A cool late morning breeze whistled through the hidden crevices of the hideout, causing Kaoruko to stir from her slumber. Her eyelashes fluttered open slowly, the world around her a blur of shadows and soft lighting. For a moment, she lay there, disoriented and confused about where she was. Her mind tried to puzzle out why she wasn't in the familiar comfort of her own bed, wrapped in her fluffy pink duvet.
She made a move to sit up, but a soft weight on her chest halted her movement. Looking down, Kaoruko blinked in surprise at the sight of a soft blanket draped over her body. The fabric was unfamiliar; it wasn't one of hers. She reached out, touching it tentatively with slender fingers, confirming its reality.
As more of her senses reawakened, she felt the firm yet comfortable cushioning beneath her back and realized she was lying on a couch — an unfamiliar couch. Her eyes scanned the dimly lit room, taking in the metal walls and fluorescent lighting that painted the room in an eerie glow.
The scent of incense hit her next, mingling with traces of iron and something else she couldn't immediately place — a unique blend that formed a heady atmosphere. With each inhale, the smell was strange but not entirely unpleasant; it held an undeniably enticing allure she couldn't ignore.
"Wha… Where am I… Where is… Wait." It all started coming back to her.
Rubbing at her eyes, Kaoruko sat up and took a better look around. Baiser wasn't there — only silence met her. Yet, her presence lingered in the air like a thick perfume, as potent and intoxicating as the succubus herself. Kaoruko's fingers fluttered to the black collar around her neck, adorned with a purple star pendant — a tangible reminder of Baiser's touch and their shared intimacy.
The memories of the passionate encounter from last night swirled through her mind like a raging storm. The fight had been intense, with fiery words and heated glances exchanged. But when she had finally given to her desires, it had been exhilarating. She could still feel the succubi's touch. Baisers lips on hers, her hands exploring every inch of her body. The thought of what had followed made her cheeks flush red and her belly tingle with warmth.
She had slept with Baiser - no, that wasn't right - Baiser had claimed her as her own. Their bodies had been entwined in a dance of pure pleasure, each movement more intoxicating than the last. And just when she thought she couldn't take any more, Baiser whispered in her ear those seductive words: "Round three?" Kaoruko's flush deepened at the memory. It had turned into four, then five rounds before exhaustion overtook them both and she passed out in Baiser's arms, completely spent but utterly satisfied.
The memories of what followed came flooding back in exquisite detail. When her transformation had faded away, leaving her exposed and vulnerable in just her rumpled school uniform, Baiser had paused and looked at her, really looking at her. The succubi's mind had seemed to hitch in place a moment before changing again, this time she had gazed down at her with an expression of pure adoration.
Baiser had been so gentle with her after that, as if she had been terribly afraid she would hurt her. And perhaps had every right to be careful. Everyone knew a magical girl was supernaturally strong. Powerful enough to lift a small car or smash a tree into pieces. A regular human was like a delicate glass figurine to them.
The demonic villainess had taken that in account as she made love to her so gently, pleasuring her and filling her over and over until they had both grown exhausted.
As she stared at the steel walls of what she realized could only be Baiser's hideout, an unfamiliar sense of calmness washed over her. She wasn't sure what this meant for her future as Magia Sulfur or her place in Tres Magia. For now, she was Kaoruko Tenkawa — lost yet found within Baiser's embrace.
As she sank further into the comfort of the old worn leather couch, she let her azure gaze wander over the dimly lit room. The intertwining aromas of sweet incense and lingering musk clung to the air, a heady cocktail of Baiser's intoxicating presence. Kaoruko took in the soft hum of the fridge, the distant echoes reverberating off the metal walls. It felt surprisingly welcoming, as if this was a place where secrets could be shared and kept safe.
Her fingers absentmindedly traced the delicate edge of her new collar, her mind struggling to wrap itself around the reality of her situation. She was Sulfur when she wielded her Magia Heart, the golden magical girl who fought to uphold peace with Tres Magia. But now that Baiser knew her secret — knew that she was also just Kaoruko Tenkawa — what did that mean?
For a brief moment, panic flared up in her chest, a cold knot of fear that coiled around her heart at the knowledge that Baiser now knew who Sulfur really was. Had she made a terrible mistake? Was she putting Tres Magia at risk? Her breath hitched as she imagined what Enormita could do with that knowledge.
But then an image flashed through her mind - how Baiser's mesmerizing golden eyes had softened as they looked at her, not at Sulfur, but at Kaoruko. The way those slender fingers had gently cradled her face as she whispered words that had seared themselves into Kaoruko's heart: "I love you."
And just like that, the panic subsided. Her thoughts dwelled on that declaration and the feelings it stirred. She belonged to Baiser now. No matter what form she took, whether it was Sulfur or Kaoruko, Baiser had claimed both. And there was something strangely comforting in that fact. To know someone saw all parts of her — knew her vulnerability and her strength — and still wanted her, still chose her.
A warmth spread through Kaoruko, soft and slow. It was acceptance, she realized, acceptance of this strange and turbulent affection that intertwined their destinies. She was Kaoruko Tenkawa, she was Magia Sulfur… and she was Baiser's. It felt right. The hideout wasn't just a secret lair in the heart of Sendai; it was a sanctuary where she could be herself without fear or pretense.
She reached into her pocket and took out a jewel. She looked down at the bright yellow Magia heart nestled in her hand. Sulfur may have been a symbol of justice for Tres Magia, but Baiser had carved out a place for Kaoruko in her world too. The shadows of uncertainty gradually faded as the future seemed less daunting. Whatever came next, whatever trials faced them, they were in this together.
It was amidst this deep reflective silence that her eyes fell on a slip of paper, half-hidden underneath the remnants of a half-eaten chocolate bar on the coffee table. Intrigued, she set aside the transformation heart and reached out for the paper. The thin strip seemed almost inconspicuous against the rugged wood of the table, yet as she unfolded it, her heart was sent aflutter.
The quick scrawl was unmistakably Baiser's—the sort of hasty handwriting that looked both careless and deliberate at once. It read: "Sulfur - Feel free to make yourself at home. I mean it. Call me when you feel up to it."
Underneath, a phone number was written in neat script—a stark contrast to the hurried message above.
Baiser had left her alone—given her space to breathe, to make sense of all that had transpired. But not without extending an invitation—an invitation for a conversation, an interaction presided by Kaoruko's comfort and readiness.
As foreign as it was to wake up in Baiser's hideout, Kaoruko didn't feel too out of place. The scent of sweet incense still hung in the air, but the din of electronic devices whispered soothingly in the background. Leaning back against the soft cushions of the couch, she held onto that slip of paper like a lifeline; this simple note from Baiser was proof of their evolving dynamic.
A small smile tugged at Kaoruko's lips as she traced over Baiser's phone number with her fingertips. Deciding that she would indeed call when she felt ready, she tucked the slip into her pocket—a tangible connection between them in Baiser's absence.
Although the urge to call immediately was strong, she pushed it aside. She needed time to think. Last night had been an incredible experience - the battle and the intimacy. Just the thought of it made her shiver. Baiser had seen straight into her soul, and she into hers. She now understood the depth of Baiser's love for her and the other members of Tres Magia. It was a consuming obsession that bordered on mania. The succubus wanted to possess them, dominate them, make them her own. That thought should have terrified her. Yet at the same time she knew that Baiser's love and care for them was bone deep and genuine.
Kaoruko nervously traced her fingers along the collar that now encircled her throat. She had been claimed and dominated, like a possession. Baiser was her mistress now, and Kaoruko could feel it deep in her bones. She knew that the succubus desired to do the same to Magenta and Azul - collaring them and bringing them to their knees before her. The thought sent a shiver down Kaoruko's spine, both terrifying and exhilarating at the same time.
The blonde heroine let out a heavy sigh as she leaned her head back over the top of the couch. She gazed up at the ceiling of the makeshift safehouse, her mind racing with thoughts of the future. What would become of her now? Would Baiser force her to join Enormita or betray her friends? Was she destined to become a pawn in Baiser's game, ready to turn on her friends at any moment? A cold shiver ran down her spine as she considered the possibilities. She desperately wanted to believe that everything would work out for the best, that Baiser wouldn't use this situation to manipulate her into doing something terrible. But she couldn't shake the knowledge that Baiser was determined to have all of them, to gather all of Tres Magia around her feet. How far would the succubus go to achieve her goal?
Kaoruko growled and got up from the couch. Getting bummed out over 'what ifs' wasn't going to get her anywhere. Just then, an entirely different growl came from her, one centered on her stomach. She blushed and looked around. She was starving now that she thought of it. The blonde girl looked at the cupboards and the fridge, Baiser did say she had the run of the place.
Opening the fridge, Kaoruko found it surprisingly well-stocked. Fresh fruits, vegetables and packs of meat were neatly arranged on each shelf. She even found a bottle of hot sauce that she loved but had always been too expensive for her to justify buying it herself.
With a small smile, she set about cooking an omelet, enjoying the familiar rhythm of the task. The sizzle of the onions as they hit the hot pan, the comforting smell of browning butter - it was calming in a way nothing else could be. She tasted the food every now and then, careful to season it just right.
The omelet turned out delicious, fluffed up and slightly golden around the edges with bits of diced ham and bell peppers peeking from within. Setting up a plate for herself, she poured out some juice and settled on the little kitchen's small dining table.
