Dragstorm Rider: Yes, Seiji has started to suspect that Finé, Ryouko and Yamato have a relationship but because Ryouko always denies it. Seiji is smart but because he doesn't want to offend Ryouko. Miku is disappointed because Seiji and Hibiki are hiding secrets from her but she won't be too sad like in the original story because she has Mika here. even though they are separated by distance but Miku can still get emotional support from MIKA. and yes thank you for your support it means a lot to me.
Chapter 13
At Finé's house, she was talking to someone in America, until Chris entered her room.
"What do you mean you don't need me anymore?! Are you treating me like an object too?! I can't think straight! I can't tell right from wrong!" Chris shouted without caring about Finé who was on the phone.
Then Finé hung up and looked at Chris. "Why doesn't anyone do what I want?"
Then Scissors appeared and stood beside Finé. Chris looked at Scissors in disbelief.
"I guess it's time to say goodbye. This is it. With your way, the war will never end. The best you can do is prevent one war and sow the seeds of two or three more." Finé said as she used her staff to summon Noise and surrounded Chris. Chris felt scared when she saw her necklace.
"That was your idea! Pain and Gear are the two things you gave me-" Chris shouted but was cut off by Finé.
"You wear the Symphogear I gave you, and you're still useless. I guess we're done for." Finé said as her hands glowed blue.
"Neither the armor nor I can be destroyed. The future will continue forever." Finé said as she wore the Nehushtan armor. Unlike Chris, her armor was golden.
"Kadingir is almost finished. I have no reason to use your power anymore."
"Kadingir. You mean..."
"You've learned too much." Finé then ordered Scissors to attack Chris, causing her to fall off the balcony.
Chris turned to Finé who stood with a smile on her face while Scissors, in Rider form, stood beside her.
"Kill him." Finé ordered
"As you wish, but remember your promise." Scissors said as she walked towards Chris as she tried to back away but she felt scared and heartbroken as she couldn't move at all.
"Are you really going to kill me? You said we were like brothers." Chris said as tears welled up in her eyes.
"I only said that to make you happy. Honestly, I hate you. Because of you, I was separated from Sonia and trapped with you!" Scissors said angrily as Chris remained silent.
"As far as I can remember, you're nothing but a burden to me." Scissors said, breaking Chris' heart even more. The girl no longer had the energy to fight.
"We've been together for a long time, even though it wasn't fun. See you in the afterlife." Scissors pointed her Scissorvisor at Chris.
"Someone help me." Chris muttered weakly.
Until Zolda appeared from the mirror and kicked Scissors, sending him flying into the mansion. Not only that, Zolda immediately shot Scissors who was lying on the ground until he was helpless.
Zolda was then in front of Chris who was shocked when they came.
"What...? What are you doing here?" Chris asked in shock.
"Don't get me wrong. I just want revenge." Zolda said coldly.
"You again! Why do you always get in my way!? I should have killed you when I had the chance!" This time Finé was really annoyed with Zolda.
"Yes! It's your fault! If you never appeared in my mother's body!" Zolda said as he tried to shoot Finé but the woman blocked Zolda's bullet using an energy shield.
"It's not my fault! I woke up in your mother's body twelve years ago when she was exposed to the Aufwachen wavelength emitted by Ame no Habakiri which was awakened by Tsubasa Kazanari's singing. It's that girl's fault." Finé shouted angrily at Zolda.
"Then don't get up at all! You old hag!" Zolda shouted which made Finé even angrier.
Finé then used Solomon's Cane. Zolda who saw Solomon's Cane knew what Finé was going to do.
"You're going to summon Noise? Do you think they can beat me?" Zolda said in a mocking tone.
"Oh they're not for you, boy." Finé said as she made Noise shoot towards Chris like a bullet.
Seeing the Noise that were quickly heading towards him, Zolda unconsciously used his body to protect Chris from the Noise.
Because of the speed of the Noise, Zolda and Chris were thrown into the wall.
"Ouch..." Zolda screamed in pain but Chris was still fine because she was protected by Zolda's body.
"Why? Why are you protecting me?" Chris said confusedly.
"I don't know... my body moved on its own when I saw you in danger." Zolda said as he stared closely at Chris' face.
"Damn! She's so beautiful. If it weren't for her bad temper I might have fallen in love with her." Zolda thought as he was mesmerized by Chris's beautiful face.
"No! This isn't the time for that. I should take her away...wait what about my revenge." Zolda was confused on what he was going to do and didn't realize that Finé had approached.
"Oh look you two are a perfect match. Let me send you to the afterlife together." Finé said as her hands glowed and she was ready to kill both of them when suddenly her body shook violently as if something was going to take over her body.
