A New Dueling Harmony
After a short break, we will return to this story to which Makoto Naegi (and not Neagi as a reviewer warned me) is gonna face Togami in a two-part duel to which any two-part duel will signify that a arc is gonna end.
Also, a second reviewer asked me if the twins Otonokoji will appear on this story to set up a potential love triangle between Naegi, Maizono and Hibiki with Kanade planning to kill Naegi to keep her sister to her, well, my friend, wait and see as the twins will appear but I will not spoil when they will appear.

The Ultimate Lucky Student vs the Ultimate Heir Part 1
It was a very dark night on Neo Tokyo City pier.
Glenn Marek, Naegi, Leon, Hagakure and Maizono were all waiting for Togami to come out of an industrial warehouse that was standing in a two blocks away from them, the young man had said to them that he knew that the Ultimate Heir had a business deal with one of the businessman that is living on the pier, the group had set their way into the pier with Aaron having let them behind so that he could get something that will allow him to bring Togami to the Ultimate Lucky Student so that he could duel him.
"How long do you think Togami will come?" asked Naegi.
"Five, ten minutes maybe, all that we have to do is to wait for Aaron to bring him to us and then, you will kick his ass" said Glenn as he look out to the Ultimate Lucky Student "but are you sure you ready to go through this ? I faced him in a duel before and his Ultimate card is not something that you should trifle with".
"I can't back down now Glenn, I've promised you that I will beat Togami in a duel to avenge the humiliation that he has done to you" replied Naegi to which his response caused Glenn to smile as he put his hand on his pocket so that he could give something to the Ultimate Lucky Student.
"Then, take this" said Glenn as he gives a card to Naegi who looked at it, the picture that was on the spell card showed a green sparkling stone "I think this card will suit better in your deck than it will do in mine, I've heard that it have a powerful effect that will allow any duelist to win a duel".
"Wow! Thank you Glenn, I'm sure this card will help me out through this duel" said a awed Ultimate Lucky Student as he put the card into his deck so that he could potentially use it in his duel.

"Well, looks like that we are not too late for the duel" launched a voice to which it attracts everyone attention towards it, it was Mahiru who was coming towards them with her camera in her hands with Chiaki and Hajime following her closely behind, the two were walking towards the location of the duel and they met Mahiru on the way who told them that she was asked to take pictures of Naegi's duel at Glenn's request, the two friends asked her if she was willing to allow them to go together to the pier to which she accepted.
"Miss Koizumi, I'm delighted that you could attend to Togami's fall from grace!" welcomed the young man as he extended his hand to Mahiru so that she could shook it to which she did but after that, he noticed the two friends "who are these two?"
"Oh, this is Chiaki Nanami and Hajime, these two are my friends, they wanted to attend this duel with me" replied the Ultimate Photographer.
"Well, well, so we've got the Ultimate Gamer as part of our audience eh?" asked Glenn as he approached the two.
"Yes, we've learned that Makoto Naegi planned to duel Byakuya Togami right here, so we've came to assist at his duel" said the Ultimate Gamer.
"Well, I've see nothing bad about having an audience so make yourself comfortable, once Togami will come out of this warehouse, we will bring him here so that Naegi will duel him and make him pay or what he did to all of his victims" explained the young man as his tale shocked the three comers.
"Victims?" asked Hajime.
"Glenn told us that the Togami Corporation had send a large number of people as slaves to the Black Market and among them, there is his father" resumed Naegi as the three were shocked of hearing that Glenn's father was among the casualties of the human trafficking.
"I'm so sorry to hear that" said Mahiru as she felt sympathy for the young man.
"I appreciate that, anyway, that bastard kidnapped me yesterday night and he forced me to duel him, he used a card that sent shivers through my spine and that thing took me out of that duel and that is why Naegi wants to duel him, so that he could teach a thing or two about humility to Togami" finished Glenn.
"Well, whatever your reasons Naegi, you've got courage to duel Togami, from what I've heard, Togami is the reigning champion of Duel Monsters in Canada, it is said that he has won most of his duels without losing a single life point, so, you are better be ready if you are challenging him" advised the Ultimate Gamer.
