EVO#005: The Swashbuckler that fights for what's right! The Boss of World 1-1 appears!
With an unknown area, a figure walked into a large spacious hall made from a bronze and quartz material with pale blue lights hanging from the ceiling. The figure walked over to a table and picked up a wine glass and poured themselves a glass. As they sat down and took a sip, they heard a noise from behind them and smiled slightly. "Rose." they said, not looking behind them. From the shadows, a familiar figure walked out of the shadows. "Huh, I thought that I was much more discreate this time." she said as she walked towards the table, the other woman gave a small smile.
"What business are you up to, Rose?" the first woman asked, Rose smiled slightly. "What ever do you mean, Madonna?" she asked as the now-named Madonna narrowed her eyes. "The boy." Madonna said as Rose smiled coyly. "Who, The Nakawa Boy?" she asked, Madonna nodded, taking a sip from her drink. "He was a grieving boy and I decided to give a little trinket from his missing sister." Rose explained as Madonna raised an eyebrow. "You already know what happened to her." Rose said, both her expression and tone was cold, a far cry from her earlier cheerfulness. Madonna laughed, disregarding Rose's expression. "Oh, Rose, you always find a way to crack me up." she said as Rose narrowed her eyes. "You may have some trust in the boy but soon, he'll join his dear sister, mark my words." Madonna finished, closing her eyes. When she opened her eyes again, She noticed that Rose was gone but the bottle of wine was also gone. Madonna growled, an anger tac form on her head.
"Just as petty as always, Rose." She said, clearly annoyed.
Yuchi gave a small sigh as he walked through the darkened area, his footsteps treading on the ground as the mist came rolling back in. "This again?" he muttered as he tried to navigate his way through the void that he had found himself in. As he walked through the area, the fog seemed to clear just a little more, allowing him to at least see the flooring that he was walking on. "Fancy..." Yuchi muttered as he looked down at the black-and-white stainless checkered flooring underneath his feet. As he continued to walked, he looked around the area once more, trying to find any landmarks within his area. "Yeesh, Feels like I've been walking in circles." he muttered before he noticed something in the distance, it was a white glow in the shape of a door. "Oh, hey, an exit!" Yuchi yelled as he ran towards the light. As the light got closer, Yuchi had to cover his eyes as he ran closer and closer to it before running through the doorway, soon finding himself in yet another void-like area, at least more clearer then the first.
"Again?" Yuchi muttered as he soon realized something. "Where is the floor?" Yuchi asked as he looked down at the ground after realizing that there wasn't any ground underneath him. Before he could react, he started to fall down. As he fell downwards, he looked around in horror as he noticed a bright light at the bottom. "Oh, Crap!" he yelled in panic as he fell towards the light, covering his face with his arms as he fell through the light, covered with the light. As he soon opened his eyes, he found himself falling from not a black void but from a blue sky. As he looked around, he then fell into the sea, a burst of water erupted from the sea as he splashed within. Soon, He was able to push his head from the water, taking a deep breath as he did. "Okay then...Where am I?" he muttered as he looked around, noticing a beach in the distance. "Oh hey, Land!" he yelled as he swam toward the beach. Soon, he made it onto the beach, looking around to see multiple different people walking around and relaxing on the beach. "Huh, First I was in a void and now, I'm here...where ever here is?" he muttered as he surveyed his surroundings. Suddenly, a loud voice rocked the area, causing Yuchi to panic slightly.
World 1 - STARFIELD CITY | Level 1-EX: SUNNYSIDE BEACH | PLAYER-YUCHI NAKAWA [L.V: 1] [DECK: SEVEN STAR ADVENTURER/FANTASY]
Yuchi blinked a few minutes before looking up to the sky. "What the fu-?!" Yuchi said as the camera flew upwards to the sky as the sun shined within the sky.

*8 Minute Intro* (A few screenshots showed Yuchi picking up his deck, placing it on his wrist and activated it, a large grin forming on his face. The background then shattered to reveal a green cybernetic background with the title card, Yu-Gi-Oh! RE:PLAY, appeared on the screen.)
"Another day has come around, and my monsters are ready to come out to play!" (Yuchi was leaning on a wall, looking at his phone before noticing Tomo running to him before grabbing him by the arm and dragging him with much to the boy's confusion.)
"Got to wish upon a star and hope I draw the right card!" (Akihiro was then seen, training with a punching bag before Tomo walking into the room, before waving at him, the boy stopping his training to wave back before delivering a wild haymaker to the punching bag.)
"Just go with the flow, and hope you don't fall behind in this game!" (Yuchi is then seen clutching his arm before the ground below him shifted and he fell through it, falling down before landing into a dark area.)
*Five Second Interlude* (As he looked upwards, he saw a large black chess piece fall right in front of him, causing his to recoil. The Camera then panned upwards to see 9 different humanoid silhouettes with glowing eyes, with a tenth much large silhouette looking down on Yuchi with a twisted grin on his face and glowing red eyes.)
"The path that you chose may be long and harsh, many foes you'll encounter on the way." (The area shifted once again, placing Yuchi in a beach-like area, leaving Yuchi as he wandered through the area.)
"And even if I fall behind, I won't give up, even when the odds are stacked against me!" (A slideshow of pictures showed Yuchi having fun exploring the area he found himself before the scene changed to Yuchi eating an ice-cream before a large shadowed shape emerged from the sky, threating to crush Yuchi underneath it's weight.)
*[TURN IT UP! RE:PLAY!]*
"Running through the storm, Through the Fire and The Flames, The Game might be in hard mode but We got this in the bag!" (Yuchi dodged out of the way to reveal that this figure was the silhouette of somekind crab-shaped humanoid with the only noticeable features being a pair of glowing pink eyes. Yuchi gave a small breath as he activated his Duel-Disk and selected a card which glowed as he raised it into the sky.)
"Moving through the snow, As the Day turns to Nightfall, We won't stop until we win this game!" (Yuchi then raised a hand as what seemed to be EXP formed around him before looking up the sky to see a humanoid silhouette with glowing cyan eyes standing on the roof top of a building before vanishing along with the area around him before Yuchi gave a small nod before he struck a pose with Tomo and Akihiro.)
*8 Minute Outro* (The background goes dark green again with the Title Card appearing in the middle of it.)
