News of the Upcoming Sports Festival
The scene shows of a room with a small TV placed inside a bookshelf on with the room itself being dark and only single short figure is sitting on the couch, the figure is also watching the news about villains attacking the USJ that happened yesterday.
And there's a letter on the table along with a plate of frozen fish treats that was done cooking in the microwave, a letter written by All Might.
Which is the first time in years since he got any word from All Might since they last saw each other.
Greetings, the air is warm here. It feels like summer is just around the corner. I hope this letter finds you well, sir. In good health and even better spirits. This semester, I took a position as a teacher in UA High School. That's right, I'm not guiding the next generation of heroes. I was hoping to find someone worthy of inheriting my power among the elite students at the school. A hero-in-training with outstanding test scores and a powerful Quirk.
However, before I ever began my tenure at UA, I met a young man. Even though he was weak, and had no Quirk of his own, he showed incredible bravery. He rushed into a dangerous situation that caused pro heroes including myself to hesitate and managed to save the life of a classmate. He may not have had a plan when he acted, but he knew he had to do something.
I feel like watching this young man spring into action taught me something that day, and it reminded me of the virtues I must embody in order to call myself a pro, a hero.
That's why… I meant it when I said this to him: "Young man, you too can become a hero."
Soon after that, I told this pupil the secret of my Quirk, and proposed that I transfer it to him. This ability I have, that's been passed on from person to person, cultivated, and made stronger, the crystallization of power that binds itself to a courageous heart for the good of those in need: One for All.
He accepted without hesitation, and I began training him for the trails he'd need to overcome in order to be accepted into the hero course at UA High School. Even though he sometimes struggle with his newfound abilities, he never stopped fighting, and gave 100% as he tries to harness One for All.
I don't like to toot my own horn, but I believe I found the perfect person to pass my Quirk on to. He has shown me time and again that he has what it takes to be a real hero.
I'm still quite new to the role of instructor. The day may come when I must trouble you, my old teacher, for advice. I'll be counting on your wisdom and patience when that time comes.
Until then, please take care of yourself as the season begin to change. I'll continue to keep you updated about what's happening.
Sincerely yours, Toshinori Yagi.
"So, Toshinori has found a worthy successor." The old man said, having a small smile on his face.
(Nighttime, UA High School Faculty Longue)
Since the attack of USJ, the principal has called in an emergency meeting all the faculty members including All Might and one detective who is close friends with All might, and doing the investigation of the USJ attack.
"Our investigators are trying to learn everything they can about this so called "League of Villains". We've made some progress, but we can't find anything on this Shigaraki so far." The detective reported.
The detective is a tall man with short, black hair and somewhat rectangular black eyes. He wears a tan overcoat and matching hat, underneath which he wears a black suit, a green tie at his neck with matching slacks, and dress shoes.
This man is Naomasa Tsukauchi, detective of the police force and one of the few people who knows about One for All.
"We reached all records for men in their 20s or 30s who are registered as having some sort of disintegration Quirk, but so far, we've come up empty." Naomasa said.
"Same for the Wrap Gate villain, Kurogiri." Naomasa mentioned, it's almost like these two villains just appeared out of nowhere one night.
"So, they're not citizens or they're using aliases. Hard to find, either way." Naomasa stated.
"So, what you're really saying is we don't know anything." The Blood Hero: Vlad King pointed out, looking a bit angry.
"We've gotta track 'em down. The ringleader will probably try pulling something like this again. What a pain." Snipe sighed.
"He did seem like the type." Toshinori said, in his weaken form since the teachers here know about that. But not about One for All.
"Is something on your mind, All Might?" Nezu asked.
"About the attack on USJ, it was too bold. No sane adult would ever attempt it and from what Young Midoriya told me, this ringleader did a little monologuing about the reason he was therr and bragged about Nomu's many Quirks." Toshinori explained.
"But he never said a word about his own powers. When things didn't go his way, he was visibly upset, like he was gonna throw a tantrum." Toshinori also mentioned that.
"Ah, I guess bragging about Nomu's Quirks was a quick way to draw me into a fight if I did fought that guy." Toshinori sighed leaning back on his chair.
"That might be true, with those kinds of combination Quirks especially with that unique dragon Quirk, you definitely wouldn't be alive with us right now." Midnight stated.
"What All Might said might be true, yes, but strategically, it was foolish to reveal his Quirk up front instead of keeping them a secret." Nezu pointed out.
Midnight and Nezu look at each other only for a single second of glancing to know that the Nomu has actual dragon traits that Lucoa informed them about, and this brings some fear into them that something big is going to happen in their heroic world.
