Water Gluttonous Dragon and Festival Begin!
"Wow! I had no idea you could even mix wonderful food in such a way; I think I may have actually gone to Heaven!" A woman with a horn on her forehead squealed with delight.
"Momma, look how that lady is eating all of that food." A little girl with six golden arms pointed at the woman.
"Sweetie, it's not nice to point at people when they are enjoying themselves in a nice day like this." The mother scolded her daughter and have them continue walking away.
"Oh my, so delicious!" The horned woman kept on munching on her food for a while longer until there isn't any left which she started to feel sad that she couldn't enjoy a few more moments of enjoying all of that.
"Oh, if I wasn't looking for Tohru then I would have—Wait… Tohru!" The woman shouted in shock of realization.
"Fucking dragon heart?! I can't believe I've gone through a whole week of forgetting about what I came to this world for, I need to find Tohru and fast before something bad happens!" The woman decided to get seriously focus.
"Oh, you said you're looking for Tohru?" An old man with a chainsaw sticking out of his head asked, having heard this woman mentioned Tohru.
"You know of her?" The horned woman asked.
"Yes, such a nice maid and she's even gone to become a recent new hero too." The chainsaw head old man nodded.
"Please! Can you tell me where I can find her? I need find her as quickly as possible!" The horned woman begged.
(Midoriya Home)
"Wow, it was so good!" Everyone phrased for the dinner they just finished eating.
"I have to say, that may have been your finest one yet, Tohru." Lucoa complimented to the dragon maid.
"I can't take all the credit, Inko helped out with the rice and even adding in some bacon and little pieces of scrambled eggs." Tohru looked at Inko who also helped her make tonight's dinner.
"I'm just happy to have cook together with you, it felt really nice." Inko smiled.
"Did you enjoy the dinner, Kanna?" Izuku asked his adopted dragon daughter.
"It was great." Kanna answered with a nod.
As Tohru was about to place the dishes in the sink and clean them up, she flinches upon feeling another presence, and she's not the only one as Lucoa and Kanna also felt this presence as this feels like another dragon is coming.
"Huh, what is that I'm feeling?" Izuku asked.
"What is it?" Inko asked, noticing everyone looks like there is something going on right now.
Then Lucoa held up her hand to use her magic on the entire apartment when something crashes through the glass door of the balcony like a meteor, but that has been restored and everything else remained unscratched.
Inko and Izuku gasp in shock that something just crashes into their home so suddenly like that, but what's more shocking is that it is actually a person that came into their apartment.
"I finally found you." The horned woman said.
"Oh, it's her." Lucoa surprised.
"Do you know this woman, Lucoa?" Izuku asked his second dragon lover.
"Yep, that there is Elma, a dragon from the Harmony Faction." Lucoa nodded.
"Who would've thought I'd find you hiding out here of all places… Tohru!" Elma glared at Tohru while standing up.
Elma is a dragon with her appearance taking the form of a human woman with short black hair, large breasts, blue eyes, and a long spiral unicorn-like horn. Her hair also has purple tips. She wears a light tan scarf with a dark blue (sometimes black) leotard. She wears a purple kimono with pink piping, and a dark blue sash over the leotard, with the top pulled down. She has bandages around her legs and sandals. She can be seen with a cobalt blue and turquoise tail. She also carries around a long, brown trident. Breasts size: F-cup.
"(Wait, the Harmony Faction? That's the group that is the opposite of the Chaos Faction Torhu was a part of, then that would mean… they're enemies?!)" Izuku thought worried.
"Have you forgotten all of our laws?! Dragons disrupt the order of this world and are forbidden! You are to return with me!" Elma demanded.
"Huh, she kind of reminds me of Tenya and it comes to following the rules." Izuku commented to himself.
"Hmph, I see you're as boring and persistent as ever. Surprise, I'm not going back." Tohru walked over to the living room with a glare at Elma.
"I have a bad feeling about this moment." Izuku said.
"That's because those two have been at each other throats for many years." Lucoa said while drinking her tea.
"Yeah, they're like cats and dogs." Kanna added.
"Aw, you learned how to use terms of words like that. Good job, sweetie." Izuku petted Kanna's head, making her squealed.
"I think we should be more concern about those two going explode at any second from now, like they'll end up destroying the entire building." Inko pointed out.
"Oh, trust me, Inko, they have done far worst than destroying buildings." Lucoa said calmly.
"Are they really that bad with each other?" Izuku asked.
"I can't say for certain, but I remember the last time they fought each other, three whole islands disappeared, and they were a little bigger than the islands of Hawaii." Lucoa recalled hearing about that fight.
"I heard about that too, they left a big gaping hole in the middle of the ocean." Kanna said.
"What… That's awful! What about all the people that were on those islands?" Izuku asked worry and shocked.
Lucoa only gave him a silent look and that gave him the answer to know that the people from those islands died from the fight between Tohru and Elma, he felt sad as those kinds of things happen here in this world when it comes to good vs evil, there will always be someone getting caught in the crossfire.
