Grant took Celia and Sasha home as Robert, Holly, JJ, and Jayne all worked on a plan.
"That might actually work, you're good. You know, it's too bad we didn't get a chance to work together when I was in the field." Robert told JJ.
"Would have been an honor, and it is now." JJ replied. "You think you can fill Grant in? I'm going to make some calls."
Robert nodded as him, Holly, and Jayne went to give JJ a little privacy. Robert could tell Holly had something on her mind. "It will all work out. This is the best way to protect our friends." Robert reminded her.
Holly knew he was right but she absolutely hated not being able to tell Celia. "They want us to."
Robert called to fill Grant in.
Holly looked at Jayne. "You really do have to take it easy, remember, doctor's orders."
Jayne nodded and smiled. "Don't worry mum, I have way too much to live for to take any crazy chances. It's just so fun to be involved, scary too but I want to help protect them. They are like family, right?"
Holly nodded. "I told you Celia is my oldest friend, we met in finishing school. She's always been very important to me."
"Then she is important to me." Jayne gave her mom a hug.
Robert came back over to them. "It's all set. Grant will be on his way back soon."
"I also talked to Jayne about being sure to take it easy, she assured me she will." Jayne smiled at her daughter.
"Good, we don't want anything to happen to you." Robert gave Jayne a hug.
Grant was on his way back to the PCPD when he saw something in the road. He swerved to miss it, going off the road. Everything went dark.
