Hi everyone, and welcome back!

Once again, I must apologize for this taking so long to get out. I have been focusing most of my time on finishing up the first draft of my second book which has become a monster of a project so large that I was forced to split it. (It currently sits at over 215,000 words [the size of Moby Dick] and might very well hit 250,000 words [Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix]. The climax chapter, by my own count, could be 50 pages long!

Anyway, that (and some other stuff) is what I've been up to and so I apologize for the delay once again. But that's enough of that! You've come here for our next big fight and a big fight you shall have, for now our beloved Aunt Alfia is stepping into the ring and she faces off against Galadriel and the remaining Hera and Zeus familia members. Who will win and who will fall? Well, it's time to find out!

I do not own Danmachi

The moment the battle began, Galadriel threw herself at Alfia, breaking the ground beneath her with the sheer force of her charge.

She closed the distance in a heartbeat and pulled her fist back ready to strike that item that had imprisoned her beloved older sister and shatter it into a million pieces. The tiara.

"Gospel."

Just as quickly as she had charged across the Dungeon, was Galadriel sent flying back over it under the force of said surrogate sister's spell.

Shit. It still hurts like hell, even after all my leveling up, Galadriel hissed in her mind as she got back up.

As painful as the spell had been, the Black Sun was fully prepared to charge again, only to be stopped by the appearance of a mace before her.

"Woah there, Galadriel," Ajax stated, holding her gaze, "we're going to have to play things a lot smarter than that if we want to save her."

"This is Alfia we're talking about. We're going to have to be much smarter and summon a miracle in order to overcome her," Dido stated.

"Thanks for the vote of confidence," Patroclus shot back, his voice containing none of its usual youthful vigor and gentleness.

"It should," Galadriel said with all seriousness, turning all attention back to her again, "we are the Hera and Zeus familia. Summoning miracles is what we do."

That made them all smile, even Dido.

"That's right. So let's summon another one so we can rescue big sis Alfia, kick Dionysus's ass, save Bell, and return to the surface, ready to reclaim the glory of our family," Ajax stated.

No words were said in reply. None were needed. They all agreed to the plan and knew the others would too.

"Sunburst!" Galadriel roared as she smashed her gauntlets together. Blinding light suddenly covered said gauntlets and Galadriel turned her shining fists towards Alfia before throwing a barrage of punches at the mistress of silence.

Fists of burning light flew at Alfia like a solar tidal wave, but the Monster of Talent easily batted them all away, completely unaffected. However, Galadriel and the others had fully expected this, which was why the attack was not meant to do any damage, only distract.

Patroclus, Ajax, and Dido had used the brief opening to close the distance between them and Hera's terrifying former executive and attack with a fury and coordination that would fill lesser familias with awe and dread.

Patroclus reached Alfia first, with Ajax close behind. Patroclus's sword aimed for her neck while Ajax's mace aimed to shatter her spine, but neither would reach their target as Alfia calmly raised her hands.

"Gospel."

The spell, sent against both men, hit with such terrible force the ground and walls of the Dungeon shook. Both men could not resist the power of the spell and were sent flying as pain wracked their bodies and blood escaped from newly made wounds.

Dido was not shaken by this, knowing that such wounds were unavoidable in a battle against her old commander, and continued her assault, throwing one of her axes at Alfia with frightening might.

However, once again, Alfia reacted calmly, easily catching the ax and immediately sending it right back to its owner.

Dido had only enough time to shift slightly to the side before her ax crashed into her, embedding in her shoulder instead of her skull and sending her tumbling back the way she came.

With those three dealt with, Alfia spun around towards the final member of the troupe who had so quietly been sneaking up on her and caught the bottle that Imilce had thrown at the back of her head.

For a moment, the brainwashed woman seemed almost insulted by the attempt as she stared at Imilce before crushing the bottle in her hand.

Alfia's cold eyes suddenly widened before immediately drooping as a wave of profound sleepiness fell over her.

It appears she doesn't recognize my concoctions while under Dionysus's control, Imilce thought as she watched the Hypnos powder take its toll on Alfia. Good.

Imilce quickly took out several needles, all soaked in a variety of her concoctions and poisons and threw them at the unprepared Alfia.

They embedded into the silent mistress, injecting her with their poisons and debuffing agents, weakening her greatly.

So great was the effect of the Hypnos powder and compounds that Alfia barely had time to register Galadriel before the dark elf was upon her.

"Raaaa!"