"I can't go back now, I am ready to duel him!" said Naegi to which his statement impresses Hajime as he did not believe that the Ultimate Lucky Student was not afraid of facing a champion.
"You've got guts kid, I don't think I would have the same courage that you have" replied Hajime.
"You are a duelist too?" asked Naegi.
"Yeah but I am a mediocre player, I don't think that I could beat that guy if he is a champion" said Hajime.
"You are not mediocre Hajime, you've made excellent progress in the game, you just need to have more self-confidence within yourself" said Chiaki as she comforted Hajime who was happy that the Ultimate Gamer was at his side.

Suddenly, Glenn begins to notice something and made a move to the group so that he could get their attention.
"Guys, here he comes!"
Indeed, Togami came out of the warehouse where he was having a business deal; he marched towards his butler as he waited him next to a black car that was stationed.
"So Byakuya-sama, did your deal has come smoothly?" politely asked the butler but Togami shooed him off.
"Do I pay you Aloysius so that you could move your tongue?" sneered the Ultimate Heir as he entered the car in the back row so that his butler would drive him to the Togami Corporation headquarters.
"You haven't paid up recently, Byakuya-sama" replied Aloysius as he was about to enter the car but suddenly, the car started to lit o the ground much to the butler bewilderment as Togami poke out his head from the window.
"Aloysius?" asked Togami as the butler could only watch in shock the car who was transported by a crane who has locked it's wired at the tires of the car, in the inside of the crane, his driver, Aaron, drove the car, while he chuckle at the act that he has managed to catch Togami, at the place where Naegi was waiting the Ultimate Heir so that he could duel him.
Finally, after a few minutes, Aaron brought down the car to the ground to which Glenn decides to come closer to it, Togami, after he recovers from the shock, looked outside through his window and he noticed the young man approhing him.
"You again! Didn't I taught you to not threaten or meddle yourself within the Togami Corporation?" demanded the Ultimate Heir.
"As you can see Togami, I am a very bad student" mocked Glenn.
"What do you want with me? Compared to you commoners, my time is precious and I don't plan to waste it on your useless talk" asked Togami.
"Let's just say that a friend of mine has a bone to pick with you and not like me where it does concern my family but rather, he wants to avenge me or the beatdown that you gave me last night" explained the young man as he stand aside to show Naegi to the Ultimate Heir who recognized him.
"You? You're the kid from last night! The one who tried to guilt-trip me about using Duel Monsters to prove my superiority, what is it that you want boy? Still trying to waste your breath on some sort of rambling on my ways?" mocked the Ultimate Heir.
"No, I don't plan on talking to you, I planned to challenge you in a duel Togami, to teach you that Duel Monsters is not a game that you can use to hurt people but I'm also dueling you to seek justice for the people that your company had sold or killed" said Naegi as he put his duel disk on his arm, however, his speech caused Togami to let out a small chuckle.
"You? Avenge these people? They are either dead or crippled for life, they won't come back even if you defeat me to which it will never come" replied Togami.
"And why is that?" asked a furious Ultimate Lucky Student.
"Because I am Byakuya Togami, I am always destined to win any kind of competition, so, you will have to forget all this kid" said Togami.
Meanwhile, Aaron listened to the conversation that was going on at the pier as he remained at the crane commands, in case something would happen.
Suddenly, he watched the reflection on the window and he noticed a man wearing a black butler outfit that has entered through the crane control cabinet which was none other than Aloysius who has noticed the crane who had taken Togami's car, Aaron noticed that the butler drew out a PP7 handgun from his blouse which caused the red-coated man to swerve the crane away to destabilize the butler who missed his shot and fired instead at the window.
On the ground level, Togami's car begins to float away directly to a wall, much to everyone's shock as the car rammed itself on the wall, taking off it's roof and exposed Togami to the fresh winds of the port while Aloysius punched Aaron out of the room to which he almost falls off the crane but he managed to hold off to one of its railings, saving himself to a fatal fall, Glenn noticed his friend hanging for dear life on the crane's railings and he rushed in direction of the crane so that he could save his friend while everyone watched in shock Togami's car who was still ramming at the wall .
"ALOYSIUS! GET ME DOWN!" ordered the Ultimate Heir to which the butler took control of the crane's commands as he pushed the left lever which causes the crane to go to the left above Naegi and the others to which Togami wants to avoid them "NOT THAT WAY!"
