Rival Battle of Explosive Dragon
Izuku and Ochaco are seen sneaking around trying to find where the weapon and the villain team are though couldn't find anything on the second floor, so they love up to the third while being careful about the limited time, they have to find the weapon and the villain team.
Then suddenly Katsuki appears from a corner and unleash a big explosion at them.
"Hope you're ready to feel pain like never before Deku." Katsuki yelled.
"Sorry, Kacchan, but the one will be feeling the pain is you." Izuku said as the smoke clears revealing he has shielded himself and Ochaco with his left wing.
"Deku, are you okay?" Ochaco asked worry.
"Don't worry, my wings are stronger than they look, so I'll be fine." Izuku informed.
"(I knew Kacchan would get impatient and come at back soon, glad I was able to react in time to block that attack.)" Izuku thought thankfully for having dragon wings.
"I don't give a damn if you now suddenly have a Quirk after all this time. You're still nothing but a pebble beneath my boots!" Katsuki proclaimed.
"We'll see about that." Izuku stared back fiercely.
"Ochaco, you go on ahead and try to find the weapon and I believe that's where you'll also find Iida." Izuku ordered his partner.
"Are you sure you can handle this by yourself?" Ochaco asked.
"Yeah, this time I'm fully prepare to face Kacchan with all I got." Izuku nodded.
"Don't worry about dying on me, Deku. I won't hurt you too badly that the match would have to end so soon!" Katsuki charged at Izuku for a right hook explosive punch.
But to Katsuki's surprise, Izuku sprint toward him and grab his arm, turning his body around to perform a strong shoulder throw.
"(What the fuck… Impossible?! How did he know? He's not that good?)" Katsuki asked, confuse and shock.
"Wow, look at those moves!" Ochaco impressed.
Izuku yells loud and slammed Katsuki with his back against the floor causing him to gasp in pain.
"Kacchan… you've always use a big right hook to start a fight. I know because I've watched you for years, I analyzed every amazing hero, even you. I wanted to learn everything I could about them. It was all in the notebook you burned and threw away." Izuku explained, clenching his fists and his wings flips a bit.
Katsuki growls a little as he gets back up and look toward Izuku's determine yet scared face.
"You can call me Deku, but I'm not the same helpless, defenseless kid anymore. You hear me, I've changed!" Izuku said strongly.
"From now on, Deku is the name of a Hero!" Deku declared.
Ochaco became surprise when Izuku said that his hero name would be Deku remembers how she complimented that the name sounds awesome and cute to her.
"Ochaco, get going now!" Izuku yelled.
"Right!" Ochaco nodded and quickly ran to the upper floor to find Iida and the fake weapon.
"Deku… before all this, you used to shake in your damn boots but still have the guts to face me. And now you look all prepared and bullshit." Katsuki snarled.
"Well then, you better not disappoint me before I sent you to the hospital!" Katsuki shouted in rage.
(With Tenya)
Tenya is standing close to the fake weapon and just made a call to Katsuki through the earpiece communication device he and Katsuki got from All Might before entering the building.
"Bakugo, come in. Give me a statue report. Where are you?" Tenya asked.
"Just shut up and defend the weapon. I got more important things to worry about." Katsuki responded harshly.
"Are you forgetting what our mission is?" Tenya asked, but he got no response.
"Hello?" Tenya tried talking again, and nothing.
"He hung up on me!" Tenya realized.
"This isn't the time for radio silence. We're supposed to be partners. Argh!" Tenya yelled in anger, wondering how he ended up having Katsuki as a partner for this exercise.
(Back with Izuku and Katsuki)
"(Kacchan must be talking to Tenya with the radio earpiece like mine and Ochaco's. I'll have to be careful of how I want this battle to go.)" Izuku thought started thinking of a plan.
His instinct gave him a suddenly warning and look ahead just in time to see Katsuki did an explosive charge with a left swing kick though he was able to block it with his right arm with the support of his left arm.
"I'm going to make you regret taking me on alone." Katsuki said, but he notices something wrap from behind his leg.
"(He's using the capture tape!)" Katsuki mentally shocked.
"(Hero notebook number ten, page 18! Luckily, I got to see Eraser Head's moves in action!)" Izuku thought remembered yesterday Aizawa retrained one of his classmates because he couldn't stop himself from the sidestep speed test.
"(Okay, since I block his kick then Kacchan will become impatient again and try another big punch.)" Izuku thought.
Just as he predicted, Katsuki threw another big punch with an explosion boost and Izuku jumps to the side to dodge it and quickly counterattack to not give Katsuki any chance to rest even for a second as he threw a punch to the side, sending Kacchan flying several feet away.
(Monitoring Room)
"Ribbit, ribbit. Looks like Izuku's fanboy knowledge of heroes is really paying off." Tsuyu complimented.
"What do you mean by that?" Kyoko asked.
"You see, Izuku told me and Ochaco that he's been studying different heroes for a long time and writes them all down in some notebooks. He even has a section about Bakugo with his Quirk and how he fights consider they grew up together." Tsuyu explained.