Yuchi have a small sigh as he walked down a pier walk looking around his new surroundings. "Yeesh, So, My brain somehow made up somekind of video game world." he muttered to himself as people gave strange looks as they walked past him. "Guess as while I'm here, I could look around this place." he muttered to himself as he looked around the beach. As he continue to walk down the pier walk before he sniffed the air, the smell of milk chocolate and vanilla filling his nostrils. As he looked around the area, he noticed an ice-cream shop out of the corner of his eye. He sniffed the air again, just to confirm where that smell was coming from. "I mean, I could get a treat." he said as suddenly, a strange infobox formed beside him, causing him to jolt as he noticed it. [YUCHI NAKAWA | DPC: 0] "Nevermind then." Yuchi muttered as he looked around, noticing a funfair attraction the distance. It was a high-striker with a hammer leaned next to it. Yuchi looked at the box again before walking towards the High-Striker. As he approached the fairground game, another info box appeared beside it, making him jump slightly again. [FAIRGROUND GAME: HIGH-STRIKER (DPC AWARD: 100)] "Huh, So, I just need to play this game and get money." Yuchi said as he reached for the hammer.
As he grabbed the hammer, he raised it over his head before slamming it down on the button in front of him. The puck went flying up into the sky before striking the bell, causing a loud ringing noise to rock through the area. Yuchi gave a small smile as a box appeared beside him, starling him once more. [FAIRGROUND GAME: HIGH-STRIKER WON! (100 DPC GAINED) | YUCHI NAKAWA | DPC: 100] "Not gonna to get use for it." he muttered as he walked towards the Ice-Cream Parlor. As he looked at the price tag of the Ice-Cream that he wanted to buy. He noticed that it was in fact about 1,200 DPC. "Huh, Guess I have to try and figure out how to get more DPC to buy this stuff." he muttered to himself as he walked out of the building and noticing something from beside him. It was an arcade, causing him to smirk slightly. "Hello, Ice Cream in no time." he said as he walked inside the building.
Meanwhile, a pair of people were standing on top of a building, gazing out across the horizon. "So, What are we looking for again? one of them asked as the other looked over at him. "I've already explain it, Ryoichi, We're looking out for pirates." she explained as the first figure, now named Ryoichi, put his arms behind his back and sighed. "Oh, Come on, Like pirates are gonna attack the beach at this hour, Mitsuko is being extremely paranoid." he said as a third figure walked up to them before looking over to the horizon, noticing a large shape slowly approaching. He squinted his eyes before his eyes widening in horror. "PIRATES!" he yelled, grabbing the other two attention. "You were saying?" the first figure asked, a cocky expression as Ryoichi gave a scoff. "Not know, Kabi!" he yelled before turning to the third figure. "Natsuki, Where's Mitsuko?" he asked as the person, now named Natsuki looked at him. "On the beach already." he said as Ryoichi looked over to Kabi and nodded. The three then ran from the top of the building and heading down the stairs down that headed down to the ground floor of the building.
Yuchi gave a small smirk, holding a chocolate and vanilla ice cream cone. "Well, Took me a few tries." he said as multiple different memories show him playing a few arcade games in order to gain more DPC. "But, at least, I finally got it." he said as he took a few licks, savoring the taste. "This is so good.~" he said as he smiled, licking his lips. Suddenly, he heard someone yell something, he didn't quite get what the person yelled out but the massive shadowy shape that was approaching the beach was a good indicator of what the person said. "What the actual hell?" Yuichi muttered to himself as the shape became much more visible, allowing Yuichi was able to make out what it was. "I-Is that a Pirate Ship?!" he yelled in complete and utter confusion. True, the shape was a massive dark red and gold pirate ship with massive sails with a skull and crossbones that crashed into the beach, the people on the beach panicking before running away. Multiple strange humanoids emerged from the ship, landing on the beach and giving chase.
"What is even happening?" Yuchi muttered as multiple people started to evacuate the beach area. Suddenly, a loud laughter could be heard, causing Yuchi to look over at where it come from. It was a tall humanoid, resembling an older man with slightly tanned skin, brown hair and a bushy-brown beard coating his face. He was wearing a black pirate hat with golden lining around the rim of the hat and a white feather within the hat, a dark red and gold pirate coat over a white shirt, dark brown trousers and black boots. "HAHAHAHA! Don't you landlubbers like that? You all had it right for so long, Now, it's our turn for some well-earned fun!" he roared, The creatures rushing at the escaping people. Yuchi gave a small confused eyebrow raise. "This dream is just getting weirder and weirder..." he muttered in confusion before he noticed a strange creature approaching. "Uh oh." he muttered as examined the creature in front of him. It was a small blue-skinned creature, resembling a cross between a gremlin and a crab, with glowing yellow eyes. It was also wearing very stereotypical clothing for a pirate, a bandana, a striped shirt and pair of dark brown shorts. It gave a small laugh before lunging at him. "HOLY!" he yelled as the creature leapt at him with surprising speed and efficiency.
Yuchi closed his eyes before he didn't felt anything wrong with his body. "Huh?" he groaned as he opened his eyes before his eyes widened in pure horror and confusion. "W-Where's my Ice-Cream?" he asked as he looked down at his hand, finding it to be empty. Suddenly, Yuchi heard manic laughter coming from behind him. "Wait, Don't tell me!" he thought as he look behind him. The small creature was standing there, ice-cream cone in hand, raising it towards it's mouth. "Don't you even dare." Yuchi said instinctively as the creature gave a second laugh before looking back at him as if to say "Try Me.". Suddenly, Yuchi gave a panicked yell before the creature shoved the entire cone into his maw and chewed it. The sound of the chewing becoming unbearably loud as Yuchi sitting on the ground, completely stunned.
Meanwhile on the beach, A woman was fighting against the creatures. "Damn it, Where are the others?" she muttered as more creatures emerged from the ship. "Can't hold all of them off by myself-" she started before she heard someone yell out. "OH, SCREW OFF, WOULD YA?!" Before the woman had anytime to process, a blue blur flew right past her, smashing into the creature approaching her, catching her and the captain's attentions. Yuchi walked downwards to the beach, giving the captain a death glare. "Huh?" the woman asked as the captain raised an eyebrow in amusement. "Hoho, You have some guts to interfere, you yellow-bellied landfish." he said as Yuchi growled in response. "Trust me, Buddy, I got some guts alright." he responded as the woman gave a slightly confused yet slightly impressed expression at this young man's nerve to stand up to a literal pirate.