Taking a bite of the omelet, she sighed in contentment. The flavors were perfect - a hint of spice from the hot sauce offset by the sweetness from the bell peppers and the savory ham. As she ate, her mind began to wander back to Baiser.
She remembered how Baiser looked at her - those intense golden eyes filled with adoration and desire. It was uncomfortably thrilling how much power Baiser seemed to hold over her, where every touch seared her skin and every word made her heart pound.
But how was she going to face Haruka and Sayo after all this? Her friends; both of them were like sisters to her who she cared for deeply. Would they understand or despise her for letting Baiser break down her defenses?
Kaoruko gulped as she imagined having to fight against them. A heavy knot formed in her stomach that no amount of delicious food could dispel. With a sigh, she realized she probably would have to make a choice. But for now, in the quiet empty safety of Baiser's hideout, she chose to stay lost in her head and relish in the quiet this place provided.
The peaceful moment stretched on as Kaoruko finished her meal and cleaned the dishes. The quietness was soothing, allowing her to sort through her jumbled thoughts. But every time she tried to focus on a solution, her mind always led back to Baiser. She shook her head and sighed, was this what it was like to be in love? That thought struck her like a slap across the cheek. She was in love, and with Magia Baiser no less. How she had acted last night in the throws of passion had proved that beyond the shadow of a doubt.
Kaoruko's hand twitched, fingers almost reaching for her phone. Her mind whirled with the thought of calling Baiser. She could practically already hear her sultry voice in her head, velvet smooth and honey sweet. The thought sent her pulse racing. But she shook herself out of it, pushing the thoughts aside for now. She needed to clear her head.
She turned towards the curtained off bathroom at the far end. A hot shower might help wash away the tension and give her some much-needed clarity. As she walked toward the makeshift bathroom, she ran a finger over the black leather collar around her neck, its purple star pendant clinking lightly against her touch. It felt real, solid - a physical manifestation of the complex relationship she now shared with Baiser.
The steamy water cascading from the showerhead promised release from both physical and emotional stress. Kaoruko shed her uniform, reluctantly giving herself a look in the bathroom mirror. She looked over the many hickies left on her skin, thankfully either by luck or by Baiser's foresight, none of them were around her neck where they would be plainly visible. Then her gaze fell on the brand etched on her belly, a stark reminder of her night with Baiser.
The mark tattooed into her skin was a menacing black star the size of her palm, its points sharp and precise. The intricate design was flanked by a pair of bat-like wings, mirroring the ornamental piece that Baiser always wore on her chest. As Kaoruko stood underneath the warm stream of water, she traced the mark with trembling fingers, pondering what it truly meant to belong to Baiser. She could feel a warmth inside her, a kind of ephemeral heat that bubbled within that mark. The gentle caress of the water against her skin heightened her senses, making her acutely aware of every curve and line of the symbol. It seemed to pulse with a dark energy, leaving goosebumps in its wake as she tried to decipher its significance in her relationship with Baiser.
Thoughts swirled as she considered her place and wondered just what she was in Baisers world.
A toy? That's how she had felt last night, at least in the beginning, caught up in the wild games they played under the moon and stars. Baiser's movements were enticing, her touches electric. But through it all, Baiser had never once treated her like a mere object to be used. Instead, her touch was gentle yet passionate, her whispers tender yet intense. In that moment, she knew she was more than just a plaything - she was cherished and desired by this girl who held her in her arms.
A Sex slave? The mere thought of being one sent her heart racing and a flush of heat to her cheeks. The idea of surrendering complete control of her life was simultaneously daunting and liberating. And yet, every time she had been intimate with Baiser, there was an underlying sense of reverence that surrounded her, making her feel cherished above all else. It was a powerful and intoxicating feeling, one that left her both fulfilled and yearning for more.
The delicate collar adorned around her neck seemed to imply that she was a pet of sorts. However, Kaoruko couldn't help but reflect on the fact that even in Baiser's most dominating moments, she never treated her as anything less than an equal. Despite the succubus' blatant ownership of her, she always showed reverence and care towards Kaoruko, at least outside of battle. The way Baiser delicately brushed her fingers through Kaoruko's hair or whispered words of adoration only solidified their bond. It was a love unlike any other, one that transcended societal norms and expectations. A bond between two souls that could not be broken by labels or judgments.
The mere thought of being a lover sent a delicious shiver coursing down her spine, causing her skin to tingle in anticipation despite the warm water cascading over her body. The echoes of soft whispers and endearments murmured against her skin. The lingering memory of kisses from the night before flooded her mind, making her heart race with excitement and longing for just one more.
Kaoruko closed her eyes as the water drenched her, the bathroom echoing with the sound of running water and her quiet contemplation. Perhaps she was all of them—toy, slave, pet, lover—and yet she was none of them.
She was Kaoruko Tenkawa, Magia Sulfur, a magical girl who had fallen in love with an enemy. She had become a part of Baiser's world, bound to her in a way she never could have imagined. And as she slowly came to understand the depth of what it could mean to belong to Baiser, Kaoruko also realized that Baiser in a way belonged to her as well. This realization sparked an unspoken feeling of control and longing.
She was marked as Baiser's possession, yes. But in another way, so too was Baiser marked. Knotted up with deep affection and bound by intense passion, the two of them were intertwined on so many levels.
Beneath the scalding water of the shower, Kaoruko let out a soft sigh as she allowed that notion to wash over her. She felt a flush of heat rise within her that had nothing to do with the warm water cascading down her body. Her heart pounded in her chest like a drum, the rhythm matching the steady beat of the shower.
Kaoruko's fingers slowly trailed up to touch the warm metal of the collar once more, much like how Baiser would tilt her chin up to meet those striking golden eyes, commanding and alluring all at once. Her mind began to fill with thoughts of the succubus. The way her violet hair framed that beautiful face and how those bat-like wings unfurled from her back, creating an image so captivating it made her breath hitch. The memory of those lips on hers, fierce and demanding one moment and reverently soft the next, sent a shiver down her spine.
The thought of Baiser's tender touch ignited a flame within her, a flame which she used to burn away the uncertainty that muddled her mind. Kaoruko closed her eyes tighter, succumbing to the spell woven by these thoughts. She was under no illusion; she was irrevocably drawn to Baiser, caught in a gravity that only grew stronger with each passing second. Errant fingers crept lower, over the brand that marked her, before reaching between her legs.
As she stepped out of the shower and wrapped herself in a towel, she found herself staring at her reflection again. The mark on her stomach seemed less frightening now, it was now part of who she was. The exposed skin on her shoulder where the towel draped off showed the collar around her neck—a symbol of ownership, but also an emblem of belonging.
She shook her head and moved away from the mirror before dressing herself and settling back on the couch. She bit her lip in anticipation and reached for her smartphone and the note in her pocket with Baiser's number on it. She had stalled long enough, she needed to talk to the succubus about last night.
She took a deep breath, fingers trembling over the phone's screen as she keyed in the number. Once done, she clenched her eyes shut and hit the call button. Her heart pounded in her chest like a drum resounding throughout an empty hall, each beat echoing loudly in her ears.
After what seemed like eons, there was a click on the other end of the line and a sultry voice filled the silence. "Hello, my spitfire," Baiser purred, her drawl dangerously sweet like poisoned honey. An audacious smirk was evident in her tone.
Kaoruko blushed furiously at the casual intimacy. "B-Baiser," she stammered. The short greeting from the succubus sent shivers crawling up her spine again, awakening memories of silken touches and whispered nothings that danced along her nape.
"Mmm, I must admit... hearing you say my name is quite pleasing to my ears." The low, velvety tone of Baiser's voice whispered through the receiver, sending pleasurable tingles through Kaoruko's body. Each syllable dripped with a seductive charm that was impossible to resist. It tugged at her resolve, tempting her to give in to her enigmatic allure. She could feel the heat rising in her cheeks as she struggled to maintain control over her racing heart.
A warm flush crept up Kaoruko's cheeks, the mere auditory presence of Baiser causing her to feel a magnetic pull towards her. She cleared her throat, trying to maintain composure in their conversation. "Baiser, we need to discuss what happened last night," she stated firmly, though her voice faltered slightly towards the end. The air between them seemed charged, as if electricity crackled and sparked with each word spoken. Kaoruko could feel the intensity of Baiser's gaze on her as if she was there in the room with her, making it difficult for her to focus on anything else.
"That sounds very serious, love," Baiser teased, chuckling softly when Kaoruko let out a distressed whimper. "Do you mean when I held you so close as we made love? Or perhaps when I kissed you until you were breathless and wanting?"
Kaoruko blushed and chastised herself. "Baiser, please!" She all but shouted as her hand flew to her flushed face, desperately trying to calm her racing heart. She felt the warmth of embarrassment spread across her cheeks and down her neck, like a fire igniting inside her. She took a deep breath and willed herself to regain control, but her heart continued to flutter uncontrollably in her chest.
"Oh? Did I say something wrong, my little spitfire?" Baiser's tone dripped with sweet innocence laced with mischief. Kaoruko felt a bead of sweat forming on her brow as she tried to maintain her composure in the face of Baiser's cunning words. It was infuriating how effortlessly the succubus could make her squirm, like a skilled puppet master manipulating their marionette.
"No...I mean...yes...just..." she stammered, her mind a whirl of confusion. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath to focus her thoughts against the succubi's endless flirtations. "I need to know what this means for us...for me."
