Sonic X (my version)
Hi, this mastershadow300 this is my version of sonic X, I don't own sonic.
my version involves more characters than the ones from the series, I hope you like it.
Choas Emerald saga,
"Royal reunion".
The scene shows the President's office in the White House where Jerome Wise is holding a newspaper about the defeat of Dr. Eggman's and the destruction of his fortress that happened in the episode before.
"This is great news, Mr. President, and it couldn't have come at a better time! Now, you're sure to be re-elected!" Jerome said."
The President looks sad.
"I don't know about that," the president said."
"Huh?" Jerome asked."
"I'm not the real hero of the story. (He points at the newspaper Jerome is holding.) Look closer," the president replied."
"Huh? (Jerome looks at the newspaper to see a photo of Sonic and his friends smiling, winking, and giving a thumbs up on the front page. He then gets irritated and looks at another newspaper with a photo of Mobians standing with smug looks on their faces on the front page. He then looks at another one to see a photo of Sonic sticking his tongue out and pulling down one of his eyelids on the cover.) THOSE MOBIANS! (Jerome tosses the newspapers in the air with a growl and grabs a remote control to turn a TV on. The TV screen displays a clip of Sonic. Jerome changes the channel to another clip of Sonic and his friends. He then changes the channel several more times with each channel showing clips of the Mobians. Jerome screams and growls, putting his hands on his head.) If we don't act fast, sir, the Mobians will be running the country!" Jerome said."
"Huh? we don't even know if they're old enough to become candidates," the president said."
"Grr... (walks towards the President and puts his hands on the President's desk.) We've got to do something right away!" Jerome said." besides, we don't much about them, for all we know they could be older."
"Now, now, let's not overreact about this. Just stay calm," the president said." it's true the Mobians are given a positive reception. especially since they helped defeat Eggman, but we don't know much about them."
Jerome begins to pace back and forth in the office.
"Ergh, think, think! There must be something we can do... Ah, that's it! I know!" Jerome said."
"Hm?" the president asked."
Jerome smiles.
"It's a brilliant idea! We'll host a black-tie charity ball in celebration of our recent victory!" Jerome replied."
The President looks confused.
"Yes, but what does a victory celebration do to solve our Sonic problem?" the president asked." and will it help with the public get to know the Mobians more?"
"We're going to make the Mobians the guest of honor! We'll invite the media, get in a couple of photo-ops, that kind of thing! (An imaginary scene of photographers taking multiple pictures of Sonic shaking hands with the President is shown. The same event is broadcasted live on TV.) It'll be in all the papers, all over the cable-news talk shows: "The President and Sonic, the dynamic duo battling together against the forces of oppression"! Once the voters see that you and Sonic are buddies, your approval rating will go through the roof! There's no way you can lose, your re-election will be a sure thing! I'll have the staff get started. We'll make sure all the television reporters get personal invitations to the free buffet tent!" Jerome replied."
Jerome turns to leave. The President sighs about Jerome's plans. The Sonic X opening theme "Gotta Go Fast" plays.
The scene shifts to the Thorndyke Mansion where Ray is using his flight powers to the windows outside.
"There we go. (he sees the mail van pull up and quickly hides in the bushes): Eep! (he waits for the van to leave before making sure nobody else is around before checking the mail): I wonder what Chris got. (on his way back, he looks over the mail): let's see, bill, bill, research funds from G.U.N. for Chuck. letter to the Mobians from the president. wait, what?! (he looks at the last one in surprise) I got to tell the others!" Ray said as he runs inside the mansion." Hey, guys!"
Ray slips on the floor.
"Ouch, forgot that Tanaka just waxed the floor," he said."
"Indeed, I did," Tanaka said." are you ok master Ray?"
"I'm good," Ray replied." but where are the others?"
"In Mr. Thorndyke's laboratory," Tanaka replied.
"Thanks! (he flies over the waxed floor and soon makes it to Chuck's lab) guys!" ray said."
"what's going on, Ray?" Mighty asked."
"a letter came in! and it's from the president!" Ray replied."
"The president?! who's it for?" Chuck asked."
"The Mobians," Ray replied."
"Hmm. let's see. (Ray gives the letter to Hope, who reads it aloud for the others): Dear Mobians, we are aware of your existence and cordially invited to a black-tie charity ball. you may bring as many friends as you see fit, and a limo will provide to pick you up. the event starts on Thursday at 1:00 PM keep in mind that each of you will be interviewed to establish public relations," Hope said."
"Hm... sounds interesting," Chuck said."
"Looks like we won't have to hide anymore," Sonia said."
"that's good to hear, acting like stuff animals was annoying," Rotor said."
"Well then, in that case, I say we dust off our best party duds and make it a day!" Chuck said."
Everyone else cheers except for Sonic.
"Oh, boy. dressing up fancy isn't my thing," he said."
"I bet they'll serve lots of yummy food there... (Amy imagines a table of delicious food.) I'm getting hungry just thinking about it!" Amy said. (Amy then sighs with a dreamy look on her face and a drop of drool hanging from her mouth.)
"Me too!" Tails said."
"Me three," Maisy said."