Meanwhile, Aaron was still holding on the railings while he noticed someone climbing on the crane's ladder to which he recognized him as Glenn who managed to climb up to the platform of the crane as he rushed towards his friend to save him.
"Grab my hand!" said the young man to which his friend did so and Glenn pushed him out of trouble and put him back on the platform.
"Thanks man!" replied Aaron as he was grateful that his friend had managed to get to him at the nick of time but the two suddenly heard the Ultimate Heir yelling at his butler.
"NOT THAT WAY, YOU STUBBORN FOOL! THE OTHER WAY!"
Aloysius understood his master's orders and he activated the right lever so that the crane would go to the right but he cannot maneuver completely as the red-coated grabbed him from behind and forces him out of the cabin and, in order to get his revenge on the butler, he throws him out of the crane which cause Aloysius to scream in fright as he falls but thankfully for him, a merchandise truck was strolling at the pier and the butler safely fell down on it but the truck took him away from the group.
Aaron returned to the crane's control cabin with Glenn in tow so that he could put Togami's car back to where he left it but the Ultimate Heir, who was now severely angry, noticed a red crane who was next to him (to which it's cable was holding a transportation of numerous crates), not hesitating one bit, he jumped through his car into the crane, he then entered through its cabin and put himself at the driver's seat and he activated the crane so that he could move it to confront the two men, Glenn noticed that Togami's crane was coming towards them and he decided to ask one thing to his friend.
"All right Aaron, looks like that he wants to play dirty, get him!"
Aaron nodded and he pushed one of the crane's lever causing its metal arm to slam onto Togami's, causing him to feel the attack but he decided to reply with a strike of his own which pushed Aaron's crane metal arm into a boat and caused it's cable to rip out, sending the Ultimate Heir's car on the sea.
However, that move didn't bother the red-coated man who pushed the left lever of his crane so that its arm could hit Togami's, the arm pushed the other one into a building next to the one where Naegi and his friends are to which the impact of the two machines caused a part of the roof to fall off into the group who avoided the falling rocks that fell on them while Hajime ducks when he saw Togami's crane arm swinging in his direction.
"HOLY CRAP! RUN DUDES!" yelled Hagakure to which the group decided to follow his instructions as they feared to be hit in their battle and indeed, Togami pushed his commands so that his arm could pick up some merchandises that were standing on the roof along with some rubble that fell during their last attack and he then throw all of them at Aaron and Glenn's crane cabin to which the rubble shattered the glass and sprayed out a large cloud of dust which caused the two men to cough it out violently while they move their arms frantically to clear out the air of the dust.
However, while he was coughing, the young man noticed that Togami crane was dangerously approaching from them, as the Ultimate Heir planned to ram his crane's arm onto them, if he don't move at all, his friend will receive the handle of the arm directly, he then dives into his friend, saving his life while the arm passes through the glass, shattering the rest that had survived the rubble's throw.
Togami then pulled out his crane's arm out of the two men cabin while he is driving backwards to which his crane destroys out some boxes that were on the way much to Naegi's group horror as they rushed to the pier in order to witness the crane's battle.
"HOLY SHIT!" yelled out Leon as the group heard something that resembled a police horn, the group turned their heads and they noticed a police car that was driving in their direction, apparently, someone, probably a neighbor, must have noticed the rampage that was going on at the pier and called the cops in order to diffuse the situation but unfornately, their car was driving on Togami's crane way to which it managed to roll on them, breaking the cop's car in two much to the bewilderment of the policemen who looked at their car with an expression of shock across their faces as he noticed the damage that was done at his car.
Now that Aaron had managed to regain his seat, he launched out another attack on Togami's crane where it swept through the Ultimate Heir's cabin, destroying the entire front of the cabin much to the group surprise.
"He literally distingrated him" cried out Maizono as she thought that the red-coated man had killed Togami with that strike but suddenly, the Ultimate Heir popped out which revealed that he has managed to duck at the attack.
