Chapter 31

Rough N' Tumbleweed Ranch

Moxxie

Moxxie watched from the inside of Millie's family house as his wife and her mother were watching Millie's brothers loading up some pumpkins with the appearance of human Jack-o-lanterns onto a wooden cart in front of the house. This was the last of their produce for the Harvest Moon. Joe was going to drive it to the local processing center to get some cash, where the ripest pumpkins will be transported to the other Rings and the rest were given to markets in Wrath for its populace to eat for themselves. Moxxie watched as Millie happily waved her siblings good luck before wandering off to do something else. Sighing in pain, Moxxie soon began walking away from the happy family moment and walked up the stairs to the guest rooms, specifically where Millie and Moxxie were sleeping in until they were ready to leave. A growling red bullhead hung on the wall from a plaque as he moved past it. Moxxie then glanced over at a portrait from inside a red skull frame. It was a black and white picture of Millie's family.

In it, stood Joe and Lin in the very center. Besides them were Millie, her sister, and all three of her brothers. Moxxie ran his hand along the smiling Millie in the picture. She and her family looked so happy. Sure, Millie's family was crass, and very wild…but they were still strongly bonded together. A real family. Not unlike him and his dad. Can they even be called father and son? They barely interacted with each other since he went to live in Hell. And the times they did, they barely did anything qualifying as father and son bonding time. Which is why the upcoming meet up with his dad was so important. To see if they still had a connection. To see…if they had something akin to what Millie has with her family.

"I'll never be a part of her family." Moxxie thought as he looked at the picture. "No matter what I do…I'm just not strong enough physically to get their approval. Probably why I want me and my dad to have a family as well. He, at least, doesn't care about physicality as much as Joe and Lin do." Thinking about his dad again, Moxxie closed his eyes as he lowered his head, his horns softly impacted the wall. "Please Satan. I know this isn't your area of expertise and my dad will scold me for begging for your aid, but…please let us have a normal day together. Let there be a father and son bond between us still. He's…he's all I got besides Millie at a chance to have a family." Moxxie was about to beg some more when a faint humming sound caught his attention. Lifting his head up, Moxxie noticed a sliver of light coming through the crack underneath one of the white doors upstairs. Raising an eyebrow, his cloven hooves walked towards the light source, stopping in front of the door that held the light behind it. The humming he heard earlier grew as he stepped closer.

"Well that's troubling." Said Moxxie as he suddenly felt something in his gut telling him that something was wrong. Very wrong. Yet despite his mind telling him to not do anything reckless, Moxxie opened the door and peered around. No one was in the bedroom. Nothing but a gray ceiling fan, a bed with a skull on the headboard and a nearby vanity on a dresser.

Recalling that this was one of the guest rooms, Moxxie assumed this was Striker's room. He was the only other guest in the house besides Blitzo and Loona and he knew where they bunked in the house. Gulping as his suspicion of Striker grew as well as his contempt, Moxxie almost froze when he spotted the source of the light and the humming sound. It was coming from a box on a table. He walked closer to inspect it. Upon seeing what it was, his eyes widen in shock and horror at what he saw.

"Oh my crumbs!" Said Moxxie as he looked at the offending object, too stunned to do anything but gawk at it.

Sitting in a brown gun case lay an intricate and very expensive-looking rifle. It was a dark reddish color with glowing white swirl-shaped designs along the side. The area near the trigger was decorated red. A white Ichthys fish Christian symbol was on there as well. Moxxie knew well what this weapon was, but he had to touch it to make sure that it was the real deal and not a fake.

In both fascination and dread, Moxxie ran a hand along the side. Upon feeling the weapon, Moxxie can feel the holy power coming from it and he instantly knew that this weapon was the real deal.

"A genuine carmine crafted blessed-tipped rifle!" Said Moxxie as he finished touching the weapon. This was a weapon fashioned from the broken weapons of Exterminators that came to Pride for their annual Exterminations on the Sinner population in Hell. No one knows why the Exterminators leave their broken weapons behind, leaving them alone to be scavenged by demons that survived the Extermination for their own benefit, instead of taking them with them. But they do and demons of both the Sinner and natural born variety to forge weapons more lethal than anything in Hell beyond magic. Weapons that can kill even the strongest of demons. Like nobles. Moxxie stared in disbelief at the weapon, unsure of how Striker came into possession of such a deadly and rare weapon.