"Amy, you're drooling," Tania said."
(sees that she is) "Sorry," Amy said as she wipes her mouth with a handkerchief."
"Oh, how will we break this to Helen?" Sonic asked."
"Well, since we have two days until the party. we can hang with her earlier than we originally planned," Sally replied."
Chris: "Helen? You mean the girl in my class?" Chris asked."
"Yeah, that's the one. She's a friend of ours," Sonic replied."
"I didn't know that," Chris said."
"Sally and I met her over at the lake... (The scene flashbacks to Sonic's and Sally's first meeting with Helen nearby a lake. Sonic and Sally run past the lake where they see Helen in her wheelchair which is stuck in a mud pit.) Oh! (Sonic runs over to her and helps her get out of the mud pit.) Hi there!" Sonic said."
He and Sally mover her out of the sand.
"Thank you. Oh! You're Sonic and Sally, aren't you?" Helen asked."
Sonic and Sally look surprised.
"You've heard of us?" Sonic asked."
"Of course!" Helen replied." I saw you both fight that teacher robot at school."
"Ah, yes! What's your name?" Sally asked."
"Helen," she replied."
"Nice to meet you," Sally replied."
"What are you doing out here, anyway?" Sonic asked."
"I come out here a lot. I love to look at that island there," Helen replied."
"That one over there?" Sonic asked (noticing an island)."
"Mmm-hmm. My father says it's filled with the most beautiful flowers. All different kinds. He always promises he'll take me there, but he... he's always too busy," Helen replied."
"Don't worry. I'm sure he'll take you there one of these days," Sonic said."
"I don't know. My dad doesn't seem to ever have enough time for me. I'd go myself but...," Helen said."
Helen looks down at her wheelchair.
(noticing Sonic's look) "Sonic, I know what you're thing," Sally said."
"You really want to see that island, Helen?" Sonic asked."
"Of course, I do!" Helen replied."
"Then I'm gonna take ya! and Sally will come too. (Helen looks surprised, but, happy at this statement of Sonic's) I give you my word, Helen," Sonic said."
"I had a feeling you'd say that, Sonic," Sally said."
Helen gasps. Sonic and Helen are seen crossing their pinkies and the flashback ends.
"I gave her my word," Sonic said."
"And Sonic never goes back on his word," Sally said."
"Oh, I got a lot of work to do!" Sonic said."
"let's head to Helen's house first," Sally said."
"Got it!" Sonic said as he picks her up and they dash off.
Chris looked somewhat bewildered.
"that's Sonic for you," Mighty said."
"Hate to ruin the moment, but none of us have anything to wear at the party," Sonia said."
"Tanaka, Ella, and I can help," Chuck said."
"Before that, it's time for Muttski to have his bath," Tanaka said making Muttski gulp.
Later, Hope, the Mobians (minus Sonic and Sally), and the humans of the Thorndyke mansion are at the mall looking for new clothes.
"Whoa, this place is huge!" Manic said."
"I'll say," Tiara said."
"Are there no shopping malls on Mobius?" Chris asked."
"We have bazaars, but nothing like this," Rotor replied."
"And it never had a lot of stores," Renee said."
"Lucky for us, I've been saving up on mobiums," Sonia said."
"Uh, Sonia, hate to break it to you, but mobiums have no value in this world. I learned that the hard way," Hope said."
(Flashback)
Hope is scene paying for a crepe with a single mobium, which resembles a cyan dollar with a treble clef in the center.
"Miss, you need real money to pay for a crepe, not pretend money," the vender said."
"But it is real money where I came from," Hope said."
"Sorry miss, but you have to use our money. (Chris sees the situation and pays for her) thank you," the vender said. as he returns Hope's mobium."
"I don't know the value of a mobium, but I'll help you," Chris said."
(Back to the present)
"Oh," Sonia said."
"That explains a lot," Monica said."
"You let us worry about the cost," Chuck said."
"Much appreciated," Bunnie said."
Other humans at the mall look at the Mobians very strangely.
"Does anyone get ze feeling we're being watched?" Antonie asked."
"I get the feeling it'll happen more often after two days," Charles replied."
"Sheesh, it's like they've never seen Mobians before," Isabelle said."
"that's because they haven't," Monica said."
"Oh, right," Isabelle said."
"Ah guess we'll just have ta learn ta get used ta it," Bunnie said."
Most of the clothes are too big for the Mobians.
"I feel as though I'm swimming in this dress," Sonia said."
"Same," Amy said."
(Having a dress covering her head) "I can't see!" Cream said."
"You look like a ghost," Tania said."
"This isn't going well," Chris said."
"Yeah, especially since most of the clothes in this store are so big," Hope said."
"Can we check somewhere else?" Manic asked."
"We could, but where would we find clothes to fit us?" Nicky asked."
"We could try the kids' section. Mobians are about that size," Chris said."
"Alright," Hope said."
Some of the Mobians aren't pleased with this.
"Not sure how to feel about this," Manic said."
"But if it's to find clothes that can fit, then so be it," Sonia said."
Meanwhile, Sonic and Sally are heading back from rescheduling their hang out with Helen to the next day.
