Keep Away from the Many Students
The timer for the 15 minutes went down to zero with a siren sound going off to let everyone know that it's time for the Cavalry Battle.
"Oh goody, it's time to get this party started." Midnight stretched her arms, getting excited for the second game of the UA Sports Festival to start.
"Hey, hey, look alive." Present Mic tapped on Aizawa on the shoulder, waking him up from his nap.
"After 15 minutes to pick teammates and talk strategy, 12 cavalry teams are preparing to go head-to-head!" Present Mic commented.
"I see some unexpected student combinations." Aizawa noticed the students that have teamed up with one another.
"Come on, everyone gets your hands in the air! It's time for an arena-thumping UA Battle royale! Let me hear you scream!" Present Mic yelled with excitement that got the audience excited too.
Izuku and his team are ready for the action of the game as the boy himself is tightening the headband of his and the girls' points combined, this is going to be a difficult battle for them, but they are prepared for this.
"Ready?" Izuku asked Ochaco.
"Yeah!" Ochaco answered with a smile. Rearing on the left flank,
"Hatsume?" Izuku checked to see if her systems are ready to go. She response with a giggle as she is excited to show off her babies to those support gear company men. Position on the right.
"Asui?" Izuku checked the frog girl on the front.
"Ready to hop. Ribbit." Tsuyu nodded.
"Let's do this!" Izuku said, determine to survive this game without anyone trying to take his points.
(Earlier)
We move back a little in time to show Shoto Todoroki talking with his teammates about how the team should be such as the roles they'll be taking.
"I chose the three of you because I believe we'll make for the most stable formation possible. Kamninari's our left wing. He can use his Quirk to keep enemies at bay." Shoto believed Denki could do that with his electric Quirk.
"Yaoyorozu, you'll take the right wing. Focus on insulation and defense." Shoto instructed Momo to focus on protecting the team.
"Iida, you'll take the front. We'll rely on you for mobility and physical defense." Shoto assigned Tenya as his speed will get them far in this game all the way to the end.
"And you'll be attacking and creating diversions of ice and fire. Is that right?" Tenya guessed Shoto's role as the rider of the team.
"Not quite…" Shoto looked over to the audience stance, his eyes caught sight of one single man standing at the wall. The man he expected to be here, the one he hates the most of his life with his entire being.
"When I'm in battle… I never use my left side." Shoto explained while glaring deadly at the man who is his father, the Flame Hero Endeavor.
Endeavor is a tall, sturdily built man with a very muscular physique. He has short crimson hair, which he wears spiked up around his head, and sharp turquoise eyes. His beard and mustache appear to be made of fire. He wears a tight, navy turquoise bodysuit, with flames streaming across his chest, upper torso, arms, and most prominently, his shoulders. He uses his flames as a makeshift mask around his eyes, and his tall boots appear to be either made of fire themselves or constantly left alight, as only their soles and laces are visible around the flames. He sports white bracers on his lower arms, styled in a cage pattern, and a blue belt with a pouch on either side.
Endeavor is watching him like a hawk, waiting to see what Shoto will do in this fight, and to see that boy's fire.
(Present)
"Okay, all you first years! I hope you're happy with your chosen teams!" Present Mic said.
"Tetsutetsu. No hard feelings, okay?" Neito hoped the metal guy understands that they still have to battle each other since one of them is going to the top.
"Right!" Tetsutetsu understood with a fist pump.
"Let's get this party started! One final countdown before the game starts!" Present Mic excited.
"Three!"
"Get them." Katsuki cracked his knuckles with a glare at Deku.
"Two!"
"It's ours." Shoto said looking directly at Izuku.
"One!"
"BEGIN!" Midnight announced the start of the game.
The moment the game begins, three or four teams all charge at Izuku's team which shocked him a little even though he expected something like this to happen with how everyone was glaring at him earlier when it was announced that he would be worth ten million points.
"It's basically one big battle for ten million points!" Tetsutetsu stated.
"I'll be taking that headband, Midoriya!" Toru cackled.
"Wow, Toru sounds pretty serious just now." Tsuyu commented.
"(This is it.)" Ochaco thought knew this is going to be the moment that this team will have to survive at all costs.
"Here they come." Mei said.
"So, what should we do now, Izuku?" Tsuyu asked.
"That's easy… We're running away!" Izuku commanded.
"Don't think so!" Tetsutetsu shouted.
"Yeah." Juzo nodded, one stomp on the ground and the spot around Izuku's team have become soften like its quicksand.
"What's happening?" Ochaco asked worry.
"We're sinking." Izuku was shocked to see that the ground has suddenly become soft like quicksand.
"(It must be that guy's Quirk.)" Izuku thought guessed at the front horse of Tetsutetsu's team as they charge at them.
"No good, I can't get out!" Ochaco said as she tries to move her legs.
"Girls, hang onto me, I'm going to fly us out of here." Izuku said as he prepares his wings for takeoff.