With a thoughtful hum, Baiser's voice seemed to creep out like a sly fox stalking its prey. A slow, knowing smile spread across her lips as she spoke, drawing out each word with precision. "So, we've finally arrived at that conversation," she mused, her tone laced with intrigue. "You're asking about 'US' now," she continued, her words dripping with curiosity and amusement. "Hmm, interesting."
Kaoruko winced as the teasing lilt in Baiser's voice prickled her skin. She had said 'us' with such ease, as if she had already accepted them as a couple. And while it was true that they had been together last night, the way Baiser playfully poked at her still annoyed her. "This is serious," she retorted, her voice tinged with irritation. "Last night wasn't just...just..." Her words trailed off, faltering under Baiser's imagined gaze.
"A night of passion?" Baiser supplied smoothly, her tone dripping with playful mischief. "A delicious one time tumble under the stars?" Kaoruko's cheeks burned as she heard Baiser's suggestive words, causing her to roll her eyes at the succubi's smooth charm.
Kaoruko squeezed her eyes shut, screwing up her face in exasperation. "Baiser! This isn't a joke!"
There was silence on the other end for a moment, then a soft sigh echoed through the receiver.
When Baiser spoke again, her tone was unusually sober. "You're right Sulfur, this isn't a joke." The playful edge had evaporated from her voice, replaced with an almost tender sincerity that made Kaoruko's heart clench.
"Sulfur, when I look at you," Baiser continued softly, "I see someone who's captured my soul. I see someone who makes my damn heart race and my skin tingle with anticipation. And the possibility of losing you scares the hell out of me."
There was an agonizing pause as Kaoruko listened to Baiser's steady breathing on the other end of the line. Every beat of silence drilled into her chest until she thought she might explode from the tension.
"I want you, Sulfur," Baiser confessed finally, sounding more vulnerable than Kaoruko thought possible for the normally confident succubus. "Not just in bed—I mean, yes, absolutely there—but also in every other part of my life."
A shaky breath escaped from Kaoruko as she clutched the phone tighter. Her heart was pounding so loudly against her chest, she was sure Baiser could hear it through the phone.
"But... You're part of Enormita," Kaoruko protested weakly. "Your… We're supposed to be sworn enemies."
"That doesn't mean I can't have feelings, my spitfire." There was an odd softness to Baiser's voice now; an unspoken vulnerability that silenced any further objections from Kaoruko. "I've been enamored with you for longer than you know."
Kaoruko was silent for a moment before she whispered, "Why?"
"Why?" Baiser repeated with a hint of amusement. "Because you're beautiful, love. Not just physically but everything that makes you 'you'. Your determination... your pride... your fiery spirit... They're all intoxicating. And despite everything we've been through... despite the fact that we are supposed to be enemies... you never fail to amaze me."
"But... but I'm..." She bit her lip anxiously.
"You're what? A magical girl? A member of Tres Magia?" Baiser countered. "No, my spitfire. You're so much more than that. You're Sulfur, you're...Kaoruko Tenkawa. And there isn't a single part of you I don't desire. And I think I've made it abundantly clear that I don't care that we are on opposite sides. You are mine, my Kaoruko."
Kaoruko's heart raced at Baiser's words, a mixture of longing and trepidation coursing through her veins. She closed her eyes, trying to steady her breathing as she clutched the phone tighter. "I... I don't know what to say," she whispered, her voice trembling slightly. "This is all so confusing. I'm supposed to hate you, to fight against you and everything Enormita stands for. But instead, I find myself drawn to you in ways I can't even begin to understand."
Baiser's gentle laughter echoed through the receiver, sending shivers down Kaoruko's spine. "Oh, my sweet Sulfur," she purred, her voice like warm honey. "There's no need to be afraid of your feelings. Embrace them, just as I have embraced mine for you. Let yourself fall into the depths of desire, and I promise you'll find a pleasure unlike anything you've ever known."
Kaoruko's breath hitched at the promise in Baiser's words, her body responding instinctively to the sultry tone. She could almost feel the warmth of Baiser's breath against her ear, the ghosting of her fingers along her skin. It was maddening, the effect this woman had on her. "But what about my friends?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper. "What about Tres Magia? I can't just abandon them..."
"Who said anything about abandoning them?" Baiser countered, her voice taking on a more serious edge. "Your loyalty to your friends is one of the things I admire most about you, Kaoruko. I would never ask you to give that up. But that doesn't mean you can't also explore your feelings for me. Life is rarely as black and white as we'd like it to be. There are shades of gray, nuances that make things far more interesting."
Kaoruko bit her lip, considering Baiser's words. She knew the villainess was right, as much as she hated to admit it. The world wasn't divided into neat little boxes of good and evil. And her feelings for Baiser, as confusing and overwhelming as they were, couldn't be denied. "I... I need time," she said finally, her voice barely audible. "Time to think, to sort through all of this. Can you give me that?"
There was a pause on the other end of the line, and for a moment, Kaoruko feared Baiser would refuse. But then, she heard a soft sigh, followed by a gentle chuckle. "Of course, my dear spitfire," Baiser said, her voice warm and understanding. "Take all the time you need. I'll be here, waiting for you, whenever you're ready."
Baiser let an amorous smile creep into her voice. "Just don't make me wait too long, otherwise I'll come to you. I can't wait to run my hands over you again. Oh… And before I go… I'll see you at school. Ehehehehe..."
And with that, Baiser hung up, leaving Kaoruko alone with a thousand thoughts and emotions whirling around in her mind. She stared at the phone in her hand for a moment longer before flopping back onto the couch and staring up at the ceiling as she let Baiser's words fill her mind.
They were far more than enemy's or rivals now. This was new, uncharted territory for both of them. What did it mean for their dynamic as part of Enormita and Tres Magia? What did it mean for Kaoruko's role as Magia Sulfur? There were still so many questions, the foremost of which was, just who was Magia Baiser. The succubus had said in her last words that she would see her at school. So who was she, Baiser had to be a student, she was too short to be a teacher. Kaoruko wondered what class she was in, could she possibly even be in her own class.
Another matter pressed on her mind as she thought. She needed to talk to the others. She had to talk with Haruka and Sayo. But how could she face them? "What would I even say?" She sat up and pantomimed a conversation. "Oh hey girls, I had a big solo battle with Baiser where I gave up and submitted to her. She branded me and even gave me a collar. Now I don't know if I'm her toy, pet, sex slave, or lover, what do I do?" She grumbled and slumped back against the couch, her heart in turmoil.
'Who am I? Am I Magia Sulfur, am I a hero, or am I Baiser's something or other?'
She groaned in frustration, her mind spinning with wild thoughts that seemed to carry her further from the answers she sought rather than closer. 'Maybe I am all of those things. Or... maybe none of them.'
Kaoruko's fingers traced the smooth leather of the collar around her neck, the cool metal of the purple star pendant a stark reminder of her connection to Baiser. Her other hand drifted down to her midriff, fingertips brushing over the black star tattoo flanked by bat wings that marked Baiser's claim on her body and heart.
She closed her eyes, remembering the electric touch of Baiser's hands on her skin, the intoxicating taste of the succubus's lips, the overwhelming pleasure that had shattered her resolve and left her breathless and needy, desperate to submit, to belong to Baiser completely. Even now, the mere memory sent shivers of desire racing through her.
But alongside the desire, guilt and confusion churned in her gut. She had a duty, a purpose. She was Magia Sulfur, a member of Tres Magia, sworn to protect the world from Enormita's evil. How could she reconcile that with the undeniable fact that she craved the touch, the domination, the love of their greatest enemy?
Tears of frustration pricked at the corners of her eyes. She felt like she was being torn in two, caught between loyalties, between what she had always believed was right and the irresistible siren call of her own heart's dark desires.
"Baiser..." she whispered, tasting the name on her tongue like forbidden fruit. "What have you done to me?"
She knew she couldn't hide this forever. Haruka and Sayo deserved the truth, even if the thought of confessing her shameful secret filled her with dread. Would they hate her? Cast her out? Brand her a traitor? The thought made her chest tighten painfully.
And yet... a small, treacherous part of her wondered if perhaps they might understand better than she feared. After all, hadn't she seen the way Sayo's eyes lingered on Baiser during their battles, a hint of longing in those burgundy depths? Hadn't she noticed how flustered Haruka became in the succubus's presence, her cheeks flushing the same pink as her hair?
She knew they both had crushes on the succubus like she had. They had admitted so themselves during one of their Tres Magia group meetings. So maybe, just maybe, she wasn't as alone in this as she thought. Maybe Baiser's seductive spell had ensnared them all to some degree.
Kaoruko shook her head, golden waves bouncing. No, she couldn't assume, couldn't let herself hope for understanding, for acceptance. This was her cross to bear, her sin to confess. She would face her teammates and accept whatever judgment they passed down.
She took a deep breath, forcing herself to calm down as she tried to untangle her thoughts. As much as she tried to deny it, the hot headed Magia Sulfur had fallen head over heels for the enemy. The enemy that had made it clear from the get go that she wanted her, and the other members of Tres Magia to be hers and hers alone. Kaoruko toyed with the purple star around her neck, something that was quickly becoming a habit. Baiser wanted all of them collared and leashed. Weeks ago, that thought would have repulsed her, but after last night, and Baiser's honest loving words just moments ago. It suddenly didn't sound so bad.
