A rewrite of my old story. An assassination Tsunade ordered resulting in the death of Uzumaki Naruto has caused Konoha nothing but problems. The war against Iwagakure bankruptcy the loss of Wave Spring and Demons have cost Konoha millions and thousands of troops. Now a suspicious client is looking to hire them for protection against the leagendary assassin Shade.

Chapter 10.

Before we start, sorry for my inability, to spell whole rather than hole. Also the reason why T and I only seems to be just T is because I was using the and symbol that doesn't seem to want to work and sorry for the wait. Thank you.

When it comes to War, Shinobi still hold the record for the longest most drawn out battles. Where the longest Samurai war lasted only five yet brutal years. A Shinobi war could be ten to fifteen years though Konoha is doing everything to keep such a lengthy process from happening. The reason for them being so long is for the purposes of paranoia. The last official Samurai war believe it or not was the newly named Spring then named Snow versus Iron. Doto started the war to undermine his brother and to eliminate his loyal Samurai, for Doto's Yuki village to take complete control of the nation. Samurai aren't Shinobi they're straightforward they look their opponents in the eye, and fight with honour. Planning it's troop placements for outposts and marching in to battle, where even the leader must actually lead from the front.

The Yuki forces then pushed back Iron lead by a young Mifune with underhanded tactics, they weren't prepared for Doto lost nearly sixty percent of his village and had to pay a massive honour tax but in his mind he won with vary little sacrifice. Though once a Samurai War ends it's then border patrol against other Samurai who again don't ambush or infiltrate. Hell Samurai loyal Diemyo's even send letters to inform the people they'll be attacking, such a method was strange to the opportunistic Shinobi. Where as a Shinobi War is the complete opposite, slow methodical planned to a complete and absolute tee, then countered and replanned.

Where the enemy is legitimately everywhere, traitors looking to sell information from the inside or abandon their village. Infiltrations from other villages, not directly in the War just taking the advantage. Sometimes it's easier to let them have that one Jutsu dirty secret or a comrades life just so they won't attack next. Like Suna with the Pakura incident enemy spy's they have to capture or kill, some even put in decades in advance like Sasori's spy's. Then the usual glare off after the last man dies, negotiations then constant revenge driven attacks, both villages have to deny or fight again. Then back to trying to keep or regain a one up on the other. In all reality Shinobi are always at war the only difference is how blatant they are about it and even then they can still be subtle.

Shadow Strike HQ.

Unlike the Raven Core who just hangout at the ANBU HQ. The Shadow Strike built an underground base in Nara Clan's Deer Sanctuary, the project was a personal Triple S secret only known to the team Hokage Shikaku and Root. Sai was only privy to the information for the basic fact that he helped with the construction, given Danzo's own pension for super secret underground bases. Root was the perfect candidate for the construction. It had lighting power a full kitchen bed rooms, with bathroom and Shower armoury a war room living room a telegraph station, linking directly to the Hokage, with another for Sai. It had one entrance only that blended perfectly in to the ground and could only be opened with a key, the strike force had sealed on them.

The key hole itself was in a hollowed out rock with a sliding stone, to hide it right after. Opening that you have another do were you must then push a stone to the left, step a mechanism to your right. Add your key then you're in. The reason for the first two bits was because you have a 30 second window of opportunity once the door closes to turn off the traps otherwise you'll be incinerated. Even then the base was rigged to blow at a moments notice The Shadow Strike was big on keeping any secrets they had safe by any means necessary. The building plans were then burned.

Right now the team was sitting in the War room they had three different missions, to think about Ino sighed at hers. Being the only female Shadow Strike member she had to take the more risky less dignified infiltration missions. She made it a point to get rid of her ditsy persona only to use it more than ever before. Her mission is to a one woman infiltration and assassination mission in the land of water, to a separatist party in the royal palace. Seeing as it's only Diemyo was killed by Kisame, the land was right for a puppet ruler. Though the original royal family was killed Water still had nobles itching to take over. The same thing was happening in Rivers though that Diemyo ruined most of the nobles there, leaving only Samurai clans who were more then happy to allow Inari's take over to happen.

The young unofficial ruler of Wave and Rivers, was invited obviously to discuss, further aid to Water though he hasn't replied. Seeing as Rivers Wind Water and obviously Wave were Inari's interests, the risk of Foxtrot was not a factor yet always prepared for. Right now the two biggest runners to the throne was the Royal and Iwa backed, third cousin to the Diemyo Dieki and his Blood line sympathetic, twin brother Diechi. Fortunately the twins weren't identical in personality and though identical in appearance, Diechi had a clean shaven, and a lean build to him. While Deiki was skinny do to drug abuse he was lustful and had a large beard. The brothers absolutely despised each other and if it wasn't for the political problems would have murdered each other publicly years ago.

Ino's mission was to escort Diechi as his lover, who wouldn't think twice about sleeping with his twin. Being rather blatant bait though she was, they were assured Dieki would fall for it easily. She did her own private investigation as always making sure the assassination had merit. "Why don't you fuckers ever have to do these?". She said they sighed. "Because none of us know the sexy jutsu and we're not as charming". Shino said dryly Ino couldn't help but laugh at that with the others. "Still I worked hard to be who I am today". She said with a frown her team nodded to that. "I understand we'll start recruiting new blood eventually and…". Shikamaru started before Ino shook her head. "We're a team because we can only trust each other, both sides who love and hate us are too stupid to be trusted". They nodded again with frowns. With a sigh she got up and got prepared to leave.

The Mizukage's tower.

Diechi sat with Mei the two were preparing for the party the hopeful future Diemyo, was wearing grey robes, while Mei wore her Kage robes. When Ino entered with her guards. She immediately bowed to Diechi who returned it with a respectful nod he was a vary reserved man. "Get prepared the parties in an hour, Diechi-Sama will answer any questions on the trip over". Mei ordered Ino bowed again and left. "So think he'll bite?". Mei asked Diechi nod quietly with a sigh. "My brother is a degenerate, I could show up with piece of ham and he'd jump it to spite me". Mei frowned at that. "Will you be alright my lord?". She asked with concern he frowned.

