Holly filled Ethan and Annie in, letting them know what she had in mind. The three of them brainstormed places that he might have Tiff and the place that stuck out most to Holly was the penthouse that Sean and Tiff once lived in. "I think we need to check there first."
Annie nodded. She knew he mom had talked about that place. Some good memories, some not so good memories, but all in all, since losing Sean, she knew it had to be hard to Tiff to be there.
They drove over to there, trying their best to stay out of sight. Sonny had guards, of course. What "coffee" importer didn't.
A hand grabbed Holly's shoulder, causing her to jump.
Ethan shot back, ready to defend his mum it was Robert.
"What are you doing here?" Holly asked.
"Tiff needs us. My people are causing a distractions. I'm not missing out on helping." Robert replied the three of them set out to scope out the town house, Ethan stayed downstairs to keep an eye on everything there.
Holly got down in front of the door and knew Sonny wasn't there since he was at the warehouse. She picked the lock. "We have to be very careful."
"Darling, you are talking to two former WSB agents. We know." Robert reminded her.
Holly knew they did, but she also knew what Tiff meant to them all. She opened the door and the three went inside. They started searching the rooms, trying to find any trace of Tiffany. It felt almost hopeless, but they knew they were just getting started, and they would not give up until they had her home.
The three of them had met back up, freezing when they heard the door open. "Tiffany? I'm back." The voice said out loud.
It was indeed a voice the recognized but it was definitely not Sonny's. Robert and Holly looked at each other, caught completely off guard.
