Robert immediately flashed back to Holly telling him about losing their baby.

Australia 1986

Robert had came home and heard Holly crying. "Holly?"

Holly tried to compose herself. "Robert, how was your day?"

Robert shook his head as he put his arms around her. "What's wrong?"

Holly looked into his eyes. "I need to tell you something. You know that friend I made? I told her something I hadn't even told you yet and she made me feel like I was less."

Robert was surprised, they tried not to keep secrets from each other. "What was it?" He asked her.

Holly took a deep breath as she spoke. "I was pregnant when I first got here, not far along but I lost it."

Robert's heart broke as he wrapped his arms around her, holding her close. "Why didn't you tell me, luv? You shouldn't have had to go through it alone."

"You had so much going on with Robin and then it just never seemed like the right time." Holly told him as she laid her head on his shoulder.

Robert rubbed her back. "I will never be too busy for you. I wish I had known. I make these comments about us having one of our own without even knowing."

"I still want to have one together but what if I can't?" Holly asked, losing her second baby had been rough on her.

"You can. We are going to have a beautiful baby one day, give Robin a little sibling and have a symbol of our deep love." Robert kissed her head.

Holly held onto him tight. "I should have told you sooner."

"It's okay, I just wish you hadn't had to do this on your own. I love you." Robert reassured her.

End of Flashback

"I could kill that person for hurting you." Robert told Holly.

"The thing is I think they were trying to mess with my head, fill me with doubts about us." Holly told him. "She even told me Anna could give you something I couldn't."

Robert remembered Holly telling him that and he absolutely hated it. It was not true, as much as he loved Robin, Anna belonged with Duke and him with Holly. A child didn't give them a one up. "Can I come with you tomorrow to see Kevin?" Robert asked Holly.

Holly nodded, knowing he wanted answered too. "I just don't know what I'm going to share about how I was feeling, please know I don't feel that way now."

Robert nodded. "Don't worry, I know we are good. I love you." Robert turned his light off and gave Holly a kiss. He wrapped his arms around her as the two fell asleep.
