Destructive Dragon Maid that's Name Tohru
Tohru and Lucoa are seen flying over the city very high in the air so they wouldn't get spotted by anyone for using their powers with a license, which is kind of stupid in Tohru's opinion thinking these humans can limit themselves to having some kind of permission to do so.
"I still don't get why these humans with power need to have those identification and permission to use their powers, it's like those adventures and such." Tohru shrugged.
"That just how this world works, Tohru. They don't want just anyone to use their power to do whatever they want otherwise it would be chaos by accident or intentional, at least that's what I come to understand about this world." Lucoa pointed out.
"Oh please, these humans are just afraid to unleash their true potential." Tohru stated.
"I don't know, they seem to be going all out on certain things like fighting villains or rescuing." Lucoa smiled with one eye open.
"If you say so, guess that's just something I'll have to get use to when Izuku get his own hero license." Tohru decided to go with it.
"Just try not to get scary to others and having thoughts of destroying them." Lucoa scolded.
"Only if these humans give me a reason and only if Izuku gives the word." Tohru assured she won't do anything like that.
"Just wanted to be sure." Lucoa looked down seeing UA High.
"We're here." Lucoa informed, but then she notices something from a distance.
"It looks like there is a someone running from the school." Lucoa said.
Tohru looks down as well seeing this man who looks a little familiar but not really meaning he couldn't be that important, but that is when she started to realize that the man is someone important to Izuku and the memory click in her head.
"Hey, I think I see All Might!" Tohru said before blitzing down.
"Tohru, don't just leave me behind!" Lucoa called out and quickly follow her.
The scene changes to showing All Might in his buff hero form trying to make his way to the school hoping to make it to the end of the session, or that's what it looks like because in reality, he is on his way to USJ because he has been getting this odd feeling that something is happened from how he hasn't gotten through to Aizawa and Thirtee.
"(I just hope everything is alright.)" All Might thought worried.
"Hey, All Might!" Tohru called out.
The sudden shout causes the Symbol of Peace to almost trip though he was able to regain his balance and continue running, but a little slower this time as he looks around.
"Huh, who was that?" All Might asked.
"Over here, silly human." Tohru said as All Might look to his right seeing her and Lucoa.
"Tohru, surprise to see you here. What brings you to UA High during school hour?" All Might asked.
"I just had a really bad feeling that Izuku is in danger because we felt the presence of another dragon." Tohru answered.
"What? Another dragon, is it one of your friends like the one with you?" All Might asked growing a bit concern and worry.
"No, this one is different unlike we felt before and we came here to see what's up." Lucoa explained.
"Really? I was thinking some uncertain is happening at the USJ, where the class are doing their heroic rescue training, I was supposed to be there as well only I exhausted myself before I got to school." All Might explained his side.
"Do you know what's going on over there?" Tohru asked.
"I don't know, I haven't been able to get in contact with either the hero teachers who are there right now which is odd like they turned off their cellphone." All Might mentioned.
"Then I guess something odd must be really happening." Lucoa stated.
"I can lead you the way to USJ since I'm heading over there right now." All Might offered.
"Screw the long way, we're taking a portal near to where Izuku is!" Tohru snapped as she got impatient and use her magic to create a portal in front of them.
"Whoa, whoa, whoa, wait a minute!" All Might tried to stop Tohru from using her power, but it was too late as they're about to enter the portal.
That's when Tohru heard something from the portal.
"Damn it, now I'm wishing for Tohru to be here." Izuku groaned.
"(Izuku, he wants me.)" Tohru thought smiled, squealing of joy as she goes through the portal.
At the very moment the dragon Nomu was about to throw another strong punch to crush the boy to death, Tohru appears holding back the punch with one hand.
"You called, Izuku?" Tohru asked smiling.
Izuku looks up seeing that Tohru is here, holding back the Nomu's punch with one hand and looking at him with her cute smile.
"What the what? Why is Midoriya's maid here?" Minoru asked shock.
"I don't know, maybe she came to drop off a notebook he forgot to bring." Tsuyu guessed, but also shock from the inside.
"When I heard you wishing that I was with you right now, it made my heart flutter like I could explode of joy." Tohru smiled exciting and swaying her hips.
"Huh, yeah, I'm happy to see you too." Izuku weirded out a bit, but really happy to see Tohru here as well right now.
"Whoa, we're here in USJ?" All Might surprised looking around, finding himself at the top of the stairs with Lucoa.
"Wow, this place is so cool like one of those big amusement parks." Lucoa amazed.
"What the… All Might and Lucoa are here?" Ochaco asked.
