Chapter 3 - Prisoners

The darkness of the room was frightening, there was no natural lighting in the room, It smelled really bad and the surroundings was wet and dirty. In the room lay the 4 girls, unconscious and all had a bruise on a face or head, they had all taken a hard smack to the face to knock them out but not enough to kill them. Someone knew what they were doing. 18 stirred into consciousness and scrunched her face, her eyes opened and saw nothing in her surroundings. It was so dark and it was damp. She rubbed the back of her head from the blow she received and was confused, one moment she was in the middle of the hot canyon and now she had no idea. She could have been in space for all she knew. She crawled around on the floor and felt someone else on the ground, she shook the person as they groaned, she recognized the voice.

'Chichi…chi….you okay?' she asked as Chichi sat up and rubbed her head and groaned

'Uhhh…..18….. where are we? What happened?' She asked as 18 helped her up

'I don't know, did you get a look at what jumped us?'

'No. I saw nothing, whatever it was it got me from the back' she answered as they heard a groan nearby and ran towards the voice.

'Uhhhh…. My head.'

'Launch! You okay?!' Chichi asked as she groaned

'Ow….uhg! what happened?!' She asked as Chichi helped her up 'Why is it so dark?!' She panicked

'I don't know I can't see anything!' Chichi said as she moved around and then tripped over something 'OW WHAT THE HELL!?'

'OW YOURSELF!'

'BULMA!' Launch gasped

'Yes its me! And I'm fine by the way!' she huffed as 18 helped her up as chichi got up too

'Well at least we're all here' chichi said

'Yeah but where is here?!' 18 asked as suddenly all the lights went on and the girls found themselves in a dark room. No windows and not natural light! It was damp and cold in the room, it looked like a military bunker of sorts. The walls were all metal and so was the floor and the ceiling! They were literally in a box! There was bunk beds in the room but nothing else, only the beds and bedding! Whatever took them, expected them to stay!

'What is this place?!' Launch asked

'I don't know but I don't plan on staying to find out! stand back' 18 said as she punched the wall but amazingly it wouldn't give way, even with her full strength. 18 punched again but it wasn't budging, chichi tried the opposite wall and tried punching too! But their strength was not enough and these two were the strongest women on the planet!

'What the hell is going on!' Chichi huffed punching the wall

'I don't know but I don't like it!' 18 huffed she tried to punch the wall but no luck, she threw the pillow of the bed against the wall in frustration as a bunch of the feathers from the pillow flung out and tickled a certain someone under her nose

'Oh the feathers! Ahh…AHH…. ACHOO!' Launch sneezed and was now in her blonde form

'Oh great!' Bulma groaned

'Hehe! Step aside ladies, I'll get us outta here' launch smirked as she pulled out a concealed gun from her waist

'Wait a second this a military bunker the bullet may…..' before chichi could finish, launch shot at the door as the bullet bounced in every direction in the bunker, Chichi tackled Bulma to the ground to protect as 18 and launch also hit the deck! As the bullet bounced around until it got wedged into the bed! 'AS I was saying, the Bullet may ricochet and KILL one of us!' Chichi huffed

'Sorry' Launch blushed as Bulma looked at chichi lying on top of her

'Why are you on top me?' she asked

'I'm protecting you Bulma'

'Yeah well don't! I'm tougher than I look!' Bulma pushed her off as chichi frowned

'You're welcome(!)' she said sarcastically

'Okay so bullets won't cut it, nor our ki. What else?' 18 asked as she looked at Chichi 'Chi? What about a Kamehameha huh?'

'You're kidding right?! Mine's not that strong!' chichi said

'But you've been practicing right?' 18 asked as she nodded 'It's worth a shot!' 18 said

'Yeah its better than nothing!' Launch added as Chichi sighed

'Okay stand back, 18 maybe you try your ki blasts too!' chichi instructed as 18 agreed, they made space for chichi to make her stance

'KA… ME… HA….. ME…..' The ki ball formed into her hands as she concentrated her energy into the blast 'HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!' She threw the blast at the wall as it suddenly just evaporated into the wall! This concerned the girls as the Kamehameha always left its mark!

'How did it do that?!' Launch asked as Bulma inspected the wall as it felt stone cold! Like nothing had hit it!

'There's something not right about this, its like it absorbed the energy from your blasts' Bulma said as she looked at the door too 'What is happening?' she whispered

THUMP!

'AHH!' Bulma fell to the floor in fright as she was surprised by a being that just appeared from nowhere staring at them through the door, it was a large being at least 6ft something, wearing a fully equipped white armour suit along with a helmet (Like a Halo Suit) and stood there staring at them, the girls helped Bulma up and looked at the being holding What could only be described as a round rifle gun with a large blade across its side. It looked heavy and it looked dangerous.

'HEY! Who are you!?' Launch asked as the being said nothing

'Are you what took us? Brought us here!? Why!?' 18 asked as the being looked in her direction as chichi huffed

'You deaf or something?! I demand you Tell us!' she roared

'Oh! You demand do you? well then you must forgive him, Meta does not say much, in fact he says nothing' a voice called out as the girls heard footsteps coming towards them, Bulma and Launch looked at the other and thought that voice sounded familiar. Worryingly familiar. Suddenly another being appeared before them as Bulma and Launch gasped

'NO!'

'It can't be!?' Launch gasped

'I know you….' Chichi frowned

'I don't who is he?' 18 asked

'Oh where are my manners? Greetings ladies, I am… Mercenary Tao'

BOOM! TAO IS BACK! HAPPY? HOPE SO! I GOT PLANS FOR THIS AND I AM DEAD EXCITED! Thanks to everyone who follows me and my stories! I promise to return soon, story's not over yet! Xx
