This is my first CSI story to please be kind. I got the idea for this story after reading “Alignment of the planets.” The one thing you might notice is that the first chapter is based on Catherine and Nick starting a relationship.

Nick goes over evidence from the Walter Gordon case in an attempt to find some closure, but instead all he finds are more problems. When Grissom gets involved the situation only gets worse.
