In the far out mansion of the Wayne family, an adult man sat by in armchair as he stared deeply at a portrait of himself in his youth together with his parents

"I have done the physical and mental training, I have the resources, the determination to become the person this city needs" he spoke to the painting as if having a conversation with his real parents, meanwhile a mysterious object travels the orbit of Earth and begins to enter it

"All I need is... A symbol, a calling, something that will help me strike fear in the hearts of criminals of Gotham" the man had a unshakable goal in mind, to end all crime within the city he lives in, which would be humanly impossible but yet he would give his all to achieve this goal. The large meteorite like object flies across the Earth sky in a green flash of energy that changes the color of the fire generated by the entry into the atmosphere at high speed, flying right past the city and possibly landing very far away once it was done

"Father, Mother, if you can hear this, give me a sign..." He spoke in a melancholic tone, hoping for some sort of inspiration to come. Just then the large green comet changes course and goes directly towards the room he is, the blinding light illuminating the room completely while scaring any of the animals close by, such as the manors bats

A large boom could be heard in the entire manor, as Alfred Pennyworth felt the state shake and went to investigate what caused this. Finding a ominous green glow coming from the wing where Bruce had went for the night

"Master Bruce! I heard an explosion! Are you alright?!" The family's butler came rushing into the room to see what had happened, finding a large hole where the window used to be and part of the floor destroyed. He walked over to Bruce who was standing looking at the crater while the green glow illuminated him, Alfred then saw that some form of satellite had come through but that wasn't the most important thing in the moment

"... What is that in your arm?" He asked upon seeing the strange watch like device attached to Bruce's left wrist, which seemed to be the cause of the mysterious green glow that was settling down

"A sign, from beyond..." He responded as now Bruce had the inspiration he needed to fulfill his mission, and the tool to accomplish this task in ways once thought impossible.

The sky is pitch dark in the midnight of Gotham, the cover of the shadows are perfect for the criminal element. A superstitious and cowardly set of people who will do whatever they seem fit as they don't worry about consequences of their actions as the cops are as dirty as the criminals they are supposed to be arresting, innocent civilians caught in the middle of this as the inaction of the police department leaves them to fend off for themselves against twisted and petty criminals.

Until today... Until that fateful day where Gotham would be introduced to something that would shake their entire world into a different one

A group of three individuals where up top on a scaffolding ladder by the side of a apartment building where looting the place, taking the electronics to sell it for money or to keep for themselves, it wouldn't matter as none of them would leave with anything

Something... Or more precisely someone entered the apartment were the robbers were, one of the crooks turned around to look at the window as he swore he heard a noise but saw nothing there, he shrugged it off as just the wind or a cat before going back to picking up a television, before he was struck in the back of the neck with force by an unseen assailant, causing him to fall to the ground after hitting his face against the TV, his comrades heard the noise and went to check on him to see him on the floor

"Joey? What happened to-" the thug couldn't finish his sentence as he was punched in the face by something abnormally strong as he was tossed out into a wall by the blow. The other crook started to panic as he picked out a gun from the pocket of his jacket

"W-w-who's there?!" He asked desperately as he frantically pointed his gun at his surroundings, he got a response as he saw three floating eyes, one red, other blue and the middle one green stared down on him as a mouth full of sharp teeth reveal itself, the only sound it made was a type of snarl before the crook got the night knocked out of him, for he had missed the chance to shoot due to staying paralyzed in fear of the creature.

With all the assailants knocked out the creature takes off its invisibility, revealing a slim body that resembles a large purple salamander with darker purple camo-esque spots all over his body and a short tail. He wears a black helmet similar to a cowl that also has a spike-shaped fin on the back of his head. He has four-fingered hands and three toes on his frog-like feet also having a wide mouth with sharp teeth. The belt strap on his waist had an hourglass figure in the middle, along with wearing fingerless white gloves and black boots with exposed toes

He takes out a line of rope from the belt and strapped the criminals, a light turns on as a young boy comes into the room, he says nothing but stares at the lizard who quickly turns invisible once again before leaping out the building, the kid goes to look out the window but sees nothing but pawn prints on the walls

Morning came in as Jim Gordon drove through the city on his way to the police department, Gotham was a brewing pit for all things wrong with men and the police department wasn't safe from this too, the city's finest where nothing more than paid killers with how rampant the corruption was. Gordon has hope to change ethics and do more for the people to regain belief in the department, but even he was beginning to question if that was truly possible

"Morning Jim, had a good night?" Spoke Flass who was probably one of the more corrupt individuals Gordon had the displeasure of working with, but that was redundant when half the department was like that.

"As good as any other in this place..." Jim responded before he looked at the man in the interrogation room who was acting fanatically with an expression of fear, almost like he saw a ghost "What's his deal?"

