Hi, this mastershadow300 this is my version of sonic X, I don't own sonic.
my version involves more characters than the ones from the series, I hope you like it.

Emerl saga,

"How Knuckles and Julie-su met.

A few days after the egg moon saga and Nicky and Amy's first date, Knuckles and Julie-su were at the park of Echindaopolis sitting on a bench while watching Mace as he plays with Chomps and his friends. Tikal, Relic, Fixit, Porker, and Alucion show up.

"Hey you two," Alucion said."

"Hey," Julie-su said."

"What's going on?" Alucion asked."

"Nothing much, just watching Mace while mom and sis are out shopping," Knuckles replied."

"That's good to hear," Tikal said." (Thinking) 'And I'm still surprised that she has a connection to the master emerald.'

"Heads up!" Mace said."

A ball hits Tikal in the head. Mace, Chomp, and the kids walk up to her

"Sorry miss Tikal," Maces said."

(Pats Mace's head) "It's ok, just be careful next time," Tikal said."

Suddenly a warp ring opens up, Chris, Cyrus, Sonia, and Shade walk through it.

"Hey Knuckles, hey Julie-su," Chris said."

"You can call me Julie," Julie-su said." What brings you three here?"

"Well, an old friend wants to see her cousins," Cyrus replied." and I wanted to see angel island."

Shade sees Tikal and Alucion.

"Tikal, Alucion?!" Shade said."

"Shade?!" Tikal said."

The three tear up and hug each other crying.

"I'm so happy to see you two again," Shade said."

"Us too," Alucion said." And you still look the same."

"Well, the twilight zone's time zones are different than Mobius," Shade said."

Seeing this touching reunion

"I'm glad they're reunited," Sonia said."

"Me too, By the way Knux, I've been meaning to ask, how did you and Julie meet?" Chris asked."

"Yeah bro, we want to know too," Mace said." And I'll tell sis when she gets back."

He, Chomps, and the children gather around along with Relic, Fixit, and Porker.

"Well, it's like this," Knuckles replied." it was back in China."

The flashback starts in an ancient Chinese temple, Knuckles was exploring it until he came across an unusually futuristic capsule inside.

"Huh?" Knuckles said."

He looks closer at the capsule.

(Voiceover) "Inside the capsule, I saw Julie frozen with a defiant expression on her face while she looked as if she were about to draw her weapon," Knuckles said."

"Who is she? and how did she get here?" Knuckles asked." (thinking and blushes) 'I have to admit, she's kind of cute.'

He presses a button, and the capsule opens.

(Drawing her pistol) "-control me anymore! (she's suddenly taken aback as things look different from what she remembers) wait, what? what happened? did they move me while I was in statis? dang it!" Julie-su said."

"Umm... hi. (startled, Julie-su aims her pistol at Knuckles' head) whoa, whoa, whoa, did I frighten you? didn't mean to, sorry," Knuckles said."

(Looking at Knuckles) "Who are you?" Julie-su asked."

"My name is Knuckles and (Not noticing Julie-su spying on the crest on his chest) I'm the one who let you out of there," Knuckles replied." see-."

(Calmly interrupting) "Ah, a guardian. this is turning out better than expected," Julie-su said."

"Yeah, I guard the master emerald. I'm Knuckles the echidna descended from the first guardian Edmund," Knuckles said."

"I'm Julie-su descended from Dimitri," Julie-su said."

"Nice to meet you," Knuckles said." (thinking) 'Dimitri, where have I heard that name before?'

"Now, where are we?" Julie-su asked." this doesn't look like the twilight zone."

"We're currently in a temple in a country on earth called China," Knuckles replied."

"Hmm, I've never heard of a- (suddenly stops as she begins to fidget uncomfortably) uh-oh...," Julie-su said."

"Are you alright?" Knuckles asked."

(Embarrassed) "Do you know where a bathroom is?" Julie-su asked."

"Yeah, follow me," Knuckles replied."

Scene cuts to the present. Mace and the kids were snickering upsetting Julie-su.

"Hey, I've been in a capsule for a while," Julie-su said." Do you know how long it is to hold it?"

"We do," Tikal said as Alucion nods."

"After being a statue and being inside the master emerald for 4000 years we couldn't hold it either," Alucion said."

"I'll just leave out that part and skip to the next part," Knuckles said."

