Konoha eleven years ago -

Walking through the streets of Konoha, a seven-year-old boy made his way through the crowd, paying no mind if he bumped into someone. He continued on his path, ignoring the gazes of the people around him, unfazed even when some passersby stopped in the midst of the crowd to bow to him, addressing him as Uzumaki-sama. Just over two months ago, he and his friend Itachi had been promoted to Chunin for their outstanding skills on the battlefield, being among the few, if not the only ones in their generation, to be rapidly promoted to Chunin due to being the most skilled among their former classmates still in the academy, not even having the lowest Genin rank.

The exception being him and Itachi, as they were recommended by their teachers after realizing they were only being held back in the ninja academy. Within a few months, they both quickly stood out and were promoted to Chunin, leading to where he was now, indifferent to the people around him. They had been sent on a reconnaissance mission along with other Chunin to the borders of the Land of Fire.

Just over three years ago, the Third Ninja War had ceased with a ceasefire thanks to the feats of the current Yoindaime Hokage in the war against Iwagakure, having to retreat due to the heavy losses suffered at the hands of Minato Namikaze. However, despite that happening three years ago, tensions still lingered among the elemental nations that could spark another war if shinobi were not kept in check. He, who had participated in the last two years of the war, was sent to check the state of the borders to ensure no ninja from another village entered the Land of Fire without permission.

The mission was supposed to be just reconnaissance, as they had recently stopped receiving communications from the borders for some reason. That's why he was sent to investigate, whether it could be a communication failure or, in the worst-case scenario, something terrible had happened. Unfortunately, when he arrived, all the ninjas who were supposed to be guarding the borders were dead, each one killed in different ways that only a lunatic like Orochimaru could conceive. Seeing that disgusted him like he had never experienced, not even during the years he was at war.

It's not that he had never seen a dead body before, but the way he saw those ninjas being killed was something he had never witnessed in person. He knew of sick people who could do such things, but this was the first time he experienced it himself. However, despite wanting to ignore it, he had a mission to fulfill. So, ignoring the feelings of disgust, he ventured into the camp with his fellow Chunin, taking charge of examining the bodies to identify the individuals so that at least their families could receive the bodies, which he took care to seal in different scrolls as he was studying Fūinjutsu (Sealing Techniques) under two expert masters, his mother and the pervert who had the necessary demon to create storage seals.

With his reconnaissance work completed along with the stored bodies, he prepared to meet up with his Chunin companions at the rendezvous point. But upon arrival, something didn't feel right about the atmosphere. Everything was too silent, even if his companions were more experienced than he was, he should see some signs of someone or something amiss. This set off alarms in his head because if the one who caused the massacre of those guarding the borders was still there, it meant his companions could already be dead, leaving him alone.

Which was confirmed when he heard footsteps coming from behind him, causing him to turn around only to find himself two meters away from a man with large, undulating eyes and oily, shiny cheeks, with a muscular build and towering stature. Along with the deadly pallor of his face, he was dressed in an ancient design black tunic with scarlet-blood patterns adorning the fabric, emitting a malign aura. His figure, tall enough to reach the clouds, was adorned on the tunic with luxurious closures made of precious metals; his whole style could be defined as that of "an evil wizard."

That man stood in front of him, staring directly at him without averting his eyes, but in his hands were traces of blood as evidence that he was the killer of his companions. But to top it off, in his hand, he held the body of his comrade already dead, with the lower part of his body missing, being split in half. That sight before his eyes ignited something deep within him that he didn't know what it was, but it was a sensation that invaded his whole body, accelerating his breathing. With his enhanced hearing, he could hear his heartbeat accelerating at an abnormal speed, making him feel as if it wanted to burst out of his chest.

His vision was beginning to turn red from the acceleration of his heartbeat, causing his breathing to become irregular, and as a result, his body began to tremble slightly at the sight of the man before him. Though he looked at him, hiding his eyes from his sight with his bangs.

Gilles: Oh, I thought all the heretics had already been punished, but there was another soul here that wanted to be saved. Don't worry, young one, I, Gilles de Rais, will take you to salvation so that my lady, the Holy Savior Maiden, will be happy.

Putting his hands into his robes, he pulled out a book with a cover made of shiny human skin, moist and lifted the book in his hand, which began to emit a repugnant energy that quickly began to rot the skin of the dead Chunin next to him.

Gilles: Let me take you to salvation, young one.

His mind was clouding little by little, leaving only the thought of ending the man in front of him, causing his body to begin to emit faint red blood rays, slightly destroying the ground beneath him due to the intensity with which they were generated. However, everything stopped in front of his eyes when a whisper reached his ears, a clear voice but not revealing the gender of the voice.

?: Tell me, do you hate him...

Naruto: What?

?: Do you want to end his life, exterminate him from this world...

Naruto: I... yes, I hate him.

