"Blood, Sledge had never been custom to seeing blood due to how most of his missions have been both fast and quick when he was on the job. However, to see this type of violence again with Mark's dad ripping apart the same man that he and his crew battled when they arrived on earth. Was shocking, more or less terrifying for Nolan's son. Who witnessed the violent display of him using his powers to kill someone. While for Nolan, looked at how shocked his son was to see him killing a person for the first time ever. In which it was time to tell him the real side of him, which he hoped Mark would understand."
Nowhere-Afternoon
Hearing a faint sound of something falling, was both the body parts of the Immortal. Which splattered across the ground as well staining the grass and the sight with his remains. In the air along of Sledge who was still in his new giant form, the bounty hunter and Mark looked at Nolan not knowing what has happened. For the son, he just rushed right into Nolan heart stricken by this murder.
"No! Someone's controlling you! Dad! Tell me how to stop them!"
Crying of how this wasn't his father, more or less that someone had to behind this act. Nolan, saw how desperate he was acting to think he was being controlled. But he wasn't, Sledge. Walked over and stopped the flying boy as he pulled him away.
"Stop, your not doing shit by pounding him!"
Sledge telling him as he tried to hold the boy back, in which not even his increased size could stop the stricken son. As Mark flew back at his father thinking that there had to be something wrong with him.
"Let my dad go! Let him go!"
Continuing to see if there was something in his mind to make him do this, however. Nolan stopped him and pushed him away seeing how it wasn't mind control. Still grieving of what happened. Mark looked up to his father who was calmed down and not to weaken from the surprise attack by Immortal.
"It's me, Mark. It's just me."
Nolan telling Mark more calmly as well not going to fight him, as Mark didn't know what was going on. He floated in the air while having the giant size Sledge behind him, seeing how had to see what was exactly going on. Knowing the right words, he knew what he was going to say to him.
"This isn't how I wanted to do this, but I don't have a choice. It's time for you to know where I really come from."
Informing him of how there was something important that Nolan didn't explain to him, which made Mark not understand. While the two listened up close, the drones that had watched the fight had everyone in the base listening about Nolan's true 'backstory'.
"I am from Viltrum, but it's not the planet I've told you about."
Brining up a memory of how he was planet where had the same strength, speed and durability both he and Mark had. Mark knew this along Debbie, though there was much more history behind the planet of super men and women.
"We have created a perfect civilization, but it took all of our strength, determination, and courage to get there. In order for our people to reach their full potential, we had to remove the weak from our society."
Explaining about how before all of this, both Mark and Debbie were informed that the planet had people that traveled across the galaxy to help it's people to strive and expand. However, before all of that. Viltrum became a battleground for their people to become powerful, along had to kill their own people in order to seek what they've strived to be, perfect.
"It was a long and difficult process. When it was over, our population was cut in half, but what emerged from the ashes was unstoppable."
Informing the two and the people at the GDA of how in order to obtain their vision, a lot of people on his people had to die. For Sledge and the others, it felt like they were listening to the countless beings from their side of the universe who did the same to making sure they were all powerful.
"By the time I was born, Viltrum was already the greatest empire in our galaxy. We decided to make it the only empire in our galaxy. Once I was old enough, I joined the war effort. It was hard, but I believe in our cause. Some species resisted, of course, but no one could withstand us for long. Soon, our empire encompassed thousands of planets."
Bringing up on how this took years for their kind to expand across the galaxy to make sure their civilization made their name engraved across each planet they visited to. As well described of how it wasn't all perfect and straight forward, that there had to be several planets that had to be made example from the rest of the universe to know they were coming.
"As our territory grew, our forces were stretched thin and our expansion stopped. We needed a better, more efficient way to conquer worlds. Our most trusted officers were each given a planet to weaken by themselves. I was one of those lucky few."
Nolan stating that he was selected by his people for him to find a planet that would be of value to his home world. However, what he didn't expect was to be married and have a family. In which his mission had been forgotten for sometime, but now. Out of the middle of nowhere, he suddenly remembers and gets right back onto the mission.
"I couldn't tell your mother why I was here. But that time's come to an end. And now we need to get Earth ready to join the Viltrum Empire."
Showing a serious side that now everything had already been done, in which it was time to move on. However for Mark, it felt like everything he knew about him was a lie. When Sledge told him his background, it wasn't serious since it didn't affect him. This however, felt like his whole heart had been shattered right in front of him.
