As the Brother Gods made this declaration, I let the Stardust Kamehameha I was charging in my hands secretly go, as the beam soars towards the two brothers. It ends up hitting the Light Brother in the face, to the amusement of the other brother.
"Brother, It seems you have something on your face." The Dark Brother said, Humor evident in his tone.
Said brother appeared to be unaffected by my strongest attack, as I realized I might be in over my head.
"Oh?" The Light Brother exclaimed, gripping me in their hand tightly, as they looked me over. "My, My. A Young Godling. Such a small spark of Divinity inside you… Yet the embers still burn on. Curiouser and Curiouser…"
"You… Bastards…" I mutter out, struggling to get out of his grasp in Super Saiyan 2. "You… abandoned this… world… You have… NO SAY… IN WHAT TO DO WITH IT!"
My hair flickers green for only a moment, as I manage to break out of the Light Brother's Grasp.
"You have no right to lecture us about what we have or don't have a say in." The Dark Brother says, his non-existent brows furrowing. "This is OUR world. We get the final say. This world shall perish."
"Over my dead body." I say, spitting out a glob of blood.
""So be it."" The Brothers say, pointing their index fingers at me, as two massive beams of dark and light energy respectively shoot towards me.
[!BOSS BATTLE!]
[{The Brothers Grimm}]

Not knowing what else to do, I use {Time Manipulation} and {Perfect Shield}, slowing down the beam enough to time the shield right, Giving me a second of I-Frames*, which allows me to Teleport away from the beam.
"Oh? Time Manipulation? You surprise us, Godling. Well we can't have that." The Light Brother says, as he snaps his fingers.
[NOTICE: DUE TO OUTSIDE INTERFERENCE, {Time Manipulation} IS DISABLED.]
I quickly think over a plan, as one comes to mind. My {Parallel Mind} skill working overtime, as It swaps out {Limitless} for {Reverse Status} on the {Tired} debuff.
'Now, I just have to Focus on do-'
Suddenly, a fist slams into my body, dropping my HP to the point where I should've died, had a certain skill not come in handy.
[{Fortune's Favor} ACTIVATED. COUNTER DROPPED FROM 8 TO 7.]
[{Fortune's Favor} HAS LEVELED UP.]
'HOLY SHIT! I WAS FULL HP, AND IN SUPER SAIYAN 2, AND THEY ONE-SHOT ME?!' I think Panicked.
"You are Tougher than expected. I guess we should step it up a notch." The Dark Brother said, sadistically.
"I agree. Let us see how much you can endure." The Light Brother agreed, as hundreds, upon thousands of Dark and Light orbs appeared, hovering in the air, as the entire roof of Salem's castle crumbled into dust.
As I looked at the incoming projectiles, I could only pray for a miracle.
{POV - Alice Gold - Third Person}
It felt like multiple hours, when in reality, it only took a handful of minutes to arrive at their destination.
Alice wasn't a fool. She knew that whatever she was getting into was highly dangerous, and possibly even deadly, but she cared too much about her leader to take those risks into consideration at the moment.
The person that Fawn had called, an older woman, wearing a mask with a sword on her hip, was standing in the place that Fawn had mentioned.
Fawn had opened her mouth to say something, when the ground suddenly shook.
"That was no earthquake." Alice muttered, loud enough for everyone to hear before feeling the ground. "It was as if the entire world shook."
"Somethin's wrong." Fawn said, before turning to Raven. "Which forces us to speed up our timeline."
"So why did you call me here?" Raven asked, seemingly only here for business. "This must be serious if you're calling in the only favor I gave you this early."
"It is." Fawn nodded, before turning to Alice and Gloss, also nodding at them. "When Zeezee had dat' meetin' with ya', I know she asked to use ya' portals. I want ya' to take us where she wanted ya' to take her."
"No." Raven said, shaking her head. "You have no idea how much of a death sentence that is. If I beheaded you three right here, it would be a mercy compared to what would happen to you."
"We don't care about the consequences. Our leader is going off, fighting Oum knows who, and we need your help to get there." Gloss exclaimed, stomping his foot at Raven's defiance. "So are you going to help us, or are you going to stand there and do nothing?"
"...You sure know how to pick them, Fawn." Raven exhales, hand on her forehead, as Fawn grins.
"Hey!" Gloss says, a blush on his face, yet slightly scowling. "Now's not the time for pointing out types of partners, Bub!"
"...Fine. I'll help. Two conditions." Raven says, before ever so slightly unsheathing her sword. "First condition, Is that this portal is One-way ONLY. We don't need Grimm coming through this portal. Second, Don't ever call me 'Bub' again."