"I miss the old days more than anything Mei-Chan. When it was Dieki and I against the world. Then the dope took him I hate the bastard but he's still my brother". He said sadly she nodded. "I understand". She assured knowing he was already tired. "There hasn't been a day I haven't regretted trusting him, I lost my baby boy and wife to Yagura's fucking war". He said angrily Mei frowned more. "It wasn't Yagura it was Obito". She reminded he sighed angrily. "Forgive me Obito Dieki and my father was the reason, I still want to buy Kisame a drink for taking out dad at least". He said with a small chuckle before he went to get prepared.

Ino's room.

After showering Ino dyed her hair chocolate brown and let it fall rather than kept it in its usual ponytail then put on azure coloured contacts, she wore a rather revealing red kimono with red lipstick. She walked out of the room to blushing making her sigh. "Eyes to yourselves and keep your tongues in your mouths". She ordered everyone looked away embarrassed as she walked back to the office. Diechi stood with Mei Ino was a little surprised, Diechi didn't seem to care about her appearance, as she joined him on the way out. Nearing the door Diechi extended his arm for Ino to take, though it appeared to be business only with an internal sigh she latch on. They walked out straight to the carriage he let her enter first then himself closing the door.

The ride was an awkward one Diechi looked out the window he didn't even pass Ino a glance. "Is something wrong your grace?". She asked with concern. "I'm not a fan of having to assassinate my brother, let alone riding with his assassin greater good or not". He informed Ino frowned. "I understand your grace, more than you know". She said. "Could I confide something to you". She asked finally getting his attention. "Things like this aren't exactly my favourite missions either. Especially when the greater good is mentioned I had to kill a friend years ago for the greater good. I had to pretend to still be his friend for a week before that". She said sadly. "Though it was nothing like this, I had to keep up an act that we were friends the whole time, all for the greater good". She said regretfully remembering her final day with Naruto.

Flashback. Yamanaka Flower Shop.

Ino just wanted to stay in her room till the day came, unfortunately though her father had a different idea. So she had to man the counter while he did inventory. It was dead today no customers at all, only for the one person she didn't want to see walked in with Sai. "Are you high?". Sai asked upfront getting a glare, Ino was surprised Sai was supposed to be on a mission. Even Danzo was shocked he finished early and needed to get him out again before the mission, while Naruto retorted. "I don't care what you say it's my tradition so shut it". He ordered Ino unintentionally flinched as Sai just smiled. Inochi walked out and frowned. "It's the 30th already?". He asked Naruto nodded so Inochi got prepared confusing Ino. "What happened on the 30th?". She asked Naruto frowned silently so Sai answer carefully like normal.

"Dick-less was apparently hunted by a ghost for a day who asked him to bring his dead wife flowers". He informed dodging the punch Naruto threw at him. "His name was Maboroshi Kisuke". He said angrily surprising her when Inochi walked out. "You never know I mean Naruto did uncover Sabiru as a traitor because of said ghost, and Kisuke was a good friend of mine". Inochi defended handing Naruto the flowers. "Go a head it's on the house this time". He offered getting a vary thankful nod from Naruto as he was about to walk out. "You know what why don't you go with him Ino". Inochi offered Ino was worried but did as told.

Konoha graveyard.

Naruto laid the flowers at the grave of Kisuke's wife, he kneeled down for a prayer Ino decided to join him while Sai watched. Till Naruto looked at him. "Don't want to join?". He asked Sai smiled. "There's nothing but the here and now". He stated Ino frowned Naruto shrugged. "Well you're depressing for someone who smiles all the time, do any of your books tell you to humour a guy?". Sai thought about it and joined though he had no idea what praying intailed other than the motions the other two just did. They silently sat there for a bit before Naruto stood with them. "Thanks for that guys". He said they nodded then followed him around. "Yo Naruto-Kun Ino-Chan". Isaribi shouted Naruto smiled and waved as she ran over hugging the two.

"Hey Isaribi how have you been?". Ino asked she shrugged. "Been busy I'm mastering my other form, so got a job fishing you in one of the lacks you?". Naruto shrugged. "Just said hi to a friend want to go for ramen?". Isaribi smiled and joined. "I don't understand your fascination with ramen it's unhealthy and gross". Sai said the back of Naruto's hand swung Sai leaned backwards, only for Naruto to shoot forward and smack him behind the head surprising everyone as he grinned. "When you insult ramen my skills get sharper, and you never ate one of those bowls of deliciousness so hush". He ordered making the girls laugh.

Ichiraku Ramen.

Entering the stand they sat down Ino was on Sai's left while Isaribi and Naruto were to his right. Everyone but Sai ordered so Naruto ordered for him. Sai stared at the bowl so Naruto smacked him again getting a glare to his grin, annoyed Sai ate. His eyes widened at his first slurp making Naruto and the chef's smile Ino found it cute as Sai savoured everything. "See". Naruto said with a grin Sai nodded. "Fine dick-less you were right". Naruto was annoyed again while everyone else snickered. "Sai I'm one more comment away from dragging you in to the back room and showing you how wrong you are". Naruto threatened making Sai shiver Isaribi grinned. "Kinky". She said making the two spit out their ramen while Ino Isaribi and the chefs explored with laughter. It took a minute but Naruto joined Sai held it in but couldn't help but follow, his laugh was full of life and his smile was genuine Ino blushed at it.

After eating and laughing they finally left Ino felt so happy right now, she had a slight crush on Sai finally giving up on Sasuke and seeing him enjoying everyone's company was nice. They hung out for a few hours till they were hungry again. Surprisingly with a sly grin Naruto recommended the barbecue house. Entering the waiter glared at Naruto then shivered when Sai returned it, Ino found it kind of hot seeing him be protective of his teammate. "Naruto Ino welcome who are your friends?". Choza greeted surprising everyone especially Naruto. "Um..Hello Akamichi-San, this is Sai and Isaribi". Naruto greeted and informed more formally than intended surprising everyone more. Choza hid his internal shame at Naruto's lack of affection in his greeting but really couldn't blame him.

"Came in came in I'll get you a table and I'll even be your cook tonight". He offered surprising everyone more but Naruto smiled. "We'd be honoured". He assured making him smile more every if he did sense Naruto's mistrust and brought them to their table. Ino followed him for a moment. "What are you planning Choza?". She whispered suspiciously making him drop his smile and look down ashamed. "Nothing I swear on my soul, I..I just want to make things right with him you know". He said surprising her as he looked in her eyes. "I know my staff's stupid Ino like I was, I just want him to enjoy being here without him worrying for once and know I'll watch his back like he did for you Choji and Shika. I've felt like such a bastard for years not seeing him for what he is". He honestly assured with a sad look Ino nodded. "I'm sorry Uncle". She said he smiled and patted her head like he used do when she was a kid embarrassing her. "I had it coming kiddo now go back to your date before I tell Inochi". He ordered with a hearty laugh leaving her embarrassed.