?: I see, so if that's the case, then your hatred is my hatred, your ambitions are my ambitions, your struggle is my struggle, and from this moment on, you and I will be the ones to carry the "Rebellion Against My Beautiful Father."

Ending what was said, the last thing he could see before his consciousness faded to be taken over by another momentarily was a silver armor with reddish details and a helmet that was removed, revealing hair as blond as his own, but nothing more than that was the last thing he managed to see.

He didn't know how much time had passed, or if he was even alive at that moment, because his consciousness didn't return until two weeks later, waking up in the Konoha hospital lying on a stretcher in some secluded room away from the others, having a room to himself so that no one would bother him during his recovery, being watched over by two ANBU, one of them being Inu and another one he didn't recognize but was clearly a woman a few years older than him.

From there, he spent another week in the hospital recovering, as his body was so battered that he could barely move, something very strange for Tsunade Senju, who was the one supervising his recovery at that time, receiving constant visits from his mother along with his friend Mikoto Uchiha, who was the mother of his best friend, who also came to visit him occasionally accompanied by an Uchiha a year older than him, being the prodigy of the previous generation in his clan, Shisui Uchiha.

According to the search reports, he had been found not far from Nami no Kuni (Land of Waves) in a state of total exhaustion with visible superficial wounds but with two broken ribs, it was a miracle that he wasn't more injured, in Tsunade's words. He tried to remember what happened before being found there, but all his memories were blurry as if something prevented him from remembering what happened before he lost consciousness. But something that was fresh in his mind until that day were the words repeating in his head:

"To Carry the Rebellion Against My Beautiful Father."

He didn't know what it meant, but if anything was clear, it was that those words had something to do with the changes his body was undergoing. His eyes were beginning to change color from being as blue as Minato's to now being mostly blue but with the center of the iris jade green. His hair was longer, reaching his neck, highlighting the blond as if it were gold, and his muscles were more defined, increasing in density. These changes improved his mobility, giving him a body that was ready for any fight.

A physical improvement that took him to the maximum he could achieve at that moment but would continue to increase over time if he worked on it correctly, something he planned to do until he couldn't improve it anymore. That's why he returned to what he was doing; he had already emerged from the crowd, reaching his destination, which was Training Ground 7, where he usually trained with the pervert, but now he would be alone there to test the limits of his body.

Approaching a moderately large rock, he clenched his fist to assess its condition, seeing that it was already better than it was the previous week. He threw a punch at the rock without charging chakra for his enhanced strength, being surprised when with just one punch he was able to make a crater in the rock with cracks around it. Removing his fist, he looked at his hand, surprised by the strength he now had without having to charge chakra to crack the rock. However, that moment of surprise was short-lived when a sensation passed through his head, making him flinch, only to find himself face to face not far from him with someone who had his face but looked more mature.

Mordred: It's amazing, our new strength, don't you think, kid?

Present time -

Opening his eyes and getting up from the blow, he felt a sharp pain in his right side, causing him to put a hand on his ribs to try to ease the pain, staying still for a few seconds waiting for the pain to subside, then focusing on his surroundings, seeing that he was in a kind of wooden cabin large enough for a family to live in.

Inspecting the house and seeing that he was alone, he now directed his attention to his body to see how his torso was covered in bandages, only wearing the pants of his destroyed armor, making a quick deduction he came to the conclusion that someone found him in his moribund state and healed him as much as possible. This brought a smile to his face, not only for being alive but also for having survived that attack that surely would have killed him leaving nothing behind if luck hadn't been on his side, giving him the opportunity to now become stronger to make the bastard who humiliated him in such a way pay.

Although now he had to wait for his body to recover, his mana reserves were almost depleted, so he would let the excess chakra act to heal his body. Standing up as best he could, he grimaced in pain but put it aside, getting up completely, he began to walk to the exit where he heard the voice of a person talking to another.

Without wasting time, he went slowly to the door, leaning on the edge of it, just to see that the ones talking were two children no older than eleven years old, both of them identical so they must be twins. One of them was arranging wood on a shelf while the other was next to him listening as if he was scolding him for something.

Yuichiro: I can't believe you brought a stranger to our house and wasted our scarce supplies to heal him.

Muichiro: But I needed them, ni-san. He was very injured.

Yuichiro: And that we don't know who he is or if he's dangerous.

Muichiro: I know, but father always said, "Help others, after all, it comes back to benefit oneself."

Yuichiro: Yes, by doing that, he leads them to death, just like mother who works tirelessly.

Their discussion continued until Muichiro grabbed his twin's arm, catching his attention, making him look only to see him pointing in the direction of their house just as Naruto, leaning against the doorframe, taking his ribs, was watching them with an amused smile despite his wounds, that discussion between the twins amusing him. So, regardless of whether it was time, he raised his hand to greet them as if they were lifelong friends.

Naruto: Hey there, kids!

And that's the end of the chapter.