"All Might, but I thought he was resting in the teacher lounge?" Thirteen shocked and confused.
"(All Might, so he finally showed up though perhaps not in the way he expected.)" Kurogiri thought believed the plan to kill All Might can still happen, then turn his sight on Lucoa.
"(But who is that woman with him? Could she a Pro Hero who brought him here, but I never seen nor heard of her. She could be rookie.)" Kurogiri thought theorized but gets a weird feeling that she is more than what she looks.
"(And yet, I feel like I know what she is for some reason.)" Kurogiri thought getting this feeling from his instinct.
"Alright, now that All Might is here! Everything is going to be okay!" Mina sobbed with tears of joy.
All Might looks at the misty man blocking the door and down the stairs seeing lots of dangerous looking people unconscious on the ground, Aizawa looking very exhausted and his elbow looking destroyed as well, his young successor on the floor looking very hurt with little blood, and a dangerous looking black creature man being held back by Tohru.
"Something tells me this isn't part of the rescue practice." All Might said.
"It's not, sir! Villains have invaded the facility and has shattered our classmates all over the place, they somehow jam the security system to alert UA." Tenya reported.
"I see, so I was right to come out here to see what's going on and now I know." All Might started to see the big picture here, clutching his fists.
"Alright, I'll see what I can do. There is nothing to worry about anymore because I am here!" All Might ripped his tie off and showing his own angry face.
"I take you're gonna go down there?" Lucoa asked.
"Of course, a hero must always act when there is danger such as this." All Might nodded.
"Fair enough, but I should give you a warning to NOT fight that monster down there. That thing is giving off the dragon presence we felt earlier, and it looks like we were right to come here." Lucoa looked down at the Nomu.
"That thing is more than Izuku can handle, he hasn't even been trained to fight dragons just yet." Lucoa felt worried for Izuku's safety.
"I see, so I'll have to leave that monster to Tohru then." All Might nodded.
Tomura looks up to see what's all the commotion going on about until he spotted All Might standing there at the top of the staircase, this got him very excited that the hero he wanted to kill so badly is finally here and can begin the villain's reign.
"Oh yes, this day just gotten better!" Tomura chuckled smirking.
"Hey, weirdo with the hand on his face!" Tohru called out getting the hand-masked villain.
"Is this monster yours and that it hurt my beloved Izuku?" Tohru demanded to know, clutching tighter onto the Nomu's fist and glaring fiercely with her eyes glowing.
"(That girl… is a maid?)" Tomura thought puzzled of seeing a maid here.
But that's when he notices the odd yet familiar features on this girl like the horns on her head, the black wings, and the reptile-like tail that seems more than the average lizard.
"That one seems very interesting, almost more interesting than All Might." Tomura grinned a bit.
"Nomu, punch that girl!" Tomura ordered as he already notice the Nomu is reacting strongly to the maid girl.
The Nomu shriek loud as he reels back his left arm with a very tight grip then threw a fast punch to get her on the head, but Tohru easily caught the fist with her other hand causing a strong instant shockwave around them.
"Now this is something. A dragon taking order from a human of all things, don't you have any shame of yourself?" Tohru asked.
"Tohru, I don't think that's really a dragon like you and Lucoa!" Izuku alerted, he also noticed Lucoa's scent with his nose.
"What?" Tohru confused.
"Tomura said that thing called a Nomu was created for the sole purpose of killing All Might with Shock Absorption, a powerful regeneration Quirk, and can become a dragon like that." Izuku explained.
"For real? It's like the humans have somehow found a way to copy our dragon might… That seriously pisses me off!" Tohru growled.
Tohru threw the two large arms away causing the Nomu to lean back a little and received a powerful kick to the stomach sending it flying past Tomura and crashing into a wall.
"If you think you can beat a dragon with some poor imitation, then you got another thing coming." Tohru glared at Tomura.
"Oh my, you seem to be much stronger than that brat here." Tomura chuckled.
"Guess that means it's more fun time for Nomu." Tomura smirked.
Immediately after saying that, Nomu came back speeding towards Tohru with another punch to attack her with and she blocks it like before, but this time she got push back twenty feet away even though she is still standing and unfazed except her arm is slightly shaking.
"What the… That punch was stronger than before." Tohru surprised to feel her arm getting stung like that.
"That's because there's another special feature of Nomu's Shock Absorption, it can store up the powerful force of the strike he takes hit and unleash that strength added with his own into a more powerful strike." Tomura explained smirking.
"Meaning you'll be hit by your own force as well, making him strong with each hit!" Tomura laughed a bit.
"Really now?" Tohru said with her eyes shadowed by her hair.