Walking back to their booth she noticed Sai sat alone talking with the grinning Naruto and Isaribi. "Those sly fuckers". She thought with a grin sitting beside Sai. The two then talked to each other about work and what ever just friendly conversation while Sai and Ino were silent. She knew about his seal. She started doodling on a napkin getting Sai's attention. It was a rather nice picture of a flower vase next to them. "Impressive Ino-San". He said getting their attention making other two grin. Ino noticed and glared making the two chuckle. "Sooo what's going on". Ino asked trying to make conversation they shrugged. "I've been trying to improve one of my Jutsu's". Naruto informed getting their attention. "Not the sexy jutsu is it?". Ino asked making Sai chuckle he just learned how to laugh and liked it.

Naruto chuckled in return. "It may seem immature to you but it has its uses". He assured getting their attention more. "Think about it for a second besides ousting perverts, it's great for disappearing in plan sight". He offered the idea confusing them more. "Explain". Ino ordered Naruto sighed. "I created the jutsu lang before I showed it. In my pranking days the ANBU would be looking for a short blond boy in bright orange. Not a brown haired girl in a blue kimono, it also works in reverse women could change in to men, making escaping certain situations easier". He educated they actually thought about.

"So those times you disappeared when Sakura was pissed at you?". Sai started Naruto grinned. "I never actually left at all I was standing right beside you". Everyone laughed at that and smiled. "When you put it that way I wouldn't mind learning it". Ino stated Naruto grinned. "I'll teach Sai he can teach you, wouldn't want to cross his territory". The two blushed while Isaribi chuckled Ino internally grinned at the idea though. Eventually Ino and Sai continued talking about whatever he was able to talk about, long after Naruto payed the bill left to hang out with Isaribi.

The celebration.

Ino sat at the bar she was hammered when Naruto sat beside her. "Yo you ok?". He asked with concern. "Yeah". She said drunkenly then sighed. "Nah I miss Sai-Kun". She wasn't so drunk she'd wouldn't remember her mission, so gave a half truth Naruto chuckled. "I'm sure he misses you too". He assured Ino blushed with alcohol and happiness. "Ya really think so?". She asked Naruto nodded with a smile. "Of course I never seen him with a real smile before, till you were around". Ino giggled sipping her drink. "We'll get this mission over and done with, then you can have your Sai time you have my word". He promised Ino smiled tearfully heartbroken as Naruto helped her up.

The hospital after everyone was gassed.

After Sai left Ino decided to wander around and check on her friends, she heard some sobbing in one of the offices. Entering she found Hinata there in Sakura's arms as she tearfully hugged her. When they saw Ino they frowned Sakura continued hugging Hinata. "I know it must be a stupid question but what's wrong?" She asked Sakura sighed. "We were talking about what we saw". She informed Ino's eyes widened. "You mind if I join in?". She asked when they didn't say no she sat down. Her heart sank with their stories especially Hinata's she wanted to put her on watch, but Sakura forced her keep it secret, and she'd look after Hinata. Ino agreed to this whether or not she wanted to. Though she routinely visited Hinata since to make sure she was ok.

End of flashback.

Ino sat there sadly while Diechi sat there frowning Sai's identity as well as the support group was classified, for more the just his Root commander status but she got her point across. "Why are you telling me this Ino-San?". Diechi asked Ino sighed. "Faulty intelligence and a traitor resulted in the death, of one of the most legendary and up and coming future Hokage's, in Shinobi history. So when it comes to missions like this I look in to them myself I'll complete them obviously but insight helps…sometimes anyway". She informed frowning. "Simply put I can tell you that your brother deserves to die, for a lot more than just Haru and Akiri". Diechi slammed her against the wall of the carriage angrily.

"Don't you dare mention their name again, this Shinobi bullshit is what killed my lover and my baby boy to begin with". He ordered dangerously Ino grabbed his wrist twisting it any more pressure it would snap she glared angrily at him. "And it was you royals assholes who didn't give enough of a fuck to prevent it to begin with. Till you got a bloodline user pregnant because you were a stupid fucking spoiled child. Don't you ever lay a hand on me again or I will cut it off". She ordered Diechi looked down ashamed and nodded a heartbroken apology. She really did do her homework Ino threw his hand away, with an angry sigh to calmed down. "We're nearly there now play your part, and let me deal with the mission". She ordered he nodded with a sigh of his own.

"I apologize Yamanaka-San you are absolutely right". He said sincerely Ino simply nodded in thanks as he sat up tearfully. "I honestly don't remember how exactly we met you know". He said getting her attention as he chuckled. "All I remember was sneaking out with my brother, in civilian clothe to actually see the small village we were to rule one day". He said with a small smile. "I drank like a fish picked a fight with some sailors got a mean right to the temple, then woke up in a small shack of a place". He informed with a fond chuckle. "The next thing I see was a goddess of a woman, cooking some dinner. She saw that I was up and smacked me across the face". He said with a laugh. "Told me I was trying to pick her up, with all the charm of a eel". He said with a grin. "And of course the next thing my dumbass says is. "Well it worked didn't it?". She nearly punched me for that, whether she was laughing or not". He laughed even more Ino giggled a bit.

The party.

When the carriage stopped she took a deep breath and forced a ditsy smile, as Diechi opened the door and helped her out, she latched on to his arm. "Ready Yamanaka-San?". Ino giggled and smiled playfully so it looked like it was a casual conversation. "Yes just keep playing along and let me do most of the talking". She ordered he nodded stoically she rolled her eyes with a grin, internally annoyed. "I'm a professional Kunoichi, but I also know what I got so can you at least look like you enjoy my company?". She asked he chuckled as they continued walking together. "Fair enough I'm not much of an actor, though I once was in a play for school". He informed getting her attention. "I played a tree". They laughed together as they entered the Land of Water Royal Pagoda.

Inside.

