A New Dueling Harmony
It's now time to return to A New Dueling Harmony to which we will finally face the antagonist o the pre-USA championship saga who will be Byakuya Togami, yes, he was foreshadowed in numerous episodes and now, it is finally his turn to shine and to show how much of a threat he can be.

Togami was resting in his office reading one of his books, it was one of his favorite hobbies, when he read his book, he could forget much of the outside world as he consider it not worthy of his time, not even the Hanabi fireworks interested him, what he was waiting was or the result of his newest deck to which his butler, Aloysius Pennyworth, was currently monitoring in order to make it the most powerful deck of Duel Monster that ever existed.
When Togami was still reading his book, the door of his office was suddenly opened and his butler appeared as he walks towards the Ultimate Prodigy.
"Byakuya-sama" bowed the old man to his master.
"I hope that you are bothering me for a good reason Aloysius" asked the Prodigy as he closed his book.
"Indeed, Byakuya-sama, we have managed to find the ultimate card that you have been looking for and we have included it in your deck for testing" explained Aloysius.
"Perfect" said Togami as a smile drew on his face "so it has finally begun".
"Yes, Byakuya-sama, your divine right as 'king of Duel Monsters' in now in the move and with the ultimate card, nothing can stop you" reassured the butler.
"It better be, I've spent an excessive amount of money and four years of searching for this card that it should not disappoint me" said the Prodigy.
"It should not" reassured Aloysius as he prepared to say something else to him "also; in advance of the duel testing, I've decided to fetch for you a guinea pig that will receive the fury of your almighty deck".
"I hope this guinea pig will be worthy of my time Aloysius, I don't plan on wasting this deck on a commoner" stated Togami.
"Actually Byakuya-sama, I've located a man who had the nerve to insult your family name" said the butler to which that sentence intrigued the Prodigy, he remembered a man that has tried to reveal the depths of the Togami Corporation.
"Are you talking about the young lad who has threatened to reveal the human trafficking that the company has done over the years?" asked Togami.
"Yes, in fact, I can explain how I've managed to find him" said Aloysius as he began to share his story.

In a flashback, Aloysius is seen traveling a plaza where the preparations of the Hanabi Festival are still going underway.
"I was going back to the company's headquarters after buying some supplies for you Byakuya-sama that I have found the young Glenn Marek exploring the festival with a friend".
Indeed, Aloysius noticed Glenn walking towards the stand with his friend, Aaron, a very tall man who was wearing a red coat and a pair of sunglasses, his hair was black with grey streaks who is held back by a gold ribbon, the butler decide to follow the two friends who eventually stops near the toilets as Aaron planned to take a piss.
"I'm gonna take a piss dude, I'll be back alright?" said Aaron to which Glenn replied with a simple okay, for Aloysius, it was the right moment.
"It was the perfect change for me to bring this young lad as a test subject Byakuya-sama, I've had taken a bottle of chloroform with me just in case and sine they weren't too many people near him, it was my only chance of bringing him near you".
As he said it in his tale, he took a tissue and dropped some chloroform on it, carefully sliding behind the young man as he wait or his friend, he walked slowly beore he puts the chloroform on Glenn's face as he tried to struggle to free himself from the butler's grasp but eventually, he falls unconscious and Aloysius took him away from the ground as he put the young man's arm over his shoulder to make the crowd believe that he was carrying him, he walked towards the Togami Corporation headquarters with his hostage.

The tale that has told Aloysius seems to please the Ultimate Prodigy as he turned around to congratulate his butler.
"Excellent work out there Aloysius, at least, I won't soil my hands to catch that ruffian" praised Byakuya as Aloysius bowed to thank his master "where is this Glenn Marek?"
"He is actually waiting at our lab, Byakuya-sama" said the butler.
With a wicked smile, Togami leave his office with Aloysius following suit as he planned to test his newest card against the man who has planned to reveal the list of people who were involved in the human trafficking made by the Togami Corporation.