"But can you even carry all of us at once with the current weight we have?" Tsuyu asked.
"Don't worry, my wings are strong!" Izuku proclaimed, at least his hopes so.
With one strong flap of his wings, Izuku was able to get his whole team out of the muddy trap and flew right over Tetsutetsu's team much to this shock.
"Holy fuck! He's literally carrying his entire team in the air! After them!" Tetsutetsu was shocked, then order his team to not lose sight of Midoriya's team.
"Jiro, now!" Toru commanded.
"I know!" Kyoko extended her earphone jacks at Izuku's team while they're still in the air.
"Tsuyu, take care of her." Izuku commanded.
"You got it!" Tsuyu nodded and latched her long tongue to smack Kyoka's earlobes away faster than she could react.
"Damn it, Tsu is really good with her tongue." Kyoka cursed.
"Nice job, Tsuyu! You reacted in time and were fast to defend us. You might be able to defend our blind spots." Izuku complimented to Tsuyu.
"Thank you, though I'll need help on that. But hey, I got us a prize from Toru." Tsuyu said.
"We're landing!" Ochaco alerted, she pressed a button the activated the jetpack on her back and Mei got her hover shoes to work for them to have a soft landing.
"(Uraraka's Quirk is awesome. She's floating everything but her and the equipment. Making the use of my wings lighter to fly when we need to.)" Izuku thought amazed of Ochaco's Zero Gravity Quirk.
"So, what do you think of my babies? Aren't they just precious? Cuteness can be manufactured!" Mei bragged.
"Excellent mobility, your babies are amazing, Mei!" Izuku complimented with a nod.
"Thanks!" Mei giggled with her cheeks blushing a little.
"I'm the one making us float." Ochaco muttered feeling a little jealous.
"They're not that far away! Come on, team, full speed ahead!" Toru pointed at Izuku's team with her invisible finger.
"Hey wait, Hagakure! Your headband is gone!" Rikido alerted gasping.
"Huh? What, no!" Toru freaked out.
"By the way, I got us a little prize from Toru during that counter." Tsuyu revealed that she has taken the headband from Toru showing the points to be 390 on her tongue.
"Huh, you took that from Toru? But isn't that kind of pointless since we already have over ten million points?" Izuku asked, surprised that Tsuyu actually did that.
"I thought about it for a little bit and figured we should be prepared if our headband gets stolen, we'll need enough points to move on to the next round." Tsuyu explained her reason, can't hurt to have some extra points.
"Well, I'll be damn, Team Midoriya took a band for themselves. If I had to guess, they must be getting cautious with how many are going after him for the ten million points and want to make sure they're still in the game." Neito theorized.
"Hey Neito, another team on our right." Kosei alerted.
"Wow, barely two minutes have passed since we started, and it's already a total free for all!" Present Mic commented exciting, seeing how the students are going at each other.
"YEAH! Watch those headbands, you can even ignore the ten million points and go after the other chart toppers!" Present Mic stated.
"That would be a good idea to try grinding up the points first before going after the big catch, don't want others to think their overconfidence." Tohru said.
"Go, papa! Don't let anyone steal your numbers!" Kana cheered.
Minoru's laughter can be heard from behind Izuku making him turn his head to see Mezo is charging at his team with his tentacles up on his back like a protective shield, and he seems by himself for some reason.
"This is too easy, it's not a fight. It's more like a massacre!" Minoru shouted.
"Shoji is here, and I just heard Mineta, but I don't see him." Izuku tried to find out if Mezo really is alone or not.
"Midoriya, Team Tetsutetsu is coming at us from the front. We need to get away from here." Tsuyu alerted, seeing another team coming at him.
Ochaco tries to get moving with her team, but for some reason her left foot is barely moving like something caught her foot on the spot.
"What, is something wrong?" Izuku asked.
"Yeah, I'm stuck!" Ochaco answered, feeling something is keeping her foot on the ground. Izuku quickly sees that it's one of Minoru's Pop Off balls.
"That's Mineta's ball. But where did it come from?" Izuku asked as he looks around trying to spot Minoru.
"From right over here. Hi, Midoriya." Minoru revealed himself hiding inside Mezo's defense formation riding on his back.
"What? Is that even allowed?" Izuku was shocked to see Minoru riding on Mezo like that.
"Judges say yes!" Midnight answered Izuku's question.
Suddenly something big and dark came out from Mezo, looking like a very long bird-like creature revealing to be Dark Shadow as it tries to attack Izuku only for him to quickly to deflect the attack with his wings to make Dark Shadow go past him and almost hit Tetsutetsu instead.
"Impressive to deflect my Dark Shadow, Midoriya." Fumikage complimented, revealing himself to be with Minoru.
"Oh man, you've got Tokoyami in there too?" Izuku was surprised by the bird-head boy in Minoru's team too.