Ino scanned everything hanging off Diechi see saw Kurotsuchi talking with Dieki. She was disgusted already Dieki's teeth were so rotten, do to drug use they were black. His beard was grizzled and had food in it. She could tell by Kurotsuchi's face his breath stunk. He wore an expensive Kimono with silk overcoat, they looked more like a hobo stole some clothes. His eyes fell on her and she already felt like she needed another shower but winked at him, making him grin. She looked away with a giggle it was all she could do not to charge and stab the fucker. Looking back she saw Kurotsuchi had Akatsuchi with her the big guy didn't look happy, his normal cheshire grin that were on all his photos was no where to be found.

He was looking right at her Dieki glared at him she suspected it was because he was looking at her. The glare immediately left Dieki's face when the big man looked back at him. Watching from the corner of her eye while drinking champagne with Diechi. She was reading their lips. "Are you absolutely serious right now?". Kurotsuchi asked angrily from what Ino was reading. Dieki shrugged. "Why not she's obviously in to me, didn't you know my brothers a faggit". He said with a grin Akatsuchi slapped him when nobody but Kurotsuchi was looking he pointed a condescending finger at him. "I don't like that word it insults of my comrades, plenty of them are here right now to keep you alive". He informed the look on his face send next Dieki would be dead and Dieki bowed profusely in apology to him.

"He had a lover and a child on the way, so I highly doubt he's gay". Kurotsuchi said Ino knew the Iwa Kunoichi didn't like this guy anymore then she and his brother did. Akatsuchi shrugged his eyes still on the false couple. "Why don't you send that Fox guy then?". Dieki asked Kurotsuchi glared. "Because he was paid to do something else, why do you think he isn't skulking in shadows or some shit?". Kurotsuchi asked while the big man's suspicious gaze was still on Ino it was unnerving. Ino and Diechi sat down together, with Mei and Ao. "You have an assassin doing somethingp besides killing my brother of all things, why am I bothering with Iwa?". Dieki asked annoyed till Akatsuchi moved his hand suddenly making him flinch to both Kunoichi's amusement.

"Yes and our job is to keep you from doing something stupid". Kurotsuchi stated Akatsuchi nodded he finally looked somewhere else. He then looked up and shook his head leaning to Kurotsuchi who glared annoyed. "Stay fucking here". She ordered the future Diemyo as she and her most loyal soldier left. "Sorry Diechi-Kun but I need to prouder my nose". Ino said playfully he shrugged as she got up walking passed Dieki who immediately followed. "Mei do all Kunoichi have to do what she does?". He asked she nodded. "Plenty don't but most of the time it's a requirement for us to study like it or not". Mei informed he nodded in understanding. "The Shinobi way is a little fucked up". He stat making the Mizukage shrugged.

Dieki's bed chamber.

Some time's luck favoured the bold Kunoichi, Dieki took her to a secret staircase to his room, rather then pass his Iwa protection. Ino had to fake moans of pleasure while she was being grouped by Dieki, she removed his hands teasingly. "I heard you're holding do you mind?". When he grinned Ino reached in to her purse pulling out a needle. "Have you ever met Mister Blue?". He smiled and laid down Ino took his arm. "Half for you half for me". She ordered injecting him with the full needle of morphine, Dieki's eyes widened then went droopy as Ino glared staring into his eyes. She put a hand on his pulse then injected him with another. When his pulse stopped she grinned and walked to the secret door.

She left just in time for the door to be kicked open by Kurotsuchi and her men. "FUCK". She heard Kurotsuchi yelled Ino raced down stairs, instead of going back to Diechi she went to the washroom. She flushed her evidence then washed her hands when Akatsuchi busted through the door. She mentally prepared when he grabbed her by the throat and threw her out. Ino went flying she knew how to hit the ground with a roll to soften the blow. Mei Ao and her guards with Diechi ran to her aid. As she forced water from her eyes to cry in fear, and hugged Mei terrified then tapped the Mizukage's shoulder with her finger to tell her the mission's complete. "HOW DARE YOU ATTACK MY DATE?". Diechi shouted angrily Akatsuchi charged at them, the big bastard was faster than he looked Ao had to grab Mei Diechi and move them. Chojuro grabbed Ino and dove out of the way as Akatsuchi smashed through the wall.

He glared at Ino and ran at her when a Shinobi blocked him, he had dull-black hair and dark eyes. His face is set in a hard-lined expression and he wore the standard attire of the Kirigakure-nin his head protecter was on a white cloth along with the jade-green bangle. He was carrying a large cleaver-like blade, that he was currently using against Akatsuchi. It was to Mei's shock its Ganryū the biggest Iwa hater in Kiri. "What the fuck is Ganryu doing here?". Ao asked Mei glared. "Never mind why separate them". She ordered Iwa and Kiri latched on to their respective Shinobi, who were seeing red right now. Kurotsuchi was pissed she didn't expect Akatsuchi rage like that, she blamed the steroid Foxtrot supplied Iwa.

They were actually going to prevent this same Kiri bastard from attacking their, puppet ruler when the fuckers disappeared. "Well well now this looks like party eh guys?". Everyone stopped recognizing that voice they turned to see Kisame dressed his a black jacket shirt and pants the closest thing he would allow himself to be to formal, with a skinner Samehada in hand over his shoulder while a same dressed and grinning Suigetsu with a glaring black hakama with ocean blue Haroi wearing Inari were next to him, with his hand raised slightly. The lower Inari's hand went to order the wider the swordsmen's smiles got the struggling stopped immediately.

"So what do we have here exactly?". Inari asked calmly Iwa was pissed Kiri wanted to grin. "THOSE FUCKERS…..". Inari glared harder shutting Akatsuchi up for a moment. "In door voice's please". He ordered calmly Kisame was the only one with the balls to snicker, but was on guard duty so simply gave the most irritating grin he had. Kurotsuchi sighed they were surrounded their puppet was dead, and two swordsmen a Kage and her elite were there. "Nothing let's go". She ordered as her men left to the belcany and jumped off. They'll return the favour for this bullshit. Inari's eyes fell on Ino who was still on the ground, she knew the young leader didn't care about her. Diechi helped her up. "Well this was a waste of a perfectly good party, I also hate getting all dolled up for nothing as well, so let's go home". He ordered the two bowed to Mei and Diechi then joined him Mei and Chojuro followed.

Outside.