Those terrifying questions came back to haunt her again? Would Baiser make her join Enormita? Would Baiser ask her to help seduce Haruka and Sayo? And what of her friends? Could she even face them now, bearing Baiser's markings, her body still thrumming with the remnants of their recent encounter?
Kaoruko shook her head, running a hand through her golden hair. She had thought she understood the world, thought she understood herself. Yet now...
She was wrong. So very wrong.
Bitter laughter bubbled up from her chest. It was just like Baiser to throw her world into chaos, to force her to question everything she thought she knew about herself. Forcing her to confront emotions she didn't even know she had. To make her desire someone who should be her enemy.
And yet, beneath all the confusion and fear, a part of her was thankful. This chaos, this whirlwind of emotion - it made her feel alive. More than she ever had as just Kaoruko Tenkawa or even Magia Sulfur. It made her feel... wanted. Desired in a way that was both terrifying and exhilarating.
Magia Baiser desired her. The thought alone sent a delightful shiver spiraling down her spine, settling into a gentle throb of anticipation in the pit of her stomach.
Her fingers traced over the cool leather of the collar around her neck. Baiser had given it to her as a tangible, physical reminder of the succubus's claim over her. And while she knew she should feel outraged, all she could muster was a strange sense of warmth spreading through her.
She let out another sigh, this one heavier than the last. Closing her eyes, she could almost feel the warm touch of Baiser's hand on her skin, the soft brush of lips against her own. The memory of their last encounter made her heart race and goosebumps rise on her skin.
Kaoruko shook herself out of these thoughts – she needed clarity before anything else. Her mind turned back to Tres Magia, to Haruka and Sayo. They deserved to know what happened, regardless of how messy it was.
But even as she thought about confessing everything to them, she recoiled at the mental image of their horrified faces when they found out about her and Baiser... About what they did... What she allowed Baiser to do...
What would they think? Would they call her a traitor or worse? Could they understand why she surrendered to Baiser, why she wore a collar bearing the succubi's insignia? Worse yet, what if they saw the brand tattooed on her stomach and that she had willingly accepted it all.
Gritting her teeth together, Kaoruko stood up and began to pace around Baiser's hideout. Her shoes echoed in the silence, matching the rhythm of the uneven drumming of her heart. As she walked, she took in the dim surroundings, each thing reminding her more of Magia Baiser - the scent of incense lingered in the air, notes of iron and something she could only describe as peculiarly Baiser, perhaps some remnant scent of hers on the air.
As she moved around, her mind started to reel back to their past encounters. She recalled Baiser's flirtatious smirk and those enticing eyes that seemed to see right through her. How those eyes glowed with a particular blend of lustful mischief whenever they battled. How it all changed yesterday when those same eyes showed genuine tenderness and longing.
A sigh escaped from her lips as she stopped before a mirror hanging on one wall. Her reflection stared back at her, a golden-haired girl with eyes like a clear blue sky dressed in one of her favorite punkish outfits. With two whispered words yellow light filled the room ushering in her magical transformation. She looked into the mirror again, the form of Magia Sulfur stared back. The black collar encircling her neck seemed to stand out starkly against her pale skin and the bright yellow and white of her dress – a silent testament to Baiser's claim over her.
As Kaoruko gazed into the mirror, transfixed by her transformed reflection, her mind began to wander, thoughts spinning in turmoil as she tried desperately to sort out her own emotions and thoughts. A gentle heat radiated out from her belly as thoughts and emotions spun around and around. The safehouse around her seemed to melt away, replaced by a swirling mist that wrapped around her like a lover's embrace. In the mirror, Magia Sulfur's image rippled and shifted, as if trying to break free from the confines of the glass. Her eyes widened as a sense of unease washed over her. Was this an effect of her magic, her subconscious lashing out in her moment of emotional indecision, or something else entirely? She wasn't sure what was going on, but she jumped when the other her spoke.
"Who are we really, Kaoruko?" Her reflection spoke, its voice an eerie echo of her own. "Are we the proud magical girl Magia Sulfur, defender of justice and protector of the innocent? Or are we something else now - a plaything for the enemy, a pet to be collared and branded?"
Kaoruko's heart raced as she stared at her mirror image, its piercing blue eyes boring into her very soul. The mist swirled around her bare skin, caressing her curves with ghostly fingers that sent shivers down her spine. She swallowed hard, trying to find her voice.
"I... I don't know anymore," Kaoruko whispered, her words trembling in the heavy air. "Everything's changed. Baiser, she... she's gotten inside my head. Made me feel things I never thought I could feel for an enemy."
Her reflection smirked, a knowing glint in its eyes. It reached out, pressing a hand against the glass as if trying to push through the barrier between them. Kaoruko found herself mirroring the motion, their palms meeting on either side of the cool surface.
"Who... who are you?" She asked, her voice barely above a whisper. "Are you really me? Or some trick of Baiser's magic?"
The reflection smiled, a mysterious quirk of its lips. "Oh I am very much you, Kaoruko. You might even say that I am your truest self. The part of you relishes everything our dear Baiser does to us."
Kaoruko's heart raced as she stared at her mirror image, watching as it tilted its head, a smirk playing on its lips that was eerily reminiscent of Baiser. "We can't deny the truth," it continued, eyes glinting with a knowing light. "We crave Baiser's touch, her domination, her love. We want to submit to her, to be owned by her completely."
The mist swirled faster, images forming and dissipating within its depths. Kaoruko saw herself kneeling at Baiser's feet, the leash attached to her collar held firmly in the succubus's hand. She saw herself fighting alongside Baiser, their powers intertwined as they faced off against the other two members of Tres Magia. And then, most shockingly, she saw Haruka and Sayo, collared just like her, their eyes filled with devotion as they looked at Baiser.
"We could have it all," her reflection whispered, its voice a seductive purr. "Power, pleasure, love... Baiser can give us everything you've ever wanted. All we have to do is embrace it, embrace her."
Kaoruko's breath came in short gasps, her mind reeling from the visions. She couldn't deny the desire that coursed through her at the thought of belonging to Baiser so completely. But another part of her, the part that had sworn to protect the city, rebelled against the idea.
"I... I can't," she whispered, her voice shaking. "I'm a magical girl, a hero. I can't just abandon everything I believe in."
Her reflection laughed, the sound harsh and mocking. "Can't we? Haven't we already started down that path? The moment we let Baiser claim us, the moment we accepted her collar and her brand, we ceased being just a hero."
Kaoruko flinched as if struck, the truth in those words hitting her like a physical blow. Guilt and shame washed over her, mingling with the ever-present desire that seemed to pulse through her veins whenever she thought of the succubus.
The mist parted once more, revealing a different scene. Kaoruko and Baiser stood atop a high building, overlooking the city. Kaoruko was dressed in her normal clothes, the black collar stark against her pale skin. Baiser's arm was wrapped around her waist, holding her close.
"Have you considered that we could have the best of both worlds?" Her reflection murmured, its voice soft and seductive. "Be the hero by day, the succubus's lover by night. Protect the city, but revel in the pleasures Baiser can offer you in the shadows."
Kaoruko's breath hitched at the idea, her body responding to the promise in those words. To be able to keep her duty, to still still be a hero, while loving Baiser.
The mist parted once more, revealing a new scene. Kaoruko saw herself standing tall and proud in her Magia Sulfur uniform, her golden hair billowing in the wind as she faced off against a horde of monsters. But this time, she wasn't alone. Baiser stood at her side, her bat-like wings unfurled, her eyes glowing with power. Together, they unleashed a devastating attack, their magic intertwining in a dazzling display of light and shadow.
Another scene showed her facing off against Baiser herself, both of them struggling and battling each other as ferociously as ever. Excitement was evident on each of their faces as they both gave into the dance between heroine and villainess.
"Imagine it," her reflection whispered, its voice like silk against her skin. "Both of us, Sulfur and Baiser, fighting side by side, fighting each other in the struggle of good and evil. By day, we protect the city, upholding your oath as a magical girl. But by night..."
The scene shifted, the mist swirling to reveal a dimly lit room. Kaoruko saw herself kneeling at Baiser's feet, her head bowed in submission. Baiser's hand was tangled in her hair, tugging her head back to expose her throat. The black collar gleamed in the low light, a symbol of her willing submission.
"By night, we belong to her," her reflection continued, its eyes gleaming with a wicked light. "We submit to her every desire, revel in the love she gives us, the pleasure of her possession. And in return, she gives you power beyond your wildest dreams."
Kaoruko's breath came in short gasps as she watched the scene unfold, her body responding to the images with a rush of heat. She could almost feel Baiser's touch on her skin, and could almost hear the whispered commands in her ear. The promise of power called to her. "Power? What power?"
Her Id continued as if she didn't hear her, or didn't care. "We could be her consort, her champion" her reflection murmured, its voice low and seductive. "Love her, fight with her, next to her. We could have it all, all we have to do is take destiny into our hands, and embrace everything we are inside, justice and desire."
The mist swirled faster, the visions blurring together in a kaleidoscope of color and sound. Kaoruko saw herself fighting, saw herself submitting, saw herself leading. She saw a world where she could be both hero and villain, where she could indulge her every desire without sacrificing her duty.
"Isn't that what we want?" her reflection asked, its voice barely a whisper now. "To have it all? The power, the pleasure, the purpose?"
Kaoruko's heart raced as she stared at her mirror image, the temptation of its words washing over her like a tidal wave.
