Chapter 59: Paying a Visit (Part 2)

The next day...

"Whoa...this is the place!" Emma exclaimed.

"Have they become rich enough to buy and own it?" Lucy asked.

"It's possible. One day, I would like to live in a place like this!" said Van.

"Well, I'll ring the doorbell." said Kappei as he pressed the button.

The scene then moves further away revealing the teens standing before a mansion. "This is where Ron and Jane lives in now. Along with their son." Emma thought and easily, the door opened and, "Welcome. You guys are early."

"What's up Ron!" Van greeted him.

"How are you?" Emma asked.

"Ha! Ha! I thought you guys might drop by later but still, come right in!" Ron let the teens as inside, "Cool! Your entire crib is full of luxury!" Kappei exclaimed as inside, the teens are in the main hall which leads to the other rooms. In front of them is the living room which has a couch, a large, flat screen TV, a long table between them and finally, a sliding door which leads to the outside. On it's right is the dining room and kitchen merged into one area.

Now there is a staircase which leads to the second level. There, it has the master bedroom, 3 more bedrooms and the bedroom for their infant son. Each of them has a bathroom though the one in the master bedroom is larger than the others. There's also a game room, a billiards room, a small gym and another staircase which leads to the attic in which it's converted into a small movie room which can house up to 30 people and it has a popcorn machine and a soda dispenser.

Outside is their patio which has a swimming pool, a hot tub and a BBQ pit. And a cellar door beside the sliding door which leads to the basement where supplies are stored. "Similar to the one at the beach house." Van thought.

And yes, Ron took the teens for a tour in the mansion when a voice called out to him, "Ron? Do we have guests?"

"Yes we have Jane! Come and see for yourself!" From the bedroom, Jane came out wearing only a bathrobe and, "Oh my gosh it's you guys!" She approached them as Emma and Lucy hugged her. "You just woke up?" Van asked.

"Why yes." She replied.

"Jane came back late from a mission yesterday night so she's kinda exhausted." Ron explained.

"And I need to check on Roderick..." Jane added and stifled a yawn. "Fix them some refreshments will you?"

"Alright then. And you should continue your rest for I attended to our little boy already. He's now in his room playing with his toys." Ron told her.

"Well...I'll just check on him first and then...sleep a little more..." Jane went back upstairs as Ron brought the rest to the living room as they sat down and he went to the dining room. He soon came out with a pitcher of watermelon juice and 6 glasses. He poured out the drinks on the glasses and each have one after that. "You all had breakfast before coming here right?"

"Of course." said Lucy.

"That's good. Then I can prepare lunch for you all. But first, how was high school for all of you?" Ron asked. Each teen then told them of their time and experience as he listened attentively. "And also, you have left the entire WNA astonished over your power Kappei."

"Really?"

"Being the first and the only one to awaken an ancient-ranked awakened power is one thing but another thing, did you ever think that there is a reason and purpose on why your power is awakened as ancient?" Ron asked.

"Good question. I never thought of it until now..." Kappei replied as Emma had a concerned look on her face and Gumchi finished his glass and drank up the remaining beverage from the pitcher.

"Well, you're still young and maybe one day, the answer you seek might come looking for you." said Ron as they chat some until he looked at the time. "Well, time to cook up some yummy lunch! And who drank up all the juice?"

A burp sound was heard and Gumchi just grinned with everyone laughing.

Dining Room...

Lunch is being prepared as the teens are seated down and watching a culinary performance as right before them, Ron is seen seasoning pieces of steak, slicing potatoes and carrots and stirring a small pot of gravy.

"Lunch is going to be scrumptious!" Kappei exclaimed and now, Ron has begun the grilling as the sizzling smell of the steak made everyone smile dreamily. Even Gumchi is jumping in excitement as Kappei poured him a glass of coke. Yeah drinks are already prepped and ready.

Several minutes later, everyone has a piece of steak on a plate with sliced carrots, buttered peas and roast potatoes. There's a bowl of gravy and a plate of extra steak for everyone to help themselves should they want a second helping when, "Ah...just in time." Jane showed up dressed casually and carrying Roderick as she put him on the high chair he waved his arms to his daddy as he smiled at him. Jane then started feeding him some baby food that Ron also prepped while the rest helped themselves to the scrumptious lunch. "Wow...Roderick almost looks like his dad. Though he has his mom's eyes." Emma thought as she ate a roast potato.

"Hey Jane. You were on a mission yesterday night?" Van asked as he chewed on the meaty piece.

"Yeah! What kind of mission was it?" Kappei also asked as he ate some vegetables.

