In Gotham City,Young Bruce Wayne left the theater with his Parents. As they took a Shortcut through the Alley,The Muggers appeared & killed Bruce's Parents,leaving him in shock. During the funeral,Bruce ran & fell through the pit where he is surrounded by Bats.
Many Years Later,A bunch of bank robbers were stealing a bunch of jewels. As they were about to escape,A mysterious figure appeared fought them and hung them upside down. At the Wayne Manor,Alfred came to see Bruce to ask him how are things at night. He tells him that a bunch of guys will be babbling about something. During the investigation,Commissioner James Gordon wonders who would do this non-fatally. He looked at a strange item that look like a bat.
Later,Bruce watches the news about Vicki Vale reporting about a mysterious figure in Gotham. Carmine Falcone heard about this & believes that it was Sal Maroni has sent him,but he had nothing to do with this. That Night,Falcone sent his men to hunt down the figure. He appeared out of the shadows,calling himself Batman. They report this to Falcone. He & Maroni has each Assassin to hunt him down. Falcone brings in Deadshot & Maroni brings in Red Hood.
At the Wayne Enterprise,Bruce came to see Lucius Fox,who explains about testing those gadgets. That Night,Bruce goes out as Batman to see the commotion. He has been attacked by Deadshot. The Cop appears,but gets shot by Red Hood. Batman overpowered him and fought with Deadshot,knocking his helmet off. The Police arrives before the two fled. Alfred shows Bruce that Deadshot's real name is Floyd Lawton,whose daughter went missing. Falcone finds out about Vale reporting about Deadshot & Red Hood,He order his men to kidnap her.
Bruce,not only learn about Vale's abduction,but learned about the Assassins hired by each crime bosses. He goes out as Batman & confronts Maroni. He later found a kid,who turned out to be Lawton's daughter,Zoey. As Maroni is apprehended,Zoey helps Batman calls her father so they tells him that Batman will return to her father as an exchange of freeing Vale and arrest of Falcone. Deadshot held Vale gunpoint,but shoots two of Falcone's men instead. Batman brought Zoey to her father,who releases Vale as police arrives to arrest Falcone & Deadshot. Suddenly,Falcone was shot dead by Red Hood. Batman pursues him to the factory. He overpowered Red Hood,who over the rail. Batman catches his hand,but was forced to drop him into a vat of chemical when he tried to shoot him.
Later,Bruce decides to fund the opening of Arkham Asylum. Gordon gives a signal device for the GCPD to use when they need Batman,who had knowing that insane criminals could be out there somewhere.
Mid-Credits:
Red Hood awoken handcuffed at the hospital,alive. He demands a mirror. As he looked at himself,he begins to cackle.
Post-Credits:
Alfred approaches Bruce and tells him that Batman isn't the only one in the world. Bruce took a look at the news,seeing an image of a man wearing a Blue suit & a Red Cape.