Galadriel's fist smashed into Alfia's face with enough force to send a wave of air through the Dungeon and send the human mage flying across the 60th floor even further than Patroclus and Ajax had been sent.

This was still the Monster of Talent though, and she righted herself in the air, her mind cleared by the blow, and landed gracefully and prepared to counter-attack the dark elf with terrible vengeance. Just as she was about to do that, however, Patroclus and Ajax appeared by her sides, the former cutting open her side with his blade, sending out a wave of blood, while the latter smashed her knee to dust.

Alfia winced in pain, but the attack was far from over as Dido reappeared before her as well. Alfia moved to intercept her, but she was still slow from the agents in her blood and the pain, and so the acting captain of the Hera familia had a great enough opening to slide under Alfia's outstretched arm and cut her torso with her two axes. Then, a flurry of more needles pierced the mage's back, further filling her body with toxins and sapping her strength. Yet, all of these strikes were nothing compared to what was to come.

Galadriel charged her beloved older sister with fury in her eyes. The fury was not towards said sister, of course, but towards those who had forced the confrontation.

I swear on the bones of all my ancestors, all my fallen friends, and on the bond I share with Alfia that I will make you suffer for each blow, Dionysus! The Black Sun swore as she closed in on her sister.

Alfia barely had enough time to put up any sort of defense before Galadriel's fists reached her. The first blow nearly unhinged her jaw. The second broke three ribs. The third cracked all the teeth on the right side of her mouth. And the fourth forced all the wind from her lungs.

"RAAAAAA!" Galadriel roared as she struck Alfia again and again, using all her strength to batter the Silence into submission before, with a cry more monstrous than mortal, she struck her fist into Alfia's face and sent her into the ground below with such force that a crater twenty feet wide opened beneath them.

For a moment all was quiet. Even the other battles seemed to stop as they waited to see what had happened.

Did they do it? Riveria wondered in the distance, Filvis having stilled as she wondered with trepidation the same thing.

Two did not wonder though. One was Dionysus, who continued to smile down at the Hera and Zeus members with eager, unconcerned eyes. The other was Finn, whose thumb had not stopped throbbing.

"GET BACK!" he cried.

It was too late.

"Lugio."

All five of the veterans were blown back, Galadriel receiving the brunt of the spell, but none escaping it.

Each of the five fell harshly and without grace upon the Dungeon ground, pain wracking every inch of them as they tried to recover.

Galadriel, who was the strongest of the five and the most determined of them to rescue their comrade, was the first to recover, despite facing the worst of the counter-attack, and stared into the dust surrounding where she knew Alfia was. Eventually, she saw a shadow rise within the dust and she got ready for what was to come, but nothing could prepare her for what she was about to face.

Instantly, Alfia was before her. Galadriel's eyes widened as they met the dead eyes of the one she called her sister. However, Galadriel was no inexperienced child and her body could react even if her mind was reeling. As such, she immediately attempted to strike the Silence, only for the mage to easily block her and uppercut the dark elf's chin.

The blow was like none Galadriel had ever received. It felt as if a warhammer had directly struck her brain and her entire jaw cracked as the elf was lifted into the air.

Galadriel fell back to the earth as her ears rang and her legs, now devoid of strength, shook like leaves in a hurricane, but this was just the first taste of the Monster of Talent's ability. Before Galadriel knew it, Alfia was attacking again, using the Black Sun's own technique to turn her skeleton to dust and burst the blood vessels in her body.

Blow after blow rained down upon Galadriel, each one ten times as strong as the ones she had delivered to her tormentor, until at last, Alfia returned the final favor by punching Galadriel in the face, obliterating her nose in the process, and sending her shooting to the ground with such power that a 50 foot crater opened around them.

Alfia raised her hand and pointed it at Galadriel's broken form.

"Gosp-"

A vine suddenly wrapped around Alfia's torso. She spun around and noticed it had originated from Imilce just before the young woman pulled her away and flung her across the Dungeon and into a mass of stone nearly half a mile away.

"Galadriel!" Ajax cried as he and the others rushed to her side. "Holy shit."

The poor elf was broken and bent as no one should ever be and each felt bile in their throat at the sight of her.

"Make way!" Imilce cried as she rushed to her comrade's side.

They let her through and Imilce immediately poured the strongest potion she had over her friend before taking a second and pressing it to her lips.

Within a few moments, Galadriel's body began to heal, but the sight of her broken form did not so quickly leave the others who still felt sick.

"I'll keep healing her until she's back on her feet. You all keep Alfia busy," Imilce ordered.

