Jayne walked into Robert's office and saw Holly, she was concerned about what was going on.

Holly reached over and took her hand, going to sit in the chair in front of Robert's desk. Jayne took a seat in the one nearby.

"Is everything okay?" Jayne was getting very concerned about why he parents wanted to see her.

"Do you want me to tell her?" Robert asked Holly, who gave a nod. He had the conversation with Barry and would be able to fill in more of the blanks. "I got a call from Barry today, he informed me that Alistair was trying to take you and your mother down with him."

Jayne was horrified, she knew she shouldn't be surprised but she was. She thought on some level Alistair really did care about her. She supposed it was just wishful thinking. "Why would he do that?"

"Because he is a horrible person who is just scrambling to try to save himself." Holly replied as she kept Jayne's hand in hers. "Listen, though, no one is going to hurt you and mess anything up for you again. I promise."

"And I'm going to be right there helping her keep that promise. Alistair stole enough from us. He isn't going to go after my girls." Robert told them both, determined that he was going to keep his family safe.

Chase knocked on the door.

"Come in." Robert said, knowing that it probably had to be important.

"Commish, I don't mean to interrupt but there was just an arrest I thought you would like to know about." Chase hated to be the one to share this news with Robert but it had to be done.

"We can go wait in the hall." Holly and Jayne left the office to give them some privacy, as they left the office they saw Ethan in handcuff and Holly's mouth dropped open. "Ethan!"

Robert heard Holly before Chase and jumped out of his seat, going out the door. "What the hell's going on?"

Chase followed him out. "We got a warrant for his arrest. I was going to tell you about it."

"I'm going to call Jake." Holly told Robert, she wanted Ethan to have the best. She knew she didn't know everything yet but she needed to get him the best lawyer.

Robert and Jayne both went back into the office with Chase. "What's going on?" Robert asked him.

"We got an arrest warrant, Ethan apparently swindled a lady recently and she is not letting it go." Chase told Robert, he really hated this.

"That's absurd, Ethan has been here the whole time." Jayne knew in her heart Ethan was innocent. She also knew what Robert and Holly had been telling her. Alistair found a way.

Holly went over to Ethan after calling Jake. She looked at her only son, wanting to do whatever she could to help him. "Are you okay?"