Glenn was feeling strange, the last thing he recalled was waiting for his friend, Aaron, to come back for his toilet, he didn't remembered what happened after a mysterious man attacked him from behind.
When he starts to regain his senses, a startling feeling overtook him, causing him to abruptly open his eyes immediately and he started to scream at the top of his lungs like if he was seeing a giant monster in front of him, when he alms down, he noticed that he was in some sort of an operation bed with numerous scientists all around him who were wearing facemasks like if they were trying to operate him.
As he was wondering what was going on, he heard a voice speaking to him.
"Are you done yelling? Or is it an old habit from you?"
Glenn turned to the source of the voice and he saw a man that he will always recognize, the man whose family has destroyed his own: Byakuya Togami, anger coursed through his mind, the young man starts to yell at the Ultimate Prodigy.
"YOU! You've killed my father!" angrily yelled the young man.
"I'm afraid that I don't know what you are talking about" sarcastically said the Ultimate Prodigy to which his statement serves only to anger more Glenn.
"DON'T PLAY DUMB WITH ME! My father, he knows what you were doing with these people, people that you have sold to the Middle East Black Market and he paid his life by suffering the same fate" yelled Glenn to which tears almost came out to his eyes as recalling his father broke his heart, Byakuya approached the young man in order to talk to him.
"I think I'm starting to remember, my predecessor was indeed a man who valued about rushing any oppositions that would come to him, I admitted his methods were pretty 'barbaric'" recalled Togami "if I would be in his position, I would use my money more ethically but let's face it, boy, your father was nothing more than a commoner, his death has changed nothing in this world and it will never change anything".
"You, HOW DARE YOU?" yelled Glenn.
"A Togami stands above all else, the rest deserved to be under our feet but that's not why I'm here" said the Ultimate Prodigy.
"Then what is it for? You planned to sell to the Black Market just like you did with my father?" asked the young man.
"Hmmm, good guess but no, like I said, I plan to use my money more ethically, sending young commoners to these deserts rats is now outdated, you must have heard about my professional career in Duel Monsters?" asked Togami.
"Like I care about your career!" sneered Glenn.
"You should because I have obtained the card I have been looking for four years of searching and now that it is under my possession, I would like to test it in a training dummy, which it will be you of course" replied the Ultimate Prodigy.
"Are you actually saying that you want to have a duel with me?" asked Glenn.
"I do more than have a duel with you, I'll crush you in a duel, with my ultimate card, you won't able to defeat me" boldly said Togami as he planned to push a button that makes Glenn a bit worried as he except something that may harm him but instead, the button deactivate the handles that were restraining his arms on the operation bed, Glenn instinctively goes towards his duel disk and puts it on his arm, ready to duel Togami.
"You want a duel Togami? I give you a duel that you won't forget!" yelled Glenn but Togami stopped him.
"Not here you commoner idiot, this place is a bit small for a duel, follow me, I will lead you to my personal arena" said the Ultimate Prodigy where he starts leaving the lab to which Aloysius starts to push Glenn behind so that he would follow Togami to the duel arena.