"Mark, this is good news. We can finally do what we were meant to do. Be who we were meant to be."
Nolan expressing that this new knowledge to him would help him be stronger, to know that he wasn't like anyone else. That he belonged with a powerful race of aliens, though Mark was far from feeling what his father wanted him to feel.
"You lied to me."
"You couldn't know the truth. Not until you had your powers. Not until I was sure were a Viltrumite."
Telling Mark of how after the years of having him grown up, Nolan didn't know when his powers would come. Holding the side of his head, he felt like he didn't know how to handle this. Sledge, didn't know how to react seeing that this was the most betrayal he's even seen. As well the others who were watching at the base of how Omni man lied to everyone.
"No. This doesn't make any sense. You love me. You love Mom. I know you do!"
Shouting out at his father seeing that it couldn't be true, Nolan. Saw the grief and pain that his son was filling, however there was no time for feelings. In which there was something else important he needed to know about being a Viltrumite than having powers.
"Do you have any idea how long we live? The older we get, the slower we age. Viltrumite DNA is so pure you're nearly full-blooded. You'll live for thousands of years. Do you understand what that means? Everyone you know and love will be gone before you even look 30. It's not something I want for you."
Explaining that for thousand of years of the planet had progressed. Their life span as done so in the way of them living for possibly thousand of years, it still made Mark horrified about that, while for Sledge. Knew what the father was talking about since it was something his kind shared with the Viltrumites.
"This isn't your world. It's theirs. But we can help them. We can stop wars. Eliminate hunger. Give them medical technology centuries ahead of what they have now. We've already been doing it. If it wasn't for you and me, this planet would be in flames. All we have to do is welcome Earth into our empire."
Stating that neither the two of the belonged on Earth, as well with there own people. The only thing that Nolan was given was that of silence, in which he turned to Sledge seeing how his red eyes were directly on the red caped man.
"Plus, with the addition of your new friends and the people he lost. They could aid us in making sure this is handled fast, without the people making any fuss."
Expressing how he would find the outlaws that Sledge and the crew lost, both he and Mark would make them follow the two so they could handle the rest of earth's defenses. It made Cecil grip his fist seeing that there were several outlaws that Wrench had briefed him on, and that if any of them had been found. They'd would no doubt join Omni man in conquering the Earth. Looking back to Mark, there was something else he needed to know about his love for Debbie.
"I do love your mother. But she's more like, a pet to me."
Informing him how that while it was incredible to be with her, it wouldn't last long and would fade away. When Debbie heard him say it with no remorse, she started to cry of how much her relationship had been a lie to him. Poisandra, walked over to try and comfort her. Hearing this felt like the last straw as Nolan tried to comfort his son, however Mark moved away from his father.
"Don't touch me!"
Shouting at Nolan about what he had just learned, in which he wasn't accepting it. Yes it was true this knowledge was a lot to take in, but Mark had to understand that they have to do this for their planet. He tried to calm him down, but Nolan only saw his son enraged by what he was just told.
"I will not calm down! This is insane! What do you think is gonna happen? That I'm gonna go enslave my friends for a bunch of aliens I've never met? This is my life! These are my people!"
Mark announced of how he wouldn't follow his father's sick plan of taking over a world that he's grown up on. For a race of people he's never met before in his life, Sledge. Saw how Mark refused to join him, which was something he didn't expect to see when he had to protect him. Nolan, glared at his son on how he was against joining him.
"Mark. We have a responsibility to Viltrum."
"I don't give a shit about Viltrum. And I don't care if I live a fuckin' million years. This is my home and I won't let you destroy it!"
Interrupting Nolan of how his choice was final, he wouldn't let his dad takeover and have another planet takeover his home and the people he loved. Nolan only felt disappointed in what his son had made, in which from what he saw of Mark gripping his fists tight ready to fight him.
"You don't know what you're saying. And I can't let you interfere."
Stating to him on how he couldn't stop this, as well let Mark get in the away. Going for a punch right to his face, it was stopped by Sledge's large left palm as the impact made a booming sound. The two were surprised by the armored bounty hunter interfering with the fight between father and son.
"Open your ears dumbass, your kid said no!"
Sledge shouted as he grabbed Omni man with one clutch and raised his arm in the air, everyone watched at how the giant slammed him straight into the ground making it break apart like if a earthquake suddenly happened. Everyone witnessed his newfound power, however. It ended shortly as Nolan flew right up delivering a blow into Sledge's face. Which made him shrink back to his normal size and land on the ground.