"How…how in the fuck did he get one of these?!" Questioned Moxxie as he looked at the rifle. Such weapons were typically in the hands of nobles and Overlords who feared the consequences of the low class of Hell possessing weapons that can kill them with relative ease. Thus, it was an unspoken rule of Overlords and nobles to try and scavenge as much discarded angelic weapons as quickly possible after the Exterminations are done to lower the chances of some random Sinner getting one and using it to cause problems for them in any shape or form. Like this carmine-crafted rifle, which can only be constructed by one Overlord and her company, who held a monopoly on angelic based weaponry on the orders of Lucifer himself. Which begged the question, how did Striker get one of these? Such rifles are supposed to only be in the possession of nobles and certain Overlords. He was just an Imp. How did he get one of these when an Imp wasn't supposed to have one in the first place? Unless…unless he was given it by someone.

"Why don't you ask me, little dude?" Asked a deep voice that sent a chill up Moxxie's spine. Turning around, Moxxie cursed when he saw Striker leaning on the door, an unamused look on his face.

"W-why do you have this?! Mister!" Demanded Moxxie as he pointed a finger at him. "You are aware this kind of weapon can kill…"

"…demon royalty." Finished Striker as he chewed on his wheat stick, a smirk growing on his face.

"Yes. That." Said Moxxie as he grew more uneasy at how casually Striker finished the sentence. Suddenly, his contempt for Striker was fading away. In its place was a sense of fear coming inside Moxxie as he realized what Striker must be planning on doing.

"No shit. That's kinda the point." Said Striker as he flicked the wheat stalk away, running his claws along the door before shutting it.

"You're going to kill Stolas, aren't you?" Asked Moxxie as Striker got closer. Striker grinned sinisterly at Moxxie's words, confirming what he just said was true, as Striker advanced towards Moxxie like a predatory rattlesnake. Striker's pointed tail rattling in anticipation as he cornered Moxxie by the table behind him.

"Got that right, punk." Said Striker with a dark smile. "Unfortunately for you, can't exactly afford witnesses. Not when I'm so close to killing my prey." Upon hearing that, Moxxie gulped a bit before reaching for a pistol on his person. Unfortunately, Striker grabbed his arm before he could grab the handle of his weapon. He then twisted it, making Moxxie scream in pain as his bones were bent out of shape. The scream was cut off when Striker wrapped his tail around Moxxie's throat, causing the imp to gag. He tossed Moxxie hard against the wall, where he slid with a thud to the floor. Moxxie sat up and clutched his head…then Striker was upon him. Strong hands firmly gripped Moxxie in a chokehold. He struggled to free himself but Striker held him down with his body weight.

Moxxie tried to claw at Striker's hands in order to get him off him, but to no avail. Desperately trying to find a way out of the chokehold, a glint caught Moxxie's eye and he noticed a red glass vase on a nearby table. Right above Striker's head. If he could just…

With a grunt of effort, Moxxie kicked at the table, sending the vase crashing onto Striker's head, causing him to yelp in pain and let go of his chokehold on Moxxie. Millie, outside the house, heard the crash from outside and raced toward the house, concern in her face. A freed Moxxie stood up and ran as fast as he could toward the door. He was just about to open it before Striker pulled him back by his tail with a forceful yank!

Moxxie screamed in panic at this before his mouth was covered by Striker's hand. Beams of red light shone into the room as Moxxie struggled in vain to get free. Striker leaned down and pressed his body weight against Moxxie, pinning him in place. The seconds dragged by, Moxxie losing consciousness. Moxxie's eyes started to flutter, his body going limp and weaker as Striker held his chin.

"*Chuckles evilly* Pathetic." Said Striker with some satisfaction as he prepared to finish off the weak Imp. That, however, was not to be.

Striker was about finish Moxxie off when suddenly a sudden flash of pain erupted from Striker's chest, causing him to scream in pain and let go of Moxxie, causing him to fall to the floor.

With blurry vision, Moxxie looked at Striker to see that a hand that glowed sickly green with claw-like fingers, which were currently embedded in Striker's chest, had appeared out of nowhere and attacked Striker. Upon seeing the hand, Moxxie let out a weak gasp. He knew who created that hand. Who would have such a monstrous and evil-looking hand and be perfectly fine with it.