"Let see how long you can keep up the defense." Fumikage said.
"Here I come again!" Dark Shadow charged at Izuku while Minoru throws his sticky balls at them.
Izuku does his best to dodge the sticky balls from touching him while fighting off Dark Shadow with his own claws and dragon strength, but this is still too much for him to keep up as he needs to get his team away from this.
"Team Mineta's coming in like a tank, making clever use of how compact their members are!" Present Mic was impressed with that move.
"(Guess even perverts can be smart as they want.)" Kobayashi thought commented, this reminded her of how Nemuri can be when using her own smart.
"We need to get out of here or we're toast!" Tsuyu pointed out.
"(Toast. That's it!)" Izuku thought remembered something that he can do and might work out better on Fumikage's Quirk too.
"Dragon Fire!" Izuku let out a strong fire breath onto Dark Shadow causing it to shriek in pain and retreated back to Fumikage.
"Fuck, his fire is strong." Fumikage cursed.
"Okay, we're getting out of here!" Izuku declared as he flaps his wings hard to get them into the air, but doing that also broke the left hover boot for the escape.
"My baby's ruined!" Mei sobbed in sadness, seeing one of her creations broken.
"Sorry! But at least we got away from them!" Izuku stated, hoping to stay in the air for just a little while.
However, fate had other plans for him being in the air and that is Katsuki soaring high into the sky using his explosive boosts to rocket himself toward Izuku seeing the opportunity to steal the ten million points and to show off that he is better than Deku despite having that powerful-looking dragon Quirk.
"Kacchan!" Izuku was shocked to see Katsuki coming right at him in the air.
"Don't think for a second that you're safe." Katsuki stated as he closes the distance between himself and Izuku.
"I got you!" Katsuki threw his hand at him.
"Girls, I'll be right back!" Izuku clutched his fists.
"Deku, what are you—" Ochaco's question was cut off when Izuku jumped from his team and ram into Katsuki pushing him away.
"Are you fucking insane?!" Katsuki was shocked that Deku would do something like this.
"You better believe I am! Now I'm going to be taking your headband to make myself ahead of everyone further!" Izuku thrusted his hand for Katsuki's headband.
"Fuck off!" Katsuki blasted that hand away before it could even touch the headband.
"I'm gonna turn you into barbeque!" Katsuki grinned.
"Not before I chew up that ego of yours and spit it on your face!" Izuku talked back with his own grin.
"Whoa! Holy shit?!" Present Mic shouted in shock.
"Bakugo and Midoriya have been separated from their horses! And their having a battle in the air!" Present Mic announced.
"Come on, Izuku! Show them why dragons are also known as the rulers of the sky!" Tohru shouted for her beloved Deku.
Both Izuku and Katsuki throw their hands at each other to land some attacks while also trying to snatch the headbands, but neither of them are giving an inch to let their headbands get stolen from each other as they soar around in the air with one attack of explosion vs fist sending them back from each.
"Is all that even allowed?" Present Mic asked.
"They never touched the ground, and they are in the air, so technically, it's okay." Midnight stated that they haven't broken the rules.
"Don't think I'm through with you, Deku!" Katsuki charged forward at Izuku.
"Then just try me!" Izuku roared with fire sparking from inside of his mouth.
Both students clash each other with fire breath vs explosion, the clash causes a powerful shockwave that can be felt to the ground and to the audience. It also pushes Izuku and Katsuki away from each other to one side of the field.
"It's quite a surprise that Katsuki kid is doing well fighting in the air like that." Lucoa commented.
"From what Mitsuki told me, Katsuki has trained with his body and Quirk the most to achieve his goal to surpass All Might." Inko explained.
Katsuki falls from the air battle and would've hit the ground had Hanta not use his Tape Quirk to catch and bring his leader back to the ground.
"Whoa, nice catch!" Eijiro commented that Katsuki is reunited with his team.
"Girls, are you okay?" Izuku asked as he returns to his team.
"We landed fine, but it's kind of hard with a busted boost." Ochaco answered.
"Don't worry, we still have my wings and mobility advantage. So, we should still be okay with this as long as we keep moving." Izuku stated.
(Hero Break Room)
"As expected, everyone is after the first-place team, giving them no time to catch their breath. What a show this is!" Present Mic commented from the TV.
"Wow, those Class 1-A guys are pretty good." Death Arms commented.
(Back in the Stadium)
"With all those flashy Quirks, I can't decide who I should be watching." One cameraman grinned.
"Looks like the experience fighting villains made that class level-up superfast." Another cameraman said.
"Now, who wants to take a look at each students' points so far. It been seven minutes, so let's get those rankings thrown up on the screen!" Present Mic declared and the scores are shown on the screen.

The Cavalry Battle has gotten more intense with how Izuku's team is doing their best to get through the ones coming at them for the ten million points, including that air battle between him and Katsuki. But everyone is going to be surprised when they see the points each team currently has.