"Close but you missed!" mocked Togami as he begins to drive his crane to which he use the transportation that was attached on its hook to attack the two young men's crane under it, the force of the blow that occurred below them launched Aaron to the roof of the cabin to which he broke the lamp that was above him with his head while Glenn barely managed to hold himself up by clinging to his friend's seat.
However, unknown to Togami, his attack caused the crates that were inside of the transportation to broke off and their remains falls off on Neagi's group, who were hiding under Glenn and Aaron's crane, a lot of objects falls on the group who is forced to retreat from their hiding spot by running away from it in order to avoid taking a hit from the rubble that was raining on them.
After he regains consciousness rom the attack that the Ultimate Heir gave on them, Aaron regains his controls as he tried to launch a strike against Togami, unfornately, the Ultimate Heir throw out a blow against them which almost knock out their crane out of its tracks but the red-coated man managed to rebalance his machine so that it won't all, he tried to give another attack but Togami countered it by throwing it's arm against theirs as it cut through it as the arm was severely weakened from the battle, Aaron pushed his commands to make his crane move towards to which he managed to get under Togami's crane arm and he moved forward towards the Ultimate Heir crane to which the two contraptions clashed against each other to which it almost knocked over the three people who were inside of their respective crane.
As Aaron and Glenn regained their balance, they started to look at the Ultimate Heir who give them a very angry glare.
"Togami!" said Glenn to which the Ultimate Heir decided to respond.
"That is right, just like my predecessor who has removed your father and sold him to the black market!"
"Yeah, I've got some unfinished business to take care off against you!" replied the young man.
"You should blame your father boy, had he has not meddled in our affairs, he would have raised you into a fine young man!" launched out the Ultimate Heir as he drove his crane in reverse so that his contraption's arm could stand before him as he made a 360 degree turn over so that he could send a furious blow that hit the two men's crane from their right, knocking them out of their position as Togami send out another attack while he let out a triumphant laugh as his crane hit his opponent which knocks out their crane out of their tracks much to the shock and horror of Neagi's group.
"NOOO!" yelled out Neagi as his friend's crane fall out on a boat to which it sends both Glenn and Aaron to the deck of it, the group looked upon the scene with horror, they couldn't believe that Togami was so ready to eliminate his enemies that he almost killed them by sending their crane out of their tracks, Neagi had enough, he couldn't watch this any longer, he needs to help Glenn at all costs "come on guys, we need to get to that boat!"
The group nodded and they let to the direction of the boat as the two men begin to try to get up as Glenn watched over Aaron who seems to be in bad shape.
"You're okay buddy?" asked the young men.
"Yeah, don't worry, I'll be fine" said Aaron.
The two then heard something that seems to walk on a metallic pathway; they saw Togami coming towards them with his duel disk on his arm as he walked towards the boat.
"Who gave you permission to enslave my father?" asked Glenn as he tried to get up so that he could beat up Togami for what he had said earlier.
"He didn't need it, he never needed it" replied the Ultimate Heir while he finally reach the deck of the boat as Glenn furiously gets up in order to attack Togami but the exhaustion rom the battle caused him to fall down on his knees, much to his displeasure, the Ultimate Heir was about to give a piece of his mind at the young man until he heard something else.
"TOGAMI! Leave them alone! You will be dueling me now!" yelled Neagi as he rushed towards Glenn to protect him from the Ultimate Heir.
"Hm! You think you've got a chance to defeat me, Byakuya Togami? I deemed you unworthy of my time but since you and your friends have made me lose too much of my precious time, I guess I could stay a little longer so that I could take out the rest of the trash, very well boy, you shall be the next victim of my Ultimate card!" said Togami as he activate his duel disk while he stepped back from the Ultimate Lucky Student who also activate his own duel disk while his friends helps Glenn and Aaron to join them out of harm's way.
"All right Neagi, this is it, kick that's rich bastard ass, show him who's boss!" cheered Leon.
"We believe in you Neagi!" launched out Maizono.
"Well, I guess that this duel will start now, we shall see if Neagi can win or not, that might help you in case you will challenge Togami" said Chiaki as she wanted Hajime to watch the duel in his entirety.
"I guess so" replied Hajime as he was indeed interested to see how the Ultimate Lucky Student would fare out against Togami as the two opponents were now ready to duel.