"Speaking of fighting that Nomu, I heard it was done in by a maid that belong to one of our own students. I'm still freaking out about that." Present Mic confessed.
"With someone powerful like her probably would've made herself known by now. Nezu, do you know anything?" Aizawa asked the principal.
"Let just sat that she's a maid who is very fateful to Izuku Midoriya. But I am going to have a chat with her later about getting a hero license." Nezu stated which shocks Present Mic.
"Back with Tomura, Detective." Nezu looked to Toshinori.
"About how Shigaraki's moves. Yes, they are wild, immature claims, but did so with a completely straight face. And he even treated Nomu as nothing more than a pet." Aizawa recalled those behavers.
"It seemed like he'd never been told "no" before—like he thought things would go his way no matter what." Toshinori stated on that behaver.
"He has the personality of a spoiled little brat. A man-child." Toshinori expressed of how he sees Tomura as.
"A child with incredible power though." Vlad King pointed out the decaying Quirk.
"It's possible he never got the Quirk counseling students receive in elementary school." Midnight guessed.
"Maybe so, but it doesn't really matter now." Snipe said. Child or not, a villain must be dealt with.
"There were 72 villains arrested in the aftermath of the USJ attack. They were all small-time thugs who usually lurked around back alleys." Naomasa informed them about the small villains.
"What worries me is that this "man-child" got them all to follow his crazy plan. They viewed him as a real leader." Naomasa explained.
"And they're plan would've definitely worked with how powerful Nomu was. Thank God, Tohru was able to deal with him even if she had gone to the extreme." Toshinori believed.
"That would make people unease and probably collapse the trust of heroes." Midnight feared.
"Criminals are starting to feel more pressure now that the world is brimming with heroes. That could be why they were so quick to back such simple-minded villainly." Naomasa stated.
"Guess that makes sense." Vlad King said.
"There are plenty a' people out there lookin' for a cause to get behind." Snipe pointed out.
"So, what can we do to stop them?" Midnight wondered.
"Well, it is thanks to the two women who suddenly showed up at USJ at the time to help save the students and stopping the villains. That'll give us time to devote ourselves into this case." Naomasa stated.
"Normally, we would take them in for hero act with permission and no hero license. But consider All Might, Nezu, and Midnight have vouched for them, they're off free." Naomasa said.
"It's still crazy knowing there is someone a bit stronger than you, All Might." Naomasa looked to Toshinori.
"Let just say our world is bigger on the inside than you think." Toshinori commented.
"Anyway, we'll expand our investigation and continue searching for the perpetrators who planned this attack." Naomasa announced.
"A man-child, huh?" Nezu said.
"Something about Shigaraki that got you, Principal Nezu?" Thirteen asked.
"In some ways, he shares common ground with our students." Nezu answered.
"What do you mean by that?" Aizawa asked curious.
"They both have so much potential. And like our students, I suppose it's possible someone is guiding him, trying to nurture his malice and villainly." Nezu explained of how he feels about Tomura.
"I don't wanna think about what that could mean." Toshinori groaned.
Hearing that Tomura might have himself a mentor, it suddenly made the Symbol of Peace think about some person in the world who could be evil and dark to make a young man walk into the darkness of the world and to embrace it.
"(Please, please let that "Man" be dead after all these years.)" Toshinori thought preyed.
(One Week Later, Present)
Izuku has just finished tying up his shoes and tapping the toe area of his shoes with Tohru behind to see him off as always.
"Okay, I'm off to school." Izuku informed.
"Have a great day and enjoy the lunch I made for you." Tohru smiled.
"I will, I'm looking forward to eating them." Izuku smiled back.
Tohru leans forward to her boyfriend with her lips a little out meaning that she wants her goodbye kiss, Izuku blushes of seeing this sign and hesitated a bit though he goes in for a kiss on the lips.
"If anything goes wrong, please let me know." Izuku said.
"Let's go, Papa! I don't want to be late." Kanna rushed out of the apartment.
"Okay, we're leaving!" Izuku waved goodbye as he was the second and last to leave the apartment.
"Bye!" Tohru waved back at her beloved.
"Oh! My heart just keeps on racing high every time our lips connect and our souls merging even for a few seconds!" Tohru squealed happily with her eyes turn into hearts.
"It's certainly a great moment to watch every time." Lucoa commented, walking up to her.
"I always believe it was destiny that Izuku would be my soulmate! But this is far more than I could ever imagined!" Tohru giggled, swaying her hips and tail.