Meanwhile, the pirate captain examined Yuchi's face for a moment before his eyes widen in shock. "You! Your that scallywag that the boss want gone!" he roared, Yuchi and the woman raised an eyebrow in confusion. "You have a boss?" Yuchi asked in confusion as the captain chuckled darkly. "Oh, You poor sea-rat don't know what's going on..." he started, water forming around his forearm. "...And you'll never will, After I'm done with you!" he yelled as the water reformed into a familiar shape to Yuchi, it was a dark blue Duel-Disk with a deep maroon holographic blade. Yuchi smirked as he pulled out his own duel disk. "Eh, Trust me, I don't go down easily!" he yelled as he placed the device on his wrist, activating it. "ESTABLISHING AR LINK BETWEEN CONTROLLER A AND CONTROLLER B...ACCESSING DUEL SYSTEM PROTOCAL..." The AI Voice said as the woman looked at Yuchi with curious look. "Could he be the one that the unknown lady was talking about?" she thought, slightly curious about this stranger to her. The two drew five cards before glaring at each other with confident looks on their faces. "Duel!" they yelled.
Yuchi [LP:4000] VS Captain BlueClaws [LP:4000]
The now-named Captain BlueClaws placed a hand on his disk. "Yarg! Ore no Turn, Draw!" he roared as he drew his card. He looked at his hand and smirked. "First, Field Spell Dread Sea Wagon Maroon Cannon Hatsudo!" he yelled as he placed the card within his Field Spell Zone. Water suddenly started to flood the beach, Yuchi leaping on top of a platform and the woman leaping onto the pier walk of the beach. Captain BlueClaws, on the other hand, he was standing atop his ship, the sails spread outwards wide. "Next, Since, I control "Dread Sea Wagon Maroon Cannon", I can Special Summon this card. Koi, Dread Sea Scallywag Imp!" he yelled, placing the card on his disk. Emerging from the sea, Yuchi's eyes narrowed in annoyance and slight anger at the sight that the monster summoned, resembled that of the monster that stole his Ice-Cream. It giggled when it saw him, as if mocking him.
Dread Sea's Scallywag Imp WATER Level 3 Fiend/Effect [ATK:1200]/DEF:1200
Captain BlueClaws grinned darkly as his ship started to glow dark blue. "Why is your boat glowing?" Yuchi asked, slightly confused. "Everytime I summon a WATER Fiend or DARK Aqua monster, I can add 1 "Dread Sea" monster from my Deck to my hand. I'll add Dread Sea's Nightcrawler Squid from my Deck to my hand." he said as he added the card to his hand. Suddenly, he raised his hand into the sky. "Next, Appear the Circuit that marks the Seven Seas!" he yelled, as a burst of light erupted from his hand. Suddenly, a strange square-shaped circuit appeared with the sky, eight arrows on it's edge. "A Link Summon?" the woman muttered, slightly curious, as Yuchi raised an eyebrow in surprise. "And this early?" he asked, BlueClaws grinning in response. "Trust me, Landlubber, all good things comes in good time! Shōkan jōken wa Rebaru Yon ika no WATER zokusei akuma-zoku matawa DARK zokusei mizu zokusei monsutā 1 karada! Rinku yajirushi ni Dread Sea's Scallywag Imp O haichi shimasu (The summoning requirements is 1 Level 4 or lower WATER Fiend or DARK Aqua monster! I'll set Dread Sea's Scallywag Imp into the Link Arrows)!" he yelled as his monster gave a devilish laugh before flying towards the link arrows, slamming into one on the bottom of the circuit. Rinku Shoukan (Link Summon)! Rinku Ichi (Link 1)! Dread Sea's Buccaneer Cannon!" he yelled as from the portal, a strange creature emerged, resembling one of the Imps just a little more larger, welding a massive dark red, sliver and gold cannon. It giggled darkly as it glared at Yuchi. The boat glowed once more as a card slid out of BlueClaws' deck and added the card to his hand.
Dread Sea's Buccaneer Cannon WATER Fiend/Link/Effect [ATK:1700]/LINK ARROWS: DOWN
Yuchi gulped slight as he gazed at the monster. "Weird, While Link Monsters were made slightly pointless, thank to the Master Rule Changes, They can still be dangerous to deal with." he thought as BlueClaws selected a card within his hand. "Kaado ichi mai Settai! Turn end!" he yelled as he placed the card on his disk. A facedown spell appeared on the field. Yuchi gave a small smirk before placing his hand on his disk. "Boku no Turn, Draw!" he yelled as he drew his card. He looked at his hand and gasped slightly. "My old cards? How did they get into my deck?" he thought, looking at his hand before sighing. "No time to waste thinking about this." he thought, selecting a card within his hand. "Fantasy Knight, Shoukan!" he yelled, placing the card on his deck. A honeycomb shaped portal appeared on the field, an humanoid cladded with white and gold armour emerged from the portal. He unsheathed his sword and pointed it at Buccaneer Cannon.
Fantasy Knight LIGHT Level 4 Warrior/Effect [ATK:1800]/DEF:1200
The woman raised an eyebrow, slightly curious. "A centurion?" she muttered slightly as three people ran to her side. "Miss Mitsuko!" they yelled, revealing themselves to be Kabi, Ryoichi and Natsuki. Mitsuko looked over to them and blinked, as the three started to talk.
"Are you okay?" Kabi asked.
"Are you hurt?" Ryochi added on.
"Were we too late?" Natsuki finished.
"I'm fine, thank you for your concern, The pirates have..." she started, looking over to Yuchi. "another target in mind." she finished. "Next, I can Special Summon this card from my hand by discarding 1 "Seven Star" Spell/Trap from my Deck. Koi, Seven Star Adventurer - Arcane Wizard!" he said as a portal appeared on the field and a humanoid monster, resembling a young man, emerged. He had pale skin, short dark ginger hair and light blue eyes, wearing a dark blue wizard hat, a dark blue and pale blue coat over a black shirt, brown trousers and brown boots. He raised his hand into the sky, a staff formed within his hand and he started to twirl it around before placing it to his side and giving Buccaneer a cold expression.