"Stay out of..."
Before threatening the bounty hunter, Nolan attacked his father for that and to not let him try and takeover the planet. The two engaging in the fight, Mark was overwhelmed with how his father was holding nothing back. Taking the fight else where, Sledge got back up to try and chase after them. However, one of the orbs went right in front of him.
"Sledge, stand down and return to base. I have several fighter jets going over to.."
Cecil giving him a order, however. Sledge grabbed the orb while slowly squeezing it, seeing how he didn't seem to be in the mood for orders. Everyone saw how the red eye alien stared at them, along his crew who saw that he just experienced a moment between a fall out between a father and son.
"Send anyone over, and their going die. I'm going over there, getting that kid out and beating the living shit out of him. That's why you hired me, to look after the kid."
Sledge telling him of how if Cecil sent people over to their location, it would only increase the causalities. Throwing the drone to the side, Sledge fired up his jets and flew right after the two Viltrumites that were going to battle each other out. Back at base, Cecil didn't know whether to let him do this. In which he turned at the four aliens if there was a chance he might help.
"If the boss wants help, you help. Otherwise, keep out of the fight."
Fury backing up Sledge's request of not letting Cecil send in people to split up Invincible and Omni Man up. Debbie, had to agree seeing that she didn't want her son to see anymore death. However, Cecil ordered to track where they were heading. So that there was a way to evacuate any nearby cities that might be caught in the fight.
Chicago-Afternoon
Continuing to fly, both Mark and Nolan punched and bruised one another across the city as they crashed right through a building. Landing in the lobby, several people were injured during the collision. Standing up, Mark saw the civilians that were caught in the crash as well getting out fast and avoiding the fight between them. Nolan, saw how his son was looking at the humans running in fear from the two.
"It's right to pity them, Mark, but wrong to value them over your own kind."
Stating to him how while he should feel sorry for them, he should think about his own people than the human race. Being angered by it, Mark rushed him trying to knock him down. Though it did nothing to Nolan as he struck back at him with more force. Taking the punches, Mark flew back at him as the two soon launched into the air crashing into building to building.
"You're wrong! I've seen you save people... I've seen you almost die to protect them. Maybe you were a Viltrumite when you came to Earth, but you've changed! You were happy here!"
Mark shouting at him of how this planet had changed him, with him having a family and starting a new life. While it was true, that didn't matter now of how there were much important things than living on Earth.
"For a time. But I'm loyal to Viltrum, not this pathetic excuse for a civilization."
Responding back to his son as he delivered a punch sending his son across to the street. Smashing threw the concrete, he landed on his fist sliding on the ground. Looking up to his father, he saw him hovering above him in a threatening manner.
"You aren't listening, Mark. My time here has been a speck in the span of my life. You don't know me. I will burn this planet down before I spend another minute living among these animals."
Continuing to talk ill of the humans, in which Mark merely lets out a yell of anger as he rushed right at him. However Nolan punched him into the ground, in which he repeated to do so seeing how he needed to learn this was pointless in resisting him.
"I was wrong to raise you as a human. I should have prepared you better. Taught you more. Your life has been soft and painless. You're a Viltrumite in blood only."
Stating to him as he had made a mess out of Mark's face, in which the boy wasn't staying down. Using the remaining strength to stand, he was going keep going until Nolan stopped. Seeing the resistance in his eyes. He was going to strike him down again, however. A strong blast came from behind him sending Nolan to the side. Mark looked, seeing it was Sledge who flew right in time and helped Mark up.
"You already taught him better, which was not listening to people like you."
Backing him up as Mark didn't know why Sledge was helping him after learning Nolan was a soldier for a alien planet that killed whoever stepped in their path. Nolan, looked at the young men staring at him ready to continue the fight.
"It's pointless Mark, I've killed all seven guardians. What makes you think you two can stand against me?"
Questioning them on how with how many villains, monsters and invaders that have come in his path. What made Mark and Sledge stand against him, the two stood there looking at the red caped Viltrumite not backing away.
"Because we're hard headed. Just like you. And it isn't Mark, it's Invincible."
Stating to him as the two prepared to battle him together, Nolan. Merely rushed at them as the three engaged in a all out fight, both Mark and Sledge worked together to fight against Nolan. However he was much stronger, as well able to withstand the combine strength of the two of them. As they continued to battle each other, the three flew away from them as well how that the fighting sent them away from the city.