"There's also that special reward that he gave you the day after the USJ attack." Lucoa teased with that little story.
"Oh, why did you have to go and mention that? Now I can't stop smiling!" Tohru giggled.
But then Tohru's phone started to ring from the pocket of her maid uniform which got the attention of both dragons, the dragon maid pulls it out seeing the caller ID is Toshinori Yagi.
"Huh, All Might is calling." Tohru surprised.
"Oh, I wonder what the mighty Symbol of Peace of the world want with us little dragons?" Lucoa asked curious.
"Don't know, but if he's calling me right now then it must be important." Tohru shrugged.
(Somewhere in Musutafu)
In one part of the Japanese city known as Musutafu with the people minding their own business with work or having some fun of their own, and there doesn't appear to be any villain attacks either.
But then unknown to everyone, a black portal started opening up about 25 feet above a tall building and something big and long came out.
Creature appears to be a blue sea serpent with a brown horn protruding from the forehead, and the tail looks just like a trident.
The creature looks down at the city move its head left and right as it is looking for something that the creature thought it could find something here, more specifically looking for someone.
"I know you're here, Tohru. Somewhere, I will find you." The large blue serpent before flying away and the giant serpent glow brightly starting to become smaller, and female looking to.
(UA High School, Class 1-A)
"Hey, you guys! Did you watch the news last week?" Toru asked to her classmates.
"About the USJ? Yeah." Mashirao answered.
"It was so cool that we got a few seconds of screen time!" Toru bragged a bit.
"Though I bet nobody noticed me hanging out in the background." Toru exclaimed, feeling that she didn't get much attention as the others.
"Probably not." Mezo said bluntly which made Mashirao gasp.
"I-It is difficult to stand out when you're just gloves." Mashirao pointed out, hoping to try make Toru feel a bit better to know this.
"We're totally big deals. Those news channels love us—we're basically celebrities." Denki believed.
"Yeah, it's kind of crazy, right?" Eijiro asked.
"Get over yourselves. The hero course that pumps out pros was attacked, and that's what they care about." Kyoka stated.
"Not to mention those reporters would also want to know about the Dragon Maid who saved us from the villains. She got the attention most, ribbit." Tsuyu pointed out, remembering how powerful Tohru was during that fight.
"Oh man, I could never forget that." Denki gasped, looking back on that day too.
"Who knows what woulda happened to us if Midoriya's maid hadn't show up." Hanta said with a slight chuckle.
"Why'd you say that?!" Minoru yelled in fear.
"I'm gonna pee myself just thinking about it!" Minori said, fearing that he would've been overcooked by that Nomu villain.
"Oh, shut up! Grow a pair, loser!" Katsuki shouted to shut the little grape boy up.
"Oh man, I can't believe how amazing that maid girl was fighting the bird guy who looked like his strength was on par with All Might! But even then, Tohru was still able to beat him!" Rikido bragged and throwing little punches.
"Yes, her strength is truly a thing of wonder just like how All Might is." Fumikage agreed.
"Midoriya, how exactly did you find a maid like her?" Shoto asked curious.
"Oh, well… let just say she came to me." Izuku chuckled nervously, that earned a look from Katsuki thinking he's hiding something.
And the clock change to a new minute and Tenya comes in.
"Attention, homeroom is about to begin! Everyone stop talking and take your seats." Tenya ordered.
"Uh, we're still sitting." Eijiro mentioned.
"Yeah, you're the only one standing." Hanta pointed out.
Tenya took his seat feeling hurt that he fail to see his fellow students were already seated and Aizawa enters the room.
"Alright everyone, I hope you had a good rest during the week because your fight isn't over yet." Aizawa said.
"Our fight?" Katsuki wondered what this teacher would be talking about.
"Don't tell me…" Izuku feared something bad is happening right now.
"Not more bad guys!" Minoru said shaking in fear. He really didn't want to go through that drama again.
"The UA Sports Festival is about to start." Aizawa revealed.
"Why would you scare us like that?" The students gasped and yells at Aizawa a little bit.
(With Tohru and Lucoa)
"Thank you for coming. I know this isn't something dragons like you would do, but Principal Nezu thought this would throw off some suspicious on you not being heroes and all." Toshinori said as he and the two dragon girls are standing in front of a building.
"It's no problem, I was actually thinking of calling you about this anyway." Tohru mentioned.
"Ready to make ourselves heroes?" Lucoa asked.
"If it means to help Izuku more, and cuddle with him more, then I'm all in!" Tohru determined.
"(You sure are one lucky man, Young Midoriya.)" Toshinori thought commented.
