't know if I should be happy or pissed off.'
Yet, before he could continue mulling over this infuriating bit of news, Momonga suddenly heard a clash of sorts from behind him, which immediately got the Overlord's interest. The man looked behind him to see the ruins of what seemed like one of those old hotels of sorts cleaved in two. With two winged beings fighting in the air while a whole another fight was going on down below on the ground.
"What in the… are those angels?" Momonga spoke up as he looked at what seemed to be a golden winged angel fighting another with three sets of red and white wings. The former sporting a golden halo above their head, while the other seems to adorn instead a mockery of what is usually associated with the divine race; a serpent coiling around the large red horns of the many winged angel.
'That is definitely a fallen angel.' Ainz scratched his bony chin as he looked at the, quite frankly, feral beastly fight between the two.
'Is this some sort of new questline? Should I intervene or wait till the end of the fight?'
Unfortunately, before Ainz could come to a decision, it seems that fate chose for him.
Lucifer grimaced as he felt more of his power spill out, the air around him becoming thick and burning as his body became more monstrous, as eyes began sprouting all over his limbs and clothes.
He punched the first man again with a fist imbued with hellfire which threw the Head Exorcist far away, his clothes catching fire from his opponent's attack.
'How dare this… fucking pest, dare to harm my daughter, in my kingdom!' The fallen seraph angrily thought as he sent two balls of hellfire zeroed in at the First Man, who escaped the gruesome fate of being turned to charred crisps by a hair's breadth as he rolled on the ground away from the danger zone.
Fortunately, for the First Man, Lucifer stopped his next attack momentarily as he gazed upon a new variable not far away from the battlefield. An entity that reminded the fallen seraph of how an undead from one of those video games his daughter showed him before. And yet, what made the king of hell focus on this unknown being was the black halo behind the skull of this cretin who was watching his and Adam's fight.
'This is…' Lucifer was shocked as he slowly started to piece the evidence of who this being maybe. 'I remember now… Azrael has grim reapers working for her to collect souls. And if one of them is here as an angel…'
The fallen gritted his teeth as he changed the direction of his hostility to the new figure. 'So even she is going to fucking help this lowly rat? Fine, Azrael, I'll kill your subordinate as well and send both his and Adam's corpses to Heaven's gates!' And with that, Lucifer waved both of his hands as two columns of hellfire, moving about fluidly as if they were living, arose from the ground and bolted towards the mysterious angel.
'Oh crap!' Momonga cursed as he teleported out of the way reflexively when the not-so-angelic angel aimed two fire pillars of sorts at him.
As soon as he escaped, he used a flight spell as he hovered in the air, looking at the angel who escaped being turned to a crisp, and the six winged being who attacked him just now.
'Guess I'm going to ally with the angel against whoever this guy is.' Momonga clicked his tongue before waving his hand as he began casting multiple spells.
"[Maximize Magic: Gravity Maelstrom!, [Triplet Maximize Magic: Obsidian Sword!, [Triplet Maximize Magic: Call Greater Thunder!]"
As Momonga bellowed out his spells with his hand extended towards his enemy, a massive spiraling black ball of gravity was thrown from the Undead's hand towards Lucifer.
The fallen attempted to dodge the attack before it could reach him, unfortunately, the gravitational pull of the spell locked the angel into place as it began damaging him. Making him scream in pain as it felt as if he was being punched everywhere on his body simultaneously.
And the worst has yet to come, as three large obsidian swords formed behind Momonga as well as three large thunderbolts from the skies of Hell, the two spells instantly went towards the fallen seraph, piercing and electrifying him with powerful force. Making the fallen angel scream in agony as the collision of the three spells sent him forced him spiraling quickly into the massive gash in the earth caused by Adam earlier.
"Daaaaad!" Charlie screamed as she saw her beloved father get thrown into the massive hole formed below the remnants of the hotel.
But before she could try to run towards him in the hopes of saving him. An exorcist attempted to strike her when her guard was down.
Fortunately for her, one of Cherri's explosions erupted nearby, throwing the attacking exorcist into the nearby rubble, with some even falling on her as if to seal her fate.
"What the hell are you doing, Charlie?" Angel Dust shouted as he fired a series of bullets towards an attacking angel as he and Cherri grabbed Charlie before taking her in the opposite direction of the artificially formed canyon.
"Let go of me!" Charlie shouted as she attempted to claw her way out of Angel's four armed grip. "I need to help my dad!"
"And what the hell could you do, princess?!" Cherri shouted as she threw multiple grenades into the battlefield again as they zigzagged through the piles of corpses and remaining fighters. "You saw the shit that happened?! How the hell can you even help up there when you don't have wings?!"
Charlie's sclera turned a dangerous shade of red as she reformed her pitchfork in anger, but before she could impulsively try to attack the two of them to get to her dad, Angel's voice called out to her.
"Don't do anything stupid, Charlie! You trust your dad, don't you?! Besides, isn't he one of those big seraph guys and the king of this shithole at that?! He should be able to deal with that weird as fuck skeleton and the Head Ass easy-peasy! So don't get in the way and help us fend off these winged chickens first!"
These words were accentuated with the presence of an exorcist nearby who killed another sinner before she was struck from behind by another group of the cannibals before they began tearing into her alive, making the angel scream in complete agony before her voice was silenced.
Charlie gulped as she saw the grim scene before her, angels and sinners fighting each other to death, her father was now fighting two angels, or at least she thinks the skeleton is one, and her girlfriend is missing fighting Lute.