"Dad?" Asked Moxxie weakly as he looked at what was happening before him. A gasp caught his attention and he looked to see Millie standing at the doorway, shocked at what she was seeing. Then, before she could do anything, another hand like the first one appeared out of nowhere and grabbed Striker's upper body. It then twisted Striker before the two hands suddenly ripped him in half. The second hand ripped off the upper body before squeezing it into a pulp and then tossing it aside while the first hand turned Striker's lower half into long slabs of meat. The actions caused blood and Striker's insides to spray everywhere, dousing Moxxie, the room, and Millie in blood. Then, without explanation, the two hands just vanished into thin air, leaving the Imps alone.

Stunned at what just happened, Moxxie didn't do anything even as Millie recovered and rushed towards her husband, screaming his name in concern.

Mordekaiser

"You truly care about him, don't you? You risked exposure to the wife of your son and her family yet you still did so anyway." Said Mordekaiser's mysterious benefactor as she witnessed Mordekaiser save his adopted son from that other Imp as well as closing the portal he used to observe his son from afar. Rather than going to oversee their operations on Wrath, Mordekaiser decided to venture to see his son from afar. To see how he was doing after his little…experience during those competitions he participated in earlier. The benefactor, of course, followed him. Both out of curiosity and slight annoyance that he was focusing on this Imp, rather than their goals. Now, however, she could see why.

"Of course I do." Said Mordekaiser. "What father wouldn't save their son from harm just because of people learning what they really are when they wish to remain hidden? Even if their adopted son isn't related to them by blood." The woman had to agree with that.

"Perhaps you are indeed the one." Said the woman in a whisper as she turned away from the house and walked away from the field they were in. The two were currently in one of the Rough N' Tumbleweed Ranch's fields. One far enough that Millie's family can't see them along with Loona and Blitzo. "The one to rule Hell and usurp Lucifer."

"Indeed I am." Said Mordekaiser as he looked at the woman before following her. "But that can be delayed by acting too rashly. Like what we're doing now. I made the necessary preparations and my warriors are already on the move to enact the plan we made, but you never know what may befoul us."

"Rest assured, the gains from this task will more than outweigh the risks." Said the woman as they walked away from Rough N' Tumbleweed Ranch. "Besides, I think you can agree that Hell is in desperate need of a little…wake up call." Mordekaiser said nothing as they continued to walk.

"Then you better hope that the gains I gain from what you want today are indeed worthwhile." Said Mordekaiser as they walked.

"They will, Iron Revenant." Said the woman with an assuring tone. "They will."

Meanwhile

Later that night

"Can't believe that Striker is dead and tried to kill Prince Stolas." Said Joe as he and Millie's siblings were cleaning up Striker's former room of all the blood and guts that were in it as a result of what happened between Moxxie and Striker. After helping her husband out of the room, informed Blitzo, Loona, and her entire family of what happened. Needless to say, they got a big mess to clean up.

"Believe it, dad." Said Millie with a serious face as she looked at the mess that was created when those…giant hands ripped Striker in bits and pieces. Hands that were like those created by Moxxie's dad when they saved I.M.P. and the Verosika's gang of bitches from those humans sometimes ago. But that had to be a coincidence, right? There was no possible way for a Sinner to be in another Ring besides Pride. Right? "That bastard had a rifle that can kill noble demons with one shot and Moxxie claimed he was going to kill Stolas and my husband is no liar. If you don't believe that, then the fact that Striker tried to kill him and had this gun in his possession should be more sufficient proof that Moxxie is telling the truth. If it isn't, I swear to Satan dad that I'll…"

"Relax, Mildred." Said Joe as he finished cleaning a table of blood and guts. It truly was a gory mess. Whoever did this really liked to leave a mess behind. Either that or they really didn't like Striker or something. "I ain't calling your husband a liar. Not when the evidence is as clear as day with that rifle. Still, can't believe that Striker turned out to be an assassin to kill Stolas. He was with us for a whole month. Was it all just a way to get to Stolas?"

"Had to be." Said Millie as she looked at the offending rifle that Striker planned to us to kill Stolas, now unable to fulfill its purpose. That was going to be handed over to Stolas as he was the only one that can properly deal with angelic weapons like the rifle. Well the only trustworthy one to deal with a such a powerful weapon anyway. What he does after that, Millie didn't care. She had a husband to take care of. "I'm going to check up on Moxxie. Can you handle this up, da?" Joe just gave a grunt. Before she could leave, Joe called out.