Inari walked to his carriage he hated the damn things, along with his outfit but appearances were everything. "Inari". Mei whispered he turned and grinned. "Thank Kisame it was his idea". He ordered Kisame grinned she couldn't help but smirk at him. "Too bad I was on time though I had my fighting under this". Inari informed they chuckled. "What about your blade?". He informed Mei and Chojuro couldn't help but laugh like Kisame was as the trio left.

Ino's own personal objective now shower Dieki's stench off of her and find Sai.

Raven Core Mission. Joeme.

Seeing as the village was wiped out it was made free game for Suna and Iwa to gain a foothold in to the other's territory. Suna lacked the bare essentials of fort building, every available resource they once had went to building the village walls and houses almost a century ago. While Iwa could just stomp their feet and make earth walls. So Sasuke's team was going to hult their enemies progress while Suna waited for wood and stone to be delivered. If Gaara wasn't the brotherly type these days he would just demand Moegi to come and help. It was also a nice way to test out Akamaru's new armer black light weight flexible but sturdy armour, with a helmet leaving his huge choppers ready for the bitting. They decided it would be better for a day time massacre, so which ever lucky bastard survives this massacre and give everybody a detailed description.

They already killed the guards on the old leader's tower and were looking down over the mass of Iwa. Sasuke looked at his team and noticed they jumped down Sasuke's sword sliced one down the middle. Lee charged with his spiked steel knuckles, he punched one in the chest hard enough he shattered his ribs destroying his heart then his another shattering his jaw and neck with the force. Tenten slapped her wrist summoning her shield and pulled her sword, to block and stab her assault. While Kiba slashed throats with his claws and Akamaru bit someone's face off. Sasuke moved in slaughtering the enemy with various swipes of his sword.

Konoha armoury.

A dozen ANBU laid dead while the intruder walked around looking for his prize finding it along with some schematics taken from the Sarutobi compound made him smile under his Fox mask.

Iwa hospital.

Kurotsuchi glared at the doctor. "Are you absolutely sure about this Kurotsuchi-Sama?". He asked worried. "Can you fucking do it or not?". She demanded an answer he noddded. "Of course Foxtrots detailed notes on how to preform proper attachments, haven't let us down". He assured she sat in the chair looking at the light. "Akatsuchi and the others are waiting outside so get to work". She ordered before grinning. "I'll get those bastards back if it's the last thing it do". She vowed before being put under. The doctor signed then shrugged going to the storage room and walked out with a jar, with a couple eyes in them. "How the hell did he even get these?". He asked himself before getting to work on the operation.

Back to the battlefield.

The team were fighting off Iwa when ground shots up trapping them. "Well looky here brothers we got ourselves some Konoha, bitches". One of three ugly looking Iwa men said. Lee glared and kicked wall destroying it and walking out with his people. "I know you guys". Lee said he with a grin. The oldest looking one was a large man, with a bald headed man with dark eyes. He wore the standard Iwa-nin flak jacket with his forehead protector around his neck, and the standard pants with a lapel. he wore bandages around his arms and black, spiked wristbands.

The second has a great resemblance to his eldest brother, in that they are both very muscular, albeit this one is a lot more stocky, and they both have shaved head and wear spiked, black, wristbands. He has dark marking around his eyes and wears the standard Iwagakure flak jacket, without a shirt underneath, but still wears the traditional pants and lapel, with sandals. He also wears bandages around his arms.

The last unlike his two brothers, was both tall and slender, with pronounced cheekbones, a prominent chin, and a narrow face. He does however have the same shaven head and wears bandages around his arms like his siblings. His attire also mirrors his siblings as he wears the standard Iwa-nin flak jacket with no shirt underneath, the standard pants with lapel, sandals. Unlike them, however, he dons his forehead protecter in a bandanna style.

"Care to share with the rest of us Lee?". Kiba asked glaring at the enemy. "Iwaji Iwa's supposed Taijutsu master, Iwazo of the Ground Bedrock and the oldest of them, Iwakyo the body replacement. Iwa's Three Brothers". The Raven Core glared hard now while Lee grinned. "Pick your brother but Iwaji's mine". He called dibs Iwaji grinned they walked away from the group, eye's not leaving each other. "Let's hope you put up a better fight with me then you did with the Ino-Shika-Cho". Lee mock Iwaji chuckled with a grin. "I'll be the first to admit strategy is more of my big brothers thing. Which is why I'm happy to have you bastards instead of those Shadow losers". He returned Lee grinned as they assumed the stances.

"Cyclops Junior is mine". Iwakyo ordered making his younger brother grin. "Good I'm going to turn that mutt in to a jacket, then I'll figure out what to do with his dog". Kiba glared while Tenten scanned the area and grinned. "You boys have fun". She said pulling her long crossbow she sensed more Iwa coming, and took off running towards them. Tenten found the perfect vantage point, and summoned all her ammunition.

Note: full disclosure fight scenes aren't my forte.

With Lee and Iwaji.

The two grinned at each other Iwaji tightened his spiked wrist bands, while Lee put on his steel knuckles. "I'll admit I've heard plenty about ya kid, you sounded so semi capable for a comrade killer anyway". Iwaji mocked the grin fell from Lee's face and he glared hard now. "And like that you ruined my good time so I'm going to brake you now". He said calmly then attacked Iwaji dodged sending a kick in return Lee blocked, swinging Iwaji's leg who fell back hitting Lee's chin with the same kicked up leg. As he fell Iwaji put his hands behind his head and back flipped up only to receive, a left to the by Lee. Moving back Iwaji grabbed the extended arm with his right put his hand inside Lee's guard and swung with his left eye try and cut his throat with his wrist blades.

Lee used his right to push the arm back and away punching Iwaji's jaw, then elbowing it when he brought his arm back, following it up by kneeing his side. Pushing him back Lee kicked Iwaji blocked it with his forearm, still turning to hit the ground launching his leg up to kick Lee's face. Iwaji moved away holding his arm. "Are you fucking wearing weights?". Iwaji asked angrily Lee grinned. "You haven't given me a reason to take them off". He mocked pissing his elder opponent off. "You've been killing MY PEOPLE LIKE IT WAS A FUCKING WORK OUT". He said with with absolute distain making Lee laugh. "Not at all my workouts are difficult". He replied with another laugh Iwaji glared. "Then I guess I should give you a reason to fear the great Iwagakure". He shouted to Lee's total shock Iwaji's eyes glowed and he attacked.