"Fuck… fine, you're right!" Charlie gritted her teeth as Angel let go of her before began running in the direction of the battlefield again. "Let's go!"
As Momonga saw the faux angel fall deep inside the hole in the earth, several questions ran through his mind as he saw the other angel slowly taken to the air and flying towards him.
'Is he going to be an enemy too? I already defeated the other one, or I think I did. He wouldn't attack me now, would he? No, wait, I'm still undead and he's an angel, dammit, he's going to attack, I should start preparing myself for a 2v1 if the bastard is still alive.'
And prepare he did, as Momonga then began casting multitudes of supportive and defensive spells on his person as he looked at the angel who approaching was approaching him with a solemn gaze on both his face and what seems to be a red mask of sorts of with yellow holographic eyes and mouth that change according to the frankly quite human looking angel's expressions.
Fortunately for the undead guildmaster, Adam stopped a fair distance away as his grip on his axe tightened.
"Who the hell are you?" Adam waved his weapon in Momonga's direction, who was unfazed by the threatening tone as he replied in kind.
"I should say the same, your… opponent attacked me out of the blue and here you in his place."
The two didn't break eye contact, golden orbs against red flames, staring at each other without moving.
Adam was the first to break eye contact as he sighed and looked at the ravine Lucifer fell into.
"You really don't know what's going on, are you?" He said as he scratched his head with his free arm, his grip on his weapon easing up a bit, but not enough to show that he had let down his guard.
Momonga nodded as he crossed his arms, his gaze following the angel's as he looked at the hole through which his enemy fell down. "No, so, mind explaining yourself?"
Adam snorted at the skeletal being's tone but didn't say anything. For despite his hatred of sinners and demons as a whole, he can sense that somehow, this being isn't a demon, or even an angel for that matter, despite the large illustrious black halo behind his back.
'He gives off the same feeling as Azrael, but at the same time, more… natural.'
Adam shook his head as he looked at Momonga for a moment before looking down again. "We'll keep the introductions short, the name's Adam, leader of the group of angels down there. And you are…?"
The undead was silent for a moment before replying to Adam, his body not moving an inch as he replied. "I am Ainz Ooal Gown. Nothing more, nothing less."
Adam hummed at the crisp response, yet he couldn't help but feel a bit of confusion. 'He's being truthful… But at the same time, not. I can't sense his True Name, but somehow the one he gave is both true and false at the same time. The hell's going on…? …No, no matter, right now…' At that moment, he saw a red light appearing inside the ravine, becoming larger by the second. '...We need to take care of this piece of shit.'
"Alright, Ainz Ooal Gown. You know the fucker that you just punted down into the fucking depths of this shithole? That's Lucifer Morningstar, the primordial piece of shit, and the Sin of Pride. And right now, I'd very much like it if you can help me beat this bastard, what do you say?"
Ainz didn't say anything for a moment to Adam as the two watched the fallen angel arise from the pit, his expression one of complete and utter fury.
"Alright. But first, buy me some time if you can."
As the newly named Ainz watched Adam take off after nodding to him to go fight the Sin of Pride, he couldn't help but feel a hit of panic in his nonexistent heart and mind.
'Great, dammit, as soon as I pop into this new DLC, or whatever it is, I'm facing off against one of the Seven Deadly Sins, a literal World Enemy!' Ainz groaned as he lifted his arms, multiple magic circles coalescing around him as they grew larger by the second.
'I don't know why the fuck is Pride looking so different, or how I hit him that easily last time, but that was probably just a stroke of luck. I'll need to take this seriously if I want to win and not die immediately.'
As the circles continuing growing, Ainz watched as his new ally Adam was dodging each of the fallen angel's attacks, sometimes quite easily, sometimes by a hair's breadth, and at times being hit by them and was thrown away before readjusting himself and flying quickly to counterstrike the devil.
Soon, the countdown time of the spell reached zero as the blue magic circles grew brighter and brighter by the second.
"[Super-Tier Spell: Pantheon Modified: Seraphim!]"
Another punch landed on Adam's solar plexus which made him wince in pain, but not without landing his own fist on Lucifer's chest, making fallen angel grit his teeth as the two were forced away from each other.
"You fucking think you'll get to leave this place alive, asshole?!" Lucifer snarled as he formed a spear of hellfire in his hand, aiming its brightened tip in Adam's direction.
The former human grinned before spitting some golden blood as he aimed his own axe in Lucifer's direction. "Don't fucking know, but I'll be damn if don't at least take you down with me or rip your disgusting wings into shreds. Hmm, maybe killing your daughter would be better than all these options?"
Lucifer's eyes blazed with fury as he sped towards Adam, who held up his shield in a defensive stance as the fallen seraph approached him with rage spilled across his face as he aimed his hellfire spear at Adam's heart. "HOW FUCKING DARE YOU?!"
*Clank!*
Thankfully for Adam, the hit never connected as something, or someone, deflected the fallen angel's weapon.
"What in the-?! Urk!" Lucifer couldn't complete his words before a kick to his torso sent him spiraling into the air, before finally controlling himself and standing up straight in the air again, allowing him to see who the hell kicked him, and the visage of the being, or beings, surprised him.
The one who kicked him was a nearly twenty feet tall entity, twice the the size of Adam. The entity was adorned in metal armor of white and gold, with sashes of purple cloth wrapping around their waist and shoulder like a toga of sorts over her metal armor. In her right hand was a mighty silver sword with intricate engravings on the flat of the blade. And on her left was a large tower-shield with the symbol of the scales of justice engraved on it. And on her head was a metal helmet with the face of a woman frozen in a stern serious expression on it.