Kaoruko blinked rapidly, her vision blurring as the mist and visions dissipated like smoke on the wind. She found herself once again standing before the mirror, staring at her transformed reflection in Magia Sulfur's bright yellow uniform with the black collar stark against her neck.
Her heart was pounding frantically in her chest, the echoes of her mirror self's seductive whispers still ringing in her ears. The temptation of its words lingered, swirling in her mind like the remnants of a fever dream. Could she really have it all? Be a noble hero of Tres Magia by day while reveling in being Baiser's submissive lover by night? The thought sent a shiver of dark desire and excitement rippling through her body.
Kaoruko reached up with trembling fingers to touch the cool leather of her collar, tracing the shape of the purple star pendant. It felt solid and real, anchoring her back to reality after the dizzying storm of fantasies. Baiser's claim on her, body and soul, was undeniable now. The brand hidden beneath her uniform seemed to pulse with heat at the memory.
But even as arousal coiled low in her belly, Kaoruko couldn't completely silence the small voice of doubt in the back of her mind. Was she really considering betraying everything she stood for and believed in for the sake of forbidden love and twisted pleasures? Could she live with herself, knowing she had willingly surrendered to the enemy?
"I don't know if I can do this..." Kaoruko whispered to her reflection, her voice small and lost. "I don't know if I'm strong enough..."
Her reflection gazed back at her, its blue eyes dark with understanding and quiet strength. When it spoke again, its voice was gentle but firm.
"You don't know? Please, we're Magia fuckin Sulfur, we are strong enough, Kaoruko. We've always been strong - strong enough to be a magical girl, to fight for what we believe in. And we're strong enough to make this choice, whatever it may be."
Kaoruko let out a shaky breath, her eyes fluttering closed as she absorbed those words. Her reflection was right. She was Kaoruko Tenkawa, proud and fiery magical girl Magia Sulfur. She had faced countless challenges and foes, and had always stood tall in the face of adversity. This was just one more battle, one more choice to make. And she would make it with the same courage and conviction as always.
Opening her eyes, Kaoruko met her reflection's steady gaze once more. A new resolve hardened in those sky blue depths, chasing away the last shadows of doubt and fear. She knew what she had to do now.
"Magia Sulfur, huh?" she muttered to herself but then corrected. "I am Kaoruko Tenkawa, I am Magia Sulfur, I am part of Tres Magia... and now I am also Baiser's girl." And as those words fell from her lips, she was hit by a wave of conflicting emotions. Part of her recoiled at the notion that she had willingly given herself to the enemy, but another part of her felt a sense of pride. Almost satisfaction. She'd always been one to challenge the status quo, to question the norms and societal expectations when she was a delinquent. And now, she had thrown them all into disarray by choosing the least expected path.
'Is there anything more rebellious than falling for your enemy?' she mused. 'Is it wrong to find comfort in this strange relationship?'
Casting a look at her reflection in the mirror - at Magia Sulfur - she took a deep breath and straightened up..
With a newfound determination, she resolved to put an end to her constant doubts and hesitation. "No more second-guessing," she declared, her voice strong and resolute. Gathering her courage, she met her reflection's gaze in the mirror and locked eyes with herself. "I am Magia Sulfur. I am Kaoruko Tenkawa. I am a hero." Her thoughts turned to her nemesis, the one who had captured her heart despite their opposing roles. Her hand reached up and touched the collar around her neck. "And I am in love with my Nemesis," she acknowledged out loud, the words ringing clear and true. A mix of conflicting emotions swirled within her, but she knew that this was where she belonged - on the side of good, fighting for justice and love.
She felt an odd heat well up within her at the declaration, a rush of energy that made her heart race. Kaoruko blushed as that heat welled up in her chest and belly. Her hand went to the heart shaped jewel on her chest and gently touched it, it felt warm, comfortable. Her other went to her belly and felt where her brand was, it too felt warm, but this warmth filled her with a feeling of excitement.
Kaoruko gave her reflection one last look and drew herself up, standing proud before herself. She felt as if she had achieved a great victory, not against Baiser, or some hulking monster, but against her own weakness and doubt. For the first time in a long while, she felt at peace.
With that, she turned and headed for the door. It was high time Tres Magia had a meeting. But first she really needed to take something for this headache she had.
—
As noonday's light shone between the closed curtains of her room, Utena found herself sprawled out on her bed, a rare sense of physical exhaustion enveloping her like a heavy blanket. Her body was spent, the pristine sheets of her bed now rumpled and fragrant with traces of her fitful attempts at sleep.
Her mind replayed the passionate night she had with Sulfur back at the monastery grounds, each sensual memory enough to ignite a shiver of pleasure that ran down her spine despite the fatigue. The way Sulfur writhed beneath her, the sounds she made, her taste and smell— it all lingered on Utena's senses, a tantalizing cocktail of romance and domination.
She sighed contentedly amidst the silence as she ruminated. It was then that reality nudged itself back into her consciousness, casting a shadow over her post-coital bliss. The face of Sulfur morphed into Kaoruko Tenkawa in her mind's eye. Same gorgeous blue eyes, same kissable lips, same golden locks of hair. Thinking about Sulfur and then about Kaoruko, it seemed truly baffling that she had not noticed sooner.
She turned and looked at a poster above her bed of Tres Magia, Sulfur included. She looked at the merch in her room, Sulfur's, no, Kaoruko's face was all over her room, and it took Sulfur running out of mana and her transformation dropping for her to finally notice. She would have felt like a complete idiot were it not for the identity protection she enjoyed along with the magical girls. She had to marvel at how effective that bit of magic was.
The revelation had been a shock to both of them—the revelation that Sulfur was actually Kaoruko Tenkawa, her schoolmate. It turned their world upside down, shattering assumptions and leaving her in a state of confused turmoil. It was an unexpected twist in their relationship—a twist that Utena found herself unable to fully shake from her mind.
Kaoruko Tenkawa… Sulfur… they were one and the same.
Suddenly, Utena felt as if she had swallowed something leaden. Her stomach lurched uncomfortably at the thought of facing Kaoruko at school the next day - seeing those blue eyes look at her in oblivious innocence while she herself knew the truth between them.
Utena turned onto her side, pulling the sheets tighter around herself. The revelation was too mucn– for once, the usually unshakable Baiser felt rattled. And yet, there was a sense of excitement. After all, what was life without its unexpected turns - without its delightful ambiguities?
Her heart ached as she recalled Kaoruko's stunned silence when her transformation had broken down and showed the truth about herself. The disbelief in those blue eyes as they stared up at her had been palpable, painful even. But there was something else there too—a hint of fear, but also curiosity and perhaps... something more?
"Baiser… I…" Kaoruko's voice echoed in Utena's head, soft and cautious but laced with an undertone of vulnerability that drew out a previously unknown protective instinct within Utena.
Was it love? Kiwi's biting statement from days before echoed back at her. She loved Sulfur, but did she love Kaoruko? Kaoruko was the girl inside of Sulfur, the one behind the mask of the heroine. Utena bit her lip as she thought about it. If she didn't accept Kaoruko, could she really say she loved Sulfur, or did she really just love the idea of her. All she knew for sure was that she wanted Kaoruko—every facet of her, from the polite yet snarky schoolmate to the fierce Sulfur—to be hers. It was much like how she wanted Kiwi and all that she was.
It was at that very moment, a sensation kindled within Utena's heart. It was warm and soft—like the gentle glow of a candle held secure on a calm night. She brought the soft pale yellow bra she had procured for herself from Kaoruko's belongings just hours ago to her face and took a deep breath. The familiar scent of Kaoruko brought an unexpected comfort, colluding with the intoxicating aroma of their spent passion and the lingering traces of magical energies from their earlier duel. It was a heady mix, a visceral reminder of their fight-followed-by-fervent-embrace they had both enjoyed.
Sure, they had started as adversaries. It was an elegantly simple dynamic—Sulfur being the symbol of righteousness and Baiser the embodiment of seduction and dominance, each representing opposing sides as Tres Magia and Enormita respectfully. Their identities kept them at odds until the battlefield transitioned into the bedroom.
When Sulfur's transformation broke there had been a moment of stunned silence that had threatened to ruin the mood, but before she could let herself think too hard, she had let herself submerge into her own lust and put a pin in her panic. They had gone for round three, round four, and five before they had finished. The rhythm of their bodies merging transformed into something more than just the manifestation of raw desire. She marveled at how delicate a normal human body was when it wasn't supercharged with magic that protected it from harm. She'd had had to be so careful with Kaoruko as she made love to her, tender, gentle, and loving.
Yes, there was love there. Utena knew it deep down—the kind you feel when your heart flutters unexpectedly, or when your thoughts incessantly drift towards that one person who can make your world turn upside down. She loved Sulfur; the magnetic charm she emanated in battle, her fierce determination, her power…
And then there was Kaoruko—the girl beneath Sulfur's facade. The girl who would blush at compliments, who would snark about Kiwi being a ditz, who bore her protectiveness with grace… Her scent was enough to send Utena into a whirlwind of emotions, a tangle of affection for both identities that occupied her thoughts day and night.
She remembered the date from the day before. Looking back there was nothing else it could have been. She had just wanted to cheer Kaoruko up at the time, but she had gotten so swept up in the exhibition that she had dragged the blonde all over the museum. The way Kaoruko had stood up for her against those other women like that just because she wanted that Sulfur statue had been so incredible.
