While Sora, Donald and Goofy are traveling the worlds they come across Sinnoh but before they are able to land a portal sucks them in and they end up landing in Hisui with someone else. will they seal the keyhole and save Hisui or will they fail?

After Sora gets stranded on a whole new world he has to venture on a Pokémon journey in order to find a way back home. Course finding a way back home in world filled with it's own challenges and obstacles might be harder than it already sounds.