"I'm glad Helen understood," Sally said."
"I know, right? Sonic said."
"you're very kind to go through with this," Sally said." now, let's go find a dress for me and a suit for you."
"You got it, Sal!" Sonic said."
He races to the mall as Sally holds on. they see the others in the clothing store.
"There they are," Sally said."
"So, how'd it go?" Chris asked."
"It went well," Sonic replied."
"Wish we could say the same," Monica said."
"A lot of the clothes were too big. so much so that we're checking out the kids' section," Nicky said."
Tiara steps out of the changing room in a light red formal dress. while Amy comes out in a red party dress.
"I think this is a good fit. what do you think?" Tiara asked."
"Looking good babe," Manic replied."
"Thanks honey," Tiara said."
"it's surprising since it looks like it was made just for two," Sally said."
"I know it's weird. especially since I saw three more dresses of the same style in different colors," Amy said."
Nicky admires Amy with a goofy smitten smile on his face while Sally sees three dresses like the one Amy and Tiara are wearing, but in different colors. the three dresses are colored in blue, pink, and silver.
"Those can fit us nicely," Sally said."
The store clerk, who's really a G.U.N. soldier in disguise, goes to the back room and contacts the G.U.N. supreme commander, Abraham tower.
"Status report," Abraham said."
"Sir! the Mobians are beginning to catch on, sir!" the soldier said."
"At ease, soldier. let them speculate where their new attire comes from, but the president has made it clear that they're not to be harmed," Abraham said."
"Understood sir!" the soldier said."
Meanwhile, Sally comes out of the changing room in the blue dress. Sonic looks at her loved struck with hearts in his eyes.
"it's really comfortable," Sally said."
"It looks good, too," Amy said."
"Thank you," Sally said."
Cream steps out in a smaller pink dress.
"I think it's pretty," Cream said."
"Aww! you look adorable little sis. (Cream curtsies politely; Bunnie then puts on the pink dress matching Amy's) this ain't really something ah'm used to, but ah can work with is," Bunnie said."
Sonia tries on a silver dress.
"Ooh, this is dazzling!" Sonia said."
Tania, Isabelle, and Monica come out with their dresses. with Isabelle and Monica wearing purple dresses, while Tania is wearing a yellow dress.
"Twinsys," Monica said as Isabelle rolled her eyes."
"I feel like a dork," Tania said."
"Aww, Tania you look so cute," Sonia said."
In the men's changing room, Ray puts on a simple tuxedo top.
"I like this," Ray said."
The sleeves are a little too long for him. so, he carefully rolls them up. Mighty is also putting on a simple tuxedo top. he finds the sleeves constricting.
"A little tight. (he rolls them up to his shoulders) much better," Mighty said."
Antonie is the only one in a full tuxedo.
"Suits me perfectly," Antonie said."
That evening, after the shopping is done, Sonic is on the roof.
"You ok, Sonic?" Sally asked."
"Yeah, just thinking about my family," Sonic replied."
"Do you want to talk about it?" Sally asked."
"Did your dad says things about my dad?" Sonic asked."
"Well, he told me that your father was a great explorer. always looking for adventure," Sally replied."
"Guess that's where I got my sense for adventure from," Sonic said."
"Not surprising, he also said your dad was a good soldier," Sally said."
"It also explains my heroism," Sonic said."
"With or with an ability type, he was more heroic than the royal guards at the time," Sally said."
"Thanks Sal," sonic said as he kissed her cheek."
Unknown to them, Aleena, Bernadette and Julies are watching from a distance.
'we'll see you again soon, Sonic. but for now, we'll watch from afar,' Bernadette thought.'
"he's in good hands," Jules said."
"Indeed, Jules. I remember when Bernadette saw your heroism in action. it was when you saved Miles' father," Aleena said."
"He was my friend/brother just like Paulie, I couldn't leave him there," Jules said."
(flashback)
A younger Jules is seen walking with a younger Charles with a white mustache and Paulie.
"Seriously Charles those chemicals will end you one day if you're not careful," Paulie said."
"Just a little side effect, I'll be fine," Charles said. (Jules looking depressed): Jules, you, ok?"
"No, I mean I'm 20 years old and I don't have an ability type," Jules replied."
"don't let it get you down brother. you you're still reliable and have strong will," Charles said."
"Yeah, I don't have an ability type either, but that didn't stop me from being the best pilot in the skies," Paulie said."
"Maybe you two our right," Jules said."
Suddenly they hear civilians screaming, the three went to go see the trouble. they find it and see a giant crab like robot holding a Mobian in its claws.
"that's not good," Charles said."
Jules recognizes the Mobian as Amadeus Prower.
"it's Amadeus!" Jules yelled."
"Not good, and the guards are having a hard time too," Paulie said."
The General of the guard, Armand D'coolette, is knocked onto his back, losing his sword.
"We need more assistance!" he said."
Jules grabs Armand's sword and ran towards the Robot,
"Let him go!" he said."
"Jules?!" Amadeus said."
Jules throws the sword at one of the robot's optic's and then attempts to pry open its claw to free Amadeus straining a little. watching from afar is a younger Bernadette.