Kaoruko wasn't merely Sulfur beneath the magic—and accepting that was an understanding Utena had to grapple with. Her feelings for Kaoruko were intertwined with those she harbored for Sulfur; they couldn't be separated just as Kaoruko couldn't be detached from Sulfur. It was all the same person—the same girl who had entered her life and refused to leave, the one who had flipped her world upside down and made her heart flutter with new experiences.
She desired Kaoruko—the fragile, brave, and beautiful Kaoruko. She craved every part of her being—from the softness of her skin to the admirable strength that lay within her heart. Wasn't that what love was? To want someone—all their layers, all their shades—to be a part of your life? To share every high and every low, every victory, every defeat…
Yes. She loved Kaoruko. She loved Sulfur. This realization was like a colossal wave washing over Utena, not destructive but cleansing, providing clarity amidst a sea of confusion. It was a daunting yet exhilarating truth—one she'd have to face sooner or later.
Utena lay in bed, staring up at the ceiling as she thought about her blonde schoolmate. She couldn't get her out of her mind—her scent, her touch, the way she looked when she let her guard down and allowed herself to be vulnerable with Utena.
The memories of their date from the day before flooded her mind once again. But this time, there was an added imagined element—the sexual tension that had been mounting between them throughout the afternoon. Utena closed her eyes and inhaled deeply, trying to conjure up Kaoruko's scent once again. Then she saw it in her mind's eye—the two of them tangled in her bed.
Their bodies were intertwined in a warm, languid heap. The scent of sex and sweat clung to them both as they lay there panting and spent. Utena smirked as she took in Kaoruko's chaotic state—clothes scattered around the room, Kaoruko's golden hair tousled and strewn across the pillow.
She could almost feel Kaoruko's soft skin against hers as they moved together in perfect rhythm, each touch igniting new sparks of pleasure within them both. And then there were those moments when their gazes would lock and everything else around them seemed to disappear, leaving just the two of them lost in each other.
It was clear that their attraction towards each other went beyond just physical desires—they had a deep emotional connection too. And that's what made their intimacy all the more intense and meaningful.
With a gasp and a shiver she was shocked out of the little fantasy by the sound of her phone going off. Only it wasn't her phone, it was Baiser's phone. Utena sat up and picked up the purple phone and looked at the screen. The name 'Kaoruko Tenkawa' stared back at her.
She remembered writing a note for the blonde heroine and leaving it next to her. A simple message and her phone number. She hadn't known if Kaoruko would actually make use of it. A small part of her had been worried that it had been a bad idea and her heroine would leak her number to other authorities. But here she was, calling HER.
Utena took a deep breath and uttered the words she needed to say. "Trans Magia." Violet light spilled off her for a brief moment as she became Baiser again. She picked up her phone even as the filters on her mind fell away and her thoughts realigned into that of the flirty, sexualy confident Magia Baiser, the succubus, and accepted the call.
Baiser brought the phone to her ear and a self satisfied smirk drew itself over her lips. She all but purred into the receiver, her voice was sweet like honey. "Hello, my spitfire."
"B-Baiser…" Sulfur's voice, Kaoruko's voice came from the other end. Her smile widened at the flustered tone of the blonde's voice. Her inner predator waking as the desire to tease the girl grew by the second.
"Mmm, I must admit... hearing you say my name is quite pleasing to my ears," Her tone was low and velvety as she reclined back on her bed. She could just imagine Kaoruko's expression right now and it made her shiver for real. The succubi's words had a languidness to them, as if she was speaking to her lover just as they settled down after a session of passionate love making.
Kaoruko's voice returned, it was firm, mostly, her voice faltered slightly towards the end in a way that only made her amusement grow. "We need to discuss what happened last night,"
'Ahh, it's that time, is it?' It was the start of a conversation that most would cringe away from, something that was sure to be awkward and potentially relationship ruining if not handled correctly. But in her current state she didn't worry, if anything she was more eager as her tiny show of weakness in the quaver of her voice made her home in on her like a bird of prey. "That sounds very serious, love," Baiser teased, chuckling softly when she heard Kaoruko let out a distressed whimper at her teasing. "You mean when I held you so close as we made love? Or perhaps when I kissed you until you were breathless and wanting?"
She could all but hear the girl on the other end blushing furiously from her provocation. She heard a fitful sound and a gasp from the other end as Kaoruko got even more flustered. "Baiser, Please!" The blonde nearly shouted and it only made her grin widen, this was simply too much fun.
Baiser put a finger to her chin, pantomiming as if the other girl was right there in front of her."Oh? Did I say something wrong, my little spitfire?" Her tone dripped with sweet innocence laced with mischief as she further teased the already flustered blonde. She could hear Kaoruko's frustrated little noises come through and she knew she had scored another point.
"No...I mean...yes...just..." she stammered. Kaoruko was clearly struggling to maintain coherent thought against her endless flirtations and teasing, but she needed to keep this conversation lighthearted. If she allowed it to be too serious then it may only plant seeds of doubt in both of them. The blonde girl on the other end continued, a fearful note to her voice. "I need to know what this means for us...for me."
There it was, the 'what are we question'. Baiser knew what she wanted to say but she had to keep this gentle and feather light for the other girl, it wouldn't do to overwhelm her, but she also couldn't leave room for doubt. She hummed into the phone and focused on her prey and how she felt about Kaoruko. "So, we've finally arrived at that conversation," she mused, her tone laced with intrigue. "You're asking about 'US' now," she continued, her words dripping with curiosity and amusement. "Hmm, interesting."
Baiser could hear the heroine struggle again at her words, how she had effortlessly speared her with her own slip. She had to admit, it was nice that Kaoruko had said it. She had hoped it would be 'us', 'not you and me'.
"This is serious," Kaoruko retorted, her voice tinged with irritation. Perhaps she had teased her a little too much?
The blonde continued, her voice beginning to falter again. "Last night wasn't just...just..."
"A night of passion?" Baiser supplied smoothly, her tone dripping with playful mischief. She couldn't help herself, flirting with her magical girls just came so damn naturally to her as Baiser. "A delicious one time tumble under the stars?"
"Baiser! This isn't a joke!" She could hear the other girls' exasperation. She definitely had teased her too much. She had to reign herself in. A sigh escaped her lips as she thought. She had wanted to keep this conversation light but it seemed some seriousness was needed. She sat up, her expression changing to one much more somber.
When she next spoke her voice was soft, tender. She imagined herself reaching out and cupping the girl's face as she spoke."You're right Sulfur, this isn't a joke."
"When I look at you," Baiser continued softly, "I see someone who's captured my soul. I see someone who makes my damn heart race and my skin tingle with anticipation. And the possibility of losing you scares the hell out of me"
It did scare her, more than she dared to consider. There were forces out there in the world that wanted to destroy magical girls, HER magical girls. She would never let that happen, but just the thought of them possibly coming to harm made her heart ache. She let out a shuddering breath as emotion threatened to over take her. "I want you, Sulfur," Baiser confessed finally, vulnerability creeping into her voice, a stark contrast to the flirty confident succubus she tried to come off as all the time. "Not just in bed—I mean, yes, absolutely there—but also in every other part of my life."
The succubus heard a shuddering breath come through the line and for a moment all she could hear was the sound of Kaoruko desperately trying to calm herself enough to continue.
"But... You're part of Enormita. Your… We're supposed to be sworn enemies." She could hear the quaver in the blonde's voice. Kaoruko sounded so uncertain, so lost in what to do. Her words sounded more like a last ditch effort to pull away from this sordid affair. Baiser felt her heart lurch, she wasn't about to let go, not after last night, not after learning who Sulfur was and coming to terms with her feelings.
Baiser smiled at that question. It seemed so silly to her. How could she not love and adore Sulfur, Kaoruko. How many times had she seen her risk her life to protect people that couldn't. How many times had she seen Sulfur take the time to lift a child's spirits or hold back her fire and fury just to keep from scaring someone. Plus she was just so beautiful, that golden hair that fell in luscious waves, eyes as blue as the summer sky, skin that was soft and pale in a way that made her want to endlessly explore every inch.
"Why?" Baiser repeated with a hint of amusement. Her voice shifted into something more heated and languid, but carried with it nothing less than heartfelt truth. "Because you're beautiful, love. Not just physically but everything that makes you 'you'. Your determination... your pride... your fiery spirit... They're all intoxicating. And despite everything we've been through... despite the fact that we are supposed to be enemies... you never fail to amaze me."
"But... but I'm..." She could hear that adorable uncertainty again. It made her wish that Kaoruko was here with her so she could wrap her up in a hug and kiss her until she calmed down. She thought about it, all it would take is a simple little portal and she could be right there with her. She wanted to, but her instincts told her that Kaoruko wasn't ready to see her again just yet.
"You're what? A magical girl? A member of Tres Magia?" Baiser countered."No, my spitfire. You're so much more than that. You're Sulfur, you're...Kaoruko Tenkawa. And there isn't a single part of you I don't desire. And I think I've made it abundantly clear that I don't care that we are on opposite sides. You are mine, my Kaoruko."
A long pause followed her brutal honesty. Part of her wondered if it had been too much and she had taken Kaoruko's breath away. It was aching minute before Kaoruko finally responded.
"I... I don't know what to say," Kaoruko whispered, her voice trembling slightly. "This is all so confusing. I'm supposed to hate you, to fight against you and everything Enormita stands for. But instead, I find myself drawn to you in ways I can't even begin to understand."