Neagi vs Togami
(BGM: Vs Seto C Rosenkruz – Yu-Gi-Oh Duelist of the Roses)
"I let you have the first turn boy, try to make it count" said Togami.
"Then I shall, I draw!" replied Naegi as he drew a card, he looked at his hand and he begins to frown, he remembered what Glenn told him about his ultimate card, that it was so powerful that most of his tactics, when he dueled Togami, didn't work against it, he needed to figure things out so that he won't be bothered by this card "I summon Pitch-Black Dragon in Defense Mode!"
The black dragon appeared on the field and drops down on the ground in order to put itself in Defense (A: 900/D: 600).
"I then place two facedown cards on my field and I end my turn" said Naegi as the two holograms appeared on the field.
"Mph, is that all? A pathetic beginner would fall for this trick but not Byakuya Togami" scoffed Togami as he drew a card "I special summon Esher the Frost Vassal in Attack mode!"
A monster wearing a blue helmet and a white coat appeared on the field (A: 800/D: 1000), however, the term that he had used seems to confuse Mahiru and Maizono as the two weren't really invested in the game of Duel Monsters unlike the other members of the audience.
"Wait! Special Summon? Shouldn't he say that he summoned a monster?" asked the Ultimate Idol.
"Yeah, what is the difference between the two versions anyway, he did summoned a monster yes?" questioned Mahiru.
"A special summon is a summon that can be activated through either a monster card effect or through a Spell or Trap card and in that case, I've got the feeling that this monster had a special ability that allowed it to be special summoned" said Glenn as he watched the duel with interest in his eyes.
"Since you got two or more spell facedown cards on your field, this has allowed me to special summon Esher directly to which I will use it as a tribute in order to summon Mobius the Frost Monarch" said the Ultimate Heir as Esher disappeared from the duel in order to make way for Mobius (A:2400/D:2000) a giant monster made of ice who stomped on the field "and since Mobius was tribute summoned, he can destroy through two of your facedown cards".
"OH NO!" cried out the Ultimate Lucky Student as Mobius brought his hands together to which it creates a small storm of snow and ice before he releases it over Naegi's facedown cards who begins to froze down before they shattered unto pieces.
"Naegi!" cried out Maizono as she horrified of the situation.
"Man, Naegi is now entirely defendless!" said Leon.
"Now Mobius, show to this witless boy why they all you the Frost Monarch, ICE STORM!" ordered the Ultimate Heir as Mobius launch out a severe ice storm towards Pith-Black Dragon who begins to freeze before it shattered into pieces although thankfully, it didn't deal any damages to Naegi since his monster was in Defense mode "I end my turn but do know this, Mobius cannot be defeated by your pathetic monsters".
"We shall see Togami, a duel is not over until I draw my last card" said the Ultimate Lucky Student as he drew a card, a smile appeared on his ace as he believed that he has managed to draw a card that will help him to defeat Mobius "first, I'll activate Pot of Greed, this card allows me to draw two cards".
A pot showing a creepy smile appeared on the field to which it gives the authorization for Neagi to draw two cards, once he drew them, he knew what to do as he has everything that he needs to beat the Monarch.

(BGM: Jaden's strike – Yu-Gi-Oh GX)
"Now, I activate my field spell card : Mountain!" said Naegi as numerous mountains peaks appeared on the field and the sky changed into a blue light sky just like if the day was rising up in the middle of the night, the change of view impresses everyone who was attending the duel although Togami remained umpassive "thanks to this card, everytime that I will summon a Dragon, Thunder or a Winged Beast type monster, it will win 200 Attack points".
"Grovel whatever you want boy but nothing will change, my Mobius is just waiting patiently to destroy it's next victim" scoffed the Ultimate Heir.
"You shouldn't be saying that Togami because I'm summoning one of my favorite cards : Alexandrite Dragon!" replied the Ultimate Lucky Student as he summoned his multicolored dragon to which its attack points increased thanks to the field spell (A:2000-2200/D:100-300) the monster apparition caused Mahiru to snap a picture of its appearance.
"Fool, that monster is still too weak to face my Monarch!" laughed Togami.