"Millie, about your husband." Said Joe, causing Millie to stop and look at her dad. "This mess your husband did. Did he do all this?" Millie blinked in surprise at what he just said before pursing her lips.

"I…I don't know." Said Millie honestly, truly having no idea who did all this. She saw the hands that killed Striker and had seen such a pair before during that whole escapade with Verosika Mayday. But those were from Moxxie's dad and he was a Sinner. There was no way he could be here in Wrath. Sinners were forbidden from venturing into the other Rings. It's the rule. "When I entered this room I saw some hands attacking Striker, who was over Moxxie, beaten up, when suddenly something happened and killed him. It was…just so sudden. I was unable to do anything about it."

"Hm." Said Joe as he looked at the mess that was still being cleaned. "If he did this with his own hands, I would be impressed. But since he didn't…well I guess I can still respect him for finding out what Striker was doing. Even if he did get his ass beat all day and in the Games. So…I guess you can tell your husband he got a bit of respect from me and the boys for finding out what Striker was really up to." Perhaps it was guilt for not knowing who Striker really was or the fact that he was a bit unsettled with the carnage that happened and the fact that Moxxie was relatively unscathed, Joe couldn't help but respect Moxxie just a bit. If nothing else, he deserved some praise for attempting to stop an assassination attempt on a noble. That…would not be something Joe would like to have on his mind. Not when it was his hired hand that was trying to kill the said noble. That…would bring some unwanted attention to his family. The violent kind.

Millie smiled at what her dad just said. It wasn't much, she sincerely doubted he would respect Moxxie a ton for finding out an assassination attempt on a Noble, but it was a start. Honestly, it should have been a start when they met up with Moxxie's dad, but her family was stubborn in their beliefs. Very stubborn.

Thanking her dad, Millie left her brothers and dad to clean the room up so she can tend to her husband, who was currently being tended to by her mother and sister. Blitzo was talking with Stolas about the little assassination attempt on his life. While they didn't really have much evidence against Striker, they didn't really needed it. Not when he was dead already and it was very clear who the rifle was meant for. Plus, even if Striker was alive, what he did to Moxxie and the fact he had a weapon that he wasn't suppose to have in the first place didn't paint him in a good light in court. If he even got a court case against him and not get killed the second Stolas saw him.

Entering the room that Moxxie was in, Millie entered the room to see Lin and Sallie May tending to Moxxie's bruises. Fortunately, for Mox, he didn't really suffer any fatal or permanent injuries from Striker. Just some bruises and whatnot. Still, Lin was checking just in case.

"Either Striker was holding back on you or you're tougher than you look. Either that or you're just plain lucky." Said Lin as she finished checking for hidden injuries on Moxxie, who was on the room's bed on his back. Being a mother of some very rowdy children, she had some knowledge of tending to injuries. "Nothing a little rest and time can't heal."

"Thank you, Lin." Said Moxxie with a smile as both Lin and Sallie May stopped examining him. "I appreciate." Lin just huffed at that before leaving with Sallie May, who gave Millie a wink and smirk. Raising an eyebrow at this, Millie nonetheless went to her husband with a smile on her face.

"Great to see you still alive and kicking, Mox." Said Millie as she hugged her husband, who returned the hug. Although he winced at the contact due to the beatdown from Striker, it still felt nice to being hugged by his wife. "That shithead Striker didn't do much against you, right?"

"Nothing I can't heal from at least." Said Moxxie with a smile. "Joe isn't too upset with the mess, right?"

"Nah." Said Millie with a wave of her hand as she let go of her husband. "If anything, he was impressed and even a bit unnerved with it. In fact, I think you earned a little respect from him for finding out what Striker was really up to."

"Really?" Asked Moxxie with surprise. "That's great. Really great. Do you think I could go further with him?"

"Course you will!" Yelled Millie with a smile before she placed a hand on her husband's bandaged right cheek. "You just need to do things that you're good at. Participating in the Pain Games wasn't the answer, Mox. That's not playing to your strengths and its only going to make my family laugh at you more. You need to focus on things that you're good at and show them just how wrong they are about you." She then started caressing his cheek. "You'll get your chance to gain their respect in time, Moxxie. Just have to be patient. Besides, it'll probably make gaining their respect all the sweeter, right?" Moxxie just smiled at his wife.

"You know, that's exactly something my dad would say, Millie." Said Moxxie as he thought of his dad. "Just in a nicer way." Millie just laughed a bit at that before adopting a concerned look on her face.