(blushing) "Wow," Bernadette said."
"Jules freed Amadeus from the claw as Armand jumps up and retrieves his sword.
"Thanks Jules," Amadeus said."
They both jump to safety as Armand finishes the robot," Yah!" Armand yelled."
Later Jules was getting yelled at by the guards.
"What were you thinking?! you've could've gotten hurt!" a royal guard member said."
"Stand down, maggot! zis hedgehog was more heroic zan zee rest of us were," Armand said."
"Thanks again Jules, you're a real-life saver," Amadeus said."
Later, Jules is adventuring on Christmas Island with Charles and Paulie.
"Guys, thanks for earlier," Jules said."
"Think nothing of it, Jules. we're brothers through thick and thin," Charles said."
"Yeah, you two are like brothers to me ever since high school," Paulie said." and we've been brothers ever since."
"Always and forever," Jules said." (thinking) 'If only our sister was still around.'
Charles knows who he's thinking about.
The three brothers see something rather unusual, a large golden ring suspended in midair," what on Mobius?" Jules said."
"What do you think it is?" Paulie asked."
Charles holds a tricorder-like device.
"Inconceivable! this ring is made entirely of chaos energy!" Charles replied."
"What? this isn't like any ring I've seen before," Jules said as he grabs it and feels a power surge in his body." Whoa, that was weird."
They notice a castle.
"Maybe the people there know more about these rings," Charles said."
"Can't hurt to try," Paulie said."
They enter and are greeted by a younger Bernadette who blushes seeing Jules. Jules sees her and blushes as well. a younger Brenda walks up to them.
"Greetings," the younger Brenda said."
Paulie suddenly blushes seeing Brenda, but she doesn't notice.
'Talk about cute,' he thought.'
"Pardon our intrusion, but we've found this curious ring," Charles said."
(snapping out of it) "may I have a look?" Bernadette asked as Jules snaps out of it and hold out the ring; making Bernadette gasp." A power ring!"
Brenda looked shocked as well.
"that's what is? a power ring?" Jules asked."
"Yes, we must bring this to the queen!" Brenda replied."
"Yes, miss," Charles said."
They were brought before Queen Aleena.
"Your majesty. these three Mobians found a power ring," Bernadette said."
"I see. they may approach," Aleena said as Charles, Jules, and Paulie step closer, showing the power ring." you're that hedgehog from Mobotropolis, my daughter Bernadette told me about you."
"Mother!" Bernadette yelled blushing."
"Mother? does that mean you're a princess?" Jules asked."
"Yes, these two are my daughters, Bernadette and Brenda," Aleena replied." please state your name."
"Yes, your majesty," Jules said." I am Jules the hedgehog (kissing her hand)."
'My, what a gentleman, no wonder Bernadette just fell for him,' Aleena thought.' "Jules, when you grasped that very power ring, did you happen to feel a power surge?"
"Yes, your majesty," Jules replied."
"Then the ring recognizes your potential," Aleena said."
Jules looked confused." what do you mean, your majesty?" Jules asked."
"Had you grabbed the ring and felt nothing, it would mean you have no potential. that ring has a speed-type alignment," Aleena replied."
"But I don't have an ability type," Jules said."
"Wrong, the ring is right. I sense dormant potential in you," Aleena said."
"I'm flattered, but I'm at my limit. I don't have ability type. never did," Jules said."
(placing her hand on Jules' head) "you've had it all along. it was merely never awoken. I shall wake it up," Aleena said."
Jules suddenly feels a greater power surge.
"wha-what's happening?! (Aleena removes her hand and surge stops): that was weird," Jules said."
"Try running around the throne room," Aleena said."
"Yes, your majesty," Jules said as he stretches and starts to run; to his surprise, when he starts running, his legs move so fast, they resemble blurred wheels." Whoa! (he moves greater that he could before) this is amazing! (Jules is blown away by his new abilities): I can hardly believe this!"
"Yeah, you might be able to run around the world," Paulie said."
"Jules, do you promise to use these abilities for the sake of others?" Aleena asked."
"Yes, I promise," Jules replied."
Back to the present,
"And I've kept that promise ever since," Jules said."
"Very commendable, my love," Bernadette said."
"that's why I knew you would make the perfect husband for Bernadette along with Paulie for Brenda," Aleena said."
The next day, Sonic and Sally are with Helen by the lake.
"Ready, Helen?" Sonic asked."
"Yup," Helen replied."
"All aboard, next stop the island upon the lake!" Sonic said."
He and Sally help her into the boat.
"There we go. can't forget life jackets," Sally said."
"Especially me since I can't swim," Sonic said."
"If we find something to heal your legs, you'll be able to swim again," Sally said."
"don't hedgehogs float?" Helen asked."
"Not this one," Sonic replied."
Sally fastens life jacket on the two. Sonic then grabs onto the back of the boat.
"what's he doing?" Helen asked."
"you'll see, but you might want to hang on," Sally replied."
Sonic uses his speed to act as a makeshift motor.
"Whoa! (they reach the island) wow! Sonic, you really are a fast hedgehog," Helen said."
