Joseph Carr starts the Rusherz' new year by whisking them to Canton Ohio, where Liberty see's that Joseph is already showing his skills even if he's not the president Yet.

January 4, 1921...

Rusherz: BYE! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

The Rusherz waved from the bus as everyone from the White House waved goodbye to them, wishing them well and luck to their endeavors and to make sure to keep in contact with them. Joseph smiled as he drove out of the lot, then the city, and now they were on the road.

Joseph Carr: And here we go! New Year, new job, and a new venture. I hope you boys are ready for the city of football.

Liberty: We are, I can't wait to see the town. Thank you so much again for this Joe.

Joseph Carr: Of course! If you boys need anything I'm a call away, live in Columbus so I'll be close by. Till then you all enjoy the view.

Spot was smiling as he looked out the window, watching the wintery world go by.

Three hours...

Joseph nodded as he was waiting for the line of cars to move, turning to see how the Rusherz were doing. Some of them had fallen asleep, others talked to eachother, and a few were watching the world go by.

Joseph Carr: You doing good?

Liberty blinked and turned, realizing Joseph was talking to him. He smiled nodding.

Liberty: Yeah. Just wondering what the city will look like. I mean they look the same yet different at the same time.

Joseph Carr: Well some places are still in development, heard there are going to be some food chains popping up within the years-

At the mention of food, Joseph heard as what he could describe as a chorus of stomach growls. The Rusherz asleep woke up at that and Joseph chuckled.

Joseph Carr: *chuckles* I take it you all are hungry?

Beast: *blushes a bit* Yeah. Sorry about that-

Joseph Carr: It's fine, it's about close to noon so we'll be able to grab something to munch on.

Joseph parked the bus in the pit stop in Pennsylvania. The Rusherz mingled eating some snacks as Joseph called his family to give them a update.

Swoop: *looks around* PA looks like a really nice place, maybe in the near future I can get a team here.

Thor: Well this seems like a good place for you Swoop, lot of nature around here.

Swoop smiled as he turned to-

Swoop: Your team is gonna be placed here too right Blow-Torch.

The Steeler jumped in shock as he slowly turned to the Eagle Rusher, who was smiling at him. Blow-Torch tired to hide his face.

Blow-Torch: I-I'm still on the fence with all this.

Swoop: Well, just take your time with this okay.

Blow-Torch...hide his face even more.

Joseph Carr: *watching the scene as he hangs up* Huh, seems Blow-Torch isn't the social type.

Liberty was leaning on the wall waiting for Joseph to be done.

Liberty: -sighs- He's-not use to people, keeps himself closed off from both Rusher and Human. We tired to ask him why or what happened to cause his untrustworthness but he avoids it. AND THEN THERE'S SWOOP *Chuckles* That Eagle is determined to break that steel exterior, sweetest Eagle Rusher I'm telling you. I'm sure since we're on earth he will find ways to break it even more.

Joseph couldn't help but chuckle.

Joseph Carr: Okay, I want to see how far he will go. I will even help him get a team here along side Blow-Torch's team if he accepts Arts offer.

Liberty smiled as Joseph whistled.

Joseph Carr: OKAY BOYS! LET'S GET BACK ON THE ROAD!

The journey went on as the bus drove to it's destination. There were traffic jams, snow plows, and near hits with the wildlife to which Scavenger had to shield Swoop's eyes and Beast with Fang JUST IN CASE. And soon-the results..

Canton Ohio...

Josephs Carr: OKAY BOYS! HERE WE ARE!

The Rusherz either woke up or looked up, peering out the windows...and soon-

Freefall: *grins* Ohoho I am loving the energy flowing here.

Toro: Agree, like a whole buffet here.

Joseph Carr: *intrigued* So, you boys can feel energies?

Liberty: Oh yeah, back on Cordalion we Rusher bask in it. But when the war began it grew less and less, so we never felt this much energy in one place. This, all this energy defiantly feels like home-oh yeah we're gonna love it here.

Joseph laughed in victory as he drove.

Joseph Carr: *jovial* WELCOME TO CANTON OHIO BOYS! Birthplace of football and home to the twenty fifth president William McKinley. I'm telling ya boys this place is going to be the cornerstone for our league, one day this place will be the go to destination for all football fans and legends just you wait!

The Rusherz smile big hearing this man's enthusiasm.

Pick-Ax: I like the way this man thinks.

The Rusherz looked around in awe as Joseph showed them around.

Joseph Carr: *Smiles* Well boys, this is your new home city. We got gorcery stores, Delis, connivance stores, anything you need living here. Lot of nice folks too and of course police are here just in-case. Better to be safe than sorry right.

Freedom: -whistles- Nice place. This is a really nice place Joe.

Joseph Carr: It is, was founded in 1805 so it's one hundred and sixteen years old. Used to be a huge manufacturing spot with the large amount of railroad lines, but with the recent shifts in recent years Canton's been downsizing on the manufacturing aspects.

Liberty noticed Joseph eyed Blow-Torch for a moment with a smirk.

Joseph Carr: Ah, guess it couldn't compete with steel city in the end.

Blow-Torch actually tripped, catching himself.

Blow-Torch: Pardon, Steel-city?

Joseph turned to him with a grin, Liberty seeing the sparks in his eyes.