"Hmph. Our power may be considered equal by some… but this time, I plan on settling the score!" Elma determined.
"Hold on, can't we just" But Izuku's sentence was cut off when a soft growling sound came from Elma's stomach.
Hearing that causes the group to become shocked of the fact that this new dragon woman who just showed up out of nowhere and challenges Tohru to a fight is now feeling hungry just before the fight could break out.
"Okay, I was not expecting that." Izuku said, and he became even more shocked when he saw Elma's face is red and shaking a little. "Or that?!"
"Huh, you… wanna eat before you fight?" Izuku asked.
"No, shut up! I've already eaten some moments ago, so shut up and don't be distracting me!" Elma demanded as she points her trident at Izuku.
But then Elma started to notice something off about this human, she was already aware of the humans developing these "Quirk" abilities over the centuries and some even resembles dragon, and yet this boy is somehow feels very close to dragons like her and Tohru.
"You, boy." Elma said to Izuku.
"Uh, my name is Izuku Midoriya! You can also call me Izuku, if you want." Izuku revealed his name, a little jumpy.
"Izuku… Tell me, why do I sense the soul of a dragon from within your very being even though you're supposed to be human like the rest?" Elma asked with a serious look from her eyes.
"Oh, well, that's because… Uh, how do I put this…" Izuku tried to come up with a way to tell Elma about his situation.
"Well?" Elma moved a little closer to the nervous Izuku.
"Hey, back off, bitch! It's not his fault that I accidentally messed up a spell that turned him into a dragon." Tohru stepped in between Izuku and Elma.
"What the fucking what?! You turned him into a dragon?!" Elma gsped.
"Tohru, of all the stupid things you could've done when I'm not around, this takes the cake as the humans would say in this kind of moment!" Elma yelled angrily.
"Shut up! It's not like you could've done anything better to reward a human for saving your life when at death's doorsteps!" Tohru angered.
"Huh, what do you mean by all of that?" Elma puzzled.
"How about you come and step down with us then we'll explain." Lucoa suggested.
"Wait a dragon minute! Lady Lucoa?! What are you doing here?" Elma shocked to finally notice that Lucoa is here and saw little Kanna is here as well.
"W-Would you like some tea?" Inko offered a cup of tea to Elma despite shaking with nervousness.
Everyone sat down together having to explain everything about how Tohru and Izuku met in that forest during the night and got drunk during the night.
"So, as a thank you for saving me, I cast a spell that would give him some physical enchantments to help him for that hero school exam, or at least that how it was supposed to be…" Tohru scratched the back of her head.
"But instead, you screwed up the spell and slowly turned him into a hybrid dragon changing this boy's life forever!" Elma glared scolding at Tohru.
"Don't look at me like that, I would've known something was wrong with the spell!" Tohru yelled.
"That's probably because you were busy being all lovey-dovey in head over heels for papa at the time that you might've messed up the spell." Kanna guessed.
"I can definitely see that." Lucoa agreed.
"That definitely is something Tohru would do." Inko giggled.
"Hey! Don't give her the idea that I'm some kind of idiot!" Tohru embarrassed.
"You're already an idiot." Elma insulted.
"Like you're one to talk!" Tohru slapped Elma on the face so hard that it causes a small burst of shockwave.
"How dare you?!" Elma slapped back with the same force of the slap.
"Oh yeah, I definitely dare to kick your fucking ass!" Tohru growled.
Both Tohru and Elma glares at each other with the intent of wanting to kill each other for how the other thinks, but the fight was stopped before it could even start because Izuku got between them with one hand on their shoulder.
"Girls, please, let's not fight. I'm sure there is a reasonable for us." Izuku said.
And suddenly, both female dragons have somehow calm down though Tohru giggles and snuggle her cheek onto his.
"Of course, I would be an idiot to upset my mate." Tohru smiled and kissed him on the cheek.
"Mate? Mate?! Tohru, are you saying that you and this human boy have… m-m-m-m-m-mated?!" Elma shocked with her fac turning red.
"(Oh no, I think she's gonna freak out!)" Izuku thought worried.
"Yep, I have become the proud lover of this mighty heroic dragon!" Tohru hugged onto Izuku's arms.
"WHAAAAAAAT?!" Elma screamed in shock.
"(Called it.)" Izuku thought sighed.
"Tohru, of all the things… This one takes the cake even more!" Elma yelled.
"I have no regrets!" Tohru smiled proudly.
"Well, you should! Do you have any idea how affect the other dragons when they get word about this, especially your father! The Chaos Dragon King?!" Elma mentioned Tohru's father.
Tohru grunts upon hearing her father being mentioned and clutches her hands which Izuku notice this, giving him the idea that she and her father aren't on good terms with each other right now.
"I don't care, I made my decision to live in this world and become Izuku's first wife since I already done the deed with him." Tohru stated.