Seven Star Adventurer - Arcane Wizard WATER Level 4 Spellcaster/Effect [ATK:1400]/DEF:1200
Yuchi gave a small gulp before pointing a hand forward. "Battle! Fantasy Knight attack Dread Sea's Buccaneer Cannon!" he declared as his knight rushed forward. BlueClaws grinned as he raised a hand into the sky. "Trap Hatsudo! Uneven Waters! Since a WATER monster I control is targeted for an attack, I can negate the attack!" he yelled as the card flipped up. A wave of water flushed across the field, knocking Fantasy Knight backwards. Yuchi scowled as Fantasy Knight landed back on the field. "Kaado ichi mai Settai! Turn end!" he yelled, placing the card facedown. "What's wrong, Landlubber? Can't fight on the High-Seas like a Real Pirate?" BlueClaws asked, as he placed his hand on his disk. "Just duel, You Captain Hook Wannabe?" Yuchi asked as the pirate simply rolled his eyes. "If you insist, Ore no Turn, DRAW!" he yelled as he drew his card. "First, Dread Sea's Nightcrawler Squid Shoukan!" he yelled, placing a card on his disk. From the sea, a new monster emerged, a jet black squid with pale blue spots on it's body and glowing red eyes. The boat glowed once again as a card slid out of his deck and he added it to his hand.
Dread Sea's Nightcrawler Squid DARK Level 4 Aqua/Tuner/Effect [ATK:1300]/DEF:1200
Yuchi narrowed his eyes. "A Tuner?" he muttered quietly, the woman also looking curious as well, as BlueClaws selected a second card in his hand. "Next, Since I control a "Dread Sea" monster, I can Special Summon this card from my hand. Koi, Dread Sea Duel Swashbuckler!" he yelled as he placed his card on his disk. From a summoning portal, a new monster emerged from the portal. It was a tall humanoid, a skeleton with pale white bones, wearing a red and white striped bandana, red and white striped shirt, brown shorts and brown boots. It was also wielding two cutlasses that he pointed at both Fantasy Knight and Arcane Wizard. The ship glowed blue before BlueClaws added a card to his hand.
Dread Sea's Duel Swashbuckler WATER Level 4 Fiend/Effect [ATK:1300]/DEF:1300
Yuchi gave a small breath. "So, He's going to Synchro Summon." he thought as the other are looking at the monsters on the field. "Next, Since, I control "Dread Sea Wagon Maroon Cannon", Guess who's back." he said as he placed the card on his disk. Yuchi groaned in annoyance as yet another Scallywag Imp emerged from the portal, laughing manically. "Are you going somewhere with this?" Yuchi asked, slightly annoyed. "Aw, Getting impatient, You ugly seadog." BlueClaws asked, adding the card to his hand. "Now, Appear the Circuit that marks the Seven Seas!" He yelled as he raised his hand into the sky, the circuit formed within the sky. "Rinku yajirushi ni Rinku Ichi Dread Sea Buccaneer Cannon to Dread Sea Scallywag Imp O haichi shimasu!" he yelled as his two monsters flew into the circuit, lighting up the . "Rinku Shoukan! Rinku Ni! Dread Sea's First Mate Aqua Lancer!" he yelled, a pillar of water blasted out of the circuit. From the resulting water, a new monster emerged, it was humanoid figure, wearing a dark red and light red striped shirt, brown shorts and boots. He was wielding a pair of rapiers and a dark smirk emerging on his face.
Dread Sea's First Mate Aqua Lancer WATER Fiend/Link/Effect [ATK:1800]/LINK ARROWS: BOTTOM LEFT, BOTTOM RIGHT
"A Link 2..." Yuchi muttered as BlueClaws grinned darkly. "And there's more where that came from, runt!" he yelled before raising a hand into the sky. "Ore no wa, Rebaru Yon Dread Sea's Nightcrawler Squid to, Rebaru Yon Dread Sea's Duel Swashbuckler Tuningu (I tune Level 4 Dread Sea Nightcrawler Squid to Level 4 Dread Sea's Duel Swashbuckler)!" he yelled as his two monsters flew upwards into the sky. "Synchro Summon?!" Kabi yelled, completely shocked and surprised. Nightcrawler Squid glowed bright cyan before transforming into four level stars that transformed into synchro rings. Duel Swashbuckler flew through them and transformed into an outline of itself, leaving behind four level stars that align themselves within the rings. "The oceans flow with it's ghostly energy, fear the haunted crew's cries!" BlueClaws chanted as a readout saying "4 + 4 = 8" appeared as a burst of green light flew through the rings. "Shinkuro Shoukan (Synchro Summon)! Be born! Sea Dread's Phantom Gallon!" he yelled as a large ghostly pirate ship made from decaying wood and adorned with chipping golden lining across the ship and pitch-black sails flew through the portal and floated on the field, ghostly green aura floated off of it as it floated in the air just above the water while a symphony of ghastly moan filled the air.
Dread Sea's Phantom Gallon DARK Level 8 Aqua/Synchro/Effect [ATK:2800]/DEF:2300
"Uh oh..." Yuchi muttered as BlueClaws chuckled, adding a card to his hand. "Oh, Trust me, Brat, it does get worst cause while Aqua Lancer is co-linked to a Dread Sea monster, That monster can't be targeted by card effects." he explained as Aqua Lancer's Link Arrows appeared, the arrow pointing to Phantom Gallon glowing. "Next, Dread Sea's Phantom Gallon no Kouka Hatsudo! I can target 1 monster you control and destroy it! I'll destroy Fantasy Knight!" BlueClaws yelled, pointing at Fantasy Knight. Suddenly, multiple cannons on the ship pinpointed on Fantasy Knight before opening fire on the knight. The knight was able to block a few blows, but soon succumb the cannonballs. Yuchi groaned slightly as BlueClaws grinned. "That's not good!" Natsuki yelled out as BlueClaws grinned darkly. "Battle! Dread Sea's First Mate Aqua Lancer attack Seven Star Adventurer - Arcane Wizard!" he yelled as Aqua Lance leapt forwards at the magician who blocked the strike with his swords. Soon, the wooden staff started to splinter and snap from the force of the blade, causing it to break in half before the magician was slashed into the stomach, causing him to cry out in pain as he exploded, Yuchi covering his body from the explosion.