"that's nothing, my dad and grandma has me beat when it comes to speed," Sonic said."
"Wow! (he and Sally help her out) thanks," Helen said."
"So, what do your folks do anyway?" Sonic asked."
"My dad works at a grocery store, and he works really hard," Helen replied."
"Does his work have anything to do with you...you?" Sonic asked."
"Well...he does work hard to help me because of my wheelchair. I've been this way for a year. we were on a hiking trip, and I fell. the fall paralyzed my legs ever since," Helen replied."
"Oh, no. we're so sorry," Sally said."
"My parents blamed themselves for the accident and began taking extra jobs to get enough money to pay for the surgery to fix my legs," Helen said."
"It was neither yours or your parents' faults. life has a way of throwing curveballs at people. after all, Sally, my friends, and I all came from another world. but, in my efforts to stop Eggman, we ended up here," Sonic said."
"I heard Chris talk to Frances and Danny about you and your friends. he kept mentioning a planet called Mobius," Helen said."
"Yup and we'd like to go back there, but, for now, we're making the best out of living here. it isn't easy, but we're all doing our best. like with your folks, even if they're busy, they're doing their best to help you because they love you," Sonic said."
"If it's any consolation, we understand what it's like being without parents on a regular basis," Sally said."
"You do?" Helen asked."
"Yeah, Eggman took a lot of our parents from us, and it took 10 years to reunite with them," Sonic replied."
"I'm sorry, I didn't know," Helen said."
"what's worst he stole my Uncle Chucks roboticizer," Sonic said."
"Oh no!" Helen said."
"Don't worry, Helen. from what we heard it was damaged enough that Eggman can't fix it," Sonic said." thus no one will be a victim."
"Thank you. (they arrive at the flowers) dad was right, Sonic! they're the prettiest flowers anywhere! (sonic attempts to pick some) wait, please don't. leave them just as they are. I want to come back here someday with my parents," Helen said."
"I get it. So, they'll be just the way they are when that day comes," Sonic said."
Sonic, Sally, and Helen admire the beauty of the flowers. they suddenly hear the sound of small jets.
"what's that?" Helen asked."
They look up and see his dad Jules landing with Bernadette in his arms along with the male Squirrel/monk Mobian with his family revealing to be Maximillion Nigel Acorn, his wife Alicia, Son Elias, his daughter-in-law Megan, and his granddaughter Alixis and Grandson Tufftee, along with Paulie and Brenda and finally Aleena.
(gasps) "Dad?" Sonic said."
"that's right son," Jules replied."
"And mom, uncle Paul, Aunt Brenda, Grandma?" Sonic asked."
"Hey kiddo," Paulie said."
"Auntie Sally!" the two young Mobians said."
"Mom, daddy, Elias, Megan, Alexis, and Tufftee," Sally said."
"Hey there bean," Nigel said."
"You must be their family," Helen said."
"that's right," Elias said."
Sonic and Sally tearfully embrace their families with Bernadette kissing Sonic's cheek.
"it's ok Sonic. we're here," Jules said."
Aleena, Bernadette, Megan, and Alicia look at the flowers.
"Beautiful, aren't they?" Sally asked."
"Yes, they are," Megan replied."
"It reminds of Christmas Island," Bernadette said."
"Indeed," Alicia said."
"Christmas island?" Helen asked." is it like Christmas every day on the island?"
"No, it's where my grandma, mom, aunt, me, my brother, sisters and cousins were born," Sonic replied."
"Oh, that sounds amazing," Helen said."
"It is, not only that it's the most beautiful place on Mobius. it also has higher concentrations of chaos energy than anywhere else, besides angel island," Sally said."
"Wow," Helen said."
"Eggman tried to take it over, but Queen Aleena stopped him," Sally said."
"She very cool," Helen said."
"Not only that, but our mother is also the queen of Christmas Island," Brenda said."
"Wow, you're really incredible, being a queen and a grandma yet you look like you're in your twenty's," Helen said."
"I get that a lot," Aleena said."
"We better get you back home, Helen. it's getting late," Sally said."
"Ok, and thanks again for bringing me here," Helen said."
"No problem," Sonic said."
After returning Helen home, Sonic and Sally bring their families to the Thorndyke mansion.
"This is where we're staying while we're on earth," Sally said."
They enter the foyer.
"Chris? Tanaka? Ella? Chuck?" Sonic called out."
"Welcome back. who are they?"
"Chris...these are my parents, aunt, other uncle, and grandma," Sonic replied."
"And these are my parents, brother, sister-in-law, and my niece and nephew," Sally added."
"it's nice to meet you all," Chris said."
Charles enters and looks shocked seeing his brothers.
"Hey bro," Paulie said.
"we're back," Jules said."
The three brothers embrace.
"I've missed you two so much!" Charles said."
"Right back at you, Charlie," Jules said."
Nicky, Isabelle, Monica, Tania, Muttski, Manic, Sonia, enters seeing their parents.
(tearing up)" Mommy, Daddy?" Tania said."
"that's right sweetie," Bernadette replied."
Tania runs and embrace Bernadette crying happily along with Manic and Sonia.