"As long as you help, deal." Gloss agrees, along with the others in the group.
Raven, seemingly satisfied with this, slices open a Portal, which the three of them step into, as It closes behind them.
Looking around at the devastation of what seems to be a castle, Alice looks up, and sees two, massive figures, Standing over a familiar form.
Zero, battered, bruised, bleeding, and almost every kind of injury, is hunched over, yet still standing. Cauterized cuts lace her body, as the Two beings stand tall over Zero. Their figures imposing and intimidating.
"This has been… Entertaining, for the little amount of time you struggled. We had hoped you would see Reason, Godling. We suppose living along mortals has made you soft. Naive. Weak. Say Goodbye." The White Giant proclaimed, as Fawn and Gloss watched on in horror, Fawn's instincts freezing up.
"ZERO!" Alice called out, diverting everyone's attention, as the two beings and Zero turned to look at them.
"A..li..ce..?" Zero called out, Beaten and bruised.
{POV - Zero Nigiro}
I looked over, as Alice had called out my name, and realized the two gods had done the same.
"Friends, I presume? A shame you won't be around long enough to enjoy this reunion." The Dark Brother said, smiling, as he shot one last beam at me,
I braced for Impact, as I heard a familiar beeping noise.
"No! By Discarding {Kuriboh}, Zero takes no Damage from your attack!" Alice called out, her stand active.
"Alice… You…" I began, before Alice shook her head at me.
"You allowed me to become who I truly was, I'm not going to let you die here!"
I felt tears reach my eyes, as one final idea crossed my mind. One that I hadn't even thought of until now.
"Alice… You- You trust me… Right…?" I asked, Meditation working overtime to keep me alive.
"Always." Alice nodded, as I retrieved something from my inventory.
"Put this on your Left ear." I say, throwing Alice a familiar earring I had gotten a while back. "And let me take the lead."
"Alright." Alice says, clipping the earring to her Left ear, as I put the other earring on my right.
Suddenly, the two of us were forcibly flung to each other, as if the magnetic force of the universe had ordered us to become magnetic to each other.
Then, the world went white.
{POV - Third Person}
"What is this Trickery…?!" The Dark Brother asked, obviously peeved that this battle was taking longer than expected.
"I do not know, but stay on Guard. Something is wrong. I can feel it." The Light Brother explained, as the Light and Smoke Cleared, one figure was standing where the two had collided.
Where the two originally stood, A new figure stood there. Green skin with Brown-ish Blonde hair, yet with the same Hairstyle as Zero. Canine Ears rest atop their head, and a Tail stuck out from underneath the Black skirt that they were wearing. A beige hoodie that was open in the front, revealed a lack of a shirt, but showed black bandages covering the chest area. A long, Red scarf dangled from the neck of the figure, as they were fully revealed. Two orange earrings dangle from their ears, seemingly shining in the moonlight.
""This feels amazing! I was skeptical of the Potara working, but woo-boy do I feel like a million lien!"" The Person called out, as they rotated their arms, and stretched. Popping joints and flexing their entire body.
""Just a heads up, You two should probably stand far back."" They said, turning to look at Gloss and Fawn. They seemingly think for a moment, before nodding. ""Now… To deal with you two hypocrites.""
"Hypocrites?! How dare you!" The Dark Brother yelled, as he fired another beam. Only this time, the beam was blocked with their arms. Albeit, not without a bit of damage.
""That stung… But not as bad as it was before."" They smirked, as they rubbed their arms and clenched their fists.
"Who are you?" The Light Brother Demanded, hovering forward slightly.
The person smirked, as a wind blew up, causing the scarf to flap in the wind.
""I am neither Alice, nor Zero! I am Alero! I am the one who will defeat you!"" Alero exclaimed, putting their arms at their sides fists outwards.
""HYAHH!""
{Now Playing - Find Your Flame - Sonic Frontiers [OST]}
As Alero yells out, Their hair takes on a Familiar Golden Glow.
""I can only go Super Saiyan, but this feels like it should be plenty enough.""
"So… Some Kind of Fusion… No matter. You will fall like many others before you."
The Brothers punched forwards, as Alero dashed around the two punches, before kicking the Light Brother in the face, which knocked him into the Dark Brother, causing them both to fall over, leaving a spider-web pattern crack in the ground on impact.
"Get off me, you fool!" The Dark Brother yells, as the Light Brother gets up, only to side-eye his Dark Counterpart.
"If they can use tricks such as Fusion, there is no reason we cannot do the same."