Iwazo vs. Kiba and Akamaru.

The Iwa Shinobi grinned at the Inuzuka and parter. "So two against one eh that's hardily fair". He said with a grin Kiba glared. "Not my problem, I'm looking to kill not play with you". He returned Iwazo shrugged. "Fair enough Earth Release: Ground Bedrock". He shrugged slamming his hands on the ground incasing the duo. He was going to make earth spikes inside the stone prison, when a fist broke out of the ground below hitting his chin knocking him to the ground. "A Naruto special". Kiba thought going for a slash Iwaji, grabbed the arm standing and throwing Kiba in to a wall, then charged. He punched Kiba going through his chest and grinned, only for Kiba to turn in to mud. He got a charging drop kick to the back smash him face first in to the wall.

He turned and swung his forearm spikes around, Kiba docked getting a kick to the face. Kiba spun on all fours to keep him from falling, then pounced punching Iwazo in the face. His head went back but he grabbed Kiba in a bare hug. Using his immense strength to crush the Inuzuka making him gasp. Iwazo was laughing when Kiba bite his nose tightly making him scream, he dropped Kiba and punched him hard in the jaw. Kiba fell limply on the ground while Iwazo fell to his knees holding his nose. He got up and raised his his foot to crush Kiba's head, when a large blur of white grabbed his arm biting hard. Iwaji glared grabbing the hundred and seventy-five pound, dog with thirty pounds of armour lifting it up and smashing it on to Kiba.

"You fucking dog die". He ordered punching the wall making it fall on them, he grinned at the now dead duo, when he felt a stab to his shoulder blade swinging around nearly taking the bastards head off. His eyes grew angrier when he saw Kiba there grinning through his bruised jaw. "Clones". He stated Kiba remained grinning silently making him charge in blind rage through him, hitting another wall. "WHAT THE FUCK?". He shouted then figured it out quickly enough only annoying him more. "Genjutsu". He said while Kiba was in the Shadows.

The stunning truth is Kiba is the only member of team Kurenari to actually opened his Yin release. Naruto's death made the three friends and teammates find anything to improve themselves. Kiba the most out of all of them the once brash smug and rather dumb kid grew in to a professional adult. He worked hard with his former mentor in her chosen field, Kiba always respected Kurenari but after finally casting an extremely basic Genjutsu after a month of hard work a focus it only grew the more he learned. It was was his promise to do anything for his comrades after all.

Flashback.

The depressed Hokage and former Sensai's went to meet their former students, at the worst place they could think of the true grave of Uzumaki Naruto. Sai was even invited by Ino he didn't know why at the time he originally bothered but showed. The students all sat there cross lagged even Sasuke was there, they looked at each other and sat down. Kakashi made it a vary obvious point to sit away from Sasuke who frowned. "What's this about guys?". Asuma asked lighting a smoke Shiksmaru did the same. "We came to a conclusion that we still need plenty of work". Shikamaru explained getting their attention Kiba nodded. "So here's what we're going to do, we're going to tell you our elements. You guys think of how best to utilize them". He ordered the Sensai's looked at each other then nodded Kakashi didn't want to be apart of it. He had everything they could use. Just didn't want to teach anymore if you ever taught at all.

"Who's first?". Kurenari asked Kiba took the lead. "I got Earth and Yang release I also managed to open my Yin nature". He informed surprising Kurenari and his team making him chuckle. "Sorry for my stupidity Sensai I just always relied on my clan style, if you're willing to help your old student again I'd appreciate it". He admitted freely she simply nodded with a smile. From there it was Hinata with lightening and fire getting both Sasuke's and Kakashi's professional attention. Shikamaru has fire earth Yin. Shino fire earth yang. Chōji earth fire yang. Neji fire earth water. Ino earth water fire yin and yang.

When they looked at Sakura she shrugged informing them of her earth water fire yin yang releases, but wasn't interested in training instead offered to train them as field medics, to Tsunade's pride everyone volunteered even the Sensai's to at least get basic first aid. Sai thought it took some convincing by Ino finally told them of his earth water fire and yang release. When they looked at Lee and Tenten they felt bad now, till the two shrugged uncaring. Tenten raised her hands holding a pair of knives while Lee showed his bare fists. They grinned and flipped everyone off it was the first time they all shared a laugh together, especially with Sasuke.

They then looked at Naruto's grave and frowned at it, Sasuke got up walked over and said a silent prayer before leaving. Everyone else followed in toe doing the same, Kakashi flat out broke down at it promising to do better. Guy had to help him away from it. Since then everyone learned off each other, though Kakashi refused to teach Sasuke and Sai only really worked with squads Ino was on. Never mind everyone still vary personal demons It was at least a start.

End of flashback.

While Kiba was thinking about this while focusing on Iwazo when the Shinobi started laughing. "So you got a couple of new tricks eh? Well so do I". Iwazo mocked as Kiba's Genjutsu's broke, what shocked Kiba completely was how the bastard did it. "Now then round two puppy dog". He ordered slamming the ground making tremors.

Sasuke vs Iwakyo.

Sasuke had his sword out in his stance while the Iwa Shinobi grinned arms crossed. "So the legendary traitor himself, I've been wanting a piece of you since you killed our explosive core". Iwakyo informed Sasuke was silent their eyes caught the Ground Bedrock Jutsu going off. "You know traitor, believe it or not I'm the smart one of The Three Brothers being the oldest and all". He stated with a grin. "That said where my brothers like to play with their victims, I prefer a quick an easy solution". He continued getting in to his battle stance. "And I know exactly what to use". To Sasuke's shock and absolute disgusted horror and complete hated his single Sharingon eye was now looking it to a pair of them.

"HOW?". Sasuke Lee and Kiba demanded to which the brothers grinned. "We know a guy". They replied grinning Sasuke charged Iwakyo, he cut through him only for the bastard to swap with a large rock. The slice to the rock broke the sword in half making him glare even harder. He continued on with the final foot of his once 3 foot sword. Iwakyo grinned stomping his foot making stone spikes stab up Sasuke flipped over them, with a downward stab Iwakyo grabbed Sasuke wrist with his left, bringing the blades of his right down, to Sasuke before he getting a kick to the chin, moving him back.

Tenten.