"Good idea," Chris said."

Back in the flashback, Julie-su steps out of the bathroom feeling very relieved.

"Ahh, that's much better, thanks. (her belly starts rumbling) whoa! how long was I in stasis? I'm starving!" Julie-su asked."

"I can't really answer that question since I just met you. but I can help you get some food," Knuckles replied."

On the way to get some food, Julie-su checks an open panel on her cybernetic wrist.

"A month?! no wonder I'm so hungry!" Julie-su said."

"I hope it's not a sore subject, but what were you doing before you were put in stasis?" Knuckles said."

"I don't have to tell you anything. (her belly growls again) right now, I just want to eat," Julie-su replied."

"Right sorry," Knuckles said."

Unknown to them, this female echidna (looking 16 but really in her 33) is watching them.

"So, Julie-su managed to escape from her stasis with help of that other echidna my brother and grandfather fought before they died. well, I think it's time I nip this relationship in the bud," the female echidna said."

Soon, Knuckles and Julie-su were having lunch together with Julie-su eating as if she'd never seen food before making Knuckles look weirded out.

"Look, I know you're getting food back into you, but maybe slow down a little?" Knuckles asked." Don't want to hurt yourself."

(Landing near them) "Yes, I leave some for ME, traitor!" the female echidna said."

"Huh?! who are you?" Knuckles asked."

(Defensively) "Kommissar!" Julie-su said."

(Mock babytalk) "Aw, no need to treat me so formally. you can call me Lien-da. after all, you ARE my half-sister," Lien-da said."

"What's going on here?!" Knuckles asked."

"Stay out of this, guardian! (with a crack of her whip) MECHANAUTS! (these robots appear) attack!" Lien-da replied."

Julie-su readies her pistol.

"You might want to back off a bit, Knuckles. I don't want you getting hurt," Julie-su said."

"Promises, promises," Lien-da said."

"I can take you on!" Julie-su said."

With her pistol, she manages to take out several Mechanauts.

"Still a keen shot, eh sis?" Lien-da asked."

"I've only been in stasis for a month. I don't forget skills that easily," Julie-su replied."

Suddenly, she starts having stomach cramps from eating too much and so fast

"Ah! maybe I should've taken it easy with eating that food!" Julie-su said."

(Mock sympathy) "Aw, does little sis have a tummy ache?" Lien-da asked."

"Stop mocking me!" Julie-su replied."

"Stop making it so easy and you got a deal," Lien-da said."

She whips Julie-su off the ground.

"Whoa!" Julie-su said."

"It's a pity you turned on us when you did. you might have gotten implants to enhance your digestive tract. I did and it feels great. no matter how much I eat, I can't gain any weight and keep my figure and never have to use the bathroom. not only that, but I can go without food for days and still be as strong as ever!" Lien-da said."

"Yeah, but it's still wrong!" Julie-su said."

"Don't start patronizing me over right or wrong, sister! you betrayed the- (she gets cut off by Knuckles delivering a swift punch to her belly) D"AAHHH!" Lien-da said."

The blow causes her to recoil and hold her belly painfully.

"I guess the implants don't prevent you from experiencing stomach pain from the outside," Knuckles said."

(Angry) "You brute! how dare- (she's suddenly cut off by her belly grumbling and she holds it with both hands) Dang it! my stomach implants are damaged! now my stomachs compromised!" Lien-da said."

"Thanks Knuckles, I owe you big time for this one," Julie-su said."

(Pulling out a warp device with one hand and holding her belly with the other) "This isn't over! we'll meet again!" Lien-da said."

She activates the device, causing it to open a portal letting her walk through it. once she's through, the portal closes.

"Are you ok?" Knuckles asked."

"I'll be okay," Julie-su replied." I still can't believe you punched a girl."

"It ain't my first time," Knuckles said." the other girl I fought was that annoying bat girl and her sister when they try to steal the master emerald. also, somehow my mother was fine with me hitting them."

"Somehow, I can imagine why," Julie-su muttered." (Thinking) 'I bet she has a flirtatious appearance and why his mother was fine with him hitting her.'

Back to the present, everyone was surprised by the story.

"Oh, my goodness!" Relic said."

"Talk about family issues," Lewis said."

"I'll say," Chris said." but she's really in her 30s?"