Meanwhile…
The Hanabi Festival was going through its course, in a few minutes, the fireworks show will soon begin and many families decided to go to the festival in order to watch the fireworks.
Neagi decided to go there with his sister Komaru as Leon was unavailable since he was forced to train with his baseball team even though he wanted to quit baseball (but Neagi knows that Leon will leave after he will finish his training) and Hagakure has installed his own stand or the festival meaning that he was also unavailable however he would never prevent his sister of watching the fireworks show as she was excited to be able to attend it.
"Come on Makoto, if we are late, we will miss it!" Komaru exclaimed as she didn't want to miss the fireworks show.
"Yeah, yeah, I'm coming Komaru" said Neagi as he trailed behind his sister "but you did remember what dad was saying right? Don't go too far from me or you will get lost".
"I know but I can't believe that I will see this for the first time in my life without our parents around, KYAAA!" squealed Komaru as Neagi let out a small laugh as he was amused of how much his sister was excited by that kind of event.
But as they were about to go to the location of the fireworks show, the two noticed a man wearing a red coat asking people out about someone while he show them a picture.
"Excuse me sir but have you seen this man?" asked Aaron while he shows the picture, the man took a look at the picture but he seems to have no clue.
"No, I haven't seen this man" replied the man to which Aaron understood it and leave the man alone, suddenly, he noticed Neagi and his sister and he decide to ask them a question.
"You two, have you seen this man on the picture?" asked the red coated man as he shows them the picture, as the two siblings take a look, they saw a shaved haired man wearing a brown t-shirt, upon looking at the picture, Komaru recognize the man who was in it.
"Hey! That's the guy from the TV, who they call Glenn Marek!"
"Yes that's him but have you seen him outside from the TV?" asked Aaron.
"No sir, we haven't seen him, why? Is something happened to him?" asked Neagi as he was worried that Aaron was looking frantically around the market like if his friend had disappeared.
"We were exploring the festival when I decided to go the bathroom, when I came back, he vanished, I thought he had something important that wasn't planned that just happened so I've tried to all him but he didn't answer on his phone and I looked all around the place, I've found his wallet laying down on the ground" explained Aaron to which his explanation cause the two siblings to feel uneasy.
"You think that someone attacked him?" asked Neagi.
"Possibly and if that would be the case, I think I know you did it, the man that Glenn tried to expose his crimes that his family has done to the world" explained Aaron as Neagi recognized who the red coated man was talking about.
"Wait, you are talking about Byakuya Togami are you?" asked the Ultimate Lucky Student.
"Yes, the world has known that his corporation has been involved in human trafficking but they have never found that how many people have been sold as slaves to the Middle East, some may think a hundred, others would think about 300 or 500 people but the truth is, me and Glenn, we've discovered that a journalist had tried to reveal the real list of victims o that trafficking, unfortunealy, he was caught and he was added to these victims, that man was none other than Glenn's father" explained Aaron as the two siblings were shocked of that revelation.
"His father?" the two cried out.

Meanwhile…
Togami has brought Glenn to his personal arena which was a round green arena that resembles a Pokemon Arena while the outside shows a large blue sphere that is scattered all around the place.
"Here we are, I hope that you enjoyed our little tour in my personal arena because it is time to test my ultimate card and you will be the perfect piñata" mocked Togami as he activate his duel disk.
"Keep dreaming Togami but you will lose and I will avenge my father and expose the list of victims of your trafficking so that your family won't be hurting anyone else" replied the young man as he activate his duel disk as well "you first Togami, whatever you do, I will have the perfect combo that will hold you down".
"Looks like someone is yearning to be defeated" says Togami as he draw his sit hard "I summon Big Shield Gardna in Defense Mode!"
A male monster with long black hair holding a triangular shield appeared on the field (A: 100/D: 2600).
"And then I end my turn by placing a facedown card on the field" Togami finished as a hologram of a card appeared on his field.
"I was waiting for this" boastfully said Glenn as he drew his sixth card, he then looked at the Ultimate Heir with a smile "you know, I've noticed that you have a tiny wrinkle on your forehead which shows that you have been worried all day, I do not blame you, it's understandable that you will be worried since I'm going to reveal your crimes that your family has done".
"Really? Well, you've got all wrong, a Togami fears no one especially a commoner like you" mocked Togami.
"You should because I activate my Spell card: Dimension Fissure!" replied Glenn as a hole opened up in the sky "as long as this card remains on the field, any monster that will be send to the Graveyard are instead removed from the game then I'll play Graceful Charity which allows me to draw three cards while discarding two cards and as you can see (he shows to Togami his Valkyria Magician and Cosmo Queen) they are monsters which means that they are automatically removed from play".
Glenn sends the monsters into the hole but suddenly, after doing this, he activate another Spell Card.
"Then I'll activate Magical Stone Excavation that allows me to send two cards in the Graveyard in order to add Graceful Charity in my hand" said Glenn as he send his two cards from his hand to the Graveyard to which one of his cards flew into the void, a smile drew on the young man face as he planned to reactivate Graceful Charity "and if you don't mind, I'll reactivate it to draw three cards and I'll throw two of them into the void".
Glenn throws out his two Monsters cards into the void much to the surprise of Aloysius who is witnessing the duel.