Nicky, Isabelle, and Monica embraced Brenda and Paulie while Muttski jumps and licks Jules's face."
"What a reunion," Chris said."
The next morning, after breakfast, the residents of the mansion gathered in the entertainment room before Queen Aleena.
"I can hardly believe my eyes!" Antonie said."
(to Aleena) "I can't believe you're Sonic's grandma when you look so long," Amy said." what's your secret?"
"I've complete concentration of chaos energy," Aleena replied."
"Lucky," Amy said."
"And don't bother asking if she'll teach it to you Amy, grandma said she'll teach me, Isabelle, Monica, and Tania when we're older," Sonia said."
'Rats,' Amy thought.'
"I'm surprise that Charlie aren't married yet, especially to Rosie," Jules said."
"Yeah, since he's had a crush on her since high school," Paulie said."
(Blushing) "Hey, I have to find the right time," Charles said."
"In the meantime, we should be prepared for the party," Elias said."
Later the limo to the president's party arrives.
"Ah, that's our ride. is everyone ready?" Chris asked."
"Ready!" the Mobians and Hope replied."
"it's a good thing Sonia went overboard on the shopping, now we all got outfits for the party," Nigel said."
"Alright, then let's go!" Chris said."
On the way there, Sonic nervously fidgets with his tie.
"Here, let me help you with that," Sally said as she carefully tie's Sonic's tie, so that it's a comfortable Windsor knot."
"don't worry. we'll be right there for you," Sally said."
Scene shifts to the White House where a couple of fireworks go off. The interior displays a buffet containing tables of food and several guests in there.
"Okay! Now, if everything goes according to plan, Sonic and his friends should be arriving any minute. Then we'll have him meet the big guy and watch him go crazy!" Jerome said."
"He's here!" a person said."
"Ah, it's time! (A limousine drives outside of the White House with photographers flashing their cameras and reporters. The passenger door opens, and Amy, Sonia, and Bunnie steps out wearing their party dresses and makes a pose to show off. Chuck, Chris, Hope, and the rest of the Mobians, step out as well wearing fancy clothes for the party and the reporters take pictures of them all. Sonic and Sally are the last ones out as Jerome shoves the photographers and reporters aside. Jerome chuckles.) Ah, Sonic. glad to see you and your squirrel friend, Sally made it," Jerome said."
"Actually, I'm a sqirrelmunk. part squirrel and part chipmunk," Sally said."
"Nonetheless, welcome to our celebration!" Jerome said."
"To the party!" Chuck said."
Chuck, Chris, Hope, and the Mobians excitedly run towards the White House and meet the president.
"Welcome Mobians," the president said."
"Thank you for keeping our country in line," Chuck said."
After the Mobians had eaten, the interviews begin, starting with Sonic.
"So, what do you want to know?" Sonic asked."
"For starters, how old are you?" an interviewer asked."
"I'm 15," Sonic replied."
'So, he wouldn't be old enough to join our services,' the president thought.'
"Are you the leader of these...what are they again?" the interviewer asked."
"Mobians and no, I'm not the leader of all of them. most of them are adults like my mom, dad, aunt, uncles, and grandma," Sonic replied."
The reporters write down Sonic's statements.
"what's your top speed?" the interviewer asked."
"Never really checked. I've been more focused on stopping Eggman," Sonic replied."
The reporters smile at this. they figured that Sonic is indeed good. the next one to be interviewed is Sally.
"How may I assist you?" Sally asked."
"For starters, name, age, and species?" the interviewer asked."
"Sally Alicia Acorn, 15, and Squirrelmunk," Sally replied."
'Huh, didn't know she had a middle name,' Chris thought.'
"what's a squirrelmunk?" the interviewer asked."
"I'm part squirrel and part chipmunk. My, father, brother, and I come from a long line of such species," Sally replied."
The reporters write down her response.
"You and Sonic seem quite close, what's your relationship with him?" the interviewer asked."
"Sonic is my boyfriend," Sally replied."
The reporters excitedly write this down.
"Is it common for Mobians of different species to date each other?" the Interviewer asked."
"Well, most Mobians share the same physiology and are compatible for breeding as a result. (the reporters write this down): to properly answer your question, Mobian couples of different species are rare, but not unheard of. (the reporters take in the information) there are some Mobians who think they're better than others because they're what's known as purebreds," Sally replied."
"Are there any of these purebreds with us?" the interviewer asked."
"My family are purebreds along with Sonic," Sally replied." he's from a family of purebred mobian hedgehogs, but they don't believe in breed purity."
"that's right. I believe in helping my friends and family," Sonic said."
"In the attack on Eggman's base, we've seen you move as fast as Sonic can. how is that possible?" the interviewer asked."
"Well, back on Mobius, Eggman had this machine called the doomsday project. (the reporters continue to write as Sally tells the story): he was going to use it to destroy all life on Mobius. but, me and Sonic used these relics called the deep power stones, which allowed us to us to share our attributes. Sonic gained my combat skills, and I gained his speed. (The reporters and interviewers were amazed, as well as others who hadn't heard the story) through me and Sonic's combined efforts, the project was destroyed without harming the environment. I still have the speed Sonic gave me that day, but on a less reliable scale. unlike Sonic, my speed kicks in randomly without warning," Sally replied."
