Chapter 13
Guest- It'll be both along with OCs of my own making. There will be champions from the Deathsworn skin line working for Mordekaiser eventually and there will be a few more characters from Hero Wars. Specifically from the Way of Eternity faction. Though, if you ask me, a lot of characters from Hero Wars can fit into League of Legends quite well. Especially the Way of Eternity faction. Like so many can fit into League of Legends with just a minor altercation to appearance and some lore. It's insane actually.
Djoklecjan- Thank you.
Review if you desire, but it's not mandatory.
Mordekaiser
Mitna Rachnun
Mordekaiser let out a deep chuckle as he walked towards his destination. A massive underground pit underneath his fortress. Descending down a flight of stairs, Mordekaiser looked below him to see various chambers carved out from the 'rock' and 'dirt' of his afterlife. All of them lined all across the pit with enough space between them so as not to have one chamber intrude upon another's own task whether they may be.
Within these chambers were various servants handling the care and maintenance of a project that he was told was nearing completion. And that project was in the form of the various chrysalises that Mordekaiser's servants were handling with the utmost care lest they incur their master's wrath. Huge, oval-shaped black colored chrysalis that was transparent enough to allow people to see the basic figure of the occupants inside with a sufficient light source shown at them.
Going to the nearest chamber, Mordekaiser and Keira ventured inside to various men and women tending to a dozen or so chrysalis contained in a pit filled with a scarlet red-like substance. Grabbing one of the guards that were tasked with keeping an eye on those tending to the chrysalis, Mordekaiser demanded a progress report, citing that he was told the project was nearing completion.
"Milord." Said the servant, a large and bulky man that wore armor similar in design to Mordekaisers' own armor but with a helmet that was fully insulated composite armored helmet with glowing green eyes and was designed to be intimidating as well as functional. "The chrysalises are nearing the end of their incubation cycle according to those tasked to care for them until they hatch. In fact, the first batch has been stirring as of late. Shall I show you one, sir?" Mordekaiser just nodded before following the guard toward the pit. Upon looking at the pit, Mordekaiser can see one of the chrysalises was stirring more than the others. It was moving and showed clear signs of life. Servants were attending to it. Analyzing it and using magic to ensure that nothing goes awry with it.
Then, just as Mordekaiser himself was about to speak, an arm burst from the most active chrysalis, nearly skewering someone with a bone-like blade that protruded from its palm between only two fingers of its hand, the thumb safe from the bone blade. Everyone then backed away as a head emerged from the chrysalis. The head let out a deep, guttural roar before the owner of the head began ripping the remains of the chrysalis from its body, using its free arm to cut the chrysalis when needed, until eventually, it was standing on its two digitigrade legs, allowing everyone to see the creature fully.
The creature was a pale, nine-foot-tall monster with a bone-like body that had boney protrusions coming out of its spine and an opening in its stomach that showed a red crystal that glows brightly. The being didn't have any eyes and its lower jaw was split in the middle. Sharp, dagger-like teeth protruded from both parts of the lower jaws and the roof of the upper jaw. Sharp ends and angles were all over the creature's bony appearance. Almost chaotically and yet Mordekaiser saw none of that mattered to the creature as it stood on its three toes perfectly with no loss in balance. Gazing upon the creature as it looked upon everything in the room before looking at Mordekaiser and stopping, staring at the Iron Revenant. Whether it was in hunger, fear, or something else, only Mordekaiser knew. The two stared at each other for a while before Mordekaiser spoke.
"You are perfect." Said Mordekaiser, satisfied with what he saw from the creature. "This project, if all the rest are like this one, if not better, will add to our armies nicely and we will have a way to use what is left of the corpses of those that died in this extermination in Hell." With that said, Mordekaiser extended out his hand and told the creature to follow him, which it did with some hesitation. He, Keira, and the creature then began to leave for Mordekaiser's throne, but not before Mordekaiser gave a servant Martha's remains, telling them to use them to create another batch. As they walked, they heard howls, screeches, and roars coming from the other chambers as more and more creatures began emerging from the other chrysalises. Hearing these sounds, Mordekaiser was pleased to hear them. Beyond pleased that one of his projects showed such promise. It gave him assurances that, out of all the projects he had planned, one of them will succeed at least. And it was one of the most difficult ones he had devised, so it left him expecting for a few others to succeed as well. As he walked to his private tower, the Iron Revenant held no desire to have a castle or palace for he did not care much for the luxuries that mortals and the demons of Hell desired so having a castle would be a poor usage of space and Mordekaiser hated poor usage of anything, Mordekaiser thought of his son and how he was faring.

Moxxie
"There he is!" Yelled Millie as he saw Blitzo hiding behind a tree while a buff man and two kids, one girl and one boy, were shooting at her boss with their rifles and pistols. All of them have deranged and psychotic looks on their faces. "Moxxie, we got to help Blitz!"