And behind this being was another equally majestic creature. Unlike her armor wearing compatriot, the other being was adorned in white and silver robes with sashes of green and blue the colour of the earth and oceans draped over her. In her hands, the being carried a large elongated staff with mysterious runes written over its shaft, along with drawings of mystical landscapes floating over the oversized orb floating on top of the staff. And where her companion had a visibly obvious helmet on top of her head, the staff wielding being had no head to speak of, sans what seemed like a large white glowing orb resembling a star where her head should've been.
But what gave Lucifer, Adam, and any other onlookers a shock wasn't their majestic appearances, not by a long shot, but what they had behind their backs and on top of them.
Wings, three sets of each, were behind each of these beings, white and silver for the sword user and white and blue for the staff wielder. And on top of their heads were large intricate halos with many dismembered eyes floating above and below the halos, and whereas these angels didn't sport any expression or showed any emotion in their bodily expressions. The bodiless eyes looked at Lucifer with cold fury.
The cold fury of an ancient grudge.
"Who… are y-?"
"Seraphim Empyrean, Seraphim Aerosphere, attack the Sin of Pride!"
The two seraphim didn't allow Lucifer any pause or the chance to continue his words as the sword wielding Empyrean rushed towards him, sword ready to tear him in half. Fortunately for Lucifer, he was able to move his claws quickly enough to intercept the sword before it struck, sparks flying as the air quivered.
Alas, the fight was never in the fallen angel's favour to begin with, as the Aerosphere launched an silver orb of some sorts towards the fallen with terrifying velocity, hitting the angel's side with the force of a giant truck striking a mere human, launching him into the ground once more as a crater was formed from where he struck the blackened ground.
As everyone gawked at the appearance of the seraphim - even Lucifer as he stared with shock and anger at who these two unknown angels were after crawling out of the crater -, Adam looked towards Ainz with shock as he saw that the same blue circles that encircled the undead before the appearance of the angels are hovering over him once more.
No words were exchanged between the two as they simply gave each another a nod, understanding what the other meant within a heartbeat.
And just as quick was the silent exchange between the Head Exorcist and the Undead, so we're Adam's next words that echoed across the battlefield.
"All Exorcists! Retreat and protect our ally now!"
The order shocked the already mystified angels, yet it didn't last long as they immediately heeded the words of their commander, taking to the air despite their sinner foes' attempts at stopping them.
Lute was the last of the exorcists' to fly as she punched Vaggie in the stomach to get away from her, promptly extending her wings before flying immediately from amidst the rubble, and by the time that the treacherous angel recollected her bearing and attempted to swing her spear. It was too late, with Lute having already joined her sisters in the air, forming a sphere around Ainz with their weapons drawn and forms still in the air, despite their injuries making it difficult.
In the meanwhile, Adam already rejoined the fight against Lucifer, who was already continuing the fight against his fellow seraphim. The previous shock at their appearance dissipated as pure raw anger and hatred clouded his eyes as his form gave in more to its newer demonic nature.
More crimson horns began to sprout from Lucifer's head, coiling around his head in the form of a crown. His wings, abandoning their previous white lustor for a more wicked black, the red feathers became as jagged, wild, and sharp as those fangs that protruded from his mouth and the claws that became more than mere elongated sharp nails and became more draconic in nature, as if the fall seraph was half dragon, which was accentuated with his tail that grew hard black scales along its length, ending in a what seemed like a long large crimson blade sharp enough to adamantine.
The fallen angel, as he was struck for the last time by the Empyrean, growled before motioning with his hands silently in the form of an "X", and the result from such a weird action became clear.
As soon as Lucifer moved his limbs, the very blackened earth of Hell obeyed him, arising from land like tentacles, before immediately giving chase to the Empyrean and Adam, who were the closest to these hellish limbs. And with the fiery balls of death that Lucifer would cast from his hands like a machine gun, it became more like a deadly game of chase, and if any of the two angels is the least bit slow, the consequences would be as lethal as they would be gruesome.
As Lute and the Exorcists in the air saw the scene, they all wanted to abandon their posts to give their leader time to get away, yet his order in their mind was still fresh, and so, they refused what their instincts as loyal soldiers demanded, and continued standing guard around the undead.
'They're not in any shape to help in the fight to begin with.' Ainz thought to himself as he saw the changing expressions of the exorcists and what he assumed to be their leader, the white haired one.
'Haah, thankfully this 'Lucifer' is busy trying to attack the Seraphim Empyrean and that Adam guy. I could spare the Aerosphere healing them and helping protect me with them.'
Nodding to himself at his quickly thought up plan, the Undead Overlord mentally commanded the Seraphim Aerosphere to do so, causing the Seraph with a star for a head to abandon the fight temporarily as she teleported besides Ainz and behind the exorcists. Her voice was graceful and poised as she raised her staff and spoke.
"[Yggdrasil Collection!]"
As soon as she uttered the final word. An all encompassing light reached the entire battlefield as the mirage of a colossal glowing tree appeared behind Ainz and the Aerosphere. It's light reaching the exorcists and Adam and healing them within an instant, the only evidence of them ever being injured were the torn clothes as even Lute's missing limb was regenerated.
And yet, the spell didn't stop at that, for as the tree glowed a bit brighter, all of Ainz's allies and even the Undead himself were enshrouded in bright gold, as defensive buffs were placed on them.
All, even Lucifer and Adam, were mesmerized by the sight before them, forgetting that they were in a fight to the death. The tree reminds the two of another similar to it, in a garden ruined long ago by schemes made in the dark.