The reporters muttered in fascination while writing this down. they soon turned to Mighty.
"what's up?" Mighty asked."
"Name, age, and species," the interviewer replied."
"Name's Mighty, 16, and armadillo," Mighty said."
The reporters write down his responce.
"You showed incredible strength. is that common with Mobians?" the interviewer asked."
"Nope. honestly, I'm one of the strongest Mobians on Mobius along with the Dragons," Mighty replied."
The reporters write down the response, some of them utterly flabbergasted that he's one of the strongest non-dragon Mobians alive.
"aren't you worried about hurting your friends?" the interviewer asked."
"I was until a sloth helped me control my anger and strength," Mighty replied."
The reporters write down what Mighty said. they then turned to Ray.
"Hello," Ray said."
"Name, age, and species please," the interviewer said."
"Ray, 10, and a flying squirrel," Ray said." my mom was a flying squirrel, and my dad was a ground squirrel."
The reporters patiently write down Ray's response.
"How are you able to fly so well?" the interviewer asked."
"My mom taught me how to use my chaos energy to fly," Ray replied."
"what's chaos energy?" the interviewer asked."
"it's the lifeblood of all Mobians and Overlanders alike," Ray replied."
The reporters write the response and turn to Hope.
"I'm ready," she said."
"Are you and Eggman human variations of Mobians?" the interviewer asked."
"no. we're Overlanders, separate species from Mobians. the closest thing to a human Mobian would be primates," Hope replied."
The reporters write the response.
"what's the difference between humans and Overlanders?" the interviewer asked."
"Well, besides having different numbers of fingers and toes, I've seen how you're more welcoming towards Mobians. Overlanders are usually prejudiced against Mobians. I'm one of the Overlanders to be on good terms with the Mobians. but it wasn't easy for them to accept me," Hope replied." also thanks to another Overlander both sides are working together to beat Eggman and to live peacefully together."
The reporters write down these statements.
"And how old are you?" the interviewer asked."
"14 years old," Hope replied."
The reporters write down her response. they next turn to Jules.
"Here we go," Jules said."
"you're Sonic's father?" the interviewer asked."
"Yes, I'm a father of four," Jules replied."
The reporters write down the response.
"Does triplets run in the family?" the interviewer asked."
Charles and Paulie walked up to the reporters.
"Actually, I'm their brother-in-law, Jules and Charles have been like brothers to me since we were in high school," Paulie replied."
"And I've mostly had to keep these two out of trouble all the time," Charles said." but I've raised my nephew well, even though I see Jules in him all the time."
"And our kids will prevent Eggman from hurting others," Paulie said."
The reporters write this down and applaud. they turn to Aleena, Bernadette, and Brenda.
"What would you like to know?" Bernadette asked."
"We heard that you're Sonic's mother," the interviewer replied."
"Yes, me and my sister are mothers," Bernadette replied."
"Even though our mother is queen, she doesn't look down on others," Brenda said."
The reporters write down their response.
"it's hard to believe that you're a grandma yet you look so young," the interviewer said." what's your secret."
"Concentrated chaos energy," Aleena replied."
"Do you two ever thought about having more kids?" the interviewer asked."
"I'm 42 years old and my sister is 41. I already have three teenage triplets and a little girl so I'm good," Bernadette replied."
"Same with me, I have one teenage son and twin 12-year-old pre-teens," Brenda said."
The reporters write this down as Manic, Sonia, Nicky, Isabelle, Monica, and Tania take their turn.
"Since we work together, we figured we could answer our questions together," Sonia said."
"Sonia, was it? you seem better versed in etiquette than your brothers. why is that?" the interviewer asked."
"Well, shortly after we were born, with Nicky being born one year after us, there was a prophecy that we would unite with queen Aleena and beat Eggman. but for that to happen, our mother and aunt had to send us to be raised by separate families," Sonia replied." not long after a couple of years, Isabelle, Monica, and Tania were born and grew up with our parents."
"She was raised by Lady windimire, Nicky was raised by a woman named may, while I was raised by a thief named Ferrell," Manic said."
"What about Sonic?" the interviewer asked."
"Sonic was raised by our uncle Chuck in Mobotropolis," Nicky said.
The reporters write these down.
"And how old are you all?" the interviewer asked."
"15," Sonia and Manic replied.
"I'm 14," Nicky added."
"12," Isabelle and Monica replied together."
"I'm 6-year-old," Tania added."
The reporters write down the response. Bunnie and Antonie take their turn.
"What shall we answer?" Antonie asked."
"Names, ages, and species," the interviewer replied."
"Antonie D'Coolette, 20 years old, and coyote," Antonie said."
"ah'm Bunnie D'Coolette, 18, and Antonie's wife," Bunnie said."
"As you can see, Bunnie is a rabbit. her maiden name is rabbow before changing it to rabbot," Antonie said."
"Please spell it for us?" the interviewer asked."