Baiser smiled softly, her fingers tracing the edge of the phone. "Oh, my sweet Sulfur," she purred, her voice like velvet caressing Kaoruko's ear. "There's no need to be afraid of your feelings. Embrace them, just as I have embraced mine for you. Let yourself fall into the depths of desire, and I promise you'll find a pleasure unlike anything you've ever known."
She heard Kaoruko's voice hitch "But what about my friends?" the struggling girl asked, her voice barely above a whisper. "What about Tres Magia? I can't just abandon them..."
"Who said anything about abandoning them?" Baiser countered, her voice taking on a more serious edge. The idea of the Tres Magia splitting up hurt just to think about. That was the last thing she wanted and the possibility that she could be responsible for such a thing was something she had to avoid no matter what.
Baiser leaned back, listening for her lover's next words. "I... I need time," she said finally, her voice small and trembling with raw emotion. "Time to think, to sort through all of this. Can you give me that?"
The succubus smiled and closed her eyes. Her dear spitfire was asking for time to think. Again, she wanted to rush out, to open a portal right now and go to her blonde heroine. But then again, Kaoruko had just asked for time to think and going to her would be the opposite of that. Her smile widened and she let out a soft chuckle, she knew her Sulfur would be okay and would come to her before long.
The phone clicked off, and the silence of Baiser's small bedroom felt heavy. Her heart pounded with a heady mix of longing and victory. The conversation had gone as well as it could have. Kaoruko was trying to process everything, but seemed hopeful, she just needed a bit of time. She was sure that the blonde would call her again. Looking down at her purple phone, she saved Kaoruko's contact information for the future.
"Haaaaaah..." She let out a low sigh, sinking back onto her bed. Tucking a loose strand of violet hair behind an ear, she stared up at the ceiling, her golden eyes glinting in the dim light as she looked up at the poster of Tres Magia that was there. Reality swooped back in like a vulture to a carcass. She wasn't sure how they would work through this yet. At the end of the day, they were on opposite sides. She knew that she would have them all as hers. It was only a matter of time. But until that time they had to figure things out.
The thought was daunting. Baiser glanced at her gloved hand, a hand that had done so much to her girls and made them feel so many things, then clutched at her chest where her transformation star was. She didn't need magic right now; she needed clarity.
Her fingers traced over the metallic surface, warmth spreading from the spot where her star rested against her skin. The transformation star that had turned a shy Utena into a provocative Baiser had made so many things possible, but right now she just needed to be herself, even if she wasn't sure which was her truest self anymore.
As if shaking off a physical weight, Baiser closed her eyes and willed herself to transform back into Utena - a gentle ripple of purple light washed over her body and when she opened her eyes again, it was not Baiser who looked back from the reflections in the window but sweet, introspective Utena.
Utena reached for her phone again, hesitating for only a moment before dialing Kiwi's number. Kiwi Araga, her confidante in Enormita, her friend who had stood by her side, her lover and girlfriend that she loved. She was the one person who could understand and help. She was the one that insisted she take a stand and be the dominant succubus that took what she wanted. She had to tell her the news.
Utena's heart raced as she listened to the ringing tone, each second stretching into an eternity. Finally, Kiwi's bright voice filled her ear. "Uuuuteeeenaaaaaa! What's up, buttercup?"
A smile tugged at Utena's lips, Kiwi's playful greeting easing some of the tension in her shoulders. "Kiwi... Sorry to bother you on your family getaway, but I have news. Big news." She took a deep breath, her voice dropping to a conspiratorial whisper. "It's about Sulfur."
Kiwi's voice crackled through the phone, her tone a mix of confusion and interest. "Sulfur? The fiery blonde from Tres Magia with the attitude problem? What about her?"
Utena twirled a strand of violet hair around her finger, her heart fluttering as she recalled the events of the previous night. "We fought again, at the abandoned monastery on the outskirts of town. It was intense, Kiwi. More than ever before."
"Wait, wait, back up. You fought her alone? Without me?" Kiwi's pout was audible through the phone. "I thought we were a team, Utena. The gruesome twosome, partners in crime, Baiser and her sexy busty sidekick!"
Utena giggled softly, picturing Kiwi's adorable expression. "I know, I'm sorry. It wasn't planned. You were out of town and we just kind of... ran into each other."
"Mhm, sure. 'Ran into each other.' Is that what the kids are calling it these days?" Kiwi teased, a hint of mischief in her voice.
"Kiwi we're sixteen…" Utena said with amused sigh.
"Details! So, what happened? Did you give her a good thrashing? Teach that uppity magical girl a lesson?"
"Not exactly..." Utena hesitated, her cheeks warming as memories of the encounter flooded her mind - the clash of magic, the heat of their bodies pressed together, the electric tension that crackled between them. "We fought, yes, but it was different this time. More charged. More... intimate."
There was a pause, a sharp intake of breath on the other end of the line. "Did she... did you...?" Kiwi's voice was a mix of excitement and trepidation.
Utena's blush deepened as she recalled the moment Sulfur yielded, those fierce blue eyes softening and overcome with emotion, her body going pliant in her's arms."She...surrendered to me, Kiwi." Utena's words hung in the air, the weight of their meaning settling between them. "She's mine now. My golden-haired spitfire, my precious magical girl. All mine."
Kiwi's squeal of delight nearly deafened Utena for a second time. "Oh my god, Utena! That's amazing! I knew you could do it, I just knew it!" Her words tumbled out in a giddy rush, but there was an undercurrent of something else, something that made Utena's heart clench.
"Kiwi... are you okay with this?" Utena asked softly, her fingers absentmindedly playing with her Star of Enormita "I know we've talked about it, but now that it's real..."
"Of course I am!" Kiwi's response was immediate, but there was a slight tremor in her voice. "I'm just so happy for you, Utena! You've been dreaming of this for so long, and now you finally have Sulfur right where you want her. It's perfect!"
Utena frowned slightly, unconvinced by Kiwi's assurances. She knew her friend too well, could read the subtle nuances that others might miss. She had tasted Kiwi's jealousy before. Beneath the buoyant words, Kiwi's true feelings simmered - a caustic brew of envy, insecurity, and fear of being supplanted.
"Kiwi, please, be honest with me," Utena pleaded softly, her heart clenching at the thought of her girlfriend in distress. "I know this is a big change, and I don't want you to feel like you're being replaced or pushed aside. You mean the world to me, you know that right?"
There was a heavy pause, the line crackling with unspoken tension. Then, a shaky sigh gusted through the speaker. "I... I know, Utena. And I really am happy for you, truly. It's just..." Kiwi's voice wavered, thick with pent-up emotion. "What if she takes you away from me? What if, now that you have her, have one of your magical girls, you don't need me anymore?"
"Oh, Kiwi..." Utena breathed, her chest aching with empathy and affection. "That could never happen. No one could ever replace you, not Sulfur, not Magenta, or even Azul. You're a part of me, a piece of my heart. Nothing will ever change that."
She hoped her words could convey even a fraction of the love and devotion she felt for her precious partner, her ride-or-die through thick and thin. "I couldn't never do this without you."
"Yes, you could." Kiwi's voice was firm, resolute. "You're Baiser, the seductress of Enormita. You can do anything you set your mind to. With or without me, you'd have those magical girls eating out of the palm of your hand."
Utena felt a flush creep up her neck at Kiwi's encouraging words, her pulse quickening. "Kiwi, I..."
"Shh, it's okay," Kiwi soothed, her voice taking on a playful, almost purring quality. "I know I get jealous sometimes, but at the end of the day? I'm your head girl, your top bitch. No matter how many magical girls you seduce, I'll always be right there, ready to serve my queen."
Utena laughed, the sound bright and carefree despite the weight of their conversation. "Head girl and top bitch, huh? I like the sound of that."
"You better, cause that's how its gonna be!" Kiwi's voice was playful again, the serious moment passing as quickly as it had come. "Now, tell me everything! I want all the juicy details! Oh one sec"
Utena opened her mouth to respond, but paused when she heard a muffled sound on Kiwi's end of the line. It sounded like a door closing, followed by the soft padding of footsteps.
"Sorry about that, I'm at the hotel right now." Kiwi said, her voice clearer now. "If you're gonna give me all the sweet deets I'm going to want to be alone, if you know what I mean... "
Utena could practically hear the lusty growl in her Kiwi's voice. "Ohh… Well… I guess I better not leave anything out, where should I start.
"At the beginning, obviously!" Kiwi's excitement was palpable, her words tumbling out in a giddy rush. "How did you get her alone? What did you say to her? How did she react when you made your move?"
Utena leaned back against her pillows, a smirk playing at the corners of her lips as she recalled the events of the previous night. "Well, it all started at the old monastery grounds where we first fought. She challenged me to a duel. But there was something different this time. A tension in the air, a spark between us."
She could almost feel the heat of Sulfur's gaze again, the way her body had moved as they danced around each other, magic and desire intertwining in a dangerous game. "I cornered her, toyed with her, whispered sweet things to her. She was breathless, her cheeks flushed, her eyes blazing with defiance and something else. Something I recognized as desire."
Kiwi let out a low whistle. "God daaaamn, Utena. That's hot."
Utena chuckled, her fingers absently tracing patterns on her bedspread as she continued. "I moved in close, pinning her down against the grass. She tried to push me away, but her heart wasn't in it. I could feel her trembling under my touch, could hear the hitch in her breath as I leaned in."