"What? What is this? I should have devoured your soul? Why are you still here? Ryouko Sakurai?!" Finé shouted as her golden eyes turned purple.
"Yamato!" Finé's voice suddenly softened.
"Mom?" Zolda said as she recognized the voice.
"Run quickly! I can't hold her any longer!" Ryouko shouted from her body.
Hearing this. Zolda immediately carried Chris in a bridal style and ran away.
Meanwhile Finé was still struggling to regain control of Ryouko's body until she finally succeeded.
"A mother's will to protect her child is truly terrifying. Who would have thought her soul would survive this long." Finé muttered in annoyance as she watched Scissors walking in pain.
"Find and kill them if you still want me to keep my promise. If you fail I will not only kill you but I will also find your lover and kill her as well. Now hurry up and leave!" Finé snapped as Scissors entered the mirror world to look for Zolda and Chris.
[With Yamato & Chris]
The two of them had now moved away from Finé and reached the city park. Yamato was panting from exhaustion from carrying Chris.
"What was that? Is my mother still alive?" Yamato thought as he remembered the incident earlier.
"If so... can I save her. If I kill Finé who is occupying her body can my mother come back?"
Yamato was busy thinking without realizing that Chris was no longer beside him.
"Hey don't bully that girl!"
The green-eyed boy just realized when he heard Chris's scream.
He saw Chris arguing with a pair of small children.
"I thought I would regret this." Yamato let out a small sigh then walked towards them.
After being near them Yamato immediately hit Chris' head so that the girl would stop arguing with the two children.
"Enough! What are you doing!?" Yamato said while hitting Chris' head.
"That boy is bullying a little girl." Chris exclaimed when there was a bump on Chris' head from being hit by Yamato.
"NO!" The girl denied.
"Dad's missing. We looked for him, but my sister said he can't walk anymore." The boy explained.
"You lost? Why didn't you just say so?" She asked. Chris said in annoyance.
"But... But..." The girl started to cry again.
"Stop crying!" Chris snapped.
The girl started to cry again but now her brother blocked her with his arms outstretched,
"Don't make my sister cry!" The boy scolded Chris.
"I swear you're all going to kill me!" Chris shouted in frustration while holding her head which was still bumpy from Shou's punch earlier.
Yamato just sighed seeing this incident feeling enough then spoke up.
"Okay, How about I help you find your father? What do you think?" Yamato offered.
The two children nodded as they decided to accept Yamato's offer.
Yamato then held both of the little boy's hands and was about to leave until Chris called them.
"Wait! I'll come with you!" Chris said as she walked after the three.
"Why?" Yamato asked in surprise.
"It's not like I'm doing this for you... I'm just doing this to find some peace and quiet. And you might as well get lost with them, considering you're short." Chris grumbled as she made her typical tsundere pose by looking away and crossing her arms.
"Height has nothing to do with it! You do realize that I'm taller than you, right?" Yamato said angrily as he left Chris.
"Hey, don't leave me!" Chris shouted as she followed Yamato from behind.
[Small time skip]
It didn't take Yamato long to figure out where the boy and girl came from, leading them further into the city since they had a better chance of finding their father that way. However, Yamato made sure to take it easy for the little girl.
Yamato and Chris held the child's hands so they wouldn't get lost, Yamato holding the boy's hand while Chris held the girl's hand. The girl seemed quite relaxed, to the point where she was humming a little. Yamato continued to watch Chris and was once again mesmerized by her beauty. Her beautiful face and melodious voice made Yamato fascinated and couldn't take his eyes off of Chris.
Chris realized that he was being watched out of the corner of her eye and looked at Yamato.
"Is something wrong?"
"Nothing." Yamato said as he looked away.
"Onee-chan, do you like singing?" the little girl asked.
Chris could only stare forward. "I hate singing."
"I don't understand why you don't like singing, you have a great voice." Yamato complimented.
"Shut up. You don't know anything." Chris said with a pout.
Furthermore, soon the boy saw someone beside him.
"Dad!" The little girl called out.
Yamato and Chris turned and saw a man at the police station rushing towards them.
"Where are you two?" The man asked.
"They both got us lost!" The little girl screamed as she ran towards her father and into his arms.
"No, they didn't." The boy shook his head as he walked over. "They helped us find dad."
"I'm sorry you had to do this." Dad apologized as he looked at Chris and Yamato.
"It's nothing." Chris raised her hands. "We just happened to find them, that's all."
Chris acted a little shy, which Yamato found very adorable.
"We're very happy to help." Yamato smiled.
"Have you thanked them yet?" the father asked.
"Thank you!" The two little boys bowed respectfully.
"You guys are very close." Chris said as he looked at the two siblings. "Can you tell me how to do it?"