"Next, Phantom Gallon, blast that Scallywag starboard!" BlueClaws yelled as the ship started to aim it's cannons at Yuchi. "Trap Card Caelus Barrier Hatsudo! Since I have a "Seven Star Adventurer" in my GY, Your attack goes kaput!" he yelled as the card activated and a barrier formed around him and the cannonballs bounced off Yuchi, landing within the water. BlueClaws growled as Yuchi continued. "And I get to add 1 "Seven Star Adventurer" from my Deck to my hand. I'll add Seven Star Adventurer - Oceanking Baleroch!" he said as a card slid out and he added the card to his hand. "Yarg, You're making this harder then I like it, Brat!" BlueClaws declared as he selected a card within his hand. "Kaado ichi mai Settai! Turn end!" he yelled as he placed the card on the disk. "What can I say? I don't go out easy. Boku no Turn, Draw!" Yuchi yelled as he drew his card. He checked his hand once more, seeing yet another Fantasy monster. He took a deep breath before selecting another card in his hand. "Since you control a Field Spell, I can Special Summon this guy from my hand." he said, placing the card on the field. A pillar of water formed on Yuchi's field before a reptilian arm stuck from it, followed by the main body of the beast. It was a teal and blue aquatic beast with large fins attached to the sides of it's head and a long tail, reminiscing to a shark tail. The beast raised a hand into the sky before a trident formed within his hand before pointing it at Dread Sea's First Mate Aqua Lancer who had a slightly nervous expression.
Seven Star Adventurer - Oceanking Baleroch WATER Level 8 Sea-Serpent/Effect [ATK:2800]/DEF:2000
"Hell Yeah, Now he might have a chance!" Ryochi cheered. "Seven Star Adventurer - Oceanking Baleroch no Kouka Hatsudo! I can target 1 Field Spell you control and destroy it! Say goodbye to Sea Wagon!" Yuchi declared as Baleroch raised it's trident into the sky and pointed it at the Field Spell. "Dread Sea's Phantom Gallon no Kouka Hatsudo! When "Dread Sea Maroon Wagon Cannon" would be destroyed by card effects; I can Tribute this card and negate the destruction!" BlueClaws yelled as Phantom Gallon vanished from view. "You act like your married to that damn ship." Yuchi muttered as Baleroch lowered it's weapon. "Landlubbers such as yourself can't fathom the bond between a captain and his ship." BlueClaws responded as both Yuchi and Ryochi rolled their eyes. "Yeah, Yeah, Whatever. Since I still have my Normal Summon, Fantasy Cleric Shoukan!" he yelled as he placed the card on his disk. This time, a light blue honeycomb shaped portal appeared and a figure emerged from it. It was a female humanoid figure wearing a blue and white outfit, consisting of a dark blue tunic with light blue accents, snow-white trousers, black boots with white laces and a long cape waving through the wind. She also had long flowing black hair and light purple eyes. She was also holding a wooden staff which she pointed at Aqua Lancer, a determined look on her face.
Fantasy Cleric WATER Level 4 Spellcaster/Effect [ATK:1300]/DEF:1200
BlueClaws gave out a hearty laugh as he looked at the monster. "What's that lass gonna do? Bonk Aqua Lancer on the head with her stick?" he asked as Aqua Lancer laughed as well, seeming to have forgotten about Baleroch. "Battle, Seven Star Adventurer - Oceanking Baleroch, bonk Aqua Lancer." Yuchi said as BlueClaws' eyes widen in shock. A shadow appeared over the laughing Aqua Lancer who stopped laughing and looked upwards with a confused expression on his face before his eyes widened as Baleroch smashed him over the head with it's trident. BlueClaws took the damage, eyes wide in shock. "Oh, Yeah, Forgot about that..." he muttered with a dumbfounded expression on his face.

"Next, Fantasy Cleric attack BlueClaws directly!" Yuchi yelled, pointing his finger at BlueClaws. Cleric aimed her staff at BlueClaws before firing a blast of blue energy at BlueClaws, the blast hitting the captain in the face and causing to stagger a little before balancing himself.

"Kaado ichi mai settai! Turn end!" Yuchi finished as he selected a card in his hand and placed the card on the field. "Heh, Looks like your putting up more of a fight then expected." BlueClaws chuckled before his eyes glowed dark red. "Uh, Cap'n? Did you contract Pink-Eye or something-?!" Yuchi started to ask before being cut off by the captain. "But, this is where you walk the plank! Ore no Turn! Draw!" he yelled as he drew his card. He looked at his hand before smirking.
"Since I control "Dread Sea Maroon Cannon", Another Scallywag Imp makes it's presence known!" BlueClaws yelled as he placed the card on the field. Yuchi gave an aspirated groan as another imp emerged from the water, laughing manically. "Next, Magic Card Dread Resurface Hatsudo! I can target 1 WATER monster in my GY; and Special Summon that target. Return, My second Scallywag Imp!" he yelled as the card activated, the artwork depicting a large shape swimming through the water before transforming into a portal that which the Scallywag Imp emerged from it, Yuchi getting ready for anything. "Next, I tribute both my Imps!" he yelled as the two imps vanished from sight. "Long Sliver, The Forgotten Captain Adobansu Shoukan!" he said, placed the card on his disk. From a dark portal, a tall humanoid monster emerged from it. It was tall thin human male with abnormally pale skin and slivery-white greasy hair, a greasy beard sat on the front of his face. He was wearing a dark red and rusty gold pirate hat with a snow-white feather within the hat, a dark red and rusty gold trenchcoat, dark brown trousers and black boots with light grey laces. The hat overshadowed most of his face, with the only visible thing from his face was one singular eye. He placed his hand to his side and suddenly, a cutlass manifested within his grasp.

Yuchi gave a concerned expression on his face as he looked at the monster on BlueClaws's field. "He has a monster strong enough to destroy Cleric but something tells me that's not his endgame here." Yuchi thought as BlueClaws continued, adding a card to his hand thank to the effect of Sea Wagon. "Next, When he's summoned, I can add 1 WATER Fiend monster from my Deck to my hand. I'll add a special little monster to my hand." BlueClaws said as the card slid out of his deck and he grabbed it. "Since I control "Dread Sea Wagon Maroon Cannon", I can Special Summon this card from my hand!" he yelled as Yuchi braced himself. "It can't be another Imp, Can't have any more then 3 copies of one card in your deck." Yuchi thought as BlueClaws chuckled before placing the card on the disk before leaping off the ship and landing on the field himself. Yuchi looked confused before checking his disk before his eyes widened in shock.