"I know!" Yelled Moxxie as he aimed the rifle that he used to kill the mother and aimed it at the father. Without question, even though he really hated Blitz, he saved his boss' life and killed the father without hesitation just as the man was about to fire at the lanky Imp as he was about to run to a new tree as the one he was previously hiding behind was filled with bullet holes. As the man's corpse was falling to the ground, Millie charged at the two children with the man, knocking them to the ground and taking their guns from them expertly.
Tossing the guns away to a safe distance, Millie yelled over to Blitzo, telling him that everything is safe now. Upon hearing that, Blitzo popped his head out of his cover and went to his employees.
"Well, now isn't this a nice change of pace." Said Blitzo with a smile while holding his wounded arm with his free hand. "Mox, I should blame you for taking so long and getting me shot, but all well that ends well. Am I right?" Moxxie glared at his boss for what he said, offended that he once again blamed for something going awry with something that wasn't his fault in the first place. Calming himself down with a deep breath before he did something he'll regret, Moxxie asked what they'll do with the kids, who were pinned down by Millie and looked terrified at the female Imp holding them in place now that they're mom and dad are dead and gone. A far cry to the deranged look they had when they were chasing after Blitzo.
"Oh them." Said Blitzo as he looked at the kids before deciding what to do. "I got the solution." Moxxie was about to ask what that was when Blitzo brought out his antique flintlock pistol and shot one of the kids, the girl with it, before bringing out a knife and slitting the throat of the boy with it.
"What the fuck, sir!" Yelled Moxxie as he saw his boss kill the kids with no remorse at all. In fact, he had a satisfied look on his face while he did it. "There wasn't a need to go and kill them! We could have just sent them to an orphanage or something! No one would fucking believe them!"
"Uh, we do have a need." Said Blitzo as he looked at his employee with a raised eyebrow. "They shot me. It's all an act of self-defense."
"Self-defense!?" Yelled Moxxie incredulously.
"Yup." Said Blitzo with a happy smile on his face. "Self-defense. They had it coming. It was us or them, Moxxie. C'mon, Mox. This is pretty basic stuff. Besides, we're demons of Hell. Why the fuck should we care about doing the right thing?" Moxxie was boiling and was about to say something when Millie spoke up.
"Well, now that we killed the bitch, let's get going back. I want to have a big celebration for Moxxie killing that bitch." Said Millie as she let go of the dead kids and got up quickly, wanting to end this conformation before it got ugly. She gave Moxxie a pleading look quickly, causing him to sigh.
"Okay, honey." Said Moxxie with a sigh, causing Blitzo to snicker at how fast he submitted to Millie's demand.
"Such a wimp." Said Blitzo with a smirk before bringing out his phone to call Loona to get them back home. "Now we know for sure who has the pants in the marriage." Moxxie clenched his fists at Blitzo, causing Millie to place a hand on his shoulder.
"I know he frustrates you, Mox." Said Millie with a smile of pity and sympathy on her face. "Especially when he blames you for shit that can't be blamed on you or when he does something that's completely unnecessary but doesn't fight with him. This job is really good for both of us. Not to mention really fun, especially when we kill people that deserve it. Am I right?" Moxxie sighed again before responding.
"Yeah, it's fun to kill people that don't deserve to live for doing incredibly shitty stuff." Said Moxxie as he looked at his wife, careful not to say anything of this loud enough for Blitz to hear. Fortunately, he was too busy gushing to Loona about something to notice his employees talking about something. "But killing kids? Blaming me for even the tiniest of faults? Not to mention barely getting enough money to pay rent and get essential supplies? I don't know, Mils. Sometimes I wonder if my dad made a mistake getting us this job or not."
"Well, if it makes you feel any better, you can go talk to him." Said Millie with an encouraging smile. As much as she was having fun with the job, she didn't want it at the expense of her husband. Thus, she was fine if he wanted a different job than the one they currently have. "If Blitzo's behavior is that worrisome for you, you can talk to your dad about it. I'm sure he'll be willing to talk to you about this job and how it's exhausting to you."
"It's worth a shot." Said Moxxie, not telling Millie that he had only a limited way to speak to his dad and he didn't want to waste them with something like his stupid boss. Not when it was clear to him that Mordekaiser wanted him to stay in this job and that it benefitted him a great deal for him to be around Stolas and his grimoire. Still, maybe it was okay for him to do it just this once. To tell him his grievances with Blitzo and his company. And if he'll provide him and Millie a different type of employment. Preferably something that didn't have an idiot for a boss like Blitzo. "Though I doubt he'll listen much." Millie frowned at that and was about to speak when Blitzo yelled at them.