The Tree of Life.
Alas, Lucifer's surprise didn't last long as the Empyrean, finding her chance to strike, buried her blade deep inside the left side of the fallen Seraph, making the king of hell scream in agony before he was kicked roughly once again, his form ejected from the sword's blade as he spiraled in the air before recollecting himself, his wounds slowly but surely regenerating as he former blackened eye returned to its former monstrous glory.
Adam soon returned to the fight, as well, the effects of the buff and the healing he received were obvious to him as he felt ancient strength he thought was long ago lost returned to his angelic form.
'I don't know who in the, well, here, this Ainz guy is.' Adam thought as he summoned his axe once again, the healing nature of the spell cast seemingly has repaired even the weapon in the process. 'But I'm glad he's on our side and not this fucker.'
And with that, the First Man, finding that his chances of destroying the earthly limbs are higher, flew towards them with his axe drawn over his head.
'There's something wrong here.' The Undead Guildmaster thought worriedly. 'This is supposed to be the Sin of Pride, right? Then why is he so… weak?'
It wasn't a statement made out of arrogance or pride, as ironic as it would be due to the nature of his current enemy, but a genuine question. The Seven Deadly Sins he is familiar with are vicious monstrous demons, capable of fighting several parties of Level 100 Players with ease.
Yet here was Pride, a strong foe nonetheless, but not on the same level as the others sins Momonga once fought against, such as Lust or Wrath.
'Is it maybe a first and second phase kind of thing? Or maybe I have to kill him before an invisible countdown or something strikes zero and he becomes invincible?'
If the undead could, he would be biting his lip in frustration, alas, he couldn't, nor could he begin to comprehend why exactly he is not panicking at the moment, but first things first.
'If that's the case, I have to prepare, the two Seraphim wouldn't be enough to kill him if he becomes stronger. Hopefully this next summon can help turn the tides till I activate my trump card.'
The undead nodded to himself in consternation as he felt the countdown of the super tier spell reach zero, allowing him to finally activate it and bring about the existence of another useful summon of his.
"[Super-Tier Spell: Book of Revelations: Disaster of Abaddon's Locusts!]"
As soon as the undead uttered his spell, all of the angels and demons present, excluding the summoned Seraphim, felt shivers crawling up their spines as the already dark skies of Hell became darker ominously, as if to signify what is to come.
"A-am I the only one hearing some sort of buzzing?" One of the cannibals whispered to those around him absentmindedly as everyone was forced from their collective shock as they hesitantly agreed with him. The sounds of buzzing that would belong to the wings of a fly or a bee became all the more clearer by the second.
Suddenly, Husk, thanks to his feline instincts, instantly knew what was about to happen as he grabbed Angel who was nearby to him and Cherri and Nifty before running away.
"W-whiskers?! What the hell are you doing?! If you wanted a quickie behind the hotel, you should've said something before the-!"
"Shut the hell up!" Husk snarled as he saw Charlie and the wounded Vaggie nearby, surprising the two as he grabbed them with his tail as he continued running towards the ruins of the hotel. "Whatever is coming, it's fucking bad for all of us, we need to fucking hide, now!"
The demons and the exiled angel were flabbergasted by his desperation as he ducked into the ruins of the building and below a pile of rubble, hiding the group completely from the rest of Hell.
"Alright, asshole!" Cherri was the first to speak as she grabbed Husk by his suspenders. "What the hell is going on, and why did you fucking grab all of us?"
The winged feline swatted her hand away with annoyance as she spoke up with a short tone. "I don't fucking know, alright?! But whatever is coming, it's fucking dangerous and will be a le to kill us all!"
Husk's furious yet fearful words made their hair, or fur, stand up as the buzzing from before became louder and louder, till it was impossible to ignore the horrendous sound.
Or the sight that followed.
"What in the…" Lute slowly muttered as a few insects, locusts to be exact, buzz around in the air, seemingly appearing out of nowhere.
Slowly, more and more of these creatures appear, flying near each another as their disgusting buzzing becomes even louder than before.
Soon, out of thin air, the few locusts became a dozen, a dozen turned to a hundred, hundred to thousands, thousand to millions, and millions to billions.
It became clear why the skies of hell became darker than before, it was because of the countless locusts that covered the sky.
The exorcists, filled with fear and terror, raised their armaments defensively against the locusts, their arms shaking in place as the locusts funneled in the air and formed a globe of sorts as they pooled into one location, the sight drawing the attention of everyone as the ball of living insects condensed, slowly becoming smaller by the second as they settled on a slightly humanoid shape before slowly dissipating to show what was hidden underneath.
As the last of the locusts disappeared, all that was left was a man, or what resembled a man, in tattered black and red robes.
The being had six wings like the other two that Ainz summoned, but whereas their wings were feathered, the new being's wings were that of a locust's, black with patterns that seemed more like paintings on them, ones that showed horrific scenes of mortals being devoured and tormented by small insects, likely the locusts which this being resembles. And his halo, likely the only normal thing about the being, hovered behind the creature's head like his undead master, its colour a disgusting brown and black as it slowly rotated behind the monster.
The abominable angel had was covered in a hooded cape, allowing for full view of his metal breastplate, greaves, gauntlets, and many more, each for them a darkened black as they depicted horrific scenes like the being's wings, of plagues and famines and the unfathomable abyss.
And where one would expect a head, the creature had instead a metal mask resembling a human skull, if the human's skull had lion-like teeth, and twisted features, with what seemed to be illustrious black hair cascading from behind the metal visage.