She paused for effect, savoring the memory of Sulfur's scent, the warmth of her skin. "I told her I wanted her. That she was mine. And then...I kissed her."
Kiwi gasped, the sound sharp and excited. "Oh fuuuuck! You dirty succubus… And then what happened?"
Utena's smirk widened, her voice dropping to a low, seductive purr, her inner Baiser coming out. "She melted into me, Kiwi. All that fire and fight just drained out of her as she surrendered to the kiss. To me."
She could still taste Sulfur on her lips, could still feel the way her body had molded against Utena's own, soft and pliant in her embrace. The memory alone was enough to make her heartbeat quicken, a familiar heat pooling low in her belly.
"I could feel how much she wanted me," Utena continued, her voice a husky murmur as her fingers idly traced the edge of her phone. "The way she shivered when I touched her, the little moan she made when I deepened the kiss..."
"Fuck, Utena... That's so sexy. I can't believe you finally got your hands on that stubborn little tsundere. I bet she tastes as fiery as her magic."
Despite the excited tone, Utena could detect a faint undercurrent of jealousy in Kiwi's words. Her girlfriend always got a bit pouty when Utena's attention was focused elsewhere for too long.
Utena smirked to herself, twirling a lock of violet hair around her finger as she reclined on the soft bed. "Aww, is my little kitten feeling neglected?" she purred into the phone, her voice dripping with honeyed sweetness. "Don't worry, Kiwi dear. You know you're still my number one girl. Sulfur may be mine now, but you... you're so important to me. No one could ever take your place."
On the other end of the line, Kiwi felt her cheeks flush at Utena's words, a giddy warmth blossoming in her chest. No matter how many pretty magical girls Utena seduced, Kiwi knew that what they had was special. Irreplaceable.
"I know, I know," Kiwi sighed, her voice softening. "It's just hard sometimes, sharing you. I want to be the only one basking in your radiance, Utena. But I know that this makes you happy."
Utena's smile widened, her gold eyes shining as she heard her Kiwi's honest words. "Oh Kiwi. I love you, thank you for everything, all your support." She paused, her tongue darting out to wet her lips. "I promise I'll make it up to you, spoil you rotten."
She could hear Kiwi let out a shivering sigh into the phone. "O-Ohh…mmm. You better girl. I'll hold you to that."
Utena smiled, but it was a short-lived thing that died as quickly as it came. A thought flowered in the back of her mind, a budding little worry that had germinated weeks ago and sprouted not long after. Last night's activities gave it more than enough to finally bloom. Remembering everything from her time with Sulfur, how she had acted, the things she said that night. None of it were things she would have done weeks ago. Even just this conversation about it was something she knew the old her would never do, but here she was.
Her brow furrowed as she clutched the phone tighter, the plastic creaking under her grip. She took a shaky breath, golden eyes darting to the side as if she could physically see the troubling thought looming in her periphery. "Kiwi, I…I'm scared" she admitted, her usually soft voice barely above a whisper. "I'm not sure I… Kiwi?"
The line went dead, the abrupt silence causing Utena's heart to plummet into her stomach. She pulled the phone away from her ear, staring at the 'Call Ended' message with a sinking feeling of dread.
Suddenly, the air in front of her bed shimmered and warped, coalescing into a swirling vortex of purple and black energy. Utena barely had time to register the familiar sight of one of Enormita's portals before the Kiwi herself came barrelling through, twin buns bouncing and wine-red eyes wide with concern.
Kiwi's feet skidded across the hardwood floor as she struggled to slow her momentum, arms windmilling comically for a moment before she launched herself at Utena. The force of the impact sent them both tumbling back onto the bed, Kiwi's arms instinctively wrapping around Utena's smaller frame and pulling her close. "Uteeennnaaa!~"
Utena clung to Kiwi like a lifeline, burying her face in the crook of her lover's neck as tears began to stream down her cheeks. Her slender fingers dug into the soft fabric of Kiwi's oversized cardigan, desperate for something solid to anchor herself to as the weight of her fears threatened to drag her under.
"Kiwi..." Utena's voice was barely a whisper, muffled against Kiwi's warm skin. "I'm scared. I'm not sure I know who I am anymore. Every day, I feel like I'm losing a little more of myself to Baiser. Her thoughts, her desires... they're becoming mine. I can't really tell anymore where she ends and I begin."
Kiwi's arms tightened around Utena, one hand coming up to stroke her violet hair in a soothing motion. She could feel the tremors wracking Utena's body, the way her breath hitched with each shuddering sob. It broke Kiwi's heart to see her love in such turmoil, torn between the audacious, sexy, and dominant Baiser persona and the shy, gentle, introverted Utena.
"Shh, it's okay," Kiwi murmured, pressing a soft kiss to the crown of Utena's head. "You're still you, Utena. Baiser is a part of you, but she doesn't define you. You're so much more than her - you're kind, gentle, and brave. You're the girl I fell in love with, and nothing will ever change that."
Utena lifted her head, golden eyes shimmering with unshed tears as she met Kiwi's steady gaze. In the depths of those wine-red eyes, she found the unwavering love and acceptance she so desperately craved. Kiwi's belief in her was a balm to her fractured spirit, a glimmer of hope in the darkness that threatened to consume her.
"But what if I can't control myself?" Utena's voice was small, barely audible over the pounding of her own heart. "What if Baiser takes over completely? How long until Utena is just a mask for Baiser to wear?"
Kiwi cupped Utena's face in her hands, her touch gentle yet firm as she gazed deeply into those haunted golden eyes. "I'll say it again for you, so listen to me, Utena. You are stronger than you know. Baiser may be a part of you, but she does not control you. Your heart, your soul - those are yours and yours alone."
Utena leaned into Kiwi's touch, a shuddering sigh escaping her lips as she allowed herself to be enveloped by the warmth and comfort of her girlfriend's embrace. The fear that had gripped her heart began to loosen its hold, replaced by a tentative flicker of hope.
"You really believe that?" Utena whispered, her voice trembling with a fragile vulnerability that made Kiwi's heart ache.
"Course I do! With every fiber of my being," Kiwi replied, her words ringing with a fierce conviction that left no room for doubt. "You are Utena Hiiragi, the girl I love more than anything in this whole wide world. I think that maybe Baiser is a you that is unchained and unfiltered. But she is still you."
Utena felt a single tear slip down her cheek, only to be tenderly brushed away by Kiwi's thumb. In that moment, the weight of her fears and doubts seemed to lift, replaced by a profound sense of love and gratitude for the incredible girl who stood by her side through everything.
"Thank you, Kiwi," Utena breathed, her voice raw with emotion. "I don't know what I would do without you."
Kiwi smiled softly, her wine-red eyes shining with an adoration that stole Utena's breath away. "You'll never have to find out. I'll always be here for you, no matter what. Ride-or-Die baby."
With those words, Kiwi leaned in, capturing Utena's lips in a kiss that was at once tender and passionate. Utena melted into the kiss, her hands sliding up to tangle in Kiwi's ash-blonde hair as she lost herself in the sweet taste of her girlfriend's mouth.
As their lips moved together in a sensual dance, Utena felt the worries that had been plaguing her start to fade away. Kiwi's love was like a balm to her troubled soul, soothing the jagged edges of her fear and doubt. She clung to her girlfriend tightly, as if afraid that Kiwi might disappear if she let go.
Kiwi seemed to sense Utena's desperation, because she deepened the kiss, her tongue delving into Utena's mouth to stroke and caress. Her hands roamed over Utena's body, tracing the curves and planes that she knew so well. Every touch was a silent reassurance, a promise that she would never leave Utena's side.
As the kiss grew more ardent, Utena melted into Kiwi's embrace, savoring the warmth and softness of her girlfriend's body pressed against her own. Kiwi's hands slid under Utena's sweater, her fingers dancing across the smooth skin of Utena's back, tracing patterns of desire and devotion. Utena shivered at the touch, a soft moan escaping her lips as she arched into Kiwi's caress.
They kissed for long moments, lost in the heady sensations, their breaths mingling and heartbeats synchronizing. When they finally parted, both were flushed and panting slightly. Utena rested her forehead against Kiwi's, her golden eyes shimmering with unshed tears.
"Kiwi... I know you probably have to go back soon, but...will you stay with me, just for a little while? I just... I need you to hold me right now," Utena whispered, her voice trembling with raw emotion.
Kiwi's expression softened, her gaze filled with tender understanding. "NNnhhh! So cute! Of course. I'll hold you for as long as you need. Just cuddle with Kiwi and let all your worries sink into her big boobies."
She drew her girlfriend close until Utena's head was pillowed on her chest. Utena curled into Kiwi's embrace, breathing in the comforting scent of her girlfriend's skin.
Kiwi began to stroke Utena's hair, her fingers combing through the silky violet strands with a featherlight touch. Her other hand rubbed soothing circles on Utena's back, easing the tension from her muscles. Utena sighed contentedly, nuzzling into the crook of Kiwi's neck.
They lay like that for a long time, entwined in each other's arms, basking in the simple comfort of the embrace. No words were needed; the steady beat of Kiwi's heart beneath Utena's ear and the warmth of her body said everything that needed to be said. In that moment, cocooned in Kiwi's love, Utena felt the broken pieces of herself start to knit back together. She knew that as long as she had Kiwi by her side, she could face anything, anyone, - even the dark shadows of her own identity.
