Things were going well for Izuku and his new friends. Mina was busy teasing poor Ochako and then had a mischievous glint as she looked at Tsuya Asui, "So Tsuya, do you have anyone you're crushing on?" Tsuya looked over at her friend and put her finger on her lips saying, "Well, I'm not sure. I have a friend who's been there for me before the entrance exam and kept myself and my family safe when villains were fighting heroes." This caused conversations at the table to stop, everyone focused on Tsuya at that moment. Mina jumped up and yelled, "Spill! Who is he?! How did you meet?! Has he asked you out on a date?!" Momo quickly intervened when noting Tsuya's discomfort, "Mina, stop! You're crowding her and making her uncomfortable." Mina quickly pulled back sheepishly, apologizing to Tsuya, and Tsuya just shrugged it off. During that, someone materialized next to Tsuya via teleportation. The young man was their age with light green hair and eyes, but he wore a different school uniform from Shiketsu.
The guy looked over at the group before focusing his attention on Tsuya and asked with a smile, "Hey there froggy, missed me?" This caused the girl to redden before she smacked him on the shoulder and gave him a warm hug. This made everyone stop and gawk at the new arrival and at their friend expressing more emotion than normal. Tsuya looked up at her friend, ignoring the stares from her classmates, and said, "I thought you were going to visit during the weekend. I know you can teleport, but you shouldn't waste your energy like that, you know." The mystery guy just smiled and told her, "I know, but I wanted to see you right away cause I wanted you to know that I'm transferring here. I will be your classmate starting tomorrow." This caused Tsuya to brighten up, showing warmth on her face before smacking him on the shoulder repeatedly saying, "You idiot! You could have just sent a text, again why waste your energy on a teleport for something so trivial?!" The new guy gently caught her hand as she tried to smack him again before looking her in the eyes saying, "You're happiness is not trivial to me."
Of course, this caused the girl to blush before she leaned into him saying, "What am I going to do with you idiot?" The guy gave her a cheeky reply and smirk, "I'm your idiot remember" and the girl gently took his hand in hers, reveling in his warmth. This tender moment was interrupted rudely by a whiny voice from the resident pervy grape themed student in Tsuya's class, "Who are you?! Why are you so close to someone like her?! Are you here to steal all the babes?" This caused his classmates to snap out of their shock and prepare to berate him, when suddenly he locked up and started to float towards the new guy. The new guy scowled and his eyes glowed bright green, but it was his voice that caused shivers down the pervert's spine, "Be silent pervert. I heard all about who you are and your antics towards Tsuya and your female classmates. Be glad that I do know restraint and promised Tsuya to not go too far, or I would psychically crush you until you were not bigger than a cup or ripped your mind apart until you were only a drooling mess."
This made the pervert panic, but he was saved as a hand gently touched the new guy's arm, causing him to look over at Tsuya. She looked into his eyes and spoke gently, "I think he's learned his lesson now Locke, don't waste your time and energy on him." The now named Locke responded to Tsuya, "He caused you discomfort and you told me how he groped you during the USJ incident." Tsuya shook her head and said, "Nevertheless, he is not worth it, and I think he will remember this lesson" before placing a hand on Locke's chest over his heart. This caused Locke to sigh before releasing Mineta from the telekinetic bind and he scrambled away back to the table. Ishida was about to get up and berate Locke, but Momo stopped him with a glare and Izuku took a step towards Locke and introduced himself, "Hi, I'm Izuku Midoriya. Can I ask who you are and if it's not too personal what your quirk is?" This caused everyone at the table to smile and Locke too smiled because he found Izuku's curiosity endearing.
Locke looked at the table and introduced himself to those in 1A, "My name is Locke Himura, I'm a former student at Shiketsu, as I will be your new classmate starting tomorrow. My quirk is called Esper, meaning I have telekinesis, pyrokinesis, and teleportation. I can heighten and augment both my reflexes and strength to aid me in a fight, and because that is less taxing on me compared to the abilities I mentioned. I like using batons and tonfas because I can disarm someone without causing too much harm or killing them." He paused a bit as he saw Izuku scribbling away in a notebook before looking at everyone, asking, "Does he do that a lot?" which garnered nods from everyone. Mina walks up and asks, "How did you meet Tsuya?" Locke smiles and starts to tell them how he met his adorable froggy.
