Megumi stands outside the entrance, his breath visible in the cold night air. The chill seeps into his bones, but he can't tell if it's from the temperature or the oppressive atmosphere weighing down on him.

The weight of the situation presses heavily on his shoulders, making it hard to focus. The normally bustling sounds of the city are distant and muted, as if the world itself is holding its breath, waiting for something terrible to happen.

He feels a shift in the atmosphere, an unsettling tension that sends chills down his spine. It's the kind of feeling that makes the hairs on the back of his neck stand on end, a primal warning that something is very, very wrong.

His heart skips a beat when he sees a figure emerging from the shadows, the outline hazy at first but gradually becoming clearer. His breath catches in his throat as he squints through the darkness.

Relief washes over him initially, he thinks it's Yuji, his friend and comrade, returning from wherever he had disappeared to. Unfortunately, as the figure draws closer, that relief quickly morphs into dread. The dark, malevolent aura surrounding the figure tells Megumi all he needs to know.

Sukuna has taken control.

The cursed king moves with a calm, almost leisurely stride, each step deliberate and unhurried, as if he has all the time in the world. He carries an unconscious Kenji over his shoulder like he's nothing more than a sack of grain.

Megumi's stomach tightens at the sight of Kenji's limp body, his usual vibrant energy completely drained. Fear shoots through Megumi's body, his grip tightening on his cursed tool as he swallowed thickly, trying to steady himself.

Sukuna steps forward and, with unsettling gentleness, sets Kenji down on the ground. He lays him on his back, lowering him as if handling something fragile.

The sight of such a malicious creature being so docile is unnerving, especially when the curse crouches beside Kenji, his fingers lightly brushing a strand of hair away from Kenji's face.

"You…" Megumi's voice is thick with anger, his hands trembling as he struggles to contain the rage boiling inside him. "What did you do to him?"

Sukuna turns his head towards Megumi, his expression one of mild interest as he keeps a hand cupping Kenji's face, almost threateningly.

"You are fine," Sukuna says, his tone disturbingly soft.

"Just a little rest, and you'll be back on your feet." He says to a softly whimpering Kenji, the noise causing Sukuna's face to contort through many emotions too quickly for Megumi to register. The softness in Sukuna's tone throws Megumi off, but he forces himself to stay focused.

He knows what Sukuna is capable of, and he can't afford to let his guard down.

"You're not going to get away with this," Megumi spits, his anger flaring back in full force. "I'll stop you."

Sukuna's lips curl into a slow, dangerous smile. "You can try." With one last caress, the curse stands up and brushes off Yuji's pant legs.

Seeing a chance as Sukuna seems distracted by Kenji for a moment, Megumi unleashes his shikigami, sending the black wolf charging towards Sukuna. But Sukuna, with an air of boredom, leaps out of the way effortlessly.

The battle erupts in an instant, Sukuna moving so quickly that Megumi can barely keep up.

Every strike, every movement from Sukuna is deliberate and precise, as if he's playing a game only he knows the rules to.

Kenji groans, his senses slowly returning as the sounds of the fight reach his ears. His body feels heavy, like lead, and every movement sends waves of pain through his limbs.

He vaguely makes out Megumi's voice, calling out commands, but the world around him is a blur.

Through the haze, Kenji sees Sukuna and Megumi locked in combat. Panic grips him as he realizes what's happening, but his body refuses to move the way he wants it to.

He forces himself to sit up, his vision swimming as he tries to focus on the figures in front of him.

Sukuna easily deflects Megumi's attacks, his movements almost lazy. It's clear he isn't taking the fight seriously, more amused than anything else. But Megumi is relentless, pushing forward with everything he has.

Kenji's heart aches at the sight. He wants to help, but his body is still recovering from whatever had happened to him. He can feel his cursed energy trying to stabilize, but it's not enough.

Not yet.

Sukuna blocks another attack from Megumi, he glances over at Kenji, who is struggling to stay upright.

"You should stay down," Sukuna calls out, his tone soft, almost concerned. "You're not in any condition to fight."