The boy was unsure how to answer, but let his sister stay with him,
"I don't know... we fight a lot." The boy said.
"We fight a lot, but then we make up again, so we get along!" The girl replied.
Yamato couldn't help but wonder if Chris was trying to find answers through the children, considering what happened between her and Scissors.
"What about you, miss? Do you have a brother? The little girl asked in an innocent tone.
"Brother?" Chris mumbled remembering Abel.
Yamato who saw Chris immediately realized something was wrong. He then put his hand on Chris' shoulder and answered the little boy.
"They're fighting. But they'll make up soon." Yamato answered the little girl.
"Mister, so you're not her brother. Then you're her boyfriend?" The little girl asked.
Once again but this time Yamato and Chris couldn't answer, there was something in their heads that seemed to be burning which caused their faces to turn red and smoke came out of both of their ears.
"NO! HE'S NOT MY BOYFRIEND! / I'M NOT HER BOYFRIEND!" Both answered in unison with red faces.
Not long after the father and children left, waving at the still burning them.
Not long after Chris was about to hit Yamato's stomach but the green-eyed immediately blocked Chris's punch and hit Chris' head with a Karate Chop which caused Chris' head to bump again.
"Why are you trying to hit me?" Yamato asked angrily.
"You hit my head yourself! You've hit me twice! What kind of man hits a girl twice!" Chris shouted at Yamato while holding his bumped head.
"I yearn for true gender equality. I have no patience for one who talks about female privilege when it suits them, and then complains about someone 'not being a man' when it's convenient". Yamato explained which made Chris even angrier.
"You're the worst Shorty!" Chris shouted at Yamato.
"If I were Shorty then you'd be a dwarf!" Yamato replied to Chris' taunts.
"You pervert!"
"Weird girl!"
"Sex criminal!"
"Cow Breasts!"
The two continued to tease each other until they both got tired and decided to stay silent.
"Okay, let's end this. I know we already introduced ourselves but let's introduce ourselves again like normal civilized people. My name is Yamato Sakurai. What's yours." Yamato held out his hand for a handshake.
"Chris Yukine." Chris told him her name and shook Yamato's hand.
Suddenly Chris' stomach growled indicating that she was hungry.
"Are you hungry?" Yamato asked as Chris blushed.
Yamato sighed and walked away.
"Come to my house. I'll treat you to dinner." Yamato said as he turned to Chris.
"How do I know you're not trying to do something perverted to me." Chris said suspiciously.
"You have that weird armor. You can defend yourself." Yamato stated the obvious.
"Okay. But if you touch me... I'll finish you." Chris said as she followed Yamato from behind.
"Whatever. Let's go." Yamato said as he led Chris to his apartment.
Unknowingly, the two of them started walking side by side and holding hands.
[Yamato's Apartment]
Yamato finally arrived at his apartment. Even though he lived alone, Yamato's apartment room was quite clean and well-maintained
Chris saw Yamato's apartment which was quite neat and sighed in disappointment.
"Why do you look disappointed?" Yamato said offended.
"I thought your apartment room was messy and unkempt." Chris said with a mocking face.
"I'll kick you out if you mock me again." Yamato said as he walked to the kitchen to make food.
A few moments later Yamato returned with two plates of spaghetti. He handed one to Chris and one to himself.
The two of them started eating as Chris ate like a starving person until there was food on her face. Yamato held his breath then cleaned Chris's face with a handkerchief.
"Just eat slowly. No one will take your food." Yamato said while cleaning Chris's face.
"Hmmph!" In response, Chris looked away.
The two of them continued their dinner in silence until they finished.
Chris sat at the dining table holding her stomach in satisfaction while Yamato was washing the dishes.
"Ah, I'm full." Chris said with satisfaction.
"Is it good?" Yamato said while washing the dishes.
"It's okay." Chris said while blushing.
"If you want to sleep, please use my room. I'll sleep on the sofa." Yamato said as he finished washing the dishes
"You won't do anything while I'm sleeping, right?" Chris asked with a suspicious tone.
"If I wanted to do that, I would have done it a long time ago." Yamato said while grabbing a blanket to sleep on the sofa.
"Why do you care about me? The last thing I remember is that you were only interested in revenge." Chris said which stopped Yamato in his tracks.
"Don't get me wrong. I'm doing this for myself." Yamato said which made Chris speechless.
"When I saw you abandoned by Finé, it reminded me of myself. So I saved you just for my own satisfaction, nothing more." Yamato said as he lay down on the sofa and tried to sleep.
"That's good then. I don't need your pity either." Chris said as she walked to Yamato's room.
"Good night. Cow Boy." Chris muttered before entering Yamato's room.
"Good night. Crazy girl." Yamato muttered as he also fell asleep.