As the monster hoovered in the air, a tail, one like a scorpion's, with five stingers on its end instead of the usual one, each of them powerful and sharp as the tail swerved from side to side like a serpent, as if it had a mind of its own.
None of the sinners down below dared to utter a word, in fear of attracting this new monster's ire. Especially as the only one that could help them in this moment, the king of hell, was currently being tag teamed by the Head Exorcist and his new ally's subordinate.
Alas, their vain attempt at not redirecting the abominable angel's attention towards them proved futile, as the monster, seemingly having gotten whatever order from its master silently, in a mysterious gesture extended his arms as if to welcome them to something.
And soon, they all knew what it is, much to their dismay and despair.
The very same locusts that formed this monstrous angel, now even wicked themselves, flew from behind his cloak in the thousands, forming large hateful swarms in the air before they began attacking the sinners down below.
Their screams a haunting melody as the blasphemous creatures devoured them, their faces to their limbs, their lungs and their hearts, their intestines and bones, nothing was spared as the massive insects, in front of an apathetic overlord and his holy and unholy servants, and the terrified exorcists, and the princess of hell and her company, watched as each sinner wasn't granted the mercy of death until nothing remained to devour, making any evidence of their existence null as even the angelic steel weapons were devoured whole by these abnormal varmints.
Finally, as the last of these demons were devoured, even their dead, the locusts retreated behind the scorpion tailed angel. Who, in a surprising move to the exorcists, didn't allow for his… locusts, to devour their dead as well. As the last of the man eaters returned to the inky abyss of the cloak, the monster turned towards them and bowed, not to them but towards their charge.
"Abbadon." The undead Overlord spoke neutrally. "Go help Adam and the Seraphim Empyrean against the one known as Lucifer Morningstar. Chip at his health whenever you can but do not try any suicide attacks. And most importantly, do not allow him to change his focus on me, understood?"
The angel, now known as Abbadon, bowed towards Ainz before his body turned to the once more large swarm of countless locusts as they rushed towards the fallen seraph, assisting the Empyrean and the Head Exorcist as they smacked the fallen angel and made him emit agonizing screams every now and again before fluidly moving through the air to avoid the vicious attacks of hell flames and the earth of hell itself that formed into phantasmal shapes to strike against equally hellish swarm.
Lute, who witnessed everything from her position in the protective felt her already pale face lose any faint pigment of colour as she saw all these events up close, from the 'arrival' of the insectoid angel, to the devouring of the sinners, to casualness of the their charge's orders to said monster, and now witnessing the First Traitor himself, get bodied by her commander and the two strange seraphim, or she at least assumes are seraphim based on their wings.
As she took her eyes from the cataclysmic sight, she saw the undead overlord being encased in an array of lights, both light and dark, as what seemed to be like an intricate clock, with Roman numerals on it appeared behind the skeleton.
'Just what the hell is he? How could a mere demon, if he is even that, could have this much power? How could he even command literal Seraphim like Lady Sera or Miss Emily? What the hell is going on?!'
'So far so good.' Ainz thought approvingly as he continued casting support spells one after the other on himself. 'This Pride guy didn't transform into something stupidly OP like a huge Kaiju dragon yet. And hopefully if I use {The Goal of All Life is Death} it will at the very least give me time to think up another plan when it finishes off his First Phase. Speaking of which…'
The undead cast a Life Essence spell as he gazed at the fight where his summons and his new ally engaged the 'World Enemy'. 'Is it just me, or is the guy just… whack? I understand that whatever this phase of his is supposed to be weak or something, but his regeneration is kinda… awful. Even those shitty cave lizards in Svartalfheim have better regeneration, and their name is a household insult for horrible regenerative spells or abilities. But this guy's ability is just… slow, like really slow.'
His despondent mood didn't last long as Ainz shook his head, his aura once more somber as he thought about it once again. 'No, don't think like Suzuki, this is what those shitty Devs want you to think. They'll make you feel like this guy is easy peasy, then boom, suddenly the guy can regenerate to full health in less than a second. They've already done that before with the Halloween Hydra.'
Ainz sighed as he finished casting the last of his spells, activating the countdown for his skill as a massive ancient clock face appeared behind him.
'Alright, here goes nothing.'
Lucifer dodged another pincer attack by that weird swarm of insects and the mysterious seraph, before being forced to deflect an attack by the axe wielding exorcist, pushing the fallen angel back a bit before he created a strong wind current with his wings to push him back, before proceeding to create multiple columns of fire that homed in on the trio, who dodged gracefully, at least the two aside from Adam, before striking once again, only to be met with the very dirt and stone of hell itself rising to protect its king, shielding him from harm.
'These filthy insects!' Lucifer thought angrily as he bolted towards Adam and struck the man in his chest using his claws, the strike not being as effective as he had hoped, courtesy of the Aerosphere's buff, before the Head Exorcist proceeded to return the favour and strike Lucifer once again, only to miss as the fallen angel grabbed his wing violently and tossed him to the ground below at a frightening pace, the earth of the infernal realm opening its maws to swallow the angel whole, only to be denied its meal as the swarm of locusts served as some sort of safety net against literal hell, allowing for Adam to live for another day.
In the meanwhile, the Empyrean, having gained another momentum, up in the air, dived right down towards the fallen angel, her sword drawn above her and her shield besides her, ready to strike the fallen angel.
Unfortunately for her, the seraph noticed her and was able to intercept her strike in time, but was nonetheless pushed back as a result of the force behind her swing.