Tenten was grinning looking in to the pitch black darkness, with the moon light at her back. She fired the moment she saw a faint glint of metal a scream was heard. Now the enemy took off charging she reloaded and fired again. Getting shine of a head protector, then again and again pulling an explosive one she fired getting a whole squad. She looked up and saw Sasuke and Iwakyo jumping over her. Iwakyo tossed a bomb down Sasuke threw his broken sword hitting making it prematurely go off luckily for the annoyed Iwakyo he swapped with a log. Tenten undid a scroll slamming her hand on it shooting up a new sword for Sasuke making him grin as he continued his chase.

With Kiba and Iwazo.

Kiba was dodging slashes from Iwazo when his back hit a wall, Iwazo went to remove when Kiba docked clawing Iwazo's cheek who kicked him in the chest, pinning him. Kiba grabbed a nearby rock hitting Iwazo's knee making yell out in angry pain pulling it back, getting it to face. Kiba then dug underground with the hiding like a mole technic. Only for Iwazo to launch stab his hands through the ground pulling Kiba out and smash him in to the wall. Kiba gasped out in pain holding his hand out. Iwazo grabbed it lifting him up and punch Kiba in the jaw. Kiba kicked away making hand sighs remembering why everyone hated the Sharingan seeing Iwazo doing the same ones. They both used mud wave, but Kiba used the opportunity to use an Earth style Earth Drill to blast through to hit Iwazo who dug underground. Kiba jumped to a building when he realized he missed. Only for it to sink and Iwazo to brake through the roof to grab him.

He lifted Kiba over his head with a grin ready to break his spine. When Kiba made a fist Iwazo dropped him, trying to stop a pair of vary large teeth from finding their way around his neck. "Thought I'd forget you a second time". He shouted fighting Akamaru his was going to stab the dog, when Kiba grabbed the arm holding trying to break it. Instead Kiba was used bang Akamaru off but he's was still hanging on, where Akamaru's teeth failed Kiba's didn't as he bit Iwazo's thumb off. Kiba got slammed to the ground and a blade to the side for his effort, Akamaru pounced on Iwazo in return. Getting slammed on Kiba for real this time. Akamaru grabbed Kiba's jacket jumping way with him.

Lee and Iwaji.

Fists and blades were flying when Lee broke one of the arm blades with his leg weight and when Lee kicked. Iwaji grabbed the leg looking to cut it off with his other blade, so Lee launched his leg up kicking him in the face then landed with a grin. "The Sharingan can't read Taijutsu". He informed Iwaji chuckled the charged kicking Lee in to the air. Then another then another. Lee knew where he was going with this then glared. "GATE OF OPENING OPEN". Iwaji was blasted away grinning he landed with a smile his eyes spinning. "There we go GATE OF OPENING OPEN". To Lee's absolute rage Iwaji actually managed the open the gate.

"HAHAHAHAHAHA, those garbage Uchiha's couldn't read Taijutsu moves because they never put the work in that I did". He informed giddily his Sharingan then turned off while he grinned. "One or the other was what I was told, and I chose the gates". He informed then charged Lee before he could open more. Lee blocked a flying kick flipping Iwaji over his head, the older Shinobi landed on his hand then rolled over to flip Lee over him. Getting up he sliced Lee's back who kicked back hitting Iwaji's chest. Then delivered a punch the was blocked Lee moved back before Iwaji could open his stomach, with a slash still getting a cut across it.

Back to the leader's.

Sasuke was impressed with his new blade after slicing through a dozen stones from the escaping Iwakyo. He stopped and made hand signs. "Fire Style: Phoenix Flower Jutsu". Sasuke put a good chunk of chakra in to this attack spitting a massive burst of fire after the eldest brother. Iwakyo swapped with another stone but everything else was destroyed. Sasuke landed and jumped noticing another log like Iwakyo did, but unlike the Iwa bastard Sasuke predicted the next move. Land with a slash Sasuke then jumped when he swapped stabbing Iwakyo twisted him up then slamming him down pinning him. Sasuke then pulled a Kunai and stabbed Iwakyo in the eye. "Swap now you son of a bitch". He said twisting the blade.

Iwazo saw what happened to his brother and screamed in a bloody rage getting Iwaji's attention, the wall anchored his view off what happened to Iwakyo. Iwaji held his head while his eyes burned something fierce. "KIBA". Sasuke shouted knowing what was happening, he may not have known how the brothers were able to turn their Sharingan's but figured out why he was in pain. Iwazo opened his eyes angrily when Akamaru pounced to get his head. Iwazo dug his blades in to the dog's stomach in a rage. "AKAMARU". Kiba shouted attack Kiba bit out the bastard throat himself and smashed his face in with a rock.

Lee took the opportunity to punch Iwaji who grabbed him tripping him to the ground. Screaming do to the pain of his eyes burning and the rage of his brothers death. Iwaji head butted Lee and brought his blades down Lee slapped them away and dug his thumbs in to the older man's eyes. Lee grinned as blood splattered on his face flipping him over to get on top pushing deeper. Gripping tightly Lee banged the bastard head in to the ground multiple times till the screaming finally stopped. Kiba was inspecting Akamaru there was a little blood but Tenten's armour did the trick, Akamaru would need a few stitches but was going to live. He sighed in relief helping his partner to the others.

Fifty-seven kills so for Tenten was actually getting bored. They stopped trying to dig their way to her after. She kept moving and stabbing the offender and tossed some vibration sensitive explosives around. Her keen eye saw something coming at top speed toward her. "Fuck". She murmured as a boulder came flying she dove as it destroyed her crossbow. Rolling to safety she saw some big bastards coming. "Oh shit". She said tiredly the explosions went off and they were still coming. She started running to her team. "GO GO GO". She shouted as one bursted through the wall they started immediately after, too tired to fight anymore especially the big fuckers.

Kitsuchi was watching from a hill a glare on his face, looking at all of his needlessly dead comrades, and retreating RC's (Raven Core). "That Kitsune cocksucker". He said through gritted teeth, the Three Brothers were Iwa's best hunters whether he liked them or not. Let alone plenty of those new corpses littering the field were his friends of twenty years some even longer. He just hoped those disgraceful steroid junkies got the fuckers. Kitsuchi suspended Foxtrot of lying about no side effects after everyone who took it got angrier. Though the assassin's excuse was, bigger muscles make them think they're bigger men. Unfortunately he had no rebuttal to that either. One was reaching for Kiba and Sasuke sliced the the approaching hand off, the Juggernaut roared angrily and continued after them. Lee jumped back kicking one it was a vary stupid move to seeing as he was thrown against the wall. "RUN I'M GETTING LEE". Sasuke ordered jumping over the Juggernauts two of them turned to follow him.