Later in the mountains
It felt like hours of them with the three battling each other. They continued to fight across the sky until the three landed on a mountain, landing at the rocks. Both Mark and Sledge had dealt with severe bruises from Nolan as he himself the same. In which he was covered in both of their blood as he stared at the two who seemed to be out of breath from the intense fighting.
"You're both doing this for nothing. Being a part of the empire will make Earth better than it ever was."
Stating it to him of how Earth could be something more, something unlike nothing's it has ever been before. As Sledge was still taking the damage, Mark. Refused to believe it as he was going to keep fighting his father, Nolan. Was only disappointed at him in which he attacked him again leaving Sledge out of the beatdown.
"You want to die for this planet? Fine! What's seventeen more years?! I can make another kid!"
Shouting at Mark as he continued to beat his son's face in, Sledge. Looked at the father beating his son as this was a horrific sight, along of hearing that he didn't care for killing him. Gripping the rock he had in his hand, Sledge rushed at him and tackled him to the side. Mark, coughing saw how the bounty hunter was still protecting him. Nolan, was annoyed as he head butts his helmet with enough force to break it.
"I should have killed you the moment you arrived on..."
"Oh just shut the fuck up!"
Sledge shouting at him of how he had talked in this entire fight, that he himself had grown annoyed at this point. Nolan looked insulted by this of how the bounty hunter made him stop talking. Standing on his feet, Sledge looked at him still not giving up.
"I get it, you care for your people cause their better than the whole damn galaxy. From what've I seen, they are. But also, living for a billion years? That isn't special."
Talking about how while the Viltrumites had a lifespan which would make Earth jealous, it didn't make Sledge afraid of Omni man. Which made Nolan confused about what he meant.
"My people, have that lifespan. Who can live for billions of years, as well do whatever the hell they like. But you know the drawback? They go mad, and try to be better than everyone else. Especially their own, so they kill each other make sure of it. Which is why I strayed away from them, being my own man."
Stating that his kind could live up to the same years as Nolan's, only they killed each other in order to show their dominance. Nolan, had enough of him talking as he rushed at him. Grabbing him by the neck, he raised Sledge in the air choking him. As the bounty hunter, merely chuckled while coughing up blood.
"Even if, you win. Enslave this pathetic planet and it's people, the only memory you'll have. Is not by the bodies you killed, but by one that defied you. Your own flesh and blood, which you don't even care about."
Continuing to defy Nolan as the angered man raised him into the air and slammed him to the ground hard enough to break most of the bones in his body, unable to move. Sledge seemed beaten, looking over to Mark. Who still was hurt from fighting, he walked over to try and end it. However, seeing Mark's broken teeth and body. He couldn't, this sight made him frustrated and angry about how Mark refused to join him.
"Why did you make me do this? You're fighting so you can watch everyone around you die! Think, Mark! You'll outlast every fragile, insignificant being on this planet. You'll live to see this world crumble to dust and blow away! Everyone and everything you know will be gone! What will you have after 500 years?"
Asking him of what Mark would have after this was gone, his friends? Gone. Family? Gone, everything around him would be gone in a blink of a eye for him. Looking at his beaten son, Mark. Couldn't look at him, but only speak as he tried to mutter some words so that Nolan could hear.
"You, Dad. I'd still have you."
Answering Nolan's question which made the father unable to do anything, this made Nolan look at his hands. Of the blood that he spilt, along of his son who was still alive after the beating. He held back his tears and emotions from him, unable to take it. Nolan shot up into the air leaving him, the country. And eventually the planet, Sledge. Still conscious saw Nolan leaving the planet, to which he looked at Mark as he didn't move.
"Dad?"
Mark asked unable to see if his father was still there listening to him, however. Sledge was able to crawl to his side and help him up, shaken from his bones. He still had to make sure Mark was alive.
"No kid, just me. It's just me."
Sledge said sadly as he didn't know what to feel for the kid, seeing how his father left him with no words. Mark, didn't want to believe. But felt Sledge was telling the truth, as the two waited for a extract to take them home. If there was a home anyway.
Next Week-GDA Hospital
It took a whole week for the two get their bones healed and that of blood to be restored into their bodies, while the operations were tedious. The two made it out, outside of the room was both Sledge's crew and that of Eve who waited with them thinking if they survived. Poisandra, looked through the mirror seeing her boyfriend on the bed still recuperating from the attack.