"C'mon! What the fuck are you two doing! We got to go!" Yelled Blitzo as he was next to a portal that showed their office. With that, the two Imps followed their boss to not only collect their payment but also hold a celebration for a job well done for Moxxie.

Mordekaiser
Mordekaiser chuckled to himself as he saw the recently spawned creature from the pit. After arriving at his tower, Mordekaiser took the creature to a private chamber to both examine it and have it swear its allegiance to him willingly. Perhaps to the surprise of many of his servants, Mordekaiser wanted these creatures to have free will. Some thought he wanted them to be mindless servants, but they were fools to think that. Examining the creature one more time, he spoke to the creature.
"Tell me, what do you know of the soul of mortals and what happens to them when a mortal dies? Any kind of soul, no matter the species." Asked Mordekaiser as he looked at the creature. When it just tilted its head, Mordekaiser responded to the question he asked. "A soul is a precious thing indeed. All living things, baring machines, have it. It's one of the many things that differentiates one person from another. It's one of the few things that people can truly claim is always theirs. And, above all, it's the only thing that the common people, unless they know ahead of time and prepare accordingly, that they bring to Mitna Rachnun when they die. It's what fuels the population of Mitna Rachnun. It's what gives us our stone. Our metal. Our weapons. The soul is the most valuable commodity to Mitna Rachnun. Though I will admit, I care more about the value of what one can offer Mitna Rachnun over what they think they can offer, I will give people a chance to prove that they can become greater than what they were in life and when they arrived to my domain." Mordekaiser then sighed before speaking up again.
"But." Said Mordekaiser as he looked at the creature, who looked back despite having no eyes. "The trauma of dying, no matter how one died, or the revelation that the afterlife isn't what they were told can break even the strongest of wills. Thus, both the weak and the strong are at their most vulnerable at this time. They either recover their minds enough to keep themselves from losing their very identities or not and become little more than mindless beings that require constant prodding and attention to be of some worth or become materials to expand my domain. More often than not, sadly, most of the time they become the latter two." Mordekaiser then looked at the creature keenly. "You, my creature, are an amalgamation of souls that have lost their identities forever." The creature looked at the ground at that, feeling something it can't describe.
"Yes." Said Mordekaiser as he continued. "You are a fusion of various soul fragments or shattered souls that have permanently lost their identities. While you and your kind are not the first of such beings, I have, after all, created similar beings as you before, you and your kind are the first amalgamations I made from those I collected from an afterlife called Hell. You are created from soul fragments of demons, both from those naturally born in Hell and those that became demons after their souls arrive in Hell. My followers have collected many of these shattered remains of souls in a myriad of ways. Whether that be items that are actually composed of the remains of souls or from the aftermath of a genocidal attack called Exterminations in Hell, I gathered enough materials to forge thousands, even tens of thousands of beings like you. Beings that have been given life from those that were killed from the incompetence of the rulers of Hell. So that those that died in Hell can serve, in a way, someone that is actually worth serving under. To help me usurp the fool that rules Hell currently and bring an era of prosperity and efficiency under my name." Mordekaiser took a moment to let the creature contemplate all this before speaking again.
"So, tell me, creature." Said Mordekaiser. "My demonic creation. My Niskaru. Will you serve me and create a more efficient rule in Hell? A rule that has failed time and time again to rule effectively and allows its subjects to be trampled on constantly for no reason? That allows them to die like rats constantly from another afterlife that yearly performs a genocide that the rulers of Hell allow to happen without lifting even a finger to help the subjects that they're supposed to serve and take care of? If you need more time, I will give it to you. I have given you free will, after all. Not because it's for my benefit, but because I desire to rule a kingdom of willing servants. Not one that serves me because they're forced to." The now-termed Niskaru looked at Mordekaiser, sensing the truth in his words. About everything. Growling in contemplation on what to do, the Niskaru just knelt to the ground in a respectable manner, showcasing its loyalty to Mordekaiser and his service.
"Excellent." Said Mordekaiser, pleased to see the Niskaru was willing to obey him. After helping the Niskaru creature up, something it was surprised at, Mordekaiser spoke. "You have chosen wisely. I assure you, you will not regret the choice you made today. Come, my Niskaru. Let us see allow you to see more of your kind. The Niskaru." With that, Mordekaiser began leading the creature to the pit that it spawned from. To show it more of its kind and for Mordekaiser to see the new army that had just been created. The newest addition to his army. The Niskaru hordes.
As he and the Niskaru departed from the chamber, Keira followed them, having guarded the entrance to the chamber at Mordekaiser's request. As they all departed, Keira looked at her master and wondered what he planned to do with these so-called Niskaru.
"Would he use them on Hell to test their mettle?" Thought Keira as she looked at the Niskaru. "Or on Runeterra? I wonder."
So that people know, the term Niskaru comes from a game called Kingdom of Amalur. It's a term for a race of chaotic creatures in the game.