"Well then, let us see just how much of my strength it can take." Tohru clutched her fists.

Tohru sprinted the Nomu to teach that thing what being a dragon really means and show that villain why you shouldn't mock the mighty dragon race, creating creature claiming to be dragon just put an insult to all other dragons everywhere.
"Nomu, kill that dragon maid now!" Tomura ordered.
At the same time, the Nomu charges right at the dragon girl to beat her into a bloody and brutal pulp for it seems to be going on a wild rampage, all from the order of Tomura to kill this girl and the inner insane urge to kill a dragon too.
The two clashes their fists together causing a powerful shockwave to emit from them, and they start throwing some barrages of punches at each other, their clashes have also caused some slight earthquakes.
"What in the world is going on?" Tenya gasped.
"It's coming from the plaza; Tohru is fighting one of the villains!" Ochaco shocked.
"For real? She must be one powerful maid!" Mina surprised.
"How did Midoriya got herself a maid like her to begin with?" Hanta asked.
"Why do you ask, are you into maids too?" Rikido asked back.
"That's not what I'm asking, dude!" Hanta snapped.
"AAAAAHHH?! WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON?!" Minoru screamed as he holds on for dear life to not get blown away by the shockwaves.
"Ribbit!" Tsuyu held onto the stairs as well while being amazes of how strong Tohru is, almost like she's a female All Might.
Tohru continues throwing some punches though have also felt the Nomu's own punches striking her that even forces a dragon like her to stumble back a foot or two, considered some of that strength is also her own being use against her is something she never thought to fight off.
But that should mean she would go down that easily.
Tohru grabs the Nomu by the neck and flew up into the air crashing through the ceiling and goes above the Nomu for a punch on the head sending it back down to the ground.
"Oh dear, better make sure this fight doesn't damage the place any further." Lucoa placed her hand on the floor and suddenly the entire USJ facility glowed green for two seconds, and every student of Class 1-A appear along with their teacher and Izuku.
"What the… How are we here?" Shoto surprised.
"Wasn't I fighting in the Fire Zone?" Mashirao confused as he saw he is with his classmates again.
"There, that should help minimize the collateral damage. I think." Lucoa said smiling.
"Wait, what do you mean by that?" Ochaco asked.
The Nomu came back crashing onto the ground and causing a big earthquake within the facility though the black bird-dragon man flew back up only to meet with a punch to the face, and the Nomu respond with a big to her stomach.
"You know, fighting other dragon may get my blood pumping… But you're no dragon, not even to the one precents." Tohru said calmly, like the punch to the stomach was nothing.
Tohru threw five very fast punches to the stomach causing the inside of Nomu's body to pump in pain as he was sent flying away again and crashing through two zones, but Tohru appeared behind for a kick to the back.
"Take this!" Tohru unleashed her dragon fire breath engulfing the Nomu.
Tohru waited for a moment until the Nomu back at her again with his body regeneration from the fire attack but looks to be slower than when it recovered from Izuku's fire attack.
"I see, so there's a limit of how much you can heal. Same goes for the shock-counter Quirk of yours." Tohru figured out as she easily caught a punch.
"In that case, there is no choice but complete destruction on your miserable life." Tohru decided.
Tohru punch Nomu towards to the plaza where Tomura is still watching the fight and Kurogiri just showed up by his side while the others were occupied with the fight.
"You should at least feel honor you will get die by the burning might of a dragon." Tohru said to the Nomu.
Tohru blitz to the ground gathering her magic fiery power in her mouth then throws her head up with her mouth open.
"(You know, I think I'll go for how humans would shout out their special attacks in moments like this.)" Tohru thought wondered if Izuku will think she's cool after this.
"Fire of the Dragon Maid!" Tohru shouted as she unleashes her powerful fire breath though it mostly looks like a giant energy beam with some flames around it.
The Nomu could only look on seeing the attack coming at him and then becoming consume by the intense heat of the dragon maid, so hot that even its regeneration could not save it as he is burned hotter and faster than it could heal itself. It only took several seconds and the Nomu's body is gone, not even ashes are left remain.
"What the fuck…" Katsuki gasped with his jaws drop as everyone is shocked as well from what they just witnessed.

Tomura is utterly shocked that his precious Nomu has been destroyed by one dragon, he remembers being told about how powerful they are, but he was hoping the Nomu would stand up to one. That hope was pointless.
"Tohru, you're amazing!" Izuku said.

Tohru has come to the rescue and lay the smack down on the Nomu despite having the power to withstand her blows and gives a bit more, the Dragon Maid has proven that a man-made dragon is no match for the real thing.