"For real? That's so cool!" Hanta excited.
"Having both brains and brute is important to balance yourself if you want to be a hero. You can't get around much if you don't have one of them." Momo stated.
"(Indeed, Young Midoriya definitely got the brains knowing when to take action in crisis situations. The fanboy knowledge in his blood, along with some help from Tohru's magic, are driving him forward!)" All Might thought proud of his successor.
"Though it looks like Bakugo is trying to mix up his movement to make himself less predictable." Shoto pointed out.
(Back with Izuku and Katsuki)
Katsuki charged at Izuku again, and this time the green dragon hero-in-training is charging at his opponent too clashing their heads for a moment before push away from each other, Izuku swing his right leg to strike at the side but Katsuki launches himself up and perform a dive kick on the head. Izuku's body is slammed to the floor though he wouldn't give up so easily as he manages to bend his legs together and double kick Katsuki in the stomach sending him crashing on the ceiling and try to attack him again, but Katsuki flew forward to avoid the punch.
"Come on, you need to hit me harder than that if you ever want to beat me!" Katsuki said.
Izuku decided to try something out and took a deep breath for a moment then let out a big fire from his mouth making a flaming wall blocking the path between him and Katsuki.
"Try and catch me if you can!" Izuku yelled before running off. He's really gratefully for Tohru showing him to how to do this.
"Damn it, don't you dare run from me, Deku!" Katsuki shouted in rage and went on another path to find the stupid nerd.
Izuku is seen sitting close to the edge of the concern in the hallway taking a little break from fighting Katsuki to formulate a plan.
"(Good, he's completely forgotten about my partner just like I thought.)" Izuku thought thinking about how Katsuki and Tenya do.
"(If they wanted to send someone out to stop us here, it should've been Iida. He's way faster, after all. That probably means Kacchan's gone rogue, the two of them aren't working as a team.)" Izuku thought figured out the lack of team trust in his opponents.
"(If we had taken those two on head-to-head, our chances of winning would be almost even since me and Iida are almost equal in speed, but Iida would also think fast too and Katsuki's explosion would make things difficult as well.)" Izuku thought nodded to himself.
"(I can't go after the weapon now or else Kacchan would follow me and if we both tried to take him down, we would probably take him down but would have less time to get to the weapon. So, we stay split up for now. I have to trust Ochaco, she'll find the weapon and Iida while I deal with Kacchan, defeating him then I'll join Ochaco for a two on one battle. That's how we'll win.)" Izuku thought planned carefully.
"(I'll have to fight Kacchan, capture him, and make my way to Ochaco.)" Izuku thought determined.
"DEKU! COME OUT AND FACE ME, COWARD!" Katsuki shouted.
"Okay Kacchan, let's do this!" Izuku said.
(With Ochaco)
Ochaco is seen inside a room on the fifth floor finally locating the weapon and Tenya.
"(Found it, now I just have to tell Deku and try my best to stay outta sight until he gets up here.)" Ochaco thought. She was about to contact Izuku but heard Tenya talking to himself.
"Bakugo definitely has a villainous side and that's exactly wat we need to succeed in this mission. I need to temporarily devote myself to criminal intent." Tenya said.
"Yes, I won't fail this trail and risk bringing shame down on the Iida family name. That means… I must now embrace evil to become a hero." Tenya said, giving himself a moment before talking again.
"Behold! I am the personification of villainy!" Tenya said in an evil act. That he is making himself look like a fool.
"(He's so serious!)" Ochaco cracked of laughing.
"Hm, is that you, Uraraka?" Tenya asked and Ochcao gasp as she has been found out. With no other choice, she reveals herself to Tenya.
"I knew you would come here alone the instant that Bakugo ran off by himself and engaged with Midoriya. Your Quirk allows you to float anything that you touch, but I've prepared for that by hiding every object in this room, so you have nothing to use against me, do-gooder!" Tenya revealed as Ochaco can see the room is empty.
"My dastardly tricks have render you helpless! You blundered hero!" Tenya mocked and does an evil laugh.
"He really is… playing the part." Ochaco surprised.
"Ochaco, can you hear me?" Izuku asked through the radio earpiece.
"Deku, I'm here. Iida found me out, sorry. Right now, he's monologuing." Ochaco answered.
(With Izuku)
Izuku has dodge another strike from Katsuki and smack him away with his right wing before talking to Ochaco again.
"Where are you?" Izuku asked.
"Near the middle fifth floor." Ochaco reported.
"Right above me. We probably only have about six minutes left now. We'll have to finish this fast." Izuku talked to himself.
"Ochaco, listen up because I got a plan that maybe risky." Izuku started telling Ochaco his plan quickly.
"Okay, be prepare for when that happens." Izuku said to Ochaco before hanging up.
Then he heard a sound coming from behind him and turns around seeing Katsuki with his right arm up.
"I'm all loaded up." Katsuki said.
