So...I was watching a YouTube video critiquing the author of the IDW My Little Pony comics that this author in addition to being a terrible person lying about being disabled using a wheelchair when she doesn't need to just doing it to up her 'victim' status but seems after her ruse got figured out switched to talking about 'invisible disabilities' in this case 'chronic pain' and is apparently making a story about one pony with chronic pain and is hiding it from her friend and it just made me think 'I could make so much a better story about having to hide a key part of your identity from your friend and with an actual good reason to do it because there are actual stakes involved!' So initially thought of making it one of my original Humanimal Stories Fictionpress but in thinking on how this deception would work I realized Mutants in the Palladium RPG can have weird psychic powers and I already established the 'human illusion' with Eleanor here a Mutant Figures out how to cast a human illusion over herself without any help from a Humanimal but because she doesn't have Humanimal Fairy Magic helping her the illusion is much more mentally taxing to maintain...And trying to think of who the human friend would be I realized Little Mac because of the backstory I've established for him as an orphan and admittedly I don't use him much mostly on account because he doesn't have any actual lines! (He does get featured more than Mr. Sandman though!)

As the WVBA Boxers were finally becoming more antiquated with the various Mutant Animals of Forest...Little Mac while he was not as invested in the whole 'learn more about Mutants plot' as the older boxers were still liked to go to the enchanted world of Forest where the Mutant Animals lived in enchanted hollowed trees like in a kid's storybook and in particular he liked to talk to Rover the Mutant Timber Wolf who was the self-professed 'Biggest Mutant Fan of the WVBA'

Little Mac found it surprisingly east to talk to a Mutant Animal like Rover they didn't seem as judgmental as humans but also Little Mac had been learning how to open up better since the events of the Mutant Riots.

So when Rover gingerly asked Mac why he always wore a shirt during his fights when none of the other Boxers did Mac mostly just gave an awkward chuckle and blush but was more willing to talk about the 'special privilege' he got that previously only Doc Louis and the Referee knew the secret of…

"It's really stupid and embarrassing…" Little Mac sighed "...One day in the orphanage I grew up in when we were left unsupervised because the staff were stretched to thin some kids decided to...Bake a cake...We're lucky we didn't burn the place down but...I got a big nasty burn scar on my back! I didn't even participate in trying to make the cake but the fact I had to pay the price for someone else's stupid mistake…"
Neither Rover nor Little Mac knew someone was secretly eavesdropping on their conversation! A Beautiful White Tailed Deer Mutant...Her head not quite as bare of other does because she had longer brown human-like hair on her scalp that she wore curled and in a bob hairstyle...She had just stepped out of her tree apartment to shake the dust out of a rug when she heard Rover's voice say 'Little Mac' and the Doe gasped "It couldn't be!" And swiftly but silently as only a deer can she hid darted to another tree to watch the two...It really was him! The human boy she knew when she was a fawn! More than recognizing him by his looks she recognized his scent! As Rover and Little Mac continued their walk through Forest she quietly followed darting from tree to tree until finally she stepped on a twig...The nose causing both the Wolf and the human boxer to turn around

"Are you following us?" Rover asked only a little peeved if that was the case.

And the Doe realizing she had been caught, froze like a deer in headlights for a moment...But then Little Mac's eyes met hers and then he he realized he felt he had sen those same brown eyes with that curly brown hairstyle before…

In a panic the Doe dropped to all fours and started bounding away!

"Who was that?!" Little Mac asked

"Oh that's Bimbette…" Rover said "...I think she just moved here recently."
And now Little Mac felt a chill go down his spine "B-Bimbette?! No! It couldn't be!"

"Little Mac?" Rover cocked his head

But already Little Mac was running out of Forest he had to tell Doc Louis

Thinking furiously to himself 'Why didn't she tell me she was a mutant?!'

Seems Glass Joe isn't the only one who's getting a Mutant love interest! And the being able to move on all fours as easily as two legs is a sign Bimbette is another Mutant who was formerly a Mizzer Humanimal...What can I say other than it's a handy way to have my cake and eat it to and explore both concepts in one character also a handy explanation that she already had Humanimal Magic within her