"Mox, about what happened. With Striker and those hands." Said Millie in a serious voice but also a concerned one. "Those hands. They looked exactly like the ones that your dad used when he came to save us from those humans at the beach. Was your dad here? If so, why? And how come he's here in Wrath when Sinners aren't allowed in the other Rings? Is there something about your dad that you're not telling me?" Moxxie looked at his wife with a hesitant look on his face. He knew full well that his dad can enter the other rings without issue and without anyone knowing. He wanted to tell Millie, but his dad didn't want him to let many people know anything about what he really is, his plans, or about Runeterra beyond those he knew were fully in on his goals and belief. Or simply had no better alternative. Now Moxxie trusted Millie with anything, literally anything, but he wasn't sure she would be onboard the idea of Hell having a massive change in leadership and being altered so heavily with his dad in charge. No doubt, massive changes will happen to all facets of life in Hell, so much so that even Millie may be hesitant on supporting his father on the grounds of him being…well Moxxie's adoptive father. But…she loved and trusted him and she clearly liked his dad. Plus she showed her loyalty to Moxxie in so many ways from fighting with him during their assassination jobs to sticking up for him against her family. Perhaps…perhaps it was time to let her in on the secret?

"I…" Said Moxxie hesitantly, causing some concern to grow on Millie's face.

"Moxxie?" Said Millie with concern for her husband, worried for her husband and what he was going to say. "If its something bad, tell me. We can face it," She then grabbed his hands and held them tightly. "Together." Moxxie looked at his wife's big eyes and saw the trust and concern in them. Seeing this, Moxxie thought about his dad and how he did the same with him when he was younger. With Morgana and everything. Sighing, he looked at Millie with a small smile.

"Promise me you won't tell anyone about what I'm going to say, Millie? Please." Asked Moxxie at his wife with the most desperate and most pleading voice he can muster. Stunned at what he was saying, but nonetheless Millie nodded. "Okay." Moxxie then took a deep breath before telling his wife about his dad and who he really is. "Its my dad. He saved me. He broke the rules about Sinners going to the other Rings and saved me from Striker." Upon hearing that, Millie gasped in shock.

"But…Sinners aren't allowed to go to the other Rings. If Lucifer or any of the nobles find out about that then…" Started Millie before Moxxie spoke up.

"Then they'll kill him and make him an example for the others. After torturing him." Said Moxxie as he looked at Millie seriously. "If they catch or defeat him that is." Upon hearing that, Millie looked at her husband in surprise.

"Moxxie, what do you mean by that?" Asked Millie at what her husband said. The expression he was using caught her off guard and made her slightly nervous. Even worried. Just what about his dad wasn't he telling her.

"My dad." Said Moxxie as he explained about what his dad really is. "When you saw him on Father's Day. That's not what he really looks like. It was him, but his real form…let's just say it makes all the Overlords and nobles in Hell look like pansies in terms of intimidation. And…he's not an Overlord that has a heart Millie. He's…worse." He then looked at Millie, who was getting increasingly worried over what Moxxie was telling him. He then went on to explain what his dad really was to Millie. Needless to say, Millie was in for quite a shock.

The Next Day

Food Distribution Center

"C'mon get those trucks of food out here." Yelled an Imp as a convoy of trucks from Wrath were coming it. It was the first convoy of the day and won't be the last. The food distribution center the Imp was working was among the largest of its kind in Wrath. Not only does it distribute food throughout Wrath, but also all the other rings as well. It's this center's job, as well as a few other large facilities in Wrath, to check the quality of the Harvest Moon's crops and see which stay in Wrath and what goes to the other rings. It was a tiring job and one that constantly see Imps getting fired/killed for attempting to steal some of the ripe produce for themselves and their families. After all, the people of Wrath get stuck with the inferior produce of their harvest all the time, some of which is unsuited for consumption, even for Imps. The temptation to eat something better than what they were used to was strong. Hence the need for security in these locations, which is always understaffed and full of useless fools that are only in it for a paycheck. A sad state of affairs really.

"C'mon, get moving!" Yelled the Imp as he watched the convoy of trucks move inside the docking area of the distribution center, where large crates of food meant for the other rings were ready to be transported to their destination. Once the trucks were in the docking area, they suddenly stopped a few feet away from their intended destination, much to the confusion of the dock workers.