"Perhaps but I can still help it by using this card: Dragon's Treasure to which it will give him a 300 Attack points boost!" let out the Ultimate Lucky Student as his monster roared while the green energy envelopped its entire body (A:2200-2500).
"All right, it became as much more powerful than Mobius!" cheered Leon.
"Not bad, he used every card that he had on his hand in order to reverse the odds against him" noticed Hajime who watched the duel.
"Exactly, no matter what happens, a duelist has to use every solution that he has in his hand so that he could regain the advantage in the duel" replied Chiaki as she was happy that her friend was enjoying the duel but also that Naegi had regained the advantage.
"Let's go Alexandrite Dragon! Attack Mobius now!" ordered Naegi as his dragon cuts through Mobius who exploded immediately upon contact, when the dust cleared, Togami was still standing while crossing his arms (Togami:3900).

"Damn, he acts like if he didn't receive kind of damage, he could have at least made, I don't know, a wince or something" react the Ultimate Baseball Star.
"Still, Naegi-Chi had taken the lead" cheered the Ultimate Clairvoyant.
"Careful man, Togami has still didn't play his ultimate card and if he does, Naegi has to do everything in his power in order to defeat Togami" replied Glenn as he was still weary that the Ultimate Heir didn't still summoned his ultimate card.
"I end my turn Togami" said the Ultimate Lucky Student.
(BGM: Wild Cyclone – Yu-Gi-Oh GX)
"Mmph, you may have defeated Mobius but don't think that you have won just yet" said Togami as he drew a card "I activate Mithra's the Thunder Vassal effect that allows me to Special Summon it on the field!"
A monster wearing a white helmet surronded by five phalanges, a white armor and a yellow robe appeared on the field (A: 800/D: 1000).
"Another one?" asked Maizono as she wasn't expecting that.
"This means he planned to do another Tribute Summon!" said Aaron.
"I can special summon though I have to accept to sacrifice the ability to special summon through my Extra Deck but it will be useless because I have already everything that I need to eliminate you, first, Mithra allows me to summon a token that ressemble the real Mithra" said the Ultimate Heir as a replicate of Mithra appeared on the field (A:800/D:1000) "now, it is time that you meet another Monarch, I Tribute my token so that I could summon Zaborg the Thunder Monarch!"
The token dissapeared from the field as he made way for a giant monster that let out sparks of electricity circulating through his hands (A:2400/D:1000).
"Now, I know what you are thinking boy, it is scary isn't it? Well, you didn't know anything about its effects, when Zaborg is Tribute Summoned, he can destroy one monster that is on your field and your Alexandrite Dragon will be the perfect sacrifice for that effect" let out Togami as Zaborg throw out a violent stream of electricity that hit the dragon who eventually exploded.
"NAEGI!" cried out Maizono.
"Shit! His life points are exposed!" said Glenn.
"Now, my monsters, make this boy regret his decision of crossing the path of Byakuya Togami!" ordered Togami as the two monsters let out their electricity forms in their hands and they eventually throw it out at the Ultimate Lucky Student who screamed in pain as he was extremely shocked from the attack (Naegi:4000-1600-800).

"HOLY SHIT! He lost almost of his life points in one turn!" let out Leon as he was shocked that the Ultimate Heir had turned the tide of the duel so quickly.
"Well, he is one of the Duel Monsters champions after all" remarked the Ultimate Gamer.
"Still, I don't think that Naegi would let himself defeat so easily, he might have a plan in order to avoid another attack" said Hajime as he wanted to reassure the attendees.
"Exactly, he can still turn the duel around if he gets the cards that he needs" replied Chiaki as she wants to believe in Naegi's victory.
The Ultimate Lucky Student eventually got up from his position as he didn't want to quit the duel because of this attack.
"So you're still insisting of continuing this meaningless duel, fair enough, I shall crush you just like the rest, it is your turn now" remarked the Ultimate Heir as Naegi eventually drew a card.
"I gotta be careful on this one, I can destroy his Mithra but if I do that, he can wipe out the rest of my Life Points with his Zaborg so I've got to keep drawing cards until I manage to draw the card that I need" thought the Ultimate Lucky Student as he looked at his cards, after a few seconds, he finally made a move "I summon Skilled White Magician in Defense Mode!"