"Well, to start off, I attended a party in a cruise ship which kicks off at midnight." Jane began. "But this party is a gathering of criminal organizations like the mafias, loan shark syndicates, yakuzas and many more. My mission from the WNA is to get intel on the members and thanks to my charms, I was able to gather intel in which all the ringleaders are gathered for the party along with many top executives and other members from the respective criminal groups. Their objective was also revealed. To establish a global alliance to expand and enhance their criminal activities."

"What happens next?" Emma asked.

"Once the confirmation is light, I gave the signal to the WNA to enable them to conduct and all out raid on the cruise ship. The mission was a complete success for the enemy was not prepared for the raid and every single party attendant was nabbed. As for me, I was able to hack into the main computer of the ship acquiring more intel and stole cash in billions for myself and Ron."

"Whoa...to think you are tasked to go on a mission for the WNA despite being known to only sit down and do admin duties in the main HQ." said Lucy.

"And you even earned a ton of green!" Van exclaimed.

"Things change now. Even Burton and Berecca go on missions once in a while." Jane added.

"Cool! So they get paid a lot just like you guys. Right?" Emma asked as she drank her soda.

"Yes those who work for the WNA earn high salaries. Ron and I used our own funds to buy this mansion and renovates some areas. In past missions, I also did the same thing, hack into computer systems for intel and steal cash for ourselves. Don't worry, we gave half to the WNA for funding and other ongoing top secret projects and future ones." Jane assured to them.

"So when we graduate from high school, are we instantly recruited into the WNA for life?" Kappei asked.

"Yes. But you are still allowed to live normal lives like further your education, get a job, start a family and have fun like going on holidays and hang around. The WNA leaves it to the ninjas to decide their paths." said Ron. "It doesn't mean you work for them all the way. If they need you, you can help them but if you're not free, they can ask others."

"I like that they allow flexibility." said Van.

"Agreed." Ron replied as Gumchi helped himself to another steak and ate it up. "Yummee! Yummee!" Everyone laughed and continued mingling and bonding over lunch.

After that which also includes the teens helping out wash the dishes and stuff, the males hang out at the pool room as Van, Kappei and Ron had fun pocketing balls into the pockets of the billiards table while in the game room, the females played Paper Mario 64 via the Nintendo 64. "Rodrick's first game to watch with his dad." Jane told the girls as he gleefully cheered at the gameplay as Lucy is controlling the main characters. "Watch me crush the Goombas and Koopa Troopas!"

"Let me have a turn!" Emma requested.

"Alright! After I do a boss battle and give it a bad, brutal beating! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!" Lucy sure is enjoying video gaming for the first time.

At 5pm, the teens and Gumchi are heading back. "Thanks for visiting!" Jane thanked them as Roderick waved them goodbye as they waved back to the adorable little boy. Even Gumchi hugged the baby boy as he laughed.

"See you again!" Ron called out as the teens and Gumchi left via a booked ride. He and Jane smiled at each other and they smooched each other on the lips.

That night...

"Ah...this is nice..." Ron is in the hot tub chilling as he poured himself a bottle of champagne in a wineglass. Seconds later, Jane joined him as she removed her bathrobe revealing her black string bikini as she joined her husband.

"Roderick is tucked in well." She told him.

"That's good. One day, he'll grow up to be strong like me." He replied with a chuckle.

"I know for sure, he will." Jane then raised her glass and she and Ron had a toast.

"Now...shall we have a little 'fun'?" Jane scooched down for a few seconds and then, her bikini bottom is on her hand. Ron smirked at this and scooched down also and soon enough, his swim trunks are on his hand. They tossed them out and, "Now for the main event." Jane unhooked her top as it fell into the water and she picked it up and tossed it out.

"Oh yes, I like what I'm seeing now..." Ron then went to Jane and started to make out with her and the next thing it happened, they were making waves in the hot tub and good thing they're all alone outside at the patio and it appears, the patio floor is wet and with more water splashing out and moaning can be heard. Yeah, let's let them be.

I had this thought that Ron and Jane grew rich together in their services to the WNA. Even a story about Jane's recent mission was included.

And soon, school will begin but not in the next chapter but in the following one. Stay tuned.

Awakened Power: Lavakinesis

Elena's awakened power enables her to create and control lava. She can shoot lava globs for range attacks from her hands and mouth, melt parts of the ground with her feet and melt ice and metal in an instant. Furthermore, she can create lava golems, unleash lava eruptions from the ground and miraculously, swim in lava without being incinerated. Not even her hair, clothes and shoes burn away.

Ultimately, she can unleash volcanic attacks when she and her boyfriend combine their awakened powers.