"Yup, our cybernetics help us keep our appearances even if were in our 60s," Julie-su replied."

"Somehow my mom would love something like that," Chris said." Just as much as Aleena's control of chaos energy."

"No kidding," Knuckles said."

"After that Julie told me about the legion, it made me realize that I fought the legion group before," Knuckles said." the first was Kragok, leading to his own downfall, the other was Moritori Rex when he was impersonating my grandfather Tobor."

"Wow, impressive," Shade said."

"I'm gonna guess that miss Lara-le hates Rouge and Nails. but mostly Rouge," Tikal said."

"Only when she makes flirtations to Knuckles, Wyn, or Locke," Julie-su said." that was before she started to change. even though after hearing about that I wanted to hang her wings on my wall."

Elsewhere Rouge sneezes for some reason.

(Confused) "Is someone talking about me?" Rouge asked."

Back with Knuckles and the others.

"So, what happened next?" a child echidna asked."

"Well, Lien-da still didn't recover when we next met her," Julie-su replied."

"You met again?" Alucion said."

"Yeah, shortly after we arrived from China and hearing Tikal's message," Julie-su replied."

"So, what happened?" Cyrus asked."

The flashback begins and Knuckles and Julie-su meets the chaotix at the baggage claim of a Maryland airport after Manic leaves on his hoverboard waving goodbye.

"Hey, Knuckles. so, you ended up here too huh?" Vector asked."

"Yeah, looks like guys had a rough trip," Knuckles replied."

"Yup, we're registering as citizens of this country," Charmy said."

"Excuse me Knuckles, but who's your friend?" Saffron asked."

Julie-su looked confused.

"Uh, we've met before Saffron," Julie-su replied."

"Sorry, Julie. Saffron bumped her head a few times on the way here kind of giving her temporal short term memory loss," Charmy said."

"I see, so, to refresh your memory, Saffron, I'm Julie-su, but you can call me Julie," Julie-su said."

"Ah, now I remember! you helped us out in getting that chaos emerald," Saffron said."

"Yep, that was me," Julie su said."

"I propose we get to registering ourselves. I'll check the information center," Espio said."

He vanishes in a puff of smoke.

"We better go too," Knuckles said."

"Yeah, I'm getting tired of wandering aimlessly and getting into legal trouble from it," Julie-su said."

"You can join us," Vector said."

The flashback cuts to the Chaotix and Julie-su finally being registered citizens.

"Thank you," Julie-su said."

From afar, Lien-da is observing them while simultaneously lamenting the damage to her implants.

"Curse that guardian. (eating a chili fry before swallowing) because of the damage to my stomach implants, I'm forced to feed on this miasma trying to be passed off as food at regular intervals just to keep my strength up. (smiling as she removes another one) yet I find myself craving for more every moment!" Lien-da said."

She swallows the chili fry before Julie-su notices her.

"Lien-da!" Julie-su said."

Lien-da uses her whip to capture Julie-su.

"You're in for so much rehabilitation, traitor!" Lien-da said."

(Grunting) "Let me go!" Julie-su said."

(Sees Lien-da) "Who's the broad?!" Vector asked."

"That's Lien-da, Julie-su's half-sister. we ran into her before reaching Oriental city and she means business," Knuckles replied."

"Don't think I've forgotten what you did to me, guardian! now, I find myself constantly craving junk food and needing to eat, half my weight in it just to be battle ready!" Lien-da said."

'No wonder she gained some weight,' Julie-su thought.'

"Well, you were putting my friend in a bad state, and you needed to be stopped," Knuckles said."

"That's no concern of yours, guardian! (she doesn't notice a Mobian fire ant hopping onto her shoulder) this concerns only the da-," Lien-da said."

She gets teleported in a puff of smoke before she can finish her sentence, and the ant reappears shortly afterwards.

"Good timing, Archimedes," Knuckles said."

"No problem, Knuckles. looks like someone in the dark legion tried rebelling," Archimedes said."

"You guys really helped me out and I appreciate it," Julie-su said."

"No problem," Knuckles said."

"Knuckles, it won't be long until the legion strikes again," Archimedes said."

"I know, that's why the Chaotix will be ready," Knuckles said."

"I'm not sure if you're either brave or foolish," Julie-su said."

"We're pretty much both," Espio said."

"Well, I wouldn't be much of a guardian if I stood by when the newest Chaotix needs help," Knuckles said."