Dread Sea's Captain BlueClaws WATER Level 7 Fiend/Effect [ATK:2500]/DEF:2500
"Wait, Your a Duel Monster?" Yuchi asked as BlueClaws laughed as he added a card to his hand due to Maroon Cannon's effect. "Trust me, You should be more scared about what's coming next, Landlubber!" BlueClaws said as he selected another card in his hand. "EXP Spell Dread Sea Depth Evolution Hatsudo! I can evolve 1 monster I control to it's evolved form!" he yelled as he activated the card, the artwork showing a large shape within the waters that seemed to become bigger and larger, the glowing red eyes indicating that it was vicious enough to be a cause of alarm. "So, Who you evolving? Long Sliver?" Yuchi asked as Mitsuko narrowed her eyes. BlueClaws chuckled darkly before pointing at himself, a light blue aura surrounding him. "Oh." Yuchi said as BlueClaws grinned. "Ore no Rebaru Nana Dread Sea's Captain BlueClaws to Ebo-Gakunen Yon Dread Sea Depth Evolution no Shinka!" he yelled as he started to change, he became much taller, his skin became a dark blue and light blue colour, his hair became longer, shifting a blueish-white hue and two extra arms that ended in two large crab claws burst out of his back. His eyes glowed dark red as Yuchi gulped slightly as he gazed at the new monstrosity in front of him. The spectators also had slightly horrified expression upon this new evolved monster.

Natsuki gulped slightly. "Looks like BlueClaws gotten serious now." he muttered as Mitsuko tightened her grip on the guard rail. "That's not good..." Yuchi muttered as the mutated monstrosity laughed darkly. "What's wrong lad? Feeling Sea-Sick? Don't worry, I'll make it quick! Dread Sea's Grand Captain BlueClaws no Kouka Hatsudo! I can target 1 monster in my GY and Special Summon it! Return! Phantom Gallon!" BlueClaws yelled as the Ghostly Pirate Ship remerged from the portal. "It's back?" Yuchi muttered as he realized something. "Figured it out yet? Allow me to demonstrate! Ore no Rebaru Hachi Dread Sea's Phantom Gallon to Long Sliver, The Forgotten Captain Obarei!" BlueClaws yelled as the two monsters transformed into blue and purple energy before spiralling into the air. "Ni tai no monsuta de obarei nettowaku o kochiku!" BlueClaws yelled as a red energy portal appeared on the ground and the streaks of energy flew inside and were sealed within, a burst of energy erupting from it. "Ekushiizu Shoukan! Arawareyo! Ranku Hachi!" BlueClaws yelled as something emerged from the portal. It was a humanoid figure, male, most of his appearance has casted in shadows with the only visible parts of his face was one of his eyes and his mouth, a cigar with his maw. He was wearing a dark red and gold pirate outfit with cuts and tears within it. "Dread Sea's Shadow Captain Dutchman!" he finally finished, the new monster reached for his belt and produced a blunderbuss from it before pointing it at the two monsters in front of him.
Dread Sea's Shadow Captain Dutchman WATER Rank 8 Fiend/Xyz/Effect [ATK:2500]/DEF:2500 [2 OVERLAY UNITS]
BlueClaws added another card to his hand while Yuchi had a shocked expression on his face. "Link, Synchro, Evolution and Xyz in one duel." he whispered before BlueClaws raised a hand into the sky. "Dread Sea's Shadow Captain Dutchman no Kouka Hatsudo! I can detach 1 Material from this card and then, I can target 1 monster you control and return it to the hand! I'll return Fantasy Cleric back to the hand!" he yelled as one of the overlay unit vanished from sight before Dutchman raised his blunderbuss at Fantasy Cleric who had a horrified expression plastered on her face. He pull the trigger, firing a blast of energy at Cleric. The energy bullet collided with her body, causing her to transform into a ball of energy that flew back to Yuchi, him grabbing it as it transformed back into a card.
Dread Sea's Shadow Captain Dutchman [2 OVERLAY UNITS TO 1 OVERLAY UNIT]
Yuchi gave a confused look over towards BlueClaws. "Wait, Why return Fantasy Cleric? You could have selected Baleroch?" he asked as BlueClaws grinned darkly. "Why, so you could just bring it back next turn? As if! Now, Battle! I attack Oceanking Baleroch! Ocean Crusher!" the twisted pirate yelled, watery energy swirled around one of his crab arms before he thrust it outwards towards Baleroch who blocked the strike with his trident before pushing the claw back and trying to counterattack. BlueClaws dodged the first swing before swinging his crab claw fist once more before smashing it into the side of Baleroch's face, sending the great beast flying into the sky before vanishing with a twinkle. Yuchi gave a small concerned glance up in the sky as he took the damage.

"Next, Dread Sea's Shadow Captain Dutchman, attack the twirp directly. Dead Ocean Sinker!" the distorted pirate yelled as the ghostly pirate nodded before pointing his blunderbuss at Yuchi and firing a blast of blue energy at him. The energy slammed into Yuchi's stomach, sending him flying into the side of the pier walk. The woman winced slightly as Yuchi looked up with a slightly pained yet determined look on his face.

"Your pretty persistent for a lowly shrimp but soon, you'll be locked away within Davy Jones Locker! Kaado ichi mai Settai! Turn End!" BlueClaws yelled as he placed the card on his disk. "Is he gonna be okay?" Natsuki asked as Mitsuko gave a small sigh. "If he draws the right card, he might have a chance to turn this around." she said as her eyes were trained on Yuchi who managed to stabilize himself. "Okay, gotta draw the right card...I got Azura in my hand, if I draw a EXP Spell/Trap, I might be able to evolve her this turn, but what if I draw something else, then what would I do?" he thought as his gaze was trained on his hand, mainly on Seven Star Adventurer - Apprentice Azura before his gaze shifted to a card on the far right of his hand, a card that had been in his hand for the entirety of this duel up till now. "Wait, Didn't Onee-San said something about this card?" Yuchi thought as his mind shifted back to a memory that had long since between trapped within his mind.
FLASHBACK
"You know some of your Fantasy cards can help with Evolution Summoning right?"
A much younger Yuchi, about 13 or 14 years old, looked over at a girl about a year older then him. She had long teal hair tied into a pair of pigtails with a pair of smoky black sideburns that sat on her shoulders and sharp golden eyes. She was wearing a dark teal and pale white skirt, black stockings and snow-white sneakers with black laces. "Huh?" he asked, slightly confused.