"What's this, eh?!" Demanded a dock worker Imp as he looked at the trucks all just standing around, not getting closer to the docking area where they were supposed to be. "What are you lads, fucking doing!? We got a job to do!?" The Imps driving the trucks said nothing as they simply starred into space, not doing anything at all. Soon, some dock workers decided to just do their jobs, believing the drivers were simply deciding to fuck them over a bit and make their jobs harder than they need to be.

As the Imps were preparing to do their jobs and open the trucks to load the cargo, they failed to notice the Imps on the driver seats suddenly falling over dead on their seats.

"Fucking idiots." Said an Imp as he prepared to open the container doors to one of the truck so he and the others can do their jobs. Unlocking the container doors, he opened the doors up, only to get greeted by around a dozen or so bullets that killed him.

"Now!" Yelled a metallic voice as all the trucks suddenly had their cargo containers suddenly opened up and fell to the ground, revealing dozens of fully armored soldiers with massive guns in their hands. All of them were wearing full body armored with helmets that looked somewhat gasmask like except fully metal and had two human-like eyes that glowed sickly green. They all soon got off their transports and began killing all the Imps around them with disturbing competence and skill. "Kill them all! Leave not witnesses!"

The soldiers complied with the orders and quickly and efficiently dealt with all the Imps in the docking area while others were off to handle other parts of the distribution center. The Imps, stunned at what was happening around them, weren't able to do anything as the soldiers killed them all with ease. All with one bullet to the head. Some tried to fight back, but without weapons and the soldiers watching each other's backs, they couldn't do anything but run. Unfortunately, without any cover and the soldiers quickly reacting to their movements, none of them were able to escape successfully. Soon, all the Imps in the docking area were dead and the soldiers were the only ones left standing.

Looking over the dead Imps, the soldier, that looked no different than all the others, that issued the orders, spoke up.

"Take care of the bodies and set the explosives." Said the soldier. "No witnesses and no evidence of our attack here. I'll contact command. Let them know to send the reinforcements." The soldiers complied with the orders and went on to accomplish them. As they did so, the leader put a hand on his helmet and spoke. "Lord Mordekaiser, we successfully infiltrated the docking area of the distribution center. Preparing to purge the remaining hostiles and acquiring their bodies for recycling. Proceeding to phase two of the plan soon."

"Excellent." Said Mordekaiser as he spoke to the soldier from some distance away in Wrath, safely hidden in a base he had installed in Wrath so he can have a central nerve center for all activities in Wrath. There were similar installations in the other rings aside from Pride, where his influence is the strongest and all of them had similar goals in mind. Keeping an eye on the Rings, informing the Iron Revenant of any events in Hell of some interest to him and be bases of operations, should Mordekaiser need to forcibly bring them all into compliance when he becomes the new ruler of Hell. "I'll be sending reinforcements to help expediate the operation. Communications are jammed there, but be quick. This must be done swiftly before Satan figures out what is happening." The soldier complied before ending the transmission. Once he did, Mordekaiser looked at Keira, who was floating near him.

"This will be our first true move against Lucifer's reign." Said Mordekaiser as he looked at Keira before the two looked at their room, a small office made specifically for Mordekaiser should he ever come to this base. One would think it be bigger, but Mordekaiser was always one for practicality and nothing more. "Our benefactor is far too impatient to understand why we can simply wait until the time is right, but, if she desires violence now in exchange for some of my old followers, then we will indulge her. If nothing else, this gives us the opportunity to finally show all of Hell and Heaven who their next ruler will be."

"Indeed." Said Keira as she looked at her lord. "However, I recommend caution. These inhabitants of Hell seem…unstable and arrogant to those they deem lesser or foolish. They may only see you as an upstart."

"Then they will be proven wrong soon enough." Said Mordekaiser as he looked at his underlings work. "If they live to see the new regime. Keira, I want you to personally oversee the plan. I need this to go as smoothly as possible. Voraq has already constructed the necessary Niskaru to do what I need for the next step of the plan. You will ensure the first stage doesn't go awry."

"As you command, milord." Said Keira before she departed. Just before she did, however, she spoke to her lord. "If I may, milord, what is your plan with your son? You are meeting up with him soon, yes?"

"Its something I believe he will be more than grateful to have, Keira." Said Mordekaiser, seeing no point in keeping it from one of his most loyal subordinates. "After all, he gets to see an old friend of his again. His oldest in fact." Keira hummed at that, knowing who he was referring to, before departing for her task.