Grabbing Lee Sasuke started summoning Susanoo, the ribs appeared and they started punching them. Nearly breaking it Lee and Sasuke ran in to a building when in shattered. The Juggernauts bursted through the wall just when the two jumped out a window. Kiba and Tenten hopped on Akamaru who was faster than them. Unfortunately though one of the big bastards punched the ground making a Tsunade style earthquake. Catching Akamaru's leg in a crack and launching the two off him. Kiba broke his arm and Tenten got a head injury, Akamaru got up with a hurt leg he limped to the two. Kiba dragged Tenten to a wall and sat down next to her, Akamaru laid down beside her.

Lee and Sasuke were thrown over to them they rolled and crawled over. "So how's your fight going?". Kiba asked Sasuke held his broken leg while Lee coughed up some blood. "You should see…ugh the other guys". Sasuke said sitting next to them with Lee. The two Juggernauts they fought walked over perfectly fine. "Yeah you sure showed them". Tenten mocked then saw Akamaru's leg she used a little ninjutsu to heal it. "Better boy?". She asked Akamaru whimpered but was starting to get up. "Go get out of here boy, go get help". Kiba ordered Akamaru wasn't stupid, but when Kiba looked at him, he ran whispering sadly. The RC's looked at the hulk's coming towards them with twenty more regular Iwa soldiers and sighed tiredly.

"I think we can take them". Kiba said holding his arm they chuckled. "You start we'll follow". Lee returned Sasuke reached in to his vest and pulled out a pack of cigarettes. When he noticed his team staring he offered Kiba and Tenten shrugged. "What the hell". Tenten said taking one with Kiba. They coughed when it was lite when it went to Lee he waved Sasuke off. "No those are bad for you". He said pulling out a flask and taking a swig. Sasuke couldn't help it maybe it was funny or he was about to die and just lost it, but either way he couldn't help but laugh. Kiba joined followed by Tenten, Lee just grinned as one the basteds got closer with a couple of other guys. It stopped the others though.

The ground started shaking the closure they got when it shook faster, the hulking beast and his boys stopped stopped and it was still shaking, Tenten took a puff and grinned. "Thank Kami". She said getting their attention she knew that sound well enough. "HUMAN BOULDER". They heard as the closest Juggernaut turned and was ran over by a giant rolling piece of steel, crushing the others in to paste. It stopped and shank in to Choji. The Juggernaut got up the other guys were dead and he turned fifteen against one. The first went for it and swung spraying Choji with more blood who stood there. Kitsuchi watched and rubbed his eyes annoyed, the RC's had dark humorous grins amusement while the Juggernauts were confused, the none Juggernauts were embarrassed . The one that swung used his missing arm cut off at the elbow.

Choji sighed at him shaking his head. "You get one more". He said being sporty about it. Then took a hit square to the chest smashing him in to the wall, he stood up immediately then swung his hammer down destroying the stone helmet, breaking it in two revealing the juggernauts shocked face. Choji swung right bracking his jaw knocking him out then crushed his head. Two more charged at him Choji returned it winning the struggle easily crashing them in to a wall broke the one one his rights knee then gave a wide swing to one try to attack his back. Finishing by in caving the one on his lefts chest, with the same swing. Then shattered the down one's spine. Six soldiers ran to the RC's with swords Choji expanded his hammer and brought down, crushing all but half of a man who screamed bloody murder. Everything below the belt was mash and blood and some of his organs poured out of his mouth like toothpaste. He swung his hammer again hitting seven more killing them instantly. The final Juggernaut glared Choji dropped the hammer they circled each other. Choji ducked the punch and returned one to the juggernaut's stomach, then yanked off his helmet punching him square in the face.

Choji then put him in a head lock pulled and snapped his neck. The last two survivors were stunned the oldest one looked at his screaming and crying half crushed comrade, then looked at the blood covered Choji. He pulled a Kunai and approached the downed man keeping on eye on the Akamichi, he brought his kunai down and stabbed him in tears putting him out of his misery. He dropped his kunai and sat down waiting, while the other watched. "He was my son". The Iwa shinobi informed in tears Choji brought the hammer up and crushed the man's head. The last one ran his Stone-Heart honour giving completely up on him.

RC's except the grinning Sasuke clapped their hands. Till Choji removed his helmet and threw up making them frown. Choji shook he's killed before Jirobo of Sound being his first and unfortunately Naruto one was more hunting then the other but up on till now they were only two kills. Though it wasn't as bloody as this one, he was covered in blood from people he crushed under him some tears went down his eyes adrenaline gone. Kitsuchi watched when one of his men arrived. "Catapults ready sir". He informed Kitsuchi glared then gave the signal. "Choji". Kiba called out worried when Sakura ran in with her medics, they started heal the suicidal group. They heard something and looked up.

"Oh fuck". One of the medic nin said. Flaming balls of steel came flying at them. Choji put his helmet back on expanded and covered as many as could, a few of them weren't so lucky and were hit others took cover. When it stopped everyone looked at the flaming projectiles, one nearly avoided it he got up shaking piss going down his leg. "We need to get out of". BANG they exploded vaporizing him, Choji went back to shielding everyone he had to hold on to the wall to keep from falling on everyone. He grabbed Lee and Sasuke, Tenten and Kiba were able to run more explosions rocked everything around them, they had to continue or die.

Kitsuchi frowned watching them go one of his captains appeared. "We won sir". He informed making him frown more. "Sixty -seven men the three brothers, and five juggernauts. That's how many we lost to five Shinobi seventy-four ve men in total". He said angrily his captain frowned. "That doesn't seem like much sir, especially for a foot hold into Suna". He assured Kitsuchi looked out over the dead. "I'll remember that when I send you out". He assured in return walking away.

Sorry for the wait now with exception of Kiba's Yin release, everything was accurate to the characters. In terms of elemental affinities, here's my list of everything. Now a good chunk of these characters aren't going to be in this story given a good amount of them being dead and all. Though I might use a few of them if I ever decide to write something different.