"Tohru!" Elma yelled.
"Calm down, you don't have to worry about Tohru causing any trouble because she has been on her best behavior in this world and has even taken up the job of becoming one of those Pro Heroes." Lucoa informed.
"What?! And you just allow that to happen?" Elma gasped.
"I thought it would be interesting to see how humans have been living their everyday lives superheroes when waiting for one to raise up like back in that other world." Lucoa shrugged.
"So, I took the job as well." Lucoa showed her hero license.
"You gotta be kidding me…?!" Elma shocked.
"Would it be even more shocking to you that I also mated with Izuku, making me his second lover?" Lucoa revealed that part bluntly.
"Oh, come on?!" Elma yelled.
"Papa also adopted me, I'm his daughter and proud of it!" Kanna mentioned as she hugs Izuku from the other side.
Elma just stood there in shock and in to hear that not only has boy who has become a hybrid dragon mated with both her rival/enemy from the Chaos Faction and the Ex-Goddess Dragon from the Neutral Faction, but he seems to have also adopted Kanna as his own dragon daughter.
It's almost like this boy is the center of the universe for those around him to come.
"I think I need to sit down." Elma said, and her stomach growls again.
"And it looks like you need something to eat." Izuku chuckled.
"Here, it some of the leftover of dinner we just had." Inko handed a plate of food to Elma.
"Oh, thank you very much!" Elma accepted the food without hesitation and starts eating it, then letting out a cute squeal of joy.
"I see you're still have that stupid gluttonous of yours." Tohru narrowed her eyes at Elma's way of eating.
"Shut up?! I just wanna see how much humanity has improved with their cooking skills and how they helped each other!" Elma proclaimed. But in reality, she just really wants to enjoy the food.
"So, Elma, just a quick question… Do you know how humans gain Quirks?" Izuku asked curiously.
"No, believe it or not, I don't know how this Quirk power even started to appear in the humans of this world. Some have even tried asking the older dragons and other races if they know anything, but they don't seem to know anything." Elma answered.
"It's true, I couldn't figure that out myself. It's a total mystery." Lucoa concurred.
"Oh! I have an idea, why don't you come watch the UA Sports Festival with us!" Lucoa suggested.
"The UA Sports Festival? I believe I heard some people talking about it." Elma recalled hearing some words from some exciting humans.
"Yeah, what better way to see how humans have gotten with their Quirks than to watch the event that is known to be the best sporting event in the world." Lucoa nodded.
"I don't know…" Elma hesitated to go through with this.
"Plus, there will be some tasty food for you to try out." Lucoa added with one eye open.
"I'll come!" Elma immediately accepted the idea.
"(Wow, this dragon would do anything for food.)" Izuku thought surprised.
(One Week Later)
The scene shows of UA High on top of the large hill with fireworks going off and colorful smoke popping in the sky.
At the front of the gate, some reporters are trying to get in though there is a security line that is being very strict with them.
"This security line is huge. What's the deal?" The report woman asked her cameraman.
"A bunch of villains did just break in. Of course, the school's being stricter this year. Some people think they shouldn't be holding the festival, considering what happened." The cameraman explained.
"Perfect! Nothing brings ratings up like a little controversy! Plus, everybody will tune in to see Class 1-A!" The report woman excitedly with a grin.
Meanwhile within the festival ground, the people are talking about some of them looking forward to seeing the third-year students showing their worth as their last chance though another is more excited about the "powerful" first years. Some even mentioned the son of a certain fire hero being among the first-year students.
All in all, everyone is excited for the big event as they want to see the first-year students Class 1-A they've been hearing so much about.
"I'll take one order to go, please." Mt. Lady requested at the Takoyaki stand.
"Whoa! Mt. Lady, is it really you?" The Takoyaki salesman asked shock and blushing upon meeting one of his favorite female heroes.
"And hold the salt, will you?" Mt. Lady requested as well.
"Of course! That's gonna be ten bucks." The Takoyaki salesman said.
However, Mt. Lady discovered that she had forgotten her wallet and fear that she can't go back home to get it, which means she will have to result to one of her famous skills to get her octopus balls.
"Um… Oh no, my money's in another costume." Mt. Lady pulled out her seducing cute charm.
"SO HOT!" The Takoyaki salesman shouted.
"This woman feels more like a Succubus than a human." Chaos Drago commented as she and Quetzalcoatl are waiting behind with an exciting Elma looking forward to trying out those Takoyaki balls.
"You better not keep us here for too long otherwise I'll miss Izuku's big moment!" Tohru growled.
"Don't worry, I don't intend on missing out on what this festival is about." Elma growled back.
"Now, now, let's not do anything we may regret." Quetzalcoatl tried to calm the two dragons down.

That's right, everyone! Elma has finally made her appearance in the story though it looks like she is going to stick around to see how well these humans have gotten with their Quirk abilities, and mostly to stay for the food as well. And now we can get on with the UA Sports Festival!