'Alright, that's fucking it!' Lucifer snarled as he regained his balance, flying high up in the air, above even the red pentagram of the city as he spread his wings to their full size, each the size of a city block as he raised his arms up high in the air, a ball of light forming above them.
'I'll end this, right here, right now!' The king of hell thought with unholy fury filling his mind as the ball of light expanded, again and again, showing its true form. A bright star in its own right, it was a ball of flame, far brighter and purer than the hellfire that the fallen used before. The very energy that constituted this fiery ball of majesty, was an abominable mixture of the holy flames of Heaven that Lucifer once was familiar with, and the wicked fires of Hell that he now reigns supreme over.
It was an attack that would kill anything, angelic or demonic, and the fallen angel, who prided himself in being the strongest in Hell, will never allow mere weaklings like them to dare mock him in his own kingdom.
"B.U.R.N." Lucifer said with fury as he waved his arms down, and with it, the massive orb of chaos.
"Oh shit!" Adam said with a hint of panic in his voice as he flew in front of the weird angel and the insect swarm(?) that helped him. "You guys go to your bossman or whatever, I'll hold it off for n-!"
The First Man couldn't continue his words as the Empyrean and the insect swarm flew right past him, and as he observed so too was the other angel that helped him at first in the fight before flying to heal his girls and him.
"What in the fuck are they going to do now!?" Adam asked nobody in particular as he looked at the dome his soldiers made around their target and the man he wanted to ask immediately that question to.
And yet, he couldn't. Adam saw how Ainz, despite the lack of facial features, expressed grim resolve as he saw his subordinates fly in the face of dangers, the Undead's body still shining in different colours as a clock of sorts that sent shivers down Adam's spine began counting down, an audible sound echoing across the battlefield each time the hand moved.
Before Adam could dash towards the attack Lucifer launched, the three subordinates of Ainz moved in front of its path, the Empyrean with her shield in front of her and the Aerosphere and the insect swarm, which returned to being a singular being, on the sides as various shimmers of light originated from them as they covered the exorcists, Adam, and Ainz before their own selves.
*FWOOOOOOSHH! KABOOOOOOOM!*
The attack, upon coming into contact with the Empyrean's tower-shield, spread into fiery pillars of fire for a moment before they reconcentrated into one point and exploded violently, the forms of the three summons disappearing under the bright light as Adam and the exorcists had to cover their eyes to avoid being blinded.
The flames burned hot, both holy and unholy, yet surprisingly, aside from feeling the unbearable heat, none of them suffered any attack as some sort of barrier protected them all against the damage.
Slowly, as the flames recorded, Adam and Ainz, who knew his summons were still alive due to their connection to him, saw the figures of the three floating in the air as if nothing happened, yet a closer look at their appearances suggested otherwise.
The robes and armors of the Seraphim had scorch marks on them, and their wings had several black feathers on them, a sign of the intensity of the flames and their effect on the two. Even the locust winged being had several holes in his wings and even his cloak after taking the full brunt of the damage for the sake of his master and his new allies.
'Fuck!' Adam thought in a panic as he saw the signs of damage on the forms of the three. 'If these guys fall, I'll have to deal with Lucifer on my own, and I can't fucking buy Ainz time while having the short fucker's attention only on myself!'
Adam rushed towards the fallen seraph, his axe in hand, as he prepared to strike once the smoke dissipates before the king of hell decides on attacking Ainz or the exorcists next.
Yet as he drew closer, his hands flapping wildly to reach the fallen quicker, he finally saw the expression on Lucifer's face, and it wasn't bloodlust, rage, or disgust like before.
But shock and… familiarity?
Lucifer's body nearly returned back to normal instinctively as he saw behind the ruins of the helmet and mask the Seraphim Empyrean and Seraphim Aerosphere adorned respectively, their true faces nearly sending the fallen angel into cardiac arrest, at least if he was a mortal human.
"Z-Zadkiel…? Ariel…? How in the…?" Lucifer whispered under his breath as he saw the identities of the seraphim before him. They were his siblings, his sisters.
Sisters that have fallen by his and the rest of the traitors' hands in the war that he started long to overthrow Heaven gain dominion over Creation.
The former Archangel of Justice and Archangel of Nature were the first to fall in their scheme for power, assassinated to send a message before the treacherous angelic army moved in on the cities of Heaven to lay siege to them.
Yet here he was, their faces still the same, sans the scars that he distinctly remembered being either already there, or caused by him and his ilk.
And yet, the shock he felt for seeing his long since departed siblings wasn't shared by them. As the sword wielding blue eyed, silver haired Empyrean rushed towards Lucifer before Adam could and swung her sword at him.
The fallen was able to recollect himself in time to shield himself with his claws, gritting his teeth as the angel's sword seemed to have more power behind it than before.
"Z-Zadkiel?! It's me! Your brot-!"
"You are no brother of mine."
The Empyrean's heartless and callous words arrived as soon as he dared to utter a sentence, his sister's voice as cold as ice as she spoke to him as if he was nothing more than a gnat.
The fallen didn't even have the to reply before she kicked him in the torso once again, pushing him away as the locust being, Abbadon, ambushed him with his black twinblade, thrusting the blade deep into the fallen angel's back, making him scream. Before pulling the weapon's blade out as he kicked the body of the king of hell violently to the ground, a crater formed where he landed due to the force of the attack.
As the dust settled from the attack, Lucifer groaned as he got out and took to the skies, his wings battered but still functional, anger and sadness in his eyes as he eyed his two not-so-dead sister who just kicked him, and the one who was simply glaring at him from behind her half broken star-shaped mask.