The others nodded and rushed off while Imilce began to chant.

Alfia crashed into the stone as gracefully as anyone could. She quickly disentangled herself from the rock, even as pain rocked through her body, not that she showed any sign of this being a bother.

She watched as three of her opponents rushed to continue their battle and she obliged them, rushing forward.

Patroclus, being the fastest, reached her first and once more attempted to cut her flesh with his longsword, only for her to easily grab his wrist, pull him along, then use his blade to slash Dido.

"Did-!" Patroclus tried to cry, only to be elbowed in the face by Alfia, obliterating his nose and sending him tumbling back.

Ajax was upon her next, swinging his great mace like a baseball bat and aiming to take her head off her shoulders. This time, she simply leaned back with incredible flexibility, letting the mace fly over her before she simply booted him in the stomach, cracking his armor and throwing him back.

Alfia recovered instantly and turned to Dido who attacked with her dual axes. The brainwashed adventurer easily dodged the stand-in captain's attacks and after several failed attempts, the Monster of Talent simply slid to the side and chopped Dido's throat.

As the Hera captain lost her ability to breathe, Alfia stole one of her axes and threw it at the incoming Patroclus who was hit directly in the chest and was sent flying backwards with the tremendous force of the Hera executive's casual toss.

"RAAAA!" Ajax bellowed as he jumped back into the fight, his mace held high.

Alfia watched him with cold, unfeeling eyes as he swung down at her. At the very last moment, she took a step back and the mace crashed into the ground below with enough force to cave in the Goliath's skull.

Before Ajax could correct himself, Alfia was upon him. Using Galadriel's technique, she began to pulverize Ajax, shattering his jaw, turning his nose to dust, and sending up a fountain of blood.

Again and again she struck him, cracking bone and breaking the man before her more and more until finally she stopped, seeing his giant body tittering on the edge of collapse, like a stack of sticks precariously stacked against each other as the wind howled around them. One more punch and he would cease.

Her fist tightened and she cocked it back.

She threw her fist, but spun on her heel as she did so, aiming for the newly arrived Patroclus, however, to her shock, he managed to take a note out of her book and leaned back, allowing her fist to fly harmlessly over him. He didn't let his opportunity pass either and immediately lashed out, cutting her from hip to breast.

As Alfia's dead eyes awoke to hiss in pain, a vine wrapped around Ajax and pulled him away to Imilce who immediately set about healing him. That was not all that was happening behind the monster in human flesh though, for Dido had regained herself and with burning eyes, had closed the distance and struck out, slashing Alfia twice across the back.

The brainwashed Hera executive flinched at the pain and felt a rage building inside the coldness of her mind. She was done playing with these entities that hurt her.

"Gospel."

Patroclus and Dido were sent flying, each crashing to the ground far from the dark-eyed Alfia.

"Blessing of the root of evil, curse of birth," she began to chant.

Dionysus's eyes widened in shocked delight.

"My my. I didn't expect her to use that," he said as his smile grew to inhuman size and malevolence.

"What? Use what?!" Thanatos asked desperately, not liking the smile at all.

"Junos Angelos," Imilce whispered, as if unable to believe her ears. "S-S-She can't a-actually…"

"This isn't our Alfia," Galadriel said as she slowly got up. "As such, she is more than capable of using that if it means our eradication."

"Then we have to evacuate! She'll destroy the entire floor!" Imilce screamed. "Finn!"

The prum captain turned away from his battle with the demi-spirit Reaper to see what was wrong, but he did not even need to ask for he saw with his own eyes and heard with his own ears as Alfia continued.

"There is no purification."

"FUCK! Everyone! Get off the floor! Get off-!"

"Don't get distracted now, handsome," the demi-reaper said, appearing before him with a smile before attacking the Loki captain with her bladed arm, forcing him to bring up his spear and pulling him away from the impending disaster.

"Finn!" Imilce cried. "Galadriel! We need to evacuate everyone! If Alfia-!"

"There's no time," Galadriel cut her off as she listened to Alfia's chant continue unabated. "Even if we all managed to pull away from our given fights, we wouldn't make it far enough or put up enough shields to save us. There's only one option. Stop her. And there's only one way to do that," the dark elf turned to Imilce and smiled. "Keep the others safe from me, will you?"

For one brief, calm moment, Imilce was confused. And then that moment passed.

"NO! You can't use that! You can't control it! You'll destroy yourself and Alfia!"