"Well, Look at this card." she said, showing him the card. "This card can help you with Evolution Summoning by allowing you to add a EXP Spell/Trap to your hand." she explained before selecting a second card from his deck and showing him it. "And this card can boost the ATK of 1 Evolution Monster on your field." she said.
"Oh, Yeah, I didn't notice that before. Your so cool, Onee-Chan." Yuchi cheered as the girl smiled. "Hey, Don't mention it." she responded.
FLASHBACK END
Yuchi took a deep breath before placing his hand on his disk. "Come on, Deck, Don't fail me now!" he thought, a determined glow formed within his eyes. "Boku no Turn, DRAW!" he yelled, drawing his card. He looked at his hand and smirked. "Jackpot!" he thought before selecting two cards within his hand. "Boku no wa, Sukeru San Fantasy Artificer to Sukeru Roku Fantasy Witch de, Pendyuramu Sukeru o settingu (With the Scale 3 Fantasy Artificer and the Scale 6 Fantasy Witch, I set the Pendulum Scale)!" he declared as he placed the card on the left and right side of his disk. Nearly everyone were surprised by this development. "P-Pendulum?!" BlueClaws yelled in a panicked manner. "Well, Things are getting interesting." Mitsuko said as Kabi nodded. "And it looks like he's taking control of this duel. starting now." he agreed as they watched the duel.
Two faces appeared within darkness before Yuchi's far left and far right Spell/Trap Zones suddenly lit up with a rainbow rim around them. Suddenly, pillars of blue light formed on them before two figures rose into them before hitting the peak of the pillar, allowing the arms to rest at their sides. The first figure within the left pillar was a young man with short ginger hair and light blue eyes, wearing a dark blue top, baggy blue trousers and brown boots. Something worthy to note that his arms were entirely mechanical. A red 3 appeared underneath him. The other figure was a young woman with long dark purple hair and light blue eyes, a number 3 appearing underneath his feet. She was wearing a dark purple witch hat, a dark purple and white dress with a rose-shaped brooch, snow-white gloves, snow-white stockings and dark purple high-heel boots with white laces. She was holding a dark brown wand with a dark purple crystal attached to the tip, a number 6 appearing underneath her feet.
"Kore de, Rebaru Yon kara Go no monsuta ga, doji ni Shoukan kano (With this, I can summon monsters from level 4 through 5 all at the same time)!" he yelled as a wisp of light formed between the two pillars and started to form arcs around them. "The heart of Fantasy sways from Left to Right, now create an arc allow my allies to appear from beyond the ether! Pendyuramu Shoukan (Pendulum Summon)! Come forth, My monster allies!" Yuchi yelled as he selected two cards within his hand before placing them on the disk. In the middle of the arcs, a large portal formed a two burst of energy emerged, one red, the other blue. "From my hand, Seven Star Adventurer - Apprentice Azura and Fantasy Cleric!" Yuchi yelled as the two blasts crashed on the field, reforming into Fantasy Cleric and Yuchi's signature magician.

"Since when he was able to Pendulum Summon? The boss said he could only Evolution Summon." Captain BlueClaws thought before smirking. "So, You can Pendulum Summon a bunch of monsters, What's the point? Non of those monsters have a chance in Shark-Infested Waters to strike down me or Dutchman?" he roared as Yuchi smirked. "Watch and learn! Fantasy Artificer no Kouka Hatsudo! I can add 1 EXP Spell/Trap from my Deck to my hand, and keeping with the theming of this duel, I'll add Seven Star Magic - Oceanic Evolution to my hand!" Yuchi explained as glowing green cores on one of Artificer's palms glowed dark green as a card slid out of Yuchi's deck and he grabbed it. "Next, EXP Card, Seven Star Magic - Oceanic Evolution Hatsudo! I can take 1 "Seven Star Adventurer" monster and evolve it into a WATER "Seven Stars Adventurer" Evolution Monster!" Yuchi declared, activating the card. The artwork was that of Apprentice Azura within a orb of water suspended above a lake. Apprentice Azura raised her staff into the sky before the water underneath her feet rose from the ground and spiralled around her. "Boku no Rebaru Yon Seven Star Adventurer - Apprentice Azura to Ebo-Gakunen Roku Seven Star Magic - Oceanic Evolution no Shinka!" Yuchi yelled as the water seemed to merge with Azura's body, causing her body to glow, but not the normal purple, but a dark blue colour this time.
"The element of water, connected to the great wide blue, allow your power to be harnessed by the apprentice witch, so that she may evolve into the Swashbuckler that fights for what's right!" Yuchi chanted as the energy being started to shift rapidly in an older form. "Shinka Shoukan! Ebo-Gakunen Nijuuyon! Seven Star Adventurer - Swashbuckler Azura!" Yuchi yelled as the energy around Azura's legs and feet vanished, revealing dark brown trousers and brown boots with light brown laces, the energy around the arms and hands faded as well, showing dark blue sleeved arms with golden accents running across them and black gloves. The energy around the torso faded away to reveal the rest of the tailcoat that the figure was wearing over a dark red shirt with black buttons running down it. Finally, the energy faded from her head, with long dark blue hair that flowed within the air with a pirate hat hoisted on her head. Her eyes glowed dark purple before she grinned, raising her left hand into the sky as the water of the field reformed into a cutlass that landed within her open palm and hoisted the weapon over her shoulder. She then placed her hand to her right, the water then reforming into a blunderbuss that she grabbed the weapon within her open palm, pointing the weapon at BlueClaws.
Seven Star Adventurer - Swashbuckler Azura WATER Evo-Gauge 24 Warrior/Evolution/Effect [ATK:2500]/DEF:2000
"You really think that little sea-rat has a chance to kill either of us?" BlueClaws laughed, Swashbuckler Azura pointing her cutlass at him. "Watch and learn, Crabmeat! Seven Star Adventurer - Swashbuckler Azura no Kouka Hatsudo! I can target 1 Field Spell you control and destroy it!" Yuchi yelled as Swashbuckler Azura pointed her blunderbuss directly at the ship, BlueClaws looked back and forth between the two with a panicked expression on his face. "You won't...!" BlueClaws roared in pure rage. "Try me." Yuchi giggled as Azura smirked before firing an energy blast at the ship. The blast slammed into the ship, causing it to spark violently before exploding. Chunks of burning wood and water went flying across the field before the wood faded away while rain started to pour downwards from the sky.