"He says an invisible monster beat up he and his friends during a robbery, I think he is on some drug. Monster Aliens? They're better lies to use" the cocky officer said as he smiled at the person's desperate talk, he was rambling like this for an hour by now and he kept going on how this Alien shit really did happen

'I bet you know all of them...' Gordon thought internally, considering how much Flass made excuses to his abuse of authority and police brutality, guys like these made him sick.

"The Commissioner thinks it's nothing, but we got another few crazed guys giving the same response but each gave a different description. The creativity of these people I tell you, first a vampire, then haunted machines, a four armed red giant man and at least six more." Flass found these reports to be a bunch of looney talk from criminals that should be shipped off to the insane asylum for how they were talking, everyone knew these types of things didn't exist aside from bad children's entertainment

"Let's hope it is just a collective drug induced delirium, we don't need aliens running around the city when the gangs are already causing so much trouble" Gordon wasn't going to believe that the city was being overrun by alien invaders, but the fact multiple of these reports were popping up could be a problem, some type of conspiracy group trying to cause panic and all sorts of trouble around the city, probably a bunch of weirdos in masks

"Yeah yeah, I'm going to grab a cup of coffee. We have a long day of 'catching aliens' ahead of us" Flass began walking out while Jim kept looking at the report card, which had a blurry picture of what was called a vampire by the criminal. He shook his head and went back to work, doing the best he could to fill in paper work and going on a patrol through the streets to clear his head

"We have reports of a shoot out in St tenese street, over" the car's radio spoke calling out any available cops

"Jim Gordon, I'm on my way, over" he responded to the call and stepped on the gas, hoping to get there before the criminals or cops responding to the scene caused civilian casualties. Gordon could see as he was closing in on the scene, two groups of men shooting at each other with pistols and tommyguns, one group was wearing suits and fedoras while the other had red hoodies with eye holes cut in them for the eyes.

"GCPD, Freeze!" Gordon said as he pointed his gun at the two groups, one of the red hooded people looked at him before pointing their weapon at him to shoot and pulling the trigger, time froze as Jim heard the loud bang of the gun's barrel, as he hoped the crook would miss the shoot. Before the bullet could hit the ginger cop, a black and blue streak moved past the shoot out and relocated Gordon to a nearby alleyway

"Huh?" Jim mumbled as he saw that he wasn't in the street anymore, he came out of the alleyway to see the crooks from both groups knocked out, with their guns dismantled on the floor.

That was surprising on its own, but Jim was shocked by what he saw standing in the middle of the scene

It resembled a semi-armored Velociraptor with black orbs on his feet, a black tail with five blue stripes, and bulky claws on his 3 fingers with a a black cone-like helmet with a protective visor as he wore some type of bodysuit with long sleeves with a pair of stripes under the shoulders and has an arrow-shaped symbol on his lower torso. The creature vanished as soon as it appeared as it only left a trail of lifted up dust as it fled in at an incredible speed with a vague black and blue blur appearing behind it before vanishing

"What the hell..." Gordon was left speechless at what he just witnessed, standing there processing the encounter.

"Hey, it's mister super cop. Hey Jimmy! How did you stop eight armed guys without a single wound" one of his co-workers came in to congratulate Gordon on the arrest of those red hood criminals, wondering how the man could come out of the gang shoot out without a single bullet wound

"Aliens" Jim responded as he looked at them with the most serious of expressions, which prompted the three cops to burst into wild laughter

"And they say you don't have a sense of humor!" He gave a tap on his shoulder before walking off, but James wasn't even amused by this nor was he irritated, the earlier event was just taking more of his attention. So he decided to dig further on these cases

The rest of the day went without much issue but Jim couldn't stop thinking about that encounter as he started to look at the many of the "alien" encounters that had started to happen lately in the past few weeks or even months, from a giant grotesque bug stopping a break in, an armored bear-like creature stopping a drug deal in the docks, a diamond man saving people from a collapsing building and many other incidents that could be described as whimsical stories for kids

Jim sighed as he looked at the clock in his desk to see he was close to ending his shift, he packed the files and placed them in his office cabinet and went to go out, none of this made a lick of sense yet he saw it happen. He already had doubts about Gotham and everything it stood for, but now everything about it felt... Otherworldly

Considering my love for Ben 10 and Batman it was only a matter of time before I tried my hand at writing a crossover between them, so I decided to write a story where instead of a bat crashing through his window, it was the Omnitrix (which I guess implies that one of his parents was a plumber like Max)

Haven't fully decided on the roster yet, was it to be like classic but with a few different aliens. Don't know if Bruce would have master control by now, maybe later on in his career but in the first year or so he wouldn't found the code yet