A magician claded in a white robe with three glowing blue orbs on its surface appeared on the field (A:1700/D:1900).
"Then I activate my Spell Card: Nightmare Mirage!" said Naegi as one of the orbs that surrounds the Skilled White Magician robe begins to glow to which it surprised the young Idol.
"What is that light eminating from Naegi's monster?" asked Maizono.
"You see, everytime that Naegi will play a Spell card, a light will appear on the Skilled White Magician orbs, if he gets three of his orbs illuminated, he can tribute his monster so that he could summon Buster Blader" explained the Ultimate Gamer to which her description surprised Hajime, maybe he could add this card to his deck so that he could easily summon his strongest non-Fusion card.
"When Nightmare Mirage is played, I can draw a card until I have four cards on my hand" explained the Ultimate Lucky Student as he drew two cards since he played three cards on his last turn "however, I have to accept to pay it's condition in order to keep playing it".
"You will have to throw down your cards to the graveyard so that you will have four cards on your hand" replied Togami to which he let out a cackle "how pitful, I should have known that you weren't cut out from using such a card".
"I shouldn't laughing if I were you Togami because I'm playing this card: Emergency Provisions" said Naegi as he played a card to which it shows on its picture two metal buckets along with some military biscuits "with this card, I can remove one of my Spell cards in order to recover 1000 life points and I'll remove Mirage Nightmare".
Mirage Nightmare dissapeared from the field while a second orb of Skilled White Magician glows, thanks to his move, the Ultimate Lucky Student manage to increase the level of his life points (Naegi: 1800).
"All right! Naegi can now withstand one more attack" cheered the Ultimate Baseball Player.
"And I end my turn by putting a facedown card" finished Naegi as a hologram of a card appeared on the field "All right, now I have to pray that he will not summon another monster, otherwise, I'm done for!"
"You're just wasting your time boy, let me show you how a Togami would outstand above all else" declared the Ultimate Heir as he drew another card "Zaborg, blow this pathetic magician to bits, MONARCH LIGHTNING BOLT!"
Zaborg concentrated his electricity through his palms and launched it out at the Skilled White Magician.
"Shit, if this hit, Naegi will receive a new attack on his life points!" said Leon.
"Oh my god, I can't look!" replied the Ultimate Idol as she covered her eyes as she was frightened.
"No you don't Togami, I have something to offer to your Monarch, WIDESPREAD RUIN!" said the Ultimate Lucky Student as he uncovered his Trap card who shows on its artwork a explosion, Togami widened his eyes, he was so sure of his victory that he has completely forgot about Naegi's Trap card.
"WHAT?"
"When this card is played, it destroys the strongest monster that is on your field so that I could destroy Zaborg!" explained the Ultimate Lucky Student as Zaborg suddenly explods leaving the Ultimate Heir speechless, Naegi had managed to destroy his Monarch while his back was on the wall.
"HELL YEAH! That's our Naegi!" yelled out Leon as Maizono uncovered her eyes and let out a sigh of relief, Naegi hasen't lost yet and since Mithra isn't strong enough to attack Skilled White Magician, his life points will be safe for a while.
"Nice one, Togami was so sure of his victory that he felled through Naegi's trap!" commented Hajime.
"Exactly, that is why we must always analyse the oppenent's field before you make a move, Togami didn't thought of that and as a result, he lost Zaborg" said Chiaki.
"And the fact that he didn't played a monster before his Battle phase means that Naegi will be safe for a while" finished the young man.
"Why you, you might still try to squirm around you commoner but heed my words, once that my ultimate card will be unleashed, you will not taste victory but instead you shall taste the bitterness of defeat" let out Togami as he let out a furious laugh while Naegi was ready, as long he will keep on hope, he can defeat the Ultimate Heir, he made that promise to Glenn, he shall defeat Togami and avenge the victims of the Togami Corporation.

And there it is, the end of the first part, true, the duel might feel a bit fast than the crane battle (to which it was inspired of the crane battle in the Tintin movie that was made by Steven Spielberg) but I thought that will be enough for a first part.
Will Naegi be able to defeat the Ultimate Heir's deck who still has his ultimate card waiting to destroy him or would he fail spectacurly against him, you will see the answer in the next chapter.