"You mean?" Julie-su asked."

"That's right. you stuck with what you felt was right even though others gave you crap over it. in my books, that takes guts," Vector replied."

(Blushes) "You guys are the best!" Julie-su said."

The flashback cuts to later, the Chaotix are ready for a brawl.

"Let's do this!" Vector said."

Lien-da appears with several Mechanauts and dark Legion troops.

"It'll be a lot of work, but we must work together," Espio said."

"Fools! I have an army!" Lien-da said."

"Oh yeah, well we have a Vector!" Charmy said."

Vector blows bubblegum bubbles that the Chaotix alone know is full of his rancid, combustible breath.

"Like you think a few flimsy bubbles are going to stop me? (she whips a bubble, causing an explosion before she starts coughing in disgust) ah! oh, Enerjak! that stinks!" Lien-da said."

"Alright boys, let's get them!" Vector said."

The Chaotix battle the legion troops and Mechanauts. Heavy and Bomb make short work of the Mechanuts while Mighty and Ray using tether rings manage to take out dark troops.

"Take this! (prepares to use mighty smash) Mighty smash!" Mighty said."

He punches the ground, creating a powerful earthquake. the Mechauts and the dark legion troops have trouble keeping balance, allowing Vector to take out handfuls of them with ease.

"Yah!" Vector said."

Meanwhile, Knuckles and Julie-su confront Lien-da head on.

"Don't ever come near Julie-su again. you'll be sorry that you messed with us," Knuckles said."

"Funny. I was about to say the same thing to YOU!" Lien-da said."

"Ok sis, lets settle this," Julie-su said."

On that we can agree. so, the two good echidnas and one bad echidna face off against each other. Lien-da manages to hold her own using her whip while Knuckles and Julie-su dodge.

"Whoa! careful, Knuckles!" Julie-su said."

"Darn it! this isn't working. (he suddenly gets an idea) looks like it's time to fight dirty!" Knuckles said."

He equips the shovel claws and digs into the ground, confusing both female echidnas.

"Uh Knuckles what are you doing?" Julie-su asked."

"You'll see," Knuckles replied."

Knuckles begins tunneling underground.

"Your boyfriend's weird," Lien-da said."

(Blushes) "Making a LOT of assumptions here," Julie-su said."

The two female echidnas resume fighting each other, unaware of Knuckles' plan.

"Almost there...," Knuckles said."

He jumps straight out of the ground to deliver an uppercut to Lien-da's chin.

"Ah! (the strike knocks her onto her back) a shot from underground? I should've figured," Lien-da said."

(Standing on her whip) "you've lost this battle," Knuckles said."

"And news flash, I'm now a Chaotix, so you can't come after me ever again. (she plucks a tracking chip from her cybernetic dreadlock and crushes it) this is to ensure you never find me, no matter where in the world I am," Julie-su said."

The rest of the Chaotix gather.

"Whoo! that was awesome!" Vector said."

"Now, for the main target," Espio said."

"Let's do this!" Charmy said."

(Pulling out the same device) "This isn't over! we'll meet again!" Lien-da said."

She opens the portal and escapes.

"That figures," Julie-su said."

"We'll be ready for her," Vector said."

"If and when she returns, we won't let her hurt you ever again," Espio said."

The flashback ends.

"Oh my! that's quite a story. but how did you two become a couple?" Sonia asked."

(Smirks) "That's easy. it happened four months before chaos was released," Knuckles replied." After reuniting with mom and letting her along with the brotherhood know everything that happened, I went back to guarding the master emerald."

Another flashback begins Knuckles is guarding the master emerald with Chomps as Julie-su approaches.

"What is it, Julie?" Knuckles asked."

"Easy there, tough guy," Julie-su replied."

"Sorry, it's just a lot of work protecting the master emerald," knuckles said."

"From what exactly?" Julie-su asked."

"Good point, but you never know when someone or something will strike," Knuckles replied."

"You know, your mom's been worried that you're working too hard, and you might burn out," Julie-su said."

"Meaning that I should take a break?" Knuckles asked."

"Pretty much," Julie-su replied."

"You make a good point," Knuckles said."

Chomps pushes Knuckles towards Julie-su.

"I think he wants you to go relax while he, your dad and your grandfathers guards the master emerald," Julie-su said." And your sister if she's not busy training."