"Loaded up? So, those gauntlets aren't just for show, they have a special feature for your Quirk." Izuku realized.
"Damn right, they do. My explosions are created from the nitro sweats in my hands, and now I got a whole shitload for one big blast." Katsuki smirked with his finger on the pin.
"Bakugo! Don't do it, you'll kill him!" All Might alerted.
"He'll be fine as long as he dodges it!" Katsuki yelled and pull the pin.
The giant explosion blast is unleash tearing through the hallway and engulfing Izuku in it as the blast has also shook the whole building as it damages through the wall and window. The smoke clears up showing the destruction Katuski has done and Izuku have found himself still standing on his two legs and his hero costume doesn't have a single scratch in the slightest as it glows emerald green and little red.
"Oh wow, my costume survived all that?! Tohru must've made it extra durable!" Izuku amazed, his attention is back to Katsuki as he laughs while walking into the room.
"The more nitro sweat that's stored in these gauntlets, the stronger the explosion is." Katsuki smirked.
"(Even though my costume can protect me from the blast, I can still get push back from the force of the explosion. I'll have to be careful.)" Izuku thought.
"Ochaco, what's the situation?" Izuku asked.
"I managed to get him to switch positions with me and the weapon just like you said." Ochaco reported.
"Good, get ready." Izuku nodded.
"Bakugo, use that stored—up power again and I'll stop this fight. Your team will lose." All Might said over the speaker boxes.
"Huh?" Katsuki confused angry.
"To employ such a strong attack indoors is inviting the destruction of the stronghold you should be protecting. That's a poor strategy, whether you're a hero or a villain. The penalty would be a massive loss of points." All Might explained.
This got Katsuki angry and screams as Izuku got himself in a fighting stance.
"Fine. We'll fight hand-to-hand!" Katsuki blasted charge at Izuku.
Izuku plant his feet firmly on the floor and threw a right punch though Katsuki propelled himself over that strike while doubling it as a smokescreen to strike an explosion on the back, but Izuku's inner dragon instinct helps as his tail wraps around Katsuki's wrist. Izuku use that action to pull his former friend/rival toward him to launch a strong kick to the stomach, but the exploding boy blocks it with his right knee, and they push each other away. Katsuki charges again doing some exploding melee combo while Izuku does his best to parry them off with his wings acting as shields and counterattack with a punch across the face.
"DAMN IT!" Katsuki screamed.
He jumps high to slam his hands down on Izuku for an explosion grand slam, but the Deku quickly slides under him and stop himself at the window.

"Come on, Kacchan, let's finish this now!" Izuku said charging his right arm with the full power of One for All.
"You're going to eat those words and die!" Katsuki proclaimed.
The two stares at each other with strong and fierce fighting spirit as only a few seconds have past, but it felt like hours or days to them, then they charge at each other to unleash their full power to end this fight.
"Detroit…" Izuku ready himself to unleash his attack while Katsuki ready his explosion.
All Might was about to call off the match.
"Ochaco, now!" Izuku shouted, stopping the Number 1 Hero from calling the match off.
(With Tohru)
"Huh?" Tohru felt something odd from her mind.
"Is something the matter, Lady Tohru?" Kanna asked as she reads a manga with Inko on the couch.
"No, I think that… Izuku is about to do something amazing again." Tohru smiled.
"How can you tell?" Inko asked.
"Call it a maid's instinct." Tohru giggled.
(Back with Izuku and Katsuki)
"SMASH!" Izuku threw an uppercut that send a powerful wind pressure upward breaking through the all the floors of the building.
"What's happening?" Tenya asked seeing the wind and floating rocks.
"This is it!" Ochaco picked up a broken pillar with her gravity Quirk.
"Sorry, Iida!" Ochaco apologized in advance.
"Improvised Special Move: The Comet Home Run!" Ochaco swinged the pillar knocking the floating rocks at Tenya.
"In the name of villainy, I demand that you stop this!" Tenya shield himself with his arms.
But the rocks were actually distractions for Ochaco to use her Quirk on herself like earlier and float over the speedy boy.
"Release!" Ochaco deactivated her Quirk and latch herself onto the weapon. By the time Tenya realizes this, it was too late.
"I got it." Ochaco smiled.
"NO! The weapon!" Tenya gasped.
(Music End)
"This was your plan, wasn't it? From the start of this fight?" Katsuki asked shock.
"Yeah, it was a big risk hurting my arm again. But the pain was worth it to beat you." Izuku chuckled as his right arm sleeve shows to be destroyed from the intense power of One for All, blown from the inside and the arm itself bruised but not painful like before.
"The Hero Team win!" All Might announced.

Deku the green dragon hero has managed to win the combat training with Ochaco's help and showed Katsuki that he is now a weakling anymore, it was intense and nice that his costume survived the explosion blast from Katsuki's gauntlets. This show Izuku's growth of how far he has gotten with the power that was given to him by All Might and Tohru as he will continue to push himself to become stronger.