"That is likely, but we don't have any other option. She's almost done," Galadriel answered. And she was right. Junos Angelos neared its completion.

"But-" Imilce tried.

"Protect them, Imilce. Please," Galadriel begged, her eyes brimming with tears before she shook her head and began to chant as quickly as she could.

"Release the bloodlust from its strenuous cage and let the passionate delight of battle fill me with maddening desire," Galadriel paused for a moment, taking a deep breath before finishing. "Burning Bright!"

And thus, the battle was decided.

Alfia, unaware of what was to come, continued her chant, prepared to destroy all that hurt her.

"Loved by the miniature garden, my destiny is shattered. I hate you. The compensation is here. Destroy everything with the proof of my sin. Cry-"

A light brighter than anything she or all those on the 60th floor had ever seen turned everything to white and blinded them all, stopping Alfia's spell and filling the floor with an eerie quiet.

Slowly, things began to move again as all regained their vision. The denizens on the floor began looking for the source of the blinding light and it did not take long for any of them to discover the source.

"My my, what have you prepared for us, my little Black Sun?" Dionysus asked as he and all eyes focused on the dark elf.

Galadriel stood before her surrogate sister like the sun stands before the moon: bright, confident, and burning with tremendous power that the moon knows it can never match. Her hair flowed and flicked about her like fire and glowed as brightly as the hottest flame. Her gauntlets too, shined like stars and were so scornful hot that the air itself seemed to sweat. Beneath her, the rock actually began to melt and turn to magma, yet the power of her aura kept her from sinking into the molten muck.

However, none of this, none of it, was as soul-freezing as the look on her face.

Gone was the calm, determined look of Galadriel, the Black Sun of the Hera familia. Gone was any of the friendliness her comrades and family knew. Gone was that gentleness that Bell had experienced not so long ago in the forests of the elves. Now, something entirely different and unnerving filled her features.

It was not rage. Nor was fear. It was not even the coldness that Alfia now wore. No, it was lust. Desire. Arousal. Galadriel was positively euphoric and drowning in passion. But it was not some partner she desired. Not some lover who she could capture in her embrace and ravage until they were both pools of bliss. No again, it was not some mortal love she wished desperately for, but battle that she now craved. Battle, combat, conflict, war…and blood.

"HAHAHAHA!" Galadriel laughed before she charged Galadriel, sending up a wave of magma.

Alfia's eyes widened as Galadriel closed the distance faster than the former Hera executive could blink.

"Hahahaha! Take this!" Galadriel cried cheerfully, throwing a punch at Alfia's face.

The brainwashed adventurer managed to dodge, but only just barely. However, to her shock, she was suddenly sent flying backwards as the air pressure of the punch struck her.

Alfia landed as gracefully as she could, but even in her controlled state, she was stunned by the sudden increase in power and attitude of her opponent. However, she was not given any time to ponder or think on the change as Galadriel was instantly upon her again.

"Hold still! I want to hear your delicious screams!" Galadriel blissfully proclaimed as she continued her attack.

"Gospel."

The full force of Alfia's spell struck Galadriel's completely unprepared body and sent her flying across the Dungeon once again.

The Monster of Talent's body eased as it seemed as if her crazed attacker had been silenced, or at the very least, stilled for the moment, but this was not the case. Suddenly, from the distance, light glowed intensely once again and Alfia watched as Galadriel immediately jumped back to her feet, smiling so lustfully the women of the Pleasure District would have blushed at the sight of her, and attacked again.

Alfia had but a moment before the out of control Black Sun was upon her. In that moment she saw that Galadriel's body showed no hint of a wound, beyond the damaged armor and clothing. However, this was all she was permitted to note before she was forced to raise her arms to guard herself from the earthquake that was Galadriel's punch.

The bones of Alfia's arms immediately snapped like twigs and she flew across the Dungeon like a shooting star as her body quaked with pain.

"That's more like it!"

Alfia's wide eyes spun around, finding the smiling Galadriel now somehow behind her, fist cocked back.

Galadriel struck the Silence down, obliterating the ground beneath and shaking the Dungeon with her unrestrained, crazed power.

In the distance, Dionysus was bouncing in place with delight.

"Who knew the Black Sun had such power! She's positively tearing Alfia apart!"

"Isn't that really bad?!" Thanatos cried.

"Of course not. What could possibly be better? Just look at her!" Dionysus gestured towards the dark elf who moved to continue the assault upon her prey. "She's putting on such a delightful show. I would have to put this in my top five, though our dear Bell still holds the number one spot, of course. Besides," the god continued, "imagine the look she'll have on her face if she actually kills her beloved big sister."