"Ok then, so what should we do?" Knuckles asked."

"Well, I've seen everything in echidnaopolis and done some shopping, so why not show me the zones on this island," Julie-su replied."

"Sure," Knuckles said."

Knuckles shows Julie-su all the zones on the island until they ended up at the Azure Lake zone.

"We really make a good team, Julie-su," Knuckes said."

"I'm glad to know I made a good fit for the Chaotix," Julie-su said."

"(Chuckles) "Well, yeah, (whispering, blushing) but I also meant... you and me," Knuckles said."

(Blushing) "Yeah... we do," Julie-su said."

Without thinking, Knuckles gently and shyly took Julie-su's organic hand surprising her. She then smiles and holds his hand.

"So, what do you think of the Azure Lake zone?" Knuckles asked."

"It's amazing," Julie-su replied."

"Yeah, I'd often come here to relax," Knuckles said."

"I can see why," Julie-su said."

Suddenly, Archimedes appears before them in a puff of smoke. They got surprised seeing him.

"Uh Knuckles-," Archimedes said."

(Calmly interrupting) "Archie, we were having a tender moment (shouting) and you just ruined it!" Knuckles said."

"Easy Knux, what's going on Archimedes?" Julie-su asked."

"Well, I was browsing the records of the echidna family tree and I found out that Edmund had a brother named Dimitri," Archimedes replied."

"No kidding?" Julie-su asked."

"Yes. even though Knuckles is the 18th descendent of Edmund, Moritori Rex, Kragok, Lien-da and you are Dimitri's decedents," Archimedes replied."

"Whoa!" Julie-su said."

"So, we're distant relatives?" Knuckles asked."

"Basically yes, but if you think about it, all humans have common ancestors if you go back long enough, but...," Archimedes replied."

"We're not close enough that it won't be weird," Julie-su said." Would it?"

"Nope, Knuckles has way more generations in his family tree than you," Archimedes replied."

"Okay, then," Julie-su said."

"That's good to hear," Knuckles said."

Archimedes vanishes in a puff of smoke.

"Why don't you eat him?" Julie-su asked."

"Did once and he burnt my mouth, that's how I found out he was a fire ant," Knuckles replied."

"Ouch, sorry to hear that," Julie-su said."

"I'm sorrier that I tried to eat him," Knuckles said."

The flashback ends.

"Don't ask how, but one thing lead to another and next thing we know, we're waking up in each other's arms," Knuckles said."

"Aww, that's so sweet," Sonia said."

"You're taking this quite well since-," Knuckles said."

(Interrupting) "Since the relationship we used to have? yeah, in that other dimension I realized that I was crushing on you because you saved me. I also realized that your duty to the master emerald would occupy a lot of your time, and I wouldn't see you often," Sonia said."

"That's more or less what I was thinking," Knuckles said."

"But thanks for telling us the stories Knuckles," Sonia said."

"No problem," Knuckles said."

"Welp, we better get going," Chris said."

(Off screen) "Excuse us, are you the guardian?" a voice asked."

The group turns around and sees two Mobian hedgehogs. one was a male green Mobian hedgehog wearing glasses, and the other was a female brown hedgehog kind of resembling Brenda.

"Brenda, what are you doing here?" Chris asked."

"Oh, I'm sorry, my name is Ginger, and this is my husband Arty," Ginger replied."

"We traveled to this era with our daughters following our son, his girlfriend, and his friends to help warn them about Enerjak," Arty said."

(Surprised) "Did you say Enerjak?!" Knuckles asked."

"Yes," Arty said."

"I need to inform the brotherhood about this, Chris take them to your house," Knuckles said."

"Right," Chris said." Wait your time travelers, how did you get here?"

"We used this," Arty replied showing a time stone." Our son, daughters, and his friends each have their own to time travel."

Elsewhere, Silver and the others find the Thorndyke mansion.

"Wait, so mom and dad have the other time stone?" Silver asked."

"Yeah, we used the current ones left to follow you before Enerjak erased our timeline," Sicily replied." But they weren't with us, they probably ended up somewhere else."

"I see," Silver said."

They knock on the door making Tanaka opens it.

"Hello," Tanaka said."

"Greetings we're looking for the freedom fighters and warn them about a threat worse than Eggman," Silver said."