"Yes, his father was an investigation journalist who has heard about the Togami Corporation human trafficking, he wanted to investigate about their business deals with Middle East representatives to which he has discovered numerous people who were working like slaves in a underground labor facilities, the Togami corporation kidnaps the people who were considered as threats to the company and sold them into the Middle East so that they will be killed in their work as their business partners are well known for their extreme brutality" explained Aaron about Glenn's father.
"But you've said that he was one of their victims, what happened next?" asked a worried Neagi as he couldn't believe what he was hearing.
"He found out the list of the people who were forced into that trafficking, it was said to be over thousands of people from all around the world which was much more than the 300 or 500 people that they thought, he was about to deliver the full list when he was caught by the Corporation security guards, after that, we have lost contact with him, Glenn was only a teenager when he lost his ather, his mother was so saddened by his disappearance that she died from grief which means that Glenn became an orphan at 13 years old, he joined my family so that he could sleep under a roof and I've made myself a promise : that I would help him find the one who has made his father disappear" explained Aaron as the two siblings were shoked o his story but that's not all "so we've searched for our years in his father's notes but then, we've heard about the Togami Corporation human trafficking that Byakuya Togami has denounced from his predecessor".
"Yeah, he said that he wanted nothing from his predecessor business and that he wanted to put the Togami Corporation above all industries without to resort at those extreme results" replied Neagi.
"That's correct, we then understood that it was his predecessor that took Glenn's father away from him as he recalled that his father planned to make a human trafficking business deal fall, when I saw his determination and the anger in his eyes, I knew I couldn't stop him, Togami's predecessor had vanished after he relinquished his seat to Byakuya but he wanted to make all the Togami pay for what he has done to his father and the rest, well, you know the end of the story" finished the red coated man.
"Yeah, he got arrested right?" asked Komaru but something made Neagi think about something, what if Byakuya Togami was behind his disappearance just like his predecessor has done with his father? He decided to ask that to Aaron.
"I'm wondering about something, what if Togami decided to finish the job? What if he took Glenn?"
"That's not outside the realm of possibilities; Glenn has threatened Togami so he want to make Glenn for his insolence? That will be like something a Togami would do" agreed Aaron.
"Then let's go to the Togami Corporation headquarters maybe it's not too late!" said Neagi as Aaron agreed.
"Thank you um…" started to ask the red coated man.
"I'm Makoto Neagi, this is my sister Komaru" introduced himself the Ultimate Lucky Student while he presents his sister to Aaron.
"And I'm Aaron, thank you for helping me Neagi" thanked Aaron.
"Don't worry, I'm always willing to help someone but maybe we should put my sister at home, she won't be safe if we meet Togami" said Neagi but Komaru objected.
"Huh? What about you Makoto? Don't tell me you planned to see that delusional maniac all by yourself?" worriedly asked the young girl.
"Komaru, it won't be safe at all, Togami may endanger his life and we need to help him quick, if we took you there, he may have the idea of attacking you and I don't want you to be hurt, okay?" explained Neagi as Komaru sulked, she was deeply worried about her brother.
"Fine, I'll get it but you better come back safely okay?" asked Komaru.
"I promise, now let's get you home, I'm sorry for the festival but I'll promise that I'll catch up net time, alright?" said Neagi as Komaru nodded, the three leave the festival grounds as the fireworks begins to be fired up in the sky which delighted many people in the festival.

