"Because you're- nevermind. I really am loosing it." Grey muttered as he stood and leaned way back to stretch his back. With a self satisfied sigh he looked up at the towering bear. "Since I'm in your system as the owner, does that mean I get administrative access?" he asked. Grey knew there had to be some data hidden away in old computers in the building, but the likelihood of ever getting one to turn on was too low to even bother thinking about. Fred himself had mentioned servers so there was hope in uncovering at least some relics of data.

Big Bear raised what was left of an eyebrow with a squeak of rusty metal. "Yes." he said simply as his eyes narrowed a touch. "Most data wAaas lostTt years ago when a rodent chewed through some CcCables and set fire to a couple toWwers." The bear shrugged as best he could, one arm locking up for a moment in protest. "I unplugged the rest after it goOOt under control to save the data."

Grey nodded slowly, thinking. "Can you run diagnostics on yourself?" he asked absently as the implications of bad wiring, weather damage and just age really pressed on him with the understanding that his childhood wonderland might not be realistically salvageable.

Although Grey didn't notice, Freddy got an abnormally distant look in his eyes. "Diagnostic report ready. Last major warning issued 268 days ago. Would you like verbal or digital data relay." Freddy said in a smooth androgynous voice. The odd look passed as Freddy looked a bit annoyed, but otherwise kept quiet.

Grey broke his mild sulking to look at Freddy. "I doubt you have wifi or Bluetooth. Could you get it onto my phone?" he asked, holding his phone up for the bear to inspect. Freddy studied it for a moment before shaking his large head. Grey put his phone away and nodded. "Cancel request." he said automatically, not even hearing himself speak.

"Cancel request acknowledged. Thank you." the voice said and Freddy sagged slightly like he had just regained control of his body again. Freddy watched the strange man walk off the stage and towards the entrance. "Who are you really?" Freddy muttered to himself with an odd mix of emotions.

Pain. It was an odd sensation considering she lacked any way to actually hurt. After so long remembering the pain and only the pain, it had become a comfort. Pushing aside the distracting thoughts, she finally looked around her prison cell for the first time in... four years? She shook her head sadly as she checked her internal clock, wincing at something snapped behind her jaw. The room was cluttered with ancient moldy boxes, old stage props and just about anything else you'd expect to find in a restaurant's basement. Then there were the corpses. She could only see one from where she sat slumped against the wall furthest from the door, but she knew that the other was just as lifeless. Unsurprisingly, he looked the exact same despite years passing by. 'Still waiting for the door to open and a savior to come through, here to magically make everything right again. An optimist to the end.'

She knew she was next. Guessing by here battery history logs, she gave herself three hours at maximum before she joined them. On one hand, it scared her. She knew how it felt to die, even if the memory was old. This was different though. She wasn't so much dieing as just no longer existing. On the other hook though, she was happy she was taking her inner demon with her. She didn't know why she was different from the others, why she had to fight her old self instead of being one with it. Maybe it was because she never truly hated the horrible thing that had happened to her. Sure she hurt a lot, but it was at least quick. She had been happy for a time after. She loved making others feel happy and she found over the years that she actually liked performing for reasons other than making others smile. Unlike the other two in the room she had given up hope of seeing a crowd cheering for her after...

She let that thought hang. 'No point in feeling bad. I might as well enjoy what time I have left.' So she did, losing herself in her favorite memories as the last of her synthetic life slipped away.

I'm officially back with more content this time! It's a touch short, but I feel a good taste into what you should expect to see. Scheduling will still nonexistent, but I shouldn't have another 2 year break XD. Also should be having some actual cover art soon. Hope you all enjoyed!