"He did it!" Natsuki laughed as Ryochi fist bumped the air. "Hell Yeah!" he yelled in excitement.
"Don't get too excited yet, guys, He might has got rid of Sea Wagon, but Azura still has 2500 ATK while BlueClaws has 2900 ATK." Kabi said as Mitsuko held her breath, arms crossed.
BlueClaws growled in anger as Yuchi's eyes gleamed brightly. "You really think that you can win with just 1 monster?" BlueClaws yelled as Yuchi looked between Fantasy Witch and Fantasy Cleric who both nodded before he smirked. "Watch and learn!" he declared before raising his hand into the sky. "First, Fantasy Witch no Kouka Hatsudo!" he yelled as Witch's eyes glowed brightly. "I can target 1 Evolution Monster I control and boost it's ATK by 200!" Yuchi explained as Witch raised her staff into the sky before the crystal on the top of it glowed purple. Azura grinned as she glowed with a dark purple aura around her body.
Seven Star Adventurer - Swashbuckler Azura [ATK:2500 TO 2700]
BlueClaws growled as his eyes were narrowed. "That little scallywag is just fish-food compared to me, even with it's ATK Boost!" he declared as Yuchi just grinned. "Fantasy Cleric no Kouka Hatsudo! I can target 1 WATER monster I control and double it's current ATK!" Yuchi declared as Fantasy Cleric raised her staff into the sky, the crystal on top glowing bright blue. Azura's eyes glowed slightly blue as her aura erupted in dark purple and blue energy while she became stronger and stronger. BlueClaws' mouth hung open in complete shock and surprise. "B-BAKANA!" He finally yelled.
Seven Star Adventurer - Swashbuckler Azura [ATK:2700 TO 5400]
Kabi smirked slightly as Ryochi and Natsuki cheered as well. "And that's game." he said as Mitsuko gave a small smile.
Yuchi raised his hand before pointing at BlueClaws. "Battle! Seven Star Adventurer - Swashbuckler Azura attack Dread Sea's Grand Captain BlueClaws! Oceanic Star Splash!" he yelled as his monster leapt on the field, cutlass drawn. BlueClaws looked up, eyes starting to shuddering as he raised his crab claws up, blocking the strike before drawing his own cutlass and slashing at Azura who dodged the strike by swinging her whole body around and landing on BlueClaws' back. The captain tried to swing it's claw at Azura who leapt into the air as her cutlass blade glowed blue, absorbing the rain within the sky. "Oh No, You don't!" BlueClaws yelled, raising one of his claws that to absorb some water but a blue blast glazed his cheek, causing him to look over towards where the blast came from. Cleric waved at him before the captain growled. "Why you little Sea-Rat!" he yelled before Cleric pointed up at the sky, BlueClaws looked up to where she was pointing before Azura sliced right through him. BlueClaws' eyes started to shake before energy formed through the scar that went vertically through his body. Azura started to walk towards Yuchi's field as Cleric looked at her with a confused expression on her face before Azura put her hand up and started to count down fingers. As she finally made to 0, BlueClaws exploded, causing Cleric to jump slight while a blast of water and blue energy erupted through the beach. The Holographic WIN Screen appeared over the field, Yuchi's face being visible on the front of it.

Yuchi whipped his brow, sweat splattering across the ground as the AR Field started to fade away, Swashbuckler Azura transformed back into Apprentice Azura who raised her left hand for a hi-five while covering her face with her right. Cleric accepted the hi-five with a cheerful expression on her face before both monsters as well as the two Pendulum Scales vanished from sight. "And that's game...?" Yuchi started before pausing slightly, noticing that BlueClaws' Xyz Monster hasn't vanished yet. "Huh?" Yuchi whispered before Shadow Captain Dutchman walked over to where Yuchi was standing. "Holy-!" Yuchi yelled back tracking slightly before the monster glowed brightly, Yuchi covered his face as it did.
As Yuchi uncovered his face, the monster was gone. "Huh, Where did he go?" he muttered slightly before realizing that he was holding something within his hand. He looked down at his hand to see that he was holding a pair of cards, ones that he hasn't seen before. Yuchi read through the names on the cards, seeing that their names were Seven Star Adventurer - Long John Sliver and Seven Star Adventurer - Black Heart Dutchman respectively. "What the hell?" Yuchi muttered before he heard a voice coming behind him. "Yo." the voice, female, said as Yuchi turned around, looking behind him. Standing behind him, was a group of people, all seeming unfamiliar to him. The person at the front of the group, seeming to be the one to call out to him, was a young woman, long sandy blonde hair fell down her cheeks with pale white streaks running through it and her eyes were a pale blue colour. She was wearing a dark brown pilot jacket with a red and blue emblem on the back over a dark grey shirt, dark blue demin trousers and brown boots with light brown laces. The other members of the group were all male, one boy had short spiky dark red and orange hair and light orange eyes, another had long light blue and dark blue hair and light green eyes and the final boy had long black hair with dark red streaks going through it. The first boy was wearing a dark red shirt with a yellow star on the front of it, black jeans made from a demin material and brown boots with dark orange laces, the second boy was wearing a pair of pale grey glasses, a dark grey hoodie with pale gold accents running across it, dark brown jeans and dark blue and white sneakers with white laces. Yuchi gave a small head-tilt from the appearance of this new group. Where they always there? Yuchi just gave a slight breath as he looked at this unknown group with a slightly uncertain expression on his face, not knowing what the future holds.

Meanwhile, Within the city, a light blue orb of energy, akin to that of the material of that of an Xyz monster, streaked through the air of a large cityscape, darting through the sky before floating towards a large building, made from a snow-white brick material that stood within the center of the city. Soon, the orb flew through the open window and floated around the darken room, an unseen figure stood within the shadows, his right eye being the only visible thing within the shadows and was trained on the orb that seemed to float towards him. "So, a new player has arrived..." he said, his tone of voice was harsh and soft. "Well, Then, he'll soon realize that he has much more dangerous threats to deal with..." he said as a pale yellow eye flashed behind him, the darkness shifting around for a moment as the general outline of the figure becoming visible within the darkness.