He never expected in his immortal life to meet his dead siblings again, or even hear a mention of them. But here they are, very much alive and living, albeit in changed forms and regalia, and very much angry with him.
Had it been at any other time, he would try to make amends with his sister's, perhaps daughter to them. But now.
"Haaah…" Lucifer sighed as he began making another ball of flames, though not as large as the other, still just as fatal.
Now, the Morningstar will have to kill them again, and will need to make sure to finish the job this time.
"I'm sorry, you two… but for the sake of my daughter, die."
As Lucifer threw the bright orb at them again, he expected that they would either block it like last time, or be consumed by it, unfortunately for him. Neither happened, as a deep baritone voice echoed across the battlefield.
"GET AWAY, NOW!"
As Ainz shouted, the two Seraphim, Abbadon fly far away, even Adam copying them as he bolted out of the danger zone towards his girls with a powerful flap of his wings, leaving the Undead Overlord as the only remaining to face it.
"[Body of Effulgent Morganite!]" As Ainz cast the spell, he was covered in a light pink aura before going to face the fallen Seraph's attack head on.
And to the Non-Yggdrasil denizen surprise, the flaming orb, instead of exploding violently in the undead being's face and forcing him to the same state as his subordinates, the flame dissipated in a sense as soon as Ainz came into contact with it. And the only thing that was left in the skies were the exorcists, their leader, the summons, Lucifer, and the Undead Overlord with the malevolent clock behind him.
The fallen angel didn't waste any time in using another attack as he willed the earth of hell to rise up once again, this time in the form of large golem caricatures of himself, before ordering them silently to attack the undead, to which they did immediately with the spears they were formed with.
Ainz himself was no slouch as he expertly dodged the attacks of animated statues, moving about and escaping each attempt at killing him before retaliating with his own move.
"[Twin Maximize Magic: Reality Slash!]"
As soon as Ainz uttered those words, he flicked his finger towards the golems as the very fabric of reality seemed to be torn, cutting the two golems into perfect halves before they crumbled.
The undead guildmaster didn't hesitate for a second before continuing bolting towards Lucifer, the fallen angel knowing something was wrong, attempted to teleport away from him instead of using his wings, alas, the Overlord was already prepared for such an event.
"[Lopsided Duel!] [Triple Maximize Magic: Thousand Bone Lance!]"
As soon as Lucifer teleported a few hundred feet in the air in hopes of being far away from the undead before attempting some more dangerous moves than before, he was given the fright of his life as he was staring the Overlord right in the face.
In a panic, the king of hell swung his flame-coated arm in hopes of bashing the Overlord's skull in, until suddenly…
*Swish!*
'Why do I feel so… light?' Lucifer absentmindedly thought for a moment as he continued swinging his limb in the direction of the Undead, only to find that his fist for some reason hadn't shattered the being's skull into a million pieces already.
And when he looked down, it was clear why, his entire forearm and hand were hanging by a few threads and sinews, quite literally, as the mutilated limb lazily swung from side to side like a pendulum.
Fear welled up in Lucifer's heart along with physical agony, that was numbed by adrenaline, as he attempted to fly away from the undead in hopes of having enough time to regenerate his arm, alas, it was too late.
Whatever tore his forearm and the bones from their sockets, returned for the rest of the fallen angel, as thousands of small white lances, seemingly made from bone, tore into him at the speed of light. From his head to his torso, to his limbs, to his wings. Nothing was spared as Lucifer's regeneration was outsped in this metaphorical race by the Undead's spell.
The gruesome display continued only for a few seconds before finally ending, the fallen angel's body was about to fall half dead from the sky once again, but unlike Heaven, Ainz Ooal Gown would not show the king of hell such relief.
"Pathetic." Ainz intoned as he looked apathetically at the seraph, who only looked at Ainz with his one intact eye weakly with fear coloring it.
"In another time, I would have given a monologue about your incompetence in a fight and how this was so one-sided. But no, not this time, I will not deign to waste any more words than necessary."
And just as he said that, the clock finally struck twelve behind him, the sound greater than what a thousand Big Bens combined could produce, reaching the very heavens and earths as Ainz spoke his final words to the treacherous seraph, words that seemed more spoken through him than by him, but ones that he nonetheless agreed with.
"Turn to the very dust you despise, filth, for {The Goal of All Life is Death!}"
'[Silent Widen Magic: Cry of the Banshee!]'
As Ainz intoned the name of the skill and his spell. A dreadful scream echoed across the battlefield and hell, before everything in a large radius, including Ainz and Lucifer, were enveloped by a white light.
Nothing.
That's what everyone saw for a few seconds as the light consumed their visions, even the Hazbin Hotel demons who got out of the rubble found their eyes nearly burned by the searing white illumination.
A few seconds later, it dissipated, allowing for everyone to see, angelic or demonic, what had occurred.
The Undead Overlord was still floating in the air like before, nary a hint of damage on his illustrious robes, his skull still half hidden by the hood. But the same couldn't be said about Lucifer.
The fallen angel, as the skill finished collecting its harvest, fell down ungracefully to the ground without much fanfare, making a small thud as he made contact with the ground.
Charlie was the first to run as she dashed from behind her friends to her father, followed by Vaggie and the rest, while the exorcists led by Adam went closer towards them as well, and the sight that laid before was horrifying.
"Daaaaaad!" Charlie screamed with horror in her eyes as tears fell down her cheeks as she knelt beside the angel, or rather, his corpse, if it can even be called that.