Alfia slowly dragged herself out of the massive crater Galadriel had created with her body and rose to her feet, finding that Galadriel and her terrifying, lustful smile was already there, waiting for her.

"Oh you already look so sexy like that! All broken and bloody," Galadriel stated maniacally before raising her fists again, "but let's see if I can make you even more delicious."

Galadriel threw another punch, looking to unhinged or outright rip Alfia's jaw from her face, but the brainwashed adventurer was not out yet and managed to block the punch, though the entire right side of her skeleton cracked and groaned under the force.

"You still have some fight in you! That's wonderful! That means I get to play with you even more before you break!" Galadriel exclaimed in delight.

However, Alfia's was not about to let her have her enjoyment and grabbed the elf's arm to hold her in place before holding out her other hand so that it was right in front of the Black Sun's eyes.

"Lugio."

There was nowhere for the spell to go except directly into Galadriel's face.

"Gospel."

Again, the spell crashed against the dark elf's skull with enough power to humble most Monster Rexes.

"Lugio."

"Gospel."

"Lugio!"

"Gospel!"

"LUGIO!"

"GOSPEL!"

Finally, exhausted and nearly depleted, Alfia's arms dropped and her body slumped.

The former executive of the Hera familia heard nothing but her own raspy breath for a few moments, and she cared for little else but regaining said breath. However, as she did so, she realized she had not heard the sound of a body falling to the ground. No thud nor crash of metal. More strange, the light from earlier had returned, filling the area around her with light.

Her head shot back up and had she been fully in control of her mind, she might have vomited at the sight.

"Well that was something," Galadriel said cheerfully as muscle, nerves, and skin began to grow back across her very visible and eyeless skull. "I'm honestly surprised that you had so much fight left in you," she continued as her shining eyes regenerated and her golden hair regrew. "But I suppose I shouldn't be. You are my beloved nee-chan after all," the Black Sun finished, her eyes drowning with insane desire.

Alfia couldn't even attempt to muster a defense before Galadriel's fist smashed into her face and sent her crashing back to the ground below.

Her crazed little sister was instantly upon her, hitting, striking, and pulverizing her again and again, all while looking positively drunk on lust.

"That's it! That's it's nee-chan! Show me your delightful broken face! Show me how beautiful you can be! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" the woman called out as she continued her barrage.

Alfia could do nothing. The attack was too unrelenting. The force too great. And she too broken. Deep in her restrained mind, she realized that she was going to die. Acknowledging that, she simply closed her eyes and accepted her fate.

"Oooow, looks like you've given up," Galadriel noted as she saw Alfia's swollen eyes close. "I was hoping you stick it out for a little while longer, but I suppose you've pleasured me enough," she continued, before casually taking Alfia's tiara off. "Pretty little thing," she commented before crushing it in her hand. "Oh well," she turned back to Alfia with a smile. "It was fun while it lasted big sis. I will miss you."

She raised her fist to crush Alfia's skull.

"Huh?" Galadriel looked down at the vine around her midsection before she was suddenly thrown far to the other side of the Dungeon.

The dark elf crashed, but recovered almost immediately and looked around for the source of the vines, soon after finding it.

"Imilce! Did you want to play with me too?" she asked, staring at the shaking, but serious-eyed adventurer in the distance. "Well, if that's what you want!"

Galadriel closed the distance between them in a flash, ready to "play" with her old friend until the potion-maker was a bile of bloody meat on the ground.

"Mausoleum of Halicarnassus."

Galadriel's fist smashed against the dome of light and halted.

"Huh?" Galadriel looked around her. "Hey, this isn't any fun. Let me out!"

"You need to regain control of yourself, Galadriel," Imilce said as seriously as she could as her body shook with terror.

"What? But this is so much fun!" the dark elf proclaimed as she gleefully spun around before turning her lustful eyes back to Imilce. "So let me out. I want to enjoy that lithe body of yours," she demanded, licking her lips. "I just know I can get all sorts of lovely screams out of you. So let me out, Imilce. Pleeeeease."

"Not until you are back to your usual self," Dido stated, entering the conversation as Patroclus and the healed Ajax carefully brought Alfia's broken body to Imilce who immediately set to work healing her.

"I don't want to!" Galadriel bellowed like a petulant child. "I want blood and battle! I want to see my enemies broken before me! See their strength evaporate and turn to dust! Ooooh!" she shivered in delight. "I want to drown in their defeat and the tingles that only war can give me," her eyes darkened as they centered on Dido again. "SO LET ME OUT!" the dark elf roared.

"No," Dido stated, her eyes and voice as firm as adamantine.

Galadriel growled.

"Let me out!" she demanded as she punched the magic dome. "Let me out!" she struck it again. "Let me out! Let me out! Let me out! LET! ME! OOOOOOOOOUUUUUT!"

"What's all that noise?"

Everything stopped.

They all turned and watched as Alfia slowly arose to a seated position.

"Don't push yourself Alfia!" Imilce pleaded.

Alfia's confused eyes turned and, after a moment squinting at the young woman, she said.

"Imilce?"

Imilce's eyes filled with joyful tears as she smiled and nodded.

"Yes. It's me. Dido's here too," she pointed to the acting Hera captain, "and so are Patroclus and Ajax."

Alfia's eyes moved between them, feeling more confused than ever, before finally noting that another familiar face was with them.

"Galadriel? Is that you?"

The dark elf was silent. The moment she had heard Alfia's voice, her true, unchained voice, she had stilled. All her lust and desire for battle had evaporated and she could nothing but stare at her elder sister.

"Why are you in there? And why do you all look older?" Alfia asked as she noted the spell and looked between their faces again.

"B-Big Sis…is that…is that really you?" Galadriel asked as tears filled her eyes.

"What a silly question to ask. Who else would I be?" Alfia questioned.

More tears filled Galadriel's eyes before her strength left her and she fell to her knees. Seeing this, Imilce deactivated Mausoleum of Halicarnassus and rushed to her, hugging her and quietly reassuring her that everything would be alright.

"Would someone please explain to me what's going on?" Alfia ordered.

"Long story short, we thought you were dead, you were brainwashed by a bunch of Evilus, we fought you and barely won, now we need to beat the Evilus and save Bell," Ajax explained quickly.

"Bell?" Alfia's eyes widened at the unexpected dropping of her nephew's name, before a memory suddenly flashed in her mind.

"Auntie!"

Bell, she thought as new strength flowed through her body and her eyes narrowed with determination.

The executive of the Hera familia rose to her feet as her family rushed to her side.

"Please don't push yourself, Alfia!" Imilce pleaded. "You were gravely injured in the fight and had more time passed I wouldn't have been able to save you."

"If I remember correctly, I've already died once," Alfia replied, "however I have no plans on dying again," she continued, noting the worried looks of her family. "And I have more than enough strength to defeat these miserable whelps and save Bell."

The unwavering strength of her voice convinced them and they all nodded.

"We'll be right there with you," Ajax stated.

"Good. I would be livid with all of you if you refused to help, especially over such minor injuries."

Ajax, Patroclus, and Imilce managed to chuckle, but Alfia had already turned her eyes to another.

"I promise we'll get him back, Alfia-sama," Galadriel vowed, bowing to her.

"What are you doing you silly little girl?" Alfia questioned. "Did I ask you to bow to me?"

"I-I-," Galadriel tried, only to be flicked on the head by the other woman.

"I don't know all of what's going on, but I know that whatever you did, you did for the right reasons," Alfia stated with complete confidence. "And it's Alfia-nee-san," said woman stated with a soft smile.

Tears returned to Galadriel's eyes, but she quickly shook her head and smiled.

"Alfia-nee-san."

"Good. Now," Alfia's eyes turned towards a figure in the distance, "I believe we have some work to do."

Dionysus's smile never wavered.

Doneso!

I know I always say this, but I'm sorry for taking so long with these chapters. I really do aim for one every two weeks or so, but so rarely do I make that deadline. Anyway, enough of that, you don't need my same old whining and excuses. Moving on.

Well, that's another battle down. Alfia has been rescued and joined the Expedition, ready to fight. However, don't think that battle is even close to being won yet. The Evilus are weakened, but far from defeated and still have several trump cards left to play, along with an army of monsters. No, this battle is far from over.

Next time it's Lefiya vs. Filvis, with Riveria and Tiona joining the battle in hopes of overcoming their friend-turned-foe. Will they succeed? Will this follow canon with Filvis's death, or will someone else fall? Well, tune in next time to find out.

Oh, and a big thank you to Rei T. Scarlet for Galadriel and the idea of "Burning Bright".

With that, I will bid all you fine and lovely people and wonderful Mother's Day and rest of your week and I'll see you next time. Bye for now.