"As you've noticed, five of my monsters have been removed from the game, do you know why?" asked Glenn to Togami about his turn.
"Yes, it's because you are a simple boy who doesn't know what he is doing but if you want to keep this up, go ahead, I think I will take a nap" mocked the Ultimate Heir.
"A nap? That will be a shame Togami, you will miss the best part of my turn who starts now as I activate Dimension Fusion" yelled out Glenn as a Spell card showing two warriors being involved in some kind of interdimensional fusion appeared on the field "this card allows me with a measly price of 2000 life points to summon back as many monsters that I have removed from play" (Glenn:2000).
As the young man activate the card, five rays of purple light appeared on the field which materialize a woman dressed in a cosmic dress and with a black and yellow helmet, three young beautiful magicians wearing blue armor and armed with a blue cane armed with three emerald gems and a small girl dressed in a black dress and holding a whip in her hands.
"I'll summon Cosmo Queen (A:2900), Magician Valkyria (A:1600x3), oh and now that I think of it, I summon two more of them and finally Ebon Magician Curry (A:1200)" declared Glenn as the five monsters appeared in front of him shocking the butler as he finally realize the young's man plan.
"Oh no, so that's what this young lad was up to, not only he has the offensive firepower needed to deplete the master life points but because of the Magician Valkyria effect, Byakuya-sama cannot target any Spellcaster monster card and since there are three, it create a full lock that will prevent him of attacking but also if he try to fortify his defenses, Ebon Magician Curry will deplete his life points of 300 points of damage or every monster that the master has on the field during his Standby Phases" thought Aloysius as he paled upon seeing Glenn's field as he wondered how Togami will beat him.
"I'll put an end to the Togami treachery in one strike, now go, Cosmo Queen, COSMIC NOVA!" ordered Glenn as Cosmo Queen formed a black orb between her hands and fired it towards Gardna.
"Don't be so sure of yourself witless boy! I activate my Trap card: Negate Attack!" replied the Ultimate Prodigy as a gust of wind goes towards Cosmo queen attack who dissolved it "not only this card stops your attack but it prevents you of continuing your Battle Phase".
"You are only delaying the inevitable Togami, in my next turn, all my monsters will deplete your life points and my father will be avenged but to clear his turn, I put a facedown card" said Glenn as a hologram appeared on the field, he looked at it with a smirk since he has put down a trap card: Nightmare Wheel "With the extra protection that my Nightmare Wheel will give me, my dream of avenging my father became much more closer that I could have anticipated".
"I now guessing that it is my turn now" declared Togami as he drew a card, he looked at it and he begins to smile while he gives out a small chuckle.
"What's so funny Togami?" asked Glenn.
"I have finally drawn the card I have been looking for, it is now time to test it, I hope you are ready boy? Otherwise, you will be for a little shock" said the Ultimate Heir as he gives out a serious glare at Glenn.
"What are you talking about Togami? You can't win, my monsters cannot be touched at all because of my Valkyrias effect" defied the young man.
"We shall see that, you repulsive commoner, first, I'll activate my two Fiend Sanctuary cards, this will allow me to summon two Metal Fiend Token on my field" said Togami as two strange metallic puppets appears on the field "are you ready to meet your maker boy?"
This cause Glenn to look at Togami with shock, the calm and collected heir seems to be no more as he has drew a smirk that is worthy to be placated with a devil.
"I sacrifice three monsters in order to summon MY ULTIMATE CARD!"

Meanwhile, Neagi and Aaron were been going to the Togami Corporation headquarters where they planned to check inside of the building in order to see if they could find Glenn, they've managed to get to the entrance but two security guards, a bulky one and a small one stopped them.
"Hey you! The Togami Corporation headquarters are now closed, if you want to enter there, you need an authorization from Master Togami" replied the small one.
"I don't need his authorization, I need to see your master as I suspect that he has kidnapped my best friend!" raged Aaron to which the two guards started to smirk.
"And what if he did? You will do what? Attack him?" mocked the bulky security guard.
"If you try to stuff your nose in our master business, you will leave this place with your nose broken" added the small one.
"Wait, we are not here to fight, we are just here to know if we could find Glenn Marek" said Neagi but the small security guard looked through the glass door and noticed something, with a smirk; he turned around to Neagi and Aaron.
"Well, if you were looking for him, there he is" mocked the small guard as the two opened the door to allow someone to came out of the door, that man was none other than Byakuya Togami who was holding Glenn Marek with an arm on his shoulder, the young man seemed to be severely beaten and he was unconscious.
"Glenn" said a horrified Aaron as he couldn't believe what he was seeing.
"What did you do to him?" asked a shocked Ultimate Lucky Student.
"That 'thing' there was a truly remarkable guinea pig, he allowed me to test my newest ultimate card that I have just obtained and its power was used against this stupid boy" mocked the Ultimate Heir as a flashback began.