"We were suppose to go on a date before this, he. Planned a small spot at a diner that Mark told him about, as well thought it be a good spot for everyone to hang out later on."
She spoke out still holding back tears for him, while for Eve. Feeling sorry for her on how she was feeling, more or less of she felt about Mark. As she didn't expect for him to deal with this type of pain. They all waited for sign if the two would wake up, in which. Mark did, opening his eyes he saw the people outside of the room. Curio, who noticed the young man awake gestured the others to come in as they did so. In which Mark didn't expect the crowd of people seeing him from what happened.
"I thought it was a dream. Or a nightmare."
Mark telling them as it was something he didn't want to be real, more or less not being real. The large monster, Immortal and his dad beating him and Sledge to a pulp. But from their faces, it was all real.
"That was a hell of a thing you did, Cecil's people got you and Sledge patched up. Took a whole week for you to get better. Kept him away from making you any more shitty."
Fury explaining of how if Mark or Sledge woke up, they wouldn't want the old man coming to him and tell him any more bad news. He's had enough as it is, Mark. Still felt like it was a nightmare happening, as well how the bounty hunter stayed by his side even through all the madness that happened.
"Why did he help? He should have run while he had the chance."
Questioning that if Sledge had fled like Eve did, than he wouldn't be in the bed just like him. Poisandra, merely chuckled seeing that Mark didn't understand that much Sledge.
"Because he's professional. Whatever job or contract he gets, he does it. No matter what happens, even if it meant protecting you. And us."
Answering Mark's question of how while Sledge was a bounty hunter, he would do whatever it took to accomplish the job. Which involved keeping him alive, as well keeping his friends and girlfriend out of prison. As the room settled, Wrench's watch begun to beep seeing how there was something coming up.
"Apologies but, there's something coming to Earth. And, I think it might be him."
Telling him about how Omni man might be coming back, let alone of how he might want to do it again. Mark, breathed in seeing how he didn't want anyone hurt. Slowly standing up, the others wouldn't let him.
"I can handle him, by myself."
Mark stating to them of how he was going to take care of this without anyone getting in the way. Grabbing his suit that was fully repaired, he was about to check it out. However, he heard a weapon being loaded as Mark turned around. Seeing Sledge awaken and holding his blaster in his hand.
"The hell you will."
Stating to him of how if Mark was going do anything, Sledge would be there to help out. The aliens and Eve saw in a remarkable turn of event, as soon Mark got the message of Omni man coming. Sledge would be there, seeing how there was no point of arguing. Mark gave him about two minutes to see if he could catch up with him to see if they can't fight his dad again.
In Space
Fully suited up and heading off to space, both Invincible and Sledge were flying straight out of the atmosphere reaching out in space. Where they awaited for whatever might be coming towards them. Both of them said nothing, to which Sledge prepared his blaster while Mark made sure to be ready for another match. Seeing something come right towards them, was Allen the alien. Who looked rather worried and came here in a hurry.
"Invincible! Thank heavens, I thought I was too late. I have to warn you!"
Allen being both scared for him and his teammate in which they didn't understand what he meant by that. Taking a moment to settle from the high speed flying, Allen begun to explain to him about what happened when he returned to the Coalition.
"When I returned to the Coalition of Planets to tell them I'd been going to Earth instead of Urath, they lost their minds! Earth is off limits, there's a Viltrumite living on your planet."
Sounding serious about there was a Viltrumite living on Earth, hearing that. Both Mark and Sledge gave him a look seeing that it wasn't news for them, which Allen could tell from their facial expressions they knew about that.
"Wait ? You already know? I don't understand."
Asking them of how he didn't understand what this meant, they knew a Viltrumite was living on Earth? Heading over to the moon, Sledge grabbed some rocks for the three seeing how there was a lot to discuss after what has happened.
"Grab a seat cyclops. This is going take a while."
Sledge stating to him seeing how Mark would have to explain to Allen about, everything. From Sledge's real background, to that of what he was as well his dad. After thirty minutes of explaining to Allen about what happen, the orange alien didn't know how to react to this moment.
"So, you're a Viltrumite? But you don't work for them? And your dad tried to take over the planet but then left? He just left? That's nuts, man."
He asked Mark which he nodded, of how he wasn't hiding his alien nationality and telling him how he was a Viltrumite. Turning over to Sledge, Mark brought about Sledge's occupation for being the same bounty hunter Allen believed that he looked like when he first met him.