"I suppose. But you owe me for this." The Dark Brother Scoffs, as the two walk into each other, seemingly merging into one being.
Alero looks upon the two gods becoming one with a smirk on their face, yet standing on guard.
As the two Brothers merged, the patches of light and dark were shifting around their body like a lava lamp of conflicting material.
""This is a first for us, yet this will be the last for you. No mortal, or godling, for that matter, has ever managed to push us this far. You may call us; Perrault."" Perrault boomed, as Alero looked up at them with a smile on their face.
"You talk a big game for someone who hasn't landed a strong enough hit on me." Alero smirks, as their hands light up with what seems to be cards made entirely of light.
Alero throws her hands up, as the cards all go flying in random directions, before forming a grid pattern on the floor.
Perrault watched as the cards flew around as they formed a grid, when they suddenly felt a strong kick to the back of their neck, sending them straight downwards.
""And now you get a taste of the power of OUR strength, The Strength of Zero! The Strength of Alice! The Strength of everyone we know and love, not just added, but multiplied to a point you couldn't comprehend!"" Alero says, throwing their hands up in the air, as if holding up a massive boulder. ""[Fusion Technique; {Full Deck Kamehameha}!""
As the name of the attack was spoken, all sixty of the cards that Alero had released earlier, lit up with energy, as each and every one of them released a {Stardust Kamehameha} into Perrault, doing a ton of Damage.
""You come back to this world, claiming that it's unworthy. YOU are the unworthy ones! You curse a woman to be immortal, and then blame her for bringing you here! You force the one she had loved to be reincarnated over, and over, and over again, just for your entertainment! You, coming to a world you abandoned, and claiming the people here aren't worthy of Existing?! No more! No longer will I accept childish behavior from people who claim to be gods! This ends! Right here, RIGHT NOW!""
[NOTICE: {Ultimate Arts} CHARGE AT 100%. {Ultimate Arts} HAS REACHED LEVEL 2]
""Perfect timing."" Alero smirks, as the Brother gods struggle to stand up, their form flickering. ""{Ultimate Arts: Dragon Punch}!""
Alero's fist began burning, a flame so bright that it seemed light a Neutron Star was clenched inside her fist.
""Behold, The Dragon's FURY!"" Alero yells, as she's propelled forwards into the body of Perrault, punching straight through their body, as the rest of their body begins to dissolve, as if the Flames had burned away their entire essence.
[{Ultimate Arts: Dragon Punch} HAS BEEN USED. {Ultimate Arts} CHARGE RETURNING TO 0%]
{Ultimate Arts: Dragon Punch} {Ultimate Arts Skill} {Unleash your fury to jet through the air and hunt down an enemy to execute. Deals 100% of the opponent's Maximum HP, however, you have six seconds to land the punch. Missing the punch causes {Ultimate Arts}'s charge to become 50%.}
""This is over."" Alero exclaims, as the last little bit of the brother gods begin to dissolve.
""...Perhaps… We had treated this world… Too harshly. With the last of our power… We shall deem you all… Worthy."" Perrault finishes, as the last of him
dissolves into little wisps of Dark and Light.
Suddenly, Alero notices a bright light coming from an area behind where Salem's castle once stood, as the entire Grimm lake proceeds to vanish in a blinding light. She notices that the Grimm are still around, which means that new Grimm will never appear ever again.
Alero, smiling at what seems to be good news, suddenly feels something is wrong as they split back into two people.
{POV - Zero Nigiro}
'That was an experience.' I thought, as Alice is looking around the place, feeling her own face and legs, as if she'd never had a body of her own.
I'm suddenly reminded of Salem, Cinder, and Neo, as I use my energy sense to locate them, but they're long gone. In the middle of the room, I see the Relics, all the color drained from them.
"What… Was that?" Alice asks, looking at me, confused.
I chuckle, as I take the Potara earring back from Alice.
"I'll tell you later. But right now? We go back to Beacon, and Celebrate." I say, giving the widest smile I can muster. "The Grimm are no longer an Immortal Species. They are now Finite. Endangered. We can live in an Era of Peace."
I call over to Fawn and Gloss, and as expected, they ask about what happened, what was the whole 'Fusion' thing, and what was the plan.
"I'll tell you guys later. We all need to rest, and we also need to tell everyone the good news." I explain, using the Yamato to slash open a portal.
"We've saved the world, guys." I smile, as we all walk through the portal, hand in hand, ready to rest, and celebrate our victory.
* I-Frames are short for Invincibility Frames, which are moments where someone is completely immune to damage