Joseph Carr: Why yes, it's the place Art Rooney wants to put his team. It's a city called Pittsburgh and it is known for it's top quality steel. Why, it's has helped us in WWI and if there's another conflict, the city is gonna be in action once again. Tough as steel that city.

Blow-Torch blinked at what Joseph described. Liberty saw in his eyes that the soon to be president was appealing to Blow-Torch and his likes, dousing the hesitation the Steeler Rusher was having about getting his team with Rooney.

Liberty's thoughts: Very smart moves Joseph. Very tactful.

Blow-Torch: *thinking* Pittsburgh-

?: HEY, JOSEPH!

All looked up to see a man walk over with a grin, Joseph smile grew as both men shoke hands.

Joseph Carr: JIM! How ya doing? What brings you to Canton?

Jim Thrope: Doing good. My flight was delayed a bit due to the snow so I wanted to see the town, glad I did cause I got to see the famous Rusherz. Heard the big meeting is coming in April, hopefully the details can be ironed out.

Joseph nodded as he turned to the Rusherz.

Joseph Carr: Boys, this is Jim Thrope, he's from the Canton Bulldogs and was the founding president of the league.

They got a closer look at him and-

Peck: AH a triple leaguer!

Joseph Carr and Jim Thrope: *confused* A triple what?

K-9: Triple Leaguer, he's someone who played more than one sport. Given the energy, other than football you played Baseball and basketball.

Jim Thrope: You can tell all that from energy alone? *They nodded; To Joseph* Joe you got some interesting friends and your not even president yet.

Joseph chuckled nodding, as Liberty went over and the two shoke hands.

Liberty: Well it's nice to meet you Jim, Joseph told us much about you.

Jim Thrope: Same with you guys. If you need anything don't be afraid to ask.

Stampede: Same here Jim.

Jim smiled as he tipped his hat.

Jim Thrope: Well, i wanted to make sure I said hello to you all. I got a flight to catch so you all have a good day!

Joseph Carr: You have safe travels and a good day as well Jim!

They waved goodbye as he walked off.

Joseph Carr: *to the Rusherz;smiling* See, the place where all football fans and legends want to go.

Joseph and the Rusherz walked into the building, the Rusherz looking around in awe.

Joseph Carr: And here is where you will be staying..until we get a good location for your place.

Pack: Nice place, really cozy here.

Joseph nodded as he looked at the Rusherz.

Joseph Carr: Now, it might be a little bit longer to find you guys a place to live. We're still a new league and we need to rank up the cash, so I hope you don't mind waiting.

Liberty turned to him with a smile.

Liberty: We got a roof under our head and great folks keepin an eye on us. We wouldn't mind waiting even decades to get a place.

Joseph smiled at this nodding as the manager walked over with a smile.

Manager: Welcome to Canton Ohio. We hope you enjoy your stay here.

Fang: Thanks. Happy to be here.

As the manager talked to Joseph, the Rusherz looked around.

Cyclops: So, how will sleeping arrangements work with these rooms.

Liberty stopped thinking, then looked around at the others. He went to them and grouped them in small groups.

Liberty: I think-this should work. Hopefully this will allow the staff to have more rooms for guest.

Joseph Carr: Got the rooms!

They looked in one of the rooms, seeing two large beds in each room.

Pack: Looks like we're sharing Grizzly.

Grizzly: I don't mind. Least it's gonna be more comfy than sleeping on dry grass.

Joseph looked around-and he had to hold in his laugh seeing Blow-Torch's wide eye shock face as Swoop smiled at him.

Swoop: Guess we're room mates eh Blow-Torch?

Blow-Torch eye twitched. Liberty saw Joseph reaction and ushered him far from the rooms..

...

Joseph and Liberty howled in laughter, Liberty holding the wall as tears fell.

Liberty: *laughing* OH THIS IS BRILLIANT! JOE YOU ARE A MAD MAN DID YOU KNOW!?

Joseph Carr: *laughing* I knew the bed rooms but your the genius to put them in the same room!

Joseph fell to his knees in laughter as Liberty started gasping from the amount of laughter.

Liberty: *laughing* This is defiantly break more of that steel shell off him now!

Joseph Carr: *laughing* HE'S GONNA KILL US! OH STARS ABOVE HE'S GONNA KILL US!

The two continued to laugh and soon they were panting with giggles.

Liberty: Oh I am so gonna love it here. Great place for us Joe.

Joseph Carr gave a smile at Liberty.

Joseph Carr: I knew you boys would. Like I said there is so much I want to do with the league, and you guys are gonna always be on the top list.

Liberty smile warm at this as the two leaned on the wall.

Liberty: Joseph..I really am looking forward to working with you. Really happy you live close by too.

Joseph Carr: Glad as well, so if you boys need anything I'm not to far away. I'm always gonna have your backs Lib.

Liberty smile warmed even more as he leaned on Joseph's arm. He was surprised, but he smiled as he allowed the Gaint Rusher to relax. Deep down, he knew he was gonna be close friends with this one.

Liberty: *content* Canton Ohio...we are here to stay.

Swoop is full of determination to befriend Blow-Torch and break his steel shell..keep a pin for this one okay ;). Your gonna find out just how important the 'Streegles' are to them.

The Rusherz are now livin in Canton Ohio!