Flashback
Locke's POV as he's recounting how he met Tsuya Asui.
I had just moved to the city and was living alone in my apartment cause I was an orphan. I don't remember my parents' faces much, only the feeling that they loved me. I was walking on the street when an explosion happened. I remember running to where the screams were and seeing a little kid trapped along with his sister. She was hurt badly shielding her brother and her brother twisted his ankle. I pulled them out and as debris was falling, I used my quirk to shield us until help arrived. The ambulances came, I got a warning for using my quirk, but the police understood I was trying to keep myself and injured civilians safe. I visited the duo and found that the sister was Tsuya. We clicked from our conversations and once she found that I lived alone, she invited me over to her home for dinner. Things were good and everyone was so nice to me, probably because they felt bad that I was an orphan living on my own. I bonded with Tsuya's siblings, and her parents noticed the closeness that she and I shared.
When I found out that she was trying to get into UA, well, I offered to train with her. We got closer because I admired her tenacity and how dedicated she was to push beyond her limits. She helped me with improvising and the augmentation of my reflexes and strength grew from her suggestions. I got into Shiketsu and Tsuya made it into UA. I was happy because she got in, but things soured as she told me about a pervy grape themed boy who harassed her and the other female students. I teleported over in front of her house even though it tired me out, but she met me right at the door, guess she knew exactly what I was thinking. She kept me grounded and asked that I keep up my studies before giving me a warm hug and I teleported back.
End of Flashback
Mina and Toru squealed before turning towards Tsuya and asked, "Why didn't you mention Locke before? He seems like such a great guy!" In which Tsuya replied, "I want to have some privacy in my life, you know. I also can't just run to him for everything as I'm not a damsel in distress." Locke frowned and gently said, "I wish you could have told me about what happened at the USJ, do you know how awful it was to hear the fear in your thoughts? I only stopped myself from teleporting to the USJ after you assured me that things would be ok because All Might saved the day along with Midoriya." She hugged him a little harder at that and he just leaned into her. Toru and Mina cooed gently and asked Locke, "Is that why you were transferring over to UA? For Tsuya?" Locke smiled and nodded, earning him a light smack on his shoulders from Tsuya and then a gentle kiss on his cheek making him wide-eyed. The rest of the group introduced themselves, except for Bakugo, and everyone settled into a companionable silence. Mineta, the pervert, kept giving Locke uneasy glances as the new guy hung out with them until the bell announced lunch's ending. Locke sighed, gave Tsuya a tight hug and said, "Guess I need to get back and finish my day at Shiketsu. I'll see you tomorrow as your classmate officially froggy." Tsuya smiled, returning the hug and pressing her forehead to Locke before motioning for him to go. Locke looked around at everyone before saying goodbye and teleported back to Shiketsu, while the gang quickly went back to their classes.
Once Locke made it back to Shiketsu, he went about his day and his classmates teased him about visiting his girlfriend, which Locke just smiled. As the day ended and Locke made it back to his apartment, he sat down and started to reflect. "It's funny that I'm here in the MHA universe. I didn't think of all the places I would have been reborn in that I would have ended up here. I could have easily wound up in the Naruto universe, Walking Dead, Dragon Ball, or even Bleach, but it's better than I came here. I would never have met Tsuya and she's underrated because everyone focuses on Ochako and Momo. I can't tell them about what will happen because of canon, but hasn't it changed because I'm here? I will support them, 1A and 1B, with the abilities that I was given before my rebirth. I wonder if anyone remembers Choujin Locke or Locke the Superman, but that's unlikely." Locke then sighed wistfully before going to sleep and preparing for his first day as a student at UA.
