- Wow, how could you cook such a perfect steak? Esme? *I smile, eating a huge chunk of meat*
- We only have a few minutes so this is the quickest way to cook a steak *Esme watching you eat, give you a glass of water*
- Thank you *I satisfy take a big gulp of water, and continue eat in my dish*
- I know that you didn't scare of us *Jasper said*
- Of course, you guy are vegetarian vampire, but the idea of kidnap and bring me here is stupid *I swallow and said, glance at Edward*
- Ohhhh someone is being hate now *Emmett nudge Edward shoulder, laughing*
I finish the dish and stand up, go to the sink to clean but Esme stop me. She take the plate as Alice and Emmett bring me back to the couch and both of them sit beside me.
- I thought you guys don't hang out with human?
- But you special *Alice keep hold me, her cheek rub to my cheek*
- Alice, you are making Ly uncomfortable *Edward said*
- No she not *Jasper defend*
- And, you guys need to call me Julia, I'm trying to get used to my new name in here, not old one

- Ly, Now you calm down, I think we both understand how dangerous it is for a human to know about vampires. The Volturi will try to kill you if they find out about this *Carlise said from behind stroking my hair. I leaned back and met his yellow eyes*
- Ah, about that, I think everyone should worry about Bella more, Bella is Edward's mate after all. Sooner or later everyone will have to face it *I shrug, leaning my head on Alice's head*
- We're worried about you *Emmett smiled, nudging my arm*
- Me? No need, I'm just a supporting character in a big story. I don't plan on telling anyone or gossiping. And I won't have any problems, I think. At least for now *I said and laughed*
I looked around, suddenly realizing everyone was looking at me with a strange look. I tilted my head. Even Edward was looking at me. It was so quiet that you could hear the sound of running water. Suddenly Alice kissed my cheek. I blushed immediately.
- Don't talk about yourself like that. You're not a supporting character, we each have our own story. *Alice whispered into my ear, her voice sweeter than ever. I was embarrassed and tried to push her away but of course, she was much stronger than me*
- I guess you're right *I sigh, stroking her hair*
- So Ly, you said you came from somewhere else here, how old are you actually *Edward asked*
- I'm actually 25 years old, but I'm only 17 in this body. Still very young *I joked, looking over to see Emmett laughing happily*
- Do you have a boyfriend or fiancé there? *Edward asked again, everyone seemed interested in the story*
- Boyfriend...fiance...no one. I'm single from head to toe *I hesitated, cried in my heart* "I decided I have to find a tall handsome boyfriend, there are so many handsome guys here...like Jacob, i mean, look at his abs" *I thought to myself*
Edward frowned, looking a little uncomfortable. Alice gripped Ly. Emmett's smile faltered. Rosalie clutched the towel. Jasper looked around, looking like he was in pain. Carlisle stared at the newspaper in his hand. Esme fidgeted beside him. The atmosphere gradually became heavier. Carlise decided to speak up.
- It's quite late now, Ly, you need to go to bed on time. Esme, can you take Ly home? If anyone sees us, we can say that Ly went to the supermarket and accidentally met you, so you take her home *Carlisle said to Esme*
- Of course, dear. Come on Ly, i'll take you home *Esme took the car keys and led me to the car. I said goodbye to everyone and walked out*

- Guys, I think we scared her off *Carlisle sighed and put the newspaper down*

Alice was still staring into space, absentmindedly. Everyone sat silently waiting for her. She blinked and came back to reality.
- We have to let her know about the existence of Coven mates first. Otherwise, she will just think we are friendly vampires like in the story she told. *Alice said, looking towards Edward*
- No Alice *Edward refused* Ly already had a bad first impression of me, I wouldn't do that, don't think about it *Edward read Alice's mind, shook his head*
Alice stood up, went into the study and took out a few novels about vampire love. She came out and gave them to Edward.
- Here, give Ly these books, she will read them. You're stalking Bella anyway, right?
- Anyway, tonight while Ly is sleeping, you and Jasper will have a turn to sneak on her, why don't you guys give it to her yourself? *Edward still refuse*

- What a long day *I takes a shower and changes clothes, planning to go to bed*
Lying on the bed, I thought about how Edward wasn't affected much by Bella's scent so he would definitely stalk her tonight. I went to the window, about to close it when a figure jumped in through the window.
- Ahh *I screamed and fell back but a hand covered my mouth and hugged my waist, holding me in the air. a voice rang out, I calmed down and looked up. it was Edward*
- You didn't think of using the door or calling me in advance? Why do you have to use these methods? *I angrily struggled out of his arms and stood up*
- This way is much faster *Edward smiled, stroking his bangs*
I looked at his face. A smile on what must have been a handsome, chiseled face. I stare but quickly blushed and looked away.
- What are you doing here? If you're looking for Bella's house, it's right next to mine *I said while looking down*
- Alice asked me to give you these books, saying they were for you to learn more about vampires *He smiled, placing the books on my desk* You seem to be very scared of us, right? *Edward came closer, reaching out to touch my hair*
I immediately backed away, taking a defensive stance.
- Hey, okay, no touching. For me, people who have lovers are three no's: no touching, no talking, no involvement. So, thanks for the book, now get out of my room, quickly *I make a hand-waving gesture to chase the guest away*
Edward smiled and jumped out from the window. I quickly locked the window, closed the curtains and breathed a sigh of relief. I walked over to the books Edward had just placed on the table.
- Huh? Ladies and powerful nobles? Love from many sides? The love affairs of a dreamy girl? Why does Alice let me read all these romance novels? I thought she would give me documents about vampires *I flipped through the pile of books and read the titles*
I decided to pick up a book and read until I felt sleepy. I bookmarked the page, put it next to my bed, turned off the lights, and went to sleep after a tiring day.