A ew minutes earlier.
"That poor little boy, he didn't know what was about to hit him"
A severe explosion had occurred in the arena while a giant monster was above Glenn Marek monsters as it began to give several punches on the barrier that was created by the Valkyrias Magicians but, much to the young boy's shock, cracks began to appear on its surface.
"No way! How can you attack my Valkyrias? They are unavunerable to your attacks!" cried out Glenn as Togami was laughing as he raveled on the power of his monster.
"Looks like these rules don't apply against my ultimate card" mocked Togami as the monster continued to punch the barrier, cracking more and more the barrier much to Glenn shock, thankfully, he has a plan.
"It seems that you have managed to counter my strategy but I have still the upper hand, now, I'll activate my Nightmare Wheel" said the young boy as a Trap card with a design of a warrior trapped in a some kind of torture wheel was revealed on the field "now, it's over!"
"I COULDN'T AGREE MORE!" Laughed Togami as the monster broke through the barrier much to Glenn's horror.
"What is this?" cried out the young boy as Ebon stared at the monster's punch as he crashed her, creating a huge explosion that sent the three Magicians Valkyrias and Cosmo Queen flying from the shockwave and cause the young boy to let out a scream of pain as his life points dropped out completely (Glenn:0)

"Togami? What did you do? Answer me!" asked weakly Glenn before he falls down on the ground while the Ultimate Heir let out a maniacal laugh as he was now in the possession of one of the most powerful Duel Monsters card ever created.

Neagi and Aaron were shocked of the extreme brutality of how Togami had managed to defeat Glenn which cause the Ultimate Lucky Student to ask a few questions to the Ultimate Heir.
"W-w-what did you do? That man had done nothing wrong!"
"He did something wrong, he is guilty of having been born, a commoner like him has no right to live as equally as a Togami, a Togami will always crush any competition that will stand on his way and no one will be able to stop me, not even Maximillon Pegasus" boasted the Ultimate Heir as he threw the young boy at them, much to Aaron's anger as he caught his friend.
"So you've planned to crush all of your opponents through Duel Monsters just like your predecessor made all his oppositions disappear through his human trafficking? You are no different than him!" lashed out Aaron.
"Compared to him, I'm using my money on my terms" mocked Togami but before he managed to leave, Neagi stopped him.
"Still, you've kidnapped that man, forced him to receive a beating from your cards, that is something horrible Togami, no one should have suffered his ate!" lashed out the Ultimate Lucky Student.
"What can you do boy? He was destined to be with the commoners and to be stomped out on our shoes, once a worm, always a worm" mocked the Ultimate Heir as he leaves to his headquarters with his security guards, laughing on the way in, which cause Neagi to be furious.
"WAIT!" angrily yelled the Ultimate Lucky Student who tries to enter the corporation's headquarters but, unfournately, the doors closed on him right before he enters, he tries to open the door but the handles won't budge, he angrily slammed his hands on the door as he was furious that he has missed out a chance to confront Togami.
After calming himself up, Neagi turned his gaze at Aaron who was still looking over his friend as he too was furious that Togami had beat down Glenn to a severe pulp, the Ultimate Lucky Student thought that it was not fair, true, Glenn had threatened the Ultimate Heir but why did have to beat him in such a state and he will be probably scared to death by the Ultimate card that he mentioned.
But Neagi knows one thing from now on, one day, he will face Togami and he will make him pay rom what he has done to Glenn.

Truth be told, when I saw how Draconichero made Togami powerful on a Dueling Trigger Finger, I thought that he would make a nice antagonist sine he believed that he needs to be above all else but I know that some won't like that I have made the Ultimate Heir as an antagonist so I'll apologize in advance for those who would be offended by this choice.
And for those who are willing to wonder what was the Ultimate card that Togami mentioned, it is one of the most powerful cards that he used on Dueling Trigger Finger expect that, fitting for an antagonist, his monster would have the same effects that it has on Yu-Gi-Oh R.

Meanwhile, Glenn's deck is based on Collector from Yu-Gi-Oh Gx as I enjoyed his duel with D that I have used for this episode.