"I don't want to fight, I want you two to stop," Kenji croaks out, his throat sore from silently screaming from the venom.

Megumi seizes the momentary distraction, summoning his shikigami to strike again. The black wolf lunges at Sukuna, aiming for his exposed side, but Sukuna reacts with impossible speed, swatting the shikigami away like it's nothing.

Kenji grits his teeth, frustration and helplessness washing over him. He knows Megumi is strong, but Sukuna is on an entirely different level.

Sukuna's attention shifts back to Megumi, and his expression hardens. "You're strong, but you're still no match for me, brat." With a flick of his wrist, Sukuna sends a wave of cursed energy towards Megumi, knocking him off balance.

Megumi barely manages to stay on his feet, the force of the attack leaving him winded.

Kenji's vision blurs again as he tries to stand, his legs shaking beneath him. He has to do something, anything, to help.

Unfortunately before he can move, Sukuna is suddenly in front of him, crouching down to meet his gaze.

"Stay down," Sukuna murmurs, his tone surprisingly gentle as he places a hand on Kenji's shoulder, keeping him from getting up. "I'm just having some fun."

Kenji's breath catches in his throat. "You're tormenting a child!" he growls, trying to distract himself from the unexpected tenderness in Sukuna's voice, which is throwing him off.

Was that… concern?

Sukuna scoffs, and Megumi, still in a fighting stance, looks between them incredulously. Sukuna, the king of curses, has the gall to be petulant.

They had just been fighting to the death, well Megumi was trying not to die, and now this?

"I'm just having fun," Sukuna pouts.

Megumi shakes his head, "Kenji, you have to step back!" he yells desperately while lifting his hands with the intention of summoning Mahoraga.

Kenji's eyes widen at the stance, "With this treasure-", fortunately or unfortunately depending on who you ask, before he can finish, Sukuna is in front of him and proceeds to flicks his finger, sending Megumi hurtling backward with terrifying force, crashing into a tree with a sickening snap. The tree splinters under the impact, and Megumi falls unconscious, slumping to the ground.

Sukuna turns back to Kenji, his expression shifting to one of feigned innocence. "You said to stop fighting. I ended the fight."

Kenji takes a steadying breath, muttering under his breath, "You megalomaniac."

Sukuna's eyes narrow dangerously, his voice dropping to a low purr. "What was that?"

Kenji scoffs, refusing to back down. "You heard me."

A dark, twisted smile spreads across Sukuna's face. "Insolent brat." Without warning, Sukuna's hand moves with blinding speed, embedding itself into his own chest.

His fingers close around Yuji's heart with a cruel precision that makes Kenji's breath hitch. The sight is horrifying, a reminder that no matter how gentle Sukuna might seem in rare moments, he is, at his core, a malevolent force.

Sukuna leans in closer, his voice dripping with malice. "What will you give me in return for not killing Yuji?" The question hangs in the air, a chilling reminder of Sukuna's true nature.

Kenji, struggling to stay conscious, sighs heavily. "What do you want?"

Sukuna hums thoughtfully, his grip on Yuji's heart unrelenting as he contemplates his next move. Then, as if struck by a sudden idea, he grins down at Kenji, his teeth gleaming with malicious intent. "A kiss."

He pauses, letting the word linger before adding with a wicked glint in his eye, "In front of Gojo."

"WHAT!"

"NOT WHILE YOUR IN THE BODY OF A CHILD!"

"And when I get my body?" Is it just him or did Sukuna's voice drop an octave.

A/n:

If Sukuna is a little ooc, I would say, he's doing the whole flies to honey thing, without realizing that he is the fly and Kenji is the Honey.

Kenji is a unique fixture in the Jjk world, he grew up in a world without monsters and lived a pretty content life, the positive energy and sheer joy he radiates is like a drug, it's a warmth Sukuna himself has never experienced.

I liken Sukuna to a stray kitten finaly getting the affection it craves.

What do you think gojo's reaction will be?

Will he go the "oh that's kinda hot," or go, "purple hollow"