R-A-B-B-O-T. the T was silent. though, it became pronounced on account of mah arm and legs," Bunnie said."
The reporters write these down.
"So, you're a cyborg?" the interviewer asked."
"Yup, since I was a kid, after Eggman's first attack I got injured causing mah arm and legs to be in bad shape, that's when Uncle Chuck saved mah life," Bunnie said."
"Talk about cruel," the interviewer said as the reporters write down Bunnie's statement."
they turn to Rotor and Renee.
"What do you want to know?" Rotor asked."
"Names, ages, species," the interviewer replied."
"Rotor, 18, Walrus," Rotor said."
"Renee, 17, Seal," Renee said."
"So, you two are the brains of the group?" the reviewer asked."
"Yup, while I'm both the brains and brawns," Rotor replied."
"How did you meet the freedom fighters?" the interviewer asked."
"I met them in the cold tundra when Rotor saved my life," Renee replied." so I used my tech to help my friends."
The reporters write down their responses. then turned to Amy and Tiara.
"You must be Amy and Tiara," the interviewer said."
"Yes, Amy rose. I'm 12 and a hedgehog," Amy said."
"I'm Tiara, 15, and a Manx cat."
The reporters write down their answers.
"Eyewitnesses have seen you two in battle Eggman's robots with what looks like a large toy hammer and staff," the interviewer said."
"My piko piko hammer is not a toy. each hammer face ALONE weighs twice as much as I do," Amy said."
"And my staff is a gift from my mother that's been passed down in our family for generations," Tiara said."
The reporters write this down.
"How are you able to lift such weight?" the interviewer asked."
"I boxercise every day," Amy replied."
The reporters write down her response.
"And Tiara, how do you know Manic?" the interviewer asked."
"he's my boyfriend," Tiara replied." I met Sonic and his siblings when they came to my island and helped me save my father. Manic and I got close after that."
The reporters write down her response as Tails, Maisy, Ben, and Cream step up.
"Names and ages," the interviewer said."
"I'm Miles Prower, but my friends and family call me Tails. I'm 10 years old," Tails said."
"I'm Maisy Prower, I'm 6 years old," Maisy said."
"I'm Ben Mutt, I'm 8 years old," Ben said."
"My name is Cream. I'm 6 years old," Cream said."
The reporters write down their responses.
"Cream are you related to miss D'Coolette?" the interviewer asked."
"No, but we have a sister like relationship," Cream replied." her uncle is also in a relationship with my mother so we might become sisters/cousins."
The reporters write this down.
"Tails, did your parents have two tails on either side of the family?" the interviewer asked."
"no. my parents had one tail each," Tails replied."
"I wish I had two tails so I can fly like my big brother," Maisy said."
The reporters write this down.
"Ben, are you a genius too?" the interviewer asked."
"More like average, I'm being mentored by Uncle Chuck because I want to help out my friends and brothers Sonic, and Tails," Ben replied."
The reporters write this down.
"Cream who's your little blue friend?" the interviewer asked."
"This is my chao friend, Cheese," Cream replied."
"Chao is spelled C-H-A-O," Ben said."
The reporters write this down. they turn to the Acorn family.
"So, you're Sally's family" the interviewer asked."
"Yes, I'm her father, Maximillion Nigel Acorn, but my friends call me Nigel, my wife Alicia, Son Elias, Daughter-in-law Megan, my granddaughter Alexis and grandson Tufftee," Nigel replied."
"How well do you all get along with Sally?" the interviewer asked."
"I've been raising her to have her be prepared to be queen one day," Nigel replied."
"I was in a coma for a long time thus, I've been making up for lost times with my family," Alicia said."
"Same with me, my mother and I have been living on the home of their friend Knuckles the echidna," Elias said."
"I was an archology researcher when I met Elias," Megan said." we fell in love later then had our two darlings."
"How old are you two?" the interviewer asked."
"I'm 8 years old," Tufftee replied."
"I'm 6 years old," Alexis added."
"what's your relationship with Sally" the interviewer asked."
"she's the best aunt ever," Tufftee and Alexis replied."
The reporters write this down.
"I believe we've gathered enough data on you guys," the interviewer said."
"Glad we can help." Cream said."
After the Mobians returned to the Thorndyke mansion, Sonic and Sally are stargazing.
"Not a bad week if I do say so myself," Sonic said."
"you're not wrong," Sally said."
"Still, even if things are going positively for the time being, I don't want to let my guard down," Sonic said."
"Right. Eggman's probably already ten steps ahead of us," Sally said."
"Even if we're getting accepted by humans gradually, we still need to be careful and have our friends by our side," Sonic said."
"Yeah," Sally said."
The camera pans towards the moon.
"By the way, your dad seems ok with us being together," Sonic said."
"Yeah, he probably figured out about your heritage," Sally said." which is good for us."
The closing Sonic X theme "Gotta Go Fast" (shortened) plays as the credits roll.
that's episode 14, next will be a special song for Amy, and I found it fitting for her. it'll be a gift before doing the next chapter.
As you all should know, Tufftee is from Sonic the comic as Sally's nephew, also I made Alexis be his biological daughter instead of his stepdaughter.