"And your actually Sledge the bounty hunter, that somehow got changed into a kid and now helping him, even though he's a Viltrumite?"
Questioning the sanity behind working with Mark, which the armored alien nodded in a nut shell seeing that it was true. It was a lot to take him, however what was really getting him confused was that Nolan left Earth without doing his mission, which was unlike anything he's heard.
"That is super weird for a Viltrumite. They don't just give up. They're relentless. They destroyed my world when my people rebelled against them. They blew up our planet rather than lose it."
Stating that out of the entire men and women from Viltrum, none of them had made no excuses from completing their missions. This was the first, along would destroy a world to avoid losing it. Mark felt sorry for Allen's lost world, however cycloptic male wasn't to sad about it.
"Don't be sad about it. From the sounds of it, I'm the one who should be apologizing. If I'd checked my orders properly, I would've seen that Earth was flagged for Viltrumite takeover. I could have warned you."
Feeling like a idiot if there was a sign of him realizing that there was a Viltrumite here. Then he could have done something, but from what's happened. This made him more of a asshole, Mark. Didn't want him to think about it since it may have made things much worse.
"I would have just gone to my dad and told him everything. Who knows what would have happened then?"
Thinking that it would gone completely different if he had done it early, though it still didn't make it better since he was gone. Leaving earth with just one Viltrumite, Mark.
"I can't imagine what you're going through. Literally. Like, I have no concept of it. With my home world gone, my people had to create breeding camps just to stop us from going extinct. I've never even met my father."
"Join the club."
Sledge telling Allen of how all three aliens appeared to have a difficult relationship between their fathers. Which made it seem a way for them to understand each other much more if they were going handle whatever might happen next.
"The Coalition of Planets will want to hear about you. A power struggle's brewing in the farthest reaches of space. Which is involving planets to join against the the Viltrumite empire. The thing is no one's even heard of a Viltrumite abandoning their post. It's insane. It just doesn't happen."
Allen still expressing how it made no sense for Nolan to leave, more or less of him not destroying the planet. In which Mark looked at him confirming he'd help out with whatever might happen. While showing a smile, which confused both Sledge and Allen.
"Why you're smiling? I may be from the other side of the galaxy. But hearing a war going on from the other side? Think we need to arm ourselves."
Sledge asking him of how with how something bigger is happening across the galaxy, there seemed to be much more going on than on Earth. However, from hearing the dreadful news, it didn't make Mark afraid.
"Just thinking about everything I've been through. How huge it all feels. But the fact it's just a small part of something much larger makes it all seem more, manageable. I don't know. But it helps."
Explaining to the two of how with everything happening so fast, to getting a alien crew to help him out with whatever dangers might come his way. To that of realizing what he truly was. He felt like he had a better understanding about what will happen, as well how he could handle it all without getting stressed out or worried.
"Sorry to rain on your parade. That happens on Earth, right? Anyway, once they find out your father took off, the Viltrumites are gonna come for you. And trust me, when they set their sights on a planet, they don't give up without a fight."
Allen warning them of how with Nolan gone, the planet was ripe for the taking by any Viltrumites that will come to Earth. In which they would hold nothing back, realizing this, Mark nodded of how ready he would be. As well Sledge seeing how he would have to keep a better eye on him to make sure nothing happens.
"So then, What's the plan in the meantime?"
Asking the two seeing how with so much happening, Allen didn't know what Mark had plan for the coming storm of the Viltrumites. Taking a moment to think about it, Mark had a good idea on what was next for him along with hanging out with Sledge's crew since they be working with him.
"Finish high school I guess."
Answering him seeing how with how much has been going on, it be good to head back to school and finish it up. Back on earth as well of things seemingly back to normal, there was a road which lead into the city and out. Across the grassy plains was a figure, wearing a dark brown cloak, he walked over to look at the city. Pulling out a phone, it showed images of both Invincible and Sledge battling Omni man across the country. Which made him chuckle at the sight as his yellow eye glowed at the sight.
"I found you. You sorry excuse for a hunter, and I'm coming~"
Spoke a sinister voice as he chuckled at how he was hunting for Sledge, putting the phone away. He continued his walk to head into the city, to possibly find Sledge as well this human he's been hanging out with. Seeing that Sledge could be beaten, as well killed in which the stranger had the intentions of.