Three fourths of the fallen was missing, what remained were an arm, a leg, and pieces of his torso connecting them and a quarter of his head. And yet, where most would expect guts or even at least an angel's golden blood, nothing was to be witnessed. His corpse like a husk, devoid of anything of mention, with the skin and remnants of his clothes cracking like stone with every second.
"No, no, no, no, no, no! Please! Dad! Get up!" Charlie begged no one in particular as she tried to stop even those few remains from being destroyed, alas, it was a futile endeavor.
And in her arms, the remnants of her father, King Lucifer Morningstar, Lord of Hell, crumbled unceremoniously.
No one spoke up for a few minutes, even Adam and his angels, as Charlie sobbed uncontrollably with Vaggie patting her back as she knelt besides her. The scene was heartbreaking, even to Adam, but he has long ago shed any ounce of sympathy he would ever feel for a Morningstar.
In that moment, Ainz floated down, looking at the gut-wrenching scene with complete apathy, feeling nary a shred of remorse for the weakling 'World Enemy'.
"I suppose it is over now?" Ainz asked Adam as the Undead's three summons dropped down behind him, their armor and bodies damaged, evidence of the fight they were in.
"Haaaaah… Yep, it's over, for good this time." The man shrugged slightly as he continued watching the scene of the daughter crying over her dead father. Nary a hint of regret in his gaze as he refused to look away from the scene. With Ainz following his gaze as he mulled over what had occurred.
'So he really died for good from that? …Good, would've been way more awkward if he just came back to life or had a second phase after my chuuni words... Geez, what the hell is wrong with me?! Why did I say something so cringe-worthy?! Damn you, Ulbert, for infecting me!'
As the Undead had his childish inner rant, Lucifer's daughter felt the last of her tears dissipate as she could do nothing but gaze at the dust of her father with red itchy eyes, before her gaze met the visage of her beloved father's undead killer and the monstrous angel who plagued her family with his existence for millenia.
'I'll kill them.' Those were the only words in Charlie's head as she summoned her pitchfork and slowly used it to stand up before marching towards them, a surprised Vaggie tried to stop her, but to the exiled angel's surprise, the princess pushed her away as she continued her hate-filled walk. Which slowly turned to a sprint as she prepared to skewer them both.
'I'll kill them. I'll kill them. I'll kill them. I'll kill them. I'll kill them. I'll kill them. I'll kill them. I'll kill them. I'll kill them. I'll kill them. I'll kill them. I'll kill them. I'll kill them. I'll kill them. I'll kill them. I'll kill them. I'll kill them. I'll kill them. I'll ki-'
"[Extend Boosted Magic: Paralysis.]"
To her dismay, she couldn't take another step before she limply fell to the ground face first. Vaggie was the first to run towards them as she checked for the woman's vitals, and to her relief, she was still alive, and very much awake, her gaze as Vaggie rolled her over was still fixed on the two with hatred, yet none of the Hazbins spoke up as they went around her and surrounded her protectively.
Ainz, uncaring of their futile attempt to protect what he assumes, if her grief filled words are anything to go by, his enemy's daughter and looked at his impromptu ally for a new advancement to the "quest".
"So what now?"
Adam gave the man a small look as he hummed, before shrugging up defeatedly. "I don't know to be honest, I didn't expect to actually have Lucifer of all fuckers meet his end today, but here we are, I'll have to tell Sera the good news soon though. In any case, you should probably keep that vengeful bitch alive for now, to get the nobles under control at least."
Ainz nodded for a moment as he followed Adam's train of thought. 'I don't know who this 'Sera' woman is, but there's probably a good reason for why he would want to relay the news to her. Maybe she's his boss or something? …Wait, what did he say?'
"I'm sorry, what did you mean by 'controlling the nobles'? Shouldn't it be your duty or something?"
Adam snorted at Ainz's question but didn't remark further for a while as the Hazbins all looked wide eyed at him too, confused by his words, including Charlie.
"It's like I said. This shithole always followed 'the strongest reigns supreme' bullshit, despite how much they try to pretend they're civilized and shit. And since you defeat the 'strongest' here…"
Adam barked a small laugh before making a faux gentleman bow to Ainz. "Congrats on being Hell's new King, Bones!"
Ainz didn't say anything for a moment as whispers began to erupt between the exorcists, and even the Hazbins who had shock written over their faces, as the situation finally dawned on them. Even the paralyzed princess of hell wanted to protest against this… usurpation of her family's rule, but the only thing that came out from her were animalistic sounds and moans, her eyes twitching as she tried to speak.
The Seraphim Empyrean, Zadkiel, the Seraphim Aerosphere, Ariel, and the Locust Angel Abbadon, all had looks of happiness and glee at seeing their master become the new ruler, their arms all folded as they hummed pridefully with eyes closed, like three peas in a pod.
And as all were coming to terms with this new shift in power, the undead man in question, had only one thing on his mind.
'...This isn't Yggdrasil, is it? …Fuck.'
Author's Note:
Sorry for the wait, and to those who sent omake ideas but haven't been written yet. As you can see, the one I made took around 10k words lol, and I didn't want to delay the chapter any longer since I'll be doing my midterms soon and don't know when I'll be able to release another chapter.
In any case, yeah, I still am very much planning on writing them and have a plan for each, and the next chapter, whenever it will come out, will be omake only to finish them all.
That said, I'm still open to taking requests for ideas if any of you are planning on sending some my way.
Now, for some bits of news, a friend of mine on AO3 made a spin off of the omake of Adam summoning Yggdrasil Lilith, but instead of her its others. It has three chapters so far, but it's pretty cool, so go ahead and give it a read in the future:
