7:35 on an unnamed street.
Touma, Last Order, Motoharu, Accelerator, Orsola, and Index
"Damn it..." Accelerator was the first to speak rubbing his head. "Quite the fall."
Last Order was dancing around as if nothing happened. "Yeah, but, it's a beautiful day for taking a tour "Exclaims Misaka Misaka while dancing in the morning sun"."
Orsola had to admit the air was nice. "Yeah, guess this means it's the spring."
Index felt hungry. "Oh, I'm hungry, Touma buy me some food!"
Touma could almost face-palm. "In case, you didn't notice this city isn't ours." He pointed at a sign.
Motoharu looked at the sign. "Sakurami City, hmm...this isn't a place in Academy City."
"Thanks for stating that captain obvious,' Accelerator bluntly remarked.
At the Sakurami Police Department Station
Aiho, Misaka, Uiharu, Saten, Kanzaki, and Itsuwa were unconscious.
The chief of the police station and other station employees were standing before the unconscious woman. "Mind telling me where these girls came from?" A man in his thirties with shoulder-length black hair and stubble on his chin.
Keigo Kurusu
Chief Inspector of the Sakurami Police Department
The base of Operations: Sakurami Police Station
"Not sure, chief, the janitor heard something land in the parking lot and he found these women." A brown man was standing behind shrugging his shoulders.
Masumi Nishijima
Occupation: Chief Investigator of the Sakurami Police Department
The base of Operations: Sakurami Police Station
Keigo sighed deeply. "I guess we'd better help them, get them inside, and get them food from what the station has. Call an ambulance too!"
"Sir!" Nishijima saluted.
One hour later
EMTs were checking on the girl's condition for anything fatal.
An EMT chief came to talk to Kurusu after 30 minutes. "Chief, we examined the girls so far, nothing seems serious. Just a few bruises and scratches. Strange thing is, they look fell from the sky."
Kurusu looked at the EMT chief looking irritated. "C'mon, that isn't funny." The EMT man shrugged his hands. "I'm serious, when you look at how else did they get in the parking lot?"
The chief put his finger to his chin. "Good point, plus, we haven't heard anything else about the serial killer, it's like he vanished." He then felt a vibration in his pants pocket. "What is this?" He looked at his phone's entry and his eyes widened. "Looks like things are about to get crazy."
Aiho began to move. "Uhh...uhh..." An EMT employee was walking by and noticed the woman waking up. "Hey, you're awake, that's good."
An officer came by. "Oh, looks like our guest is awake." He approached the black-haired woman. "Miss, the chief wants to ask you a few questions."
"Chief..." She looked around seeing her friends weren't around. "Hold on, is there anyone else here?"
"Are you talking about those girls that were with you?" The officer presumed. "They're inside the station, so don't worry."
Keigo came out of the station running to the officer who noticed him. "Chief, the woman we found is awake." Aiho turned to look at the chief. "So, he's the chief of this police station." Kurusu looked at her seeing the look in her eyes. "Hmm...those eyes, they're like mine but not really. Could she be..." He was holding his cell phone in his hand. Aiho noticed this and looked at it. "His cell phone, was he on a call?" She dismissed that thought. "No, he's looking at it like he was focusing on a message."
"Miss, what is your name?" Kurusu was in front of her.
"My name is Yomikawa Aiho, I'm a P.E. teacher and a member of Anti-Skill." The long-haired woman was introduced.
Kurusu tilted his head in confusion. "Anti-Skill, I never heard of that group, is that a secret agent government team or something?"
Aiho wasn't expecting that, almost everyone in Academy City knows of Anti-Skill. However, she could see something wasn't right. "Before I give my answer, could you tell me where I am, I mean the city, what is its name?"
Kurusu was more puzzled before he replied. "This is Sakurami City, this is Sakurami Police Department. As I mentioned I'm the Chief."
Aiho put his finger to her chin. "Strange, I never heard of Sakaurami City. Let's see, I recall my friends and I going into a research facility and-" She let out a small gasp recalling the strange portal gate that activated. "Wait, did that portal bring us here?"
"Hey, lady, are you going to answer my question?" Kurusu's voice snapped the woman out of her thoughts.
Before she could, Kurusu felt his phone vibrate and looked at it. "You might want to hold off, I think there's going to be a problem at the middle school." Aiho didn't like the sound of this. "Do you mind filling me in, I'm an agent, I could help if you need it."
Kurusu looked at her suspiciously. "An agent, well, are you sure, this person is going to be a homicide, so, you might get hurt if you're not careful." Aiho nodded her head looking the chief dead serious in the eye. "Well, considering, the options, I would like to see what a woman like you can do. Although, what about your friends?"
Nishijame came running out the door's station entrance. "Chief, the girls woke up, but, one is causing a racket!"
8:35 AM
Yukiteru was on his way to the street thinking about the events. "To think that I would become part of a Survival Game. To think, I wonder who will be the next Diary User to come after me." He looked at his cell phone seeing countless texts from Yuno. "This is nuts. I lost count of the messages she sent me. Man, talk about having a target on my back not from my stalker but other Future Diary Holders."
Touma's group went to a store. "Looks like this is a grocery store," Motoharu said reading a sign. "Twenty-Four-Store."
"Funny name for a store "Giggles Misaka Misaka at the funny name"." Last Order chimed in a giggling tone.
Index was practically drooling at what food to buy. "Food...food..." She chanted.
"Hold you guys, we don't know what this place is," Touma reminded. "Plus, we don't have any money."
Index froze as her body was white as a sheet. "No money...no...food...food..."
Accelerator groaned. "Damn, this is quite the pickle we got in."
Orsola had a suggestion. "Well, perhaps we should go in and ask if we can get some help for directions." That was a good idea.
They went inside and started to look around. The cashier was an old man with a white mustache reading a magazine. "Hello, what'd you need?"
"Hello kind sir, I would like to know if there's a certain place my friends and I go to get help." Orsola requested.
"What do I look like a tourist guide or something-" The cashier looked up and paused the minute he looked at the black cloth nun. He was speechless for a minute. "On the other hand, I could give you some directions..."
Orsola just smiled. "Oh, also, if you think you can, could you spare a few snacks, just this once." Her chest was not too far from the old cashier who practically was making goo-goo eyes at it. "Well, then, perhaps I could spare a few, the snacks will be on me."
Touma just shook his head. "Pervert..."
Accelerator had to agree for once. "Damn, so, this city has perverts too. I wonder if there any people I can kill."
The old cashier got close to Orsola's face. "Also, I should warn you cutie that a serial killer is on the loose." Touma and his friends gasped in horror. "I heard the last victim was a woman, found dead in an alleyway. However, no killings were found during the past day. People said that the killer fled the city."
"A serial killer..." Touma thought a little worried about the others.
Accelerator smirked insanely. "A serial killer sounds like someone I'd like to slay." The cashier gasped abruptly. "Excuse me, young man, the killer is dangerous, I heard he killed countless people. None were left alive." He then froze when he saw the insane smile on the white-haired teenager's face. "Well, I think this bastard could give me a run for money."
The cashier quickly shook his head. "Well, like I said the killer might have fled the city, so, there's no chance in hell that you'll find him."
Accelerator walked out of the store's entrance. "When I find him, he'll wish he was never born." His insane smile does not leave his face spooking the cashier even more.
"Lady Aiho wouldn't want that "Exclaims Misaka Misaka of what Accelerator's thinking"." Last Order chanted comically panicked.
Motoharu had other thoughts. "Hmm, this place is called Sakurami City, I never heard of that city. Plus, I don't think it's anywhere in Academy City." He then a theory. "Could that portal gate have something to do with this?" He had one more question for the cashier. "Excuse me, do you know of any places we could stop by besides the police station?"
"Uhh..the...the...the S-S-Sakurami Middle School." The old cashier man replied in a stuttering tone still shaken by Accelerator. "But, if you guys aren't students I doubt they'll let you inside."
Touma figured as much. "Oh well, our friends are still perhaps somewhere in this city, we can take a look until we find someone else."
Motoharu had to agree. "Yeah, but, for now, we can continue on foot."
At the police station.
Misaka was running around in a panic half of her clothes were missing. "You perverts, where are my clothes!"
Kanzaki was shorts were missing except for her tuckered shirt. "Same goes for me, where are my shorts?!"
The officers were flabbergasted at the girl's underwear. Nishijima arrived and saw the officers hiding. "What is going on in here?"
Misaka and Kanzaki halted their behavior. "These idiots had our clothes!"
"Yeah, I'm a Priestess, I deserve my shorts back!"
"C'mon, your clothes were partly torn, so, if you were two were go out, those clothes would tear!" An officer defended weakly.
Nishijima rubbed his head. "Figures I should've kept an eye on you two. Look, I can assure you two we were just helping you."
"Hey, don't worry, I got some clothes." Natsuko came inside the office. "Here's some casual clothes."
Misaka had black shorts and a t-shirt similar to her shoe costume with a cap. Kanzaki's shorts were replaced with blue short jeans.
"Thanks..." Misaka and Kanzaki said in unison.
Nishijima glanced at the woman. "Natsu-chan..." He whispered blushing red.
Uiharu came rubbing her eyes. "Yawn...what is going on here?" She asked.
Saten was walking inside the office. "What was the racket?" She looked to see Misaka. "Misaka, where are we?"
"Not sure, but, this isn't Judgement Office from the look of things," Misaka replied.
"Judgement Office..." Natsuko thought in confusion.
Nishijima had a question. "Excuse me, Natsu-chan, the chief wants us to be prepared for a terrorist attack." Misaka overheard this. "Terrorist attack..."
Uiharu was looking at the computers. "Computers...the office has so many." She walked toward one got in front of one and turned one on. "Wow, this is quite interesting." She began to press a few buttons like a professional computer tech.
Nishijima ran over to her. "Hey, that isn't a toy!" He ran over to her and was about to stop her until she saw she hadn't messed anything on the computer.
"Wow, the office has quite the crimes going in the city," Uiharu commented. "A serial killer on the loose."
Natsuko was totally flabbergasted. "How did that little girl find the profile?"
Saten chuckled with a smirk. "Uiharu has unique skills in operating computers especially looking into the profiles of cases from the office. Though, she doesn't use her skills to cause harm only to help to find criminals or thugs."
Nishijima was stunned by what he was hearing. "This girl can do something like that?"
"Hey, what is going on here?" Aiho appeared.
Saten ran over to hug Aiho. "Aiho-sensai!" The older woman hugged the girl. "Glad to see that you and the others are safe."
Nishijima looked at Aiho blushing slightly. "Whoa, she's almost like a mother to her."
10:12 School Class 2-B
Yukiteru was taking the situation he got in. "Damn, this is making me more freaked out." He thought feeling utterly afraid. "At this rate, I don't know who to turn to, if a Holder comes at me?"
Outside the school, a purpled-haired woman was wearing a goth outfit. "Well, this is where the First Holder is. According to some snout nose rats, they claim that a student named Yukiteru Amano has high grades all of a sudden." She smirked. "It's time for the hunt to begin."
About half an hour from the middle school.
Touma and his group were walking through the street.
Index was chowing on the potato chips.
Touma and Accelerator were drinking two Boost drinks.
Last Order was drinking Cheetos and water. Motoharu was eating an energy bar while Orsola was eating some small snack cakes.
"It was nice of the old cashier guy to hand these snacks for free "Beams Misaka Misaka at the old man's kindness"." Last Order chimed.
Accelerator saw the irony in that. "I think the old geezer did that because the tall nun was there." He was referring to Orsola who just gave a puzzled look.
"Hey, what about me?" Index pouted looking left out.
Motoharu was looking at a street sign. "Anyway, according to that sign. Sakurami Middle School is only 30 minutes away. Once we get there we can get a phone call. So, we'll just sit on these benches and rest for a while." They thought that was a good idea, plus, they could rest while eating their snacks. They sat down for about 15 minutes. Motoharu looked at his watch. "Hmm, 10:27, so, time is up." There were still a few snacks left. "So far, we have two bags of potato chips and Cheetos along with two small cakes."
"Looks like we're on our last food supply," Accelerator commented.
"Considering we didn't bring any money with us, we'll have to find some way to make some." Touma reminded. "A job..."
Orsola just smiled calmly. "We'll work it out somehow." She assured the teenage boy that saved her with a sweet smile. Touma's face went red as she saw her smile. "Right...as long as Index doesn't eat all of our food."
Chomp
Index was biting on Touma's head. "Ow, ow, cut that out!" The boy retorted trying to shake the little nun off. Last Order was laughing at the scene.
Accelerator just looked at them annoyed. "So noisy."
B
10:47 At the middle school
The class was ending, and Yukiteru was pondering on what he could do during the break. "Yuno..." He dismissed the idea. "No, no, it's tempting, but, still..." He walked over to the Second Diary User. "Yuno, could we talk?"
"Sorry, but, I have P.E. but we'll talk later when I return." Yuno lifted her gym bag and left but not before she stopped and glanced at the timid teenager. "Don't worry, my Diary will keep tabs on you."
"Guess I should've seen that coming," Yukiteru thought a little disappointed.
Knock Knock
"Hello, I was hoping to ask about Takao Hiyama, the teacher who works here." A woman wearing a gothic Lolita outfit.
Yukiteru wasn't expecting a woman to ask about his teacher's whereabouts. "What is her story?"
"He was your English teacher, right?" The woman inquired getting Yukiteru to look at her in the eyes. "Did you know he was a killer too?"
A small gasp was heard from the First Diary Holder. "The serial...wait...third..." He recalled seeing the eyes of the murderer and instantly realized who the killer was even though he didn't want to believe it.
"You might not know but 3rd's Murder Diary didn't help him out only killed himself and his absence should've been too hard for you to realize it."
Yukiteru backed away through a few desks in a panic. "This isn't good...no...I can't panic, it'll give my identity away." He thought trying to regain his composure.
Yuno was in the locker room getting dressed in her gym outfit. "Yukki..." She then heard her cell phone vibrate reading the entry and her eyes widened in realization.
The gothic woman continued her suspicion. "I asked around that your grades went up so fast." She approached the teenage boy and pressed her finger on the boy's cell phone. "Nice cell phone you have there..." A huge smirk took shape on her face. "Please make your acquaintance, First!" Yukiteru's cell phone vibrated concluding his Dead End.
Suddenly Yuno came rushing at the woman with a fire extinguisher trying to hit her with it. The woman evaded and jumped on the window's railing. "As for my name, Minene Uryuu, AKA Ninth! Time to begin the game!"
KABOOM
Touma and his friends saw the explosion. "What was that?" Index questioned in shock.
Orsola didn't like the sound of the noise. "That sounded like a bomb!"
Motoharu narrowed his eyes. "Must be a terrorist attack or something."
"That explosion was big "Yells Misaka Misaka shaking from the bomb"." Last Order chanted.
Accelerator smirked. "Well, looks like we might get some action."
Touma gritted his teeth. "Who would be causing explosions in this city?" Then again he didn't care and without thinking he rushed down the direction to where the explosion occurred.
"Touma!" Index called.
Motoharu wasn't surprised. "Should've seen this coming." He followed along.
B
Yukiteru was sitting against the hallway wall looking frightened with Yuno holding onto him. "Thi...is it...I'm going to die in 3 hours..."
Yuno crouched down in front of her crush looking at him with assuring smile. "Don't worry, because I'm going to kill her." Those words froze Yukiteru on the spot. "How can she think of taking a life like it's some random errand?" On the other hand, the situation was already worse for him, so, he knew what he had to do for now. Calming down a bit he looked at her in the eyes. "Yuno...I...I need you to help me get through this." Hearing that made Yuno give the boy a tender smile. "Hey, for what you sweetheart, anything." She leaned in and kissed him on the lips a second time. "I'm not using her, I'm utilizing."
Touma and his friends arrived at the school. "Looks like no explosions are happening," Orsola commented. "Though, something tells me there probably going to be more."
Motoharu through the gate's bars. "Look over there." He whispered pointing to a girl.
"Is that a woman?" Index asked as she saw the outfit the woman was wearing. "Also, is she wearing a gothic Lolita outfit?"
Motoharu smirked like he was enjoying it. "Wow, she looks hot in that outfit."
"Seriously?" Touma inquired though not too surprised by his classmate's reaction.
"Shush..." Orsola hushed the high school boy. "Let's hear the situation, but, stay out of sight."
Motoharu thought that was a good idea. "In that case, let's split around the school to get a close look. Accelerator, you will take Orsola and Last Order. Second, Touma, Index, and I be here, contact us once you manage to find anything out about the bombs."
Accelerator and his group quietly went around the school. "This place is so big, I can't see much." Accelerator groaned.
Orsola saw an access ladder leading to the roof. "Excellent." She whispered climbing the ladder. Once she was on the roof she crawled on her stomach to lay low. "I must take a look to see what she can use."
11:07
"Listen up you snout nose tadpoles! I have taken over this school!" 9th announced through a speaker alarming the students and the teachers. "That's right, kiddies! TNT has been implanted throughout the school buildings! The entire school is my hostage!"
Orsola was peeking from the roof with her face partly showing. Her breasts were pressed against the roof concrete. She observed the woman and saw something in her hand. "A switch...she must control the bombs somehow."
Accelerator and Last Order climbed the ladder and quietly sat down behind the nun. "Nun, do you see anything on that crazy wench?"
"First of all, watch your tone," Orsola lectured not looking back at the white-haired teenager. "Second, what from I heard she has bombs implanted inside the school buildings and has them in her control." She took out her cell phone and made a call.
Touma, Motoharu, and Index climbed the access ladder on the other building's roof where Yukiteru and Yuno were.
The two were crawling cautiously through the hallway.
Yukiteru was checking out his cell phone. "So far so good." Yuno glanced at him for a second and gave a quick nod. She then looked down at the floor feeling her heart beat. "A year ago was since we talked that day...now, we're talking again and..." She gripped her shirt tightly blushing red. "Yukki...wants to trust me..." Tears formed in her eyes. "I will protect you, my love at all costs."
ZAAA ZAA
Yukiteru heard a cell phone and looked at the entry. "The diary entries have changed..."
"So, the future will change if you don't follow what's written in the diary." Yuno turned around and pointed at her crush's diary. "Listen, you can't look at the diary and not pay attention to 9th's actions."
Yukiteru looked at his cell phone. "Well, according to the entries the stairway nearby will blow up." Yuno figured as much. "So, we take another route." They crawled to a nearby classroom. "Be more clear, your Diary had the advantage of gathering more information. If 9th's future changes then so does ours."
Yukiteru heard his cell phone making sounds again. "According to the entry this time, a bomb is set to explode on 3f2-C." Yuno quickly looked up and saw the sign above. "Run, Yuki!"
Kaboom
They avoided more explosions as they ran up the stairs.
Minene looked at her laptop setting more bombs off and took a look at her cell phone. "The future branches off again and again. Keep running in circles pipsqueak."
Touma and his group were on the building's rooftop. "Damn it, this is becoming difficult to stand on."
"Yeah, if we're not careful, we'll be blown to kingdom come," Motoharu commented.
Index was peeking down at the woman. "She seems to be setting off the bomb using a switch like Orsola said, but, I can't see what the switch is attached to."
Motoharu had a guess. "She must have a laptop, from the looks of things, she must be blowing up the floors where she implanted them." He recalled of Last Order's powers. "I think I have an idea how to outplay that chick." He took out his cell phone.
Yukiteru and Yuno ran down the hallway until they came to another stairway.
Yuno got on her knees. "So what if your Diary isn't able to record anything about you? You might say that my Diary picks up the slack there." She held up her cell phone. "I'm going to keep an eye on my sugar bear."
Yukiteru gave her a sad smile with tears pouring down his face. "I'm a failure...funny huh..." He sat up looking ashamed. "Honestly, I've always been a bystander because I'm afraid of being hurt. Deep down, I was just lonely when I wanted to hang out with others. I hated to be a loser." Yuno gave him a sympathetic look and stood up offering her hand. "Well, don't worry, there's still an hour and a half left. Let's use this chance to move towards the opposite school building."
Orsola was talking to Motoharu on her phone. "I see, so, this little girl has that power." She said with a smile. "Sounds like a plan, I'll tell them about the plan." She hung up and looked at Last Order. "Last Order, I have an important mission for you." The little Misaka looked at the black-cloth nun.
Kanagawa Police arrived with Kurusu, Nishijima, Natsuko, and Aiho along with Misaka, Kanzaki, and Uiharu.
Saten and Itsuwa were in the police car.
Uiharu was working on the vehicle's monitor. "Quite the tech, but, it's nothing I can't handle." Kurusu had to admit he was stunned at the girl's computer. "I'll be damned, her computer skills are beyond those from the station."
Nishjima arrived to talk to the chief. "Chief, the snipers are ready to get in their position." Kurusu didn't look approve of that. "No...call them back. The plan sniping is canceled."
The inspector was baffled at this sudden choice. "But, that's Minene Uryuu, we can't let that terrorist do what she likes!"
Uiharu had to agree. "He's right, besides, if that woman decides to make a move for it. Also, we don't know what else she might do even if they...kill her." She felt utterly sick to her stomach thinking about it.
Kurusu chuckled softly. "Agreed, but, to be clear, Uryuu has set up a bomb in her heart that'll go off if she kicks the bucket." Hearing that made Uiharu flinch. "She's prepared to die."
Last Order was preparing to use her Network. "Misaka Network will start in 5 minutes..." She put her hands apart.
In the corridor near 2-F
Yukiteru and Yuno were crawling through the hallway. "I must get to my classmates...sure they might not believe my story about my Future Diary. But, they're my friends, so, the least I can do is try to help them out."
Yuno had something on her mind. "According to Yukki's Diary, he's suppose to die at 14:04, she could've killed him Yuki when they first met. Is she toying with him?" One more thing that was troubling her as she looked around the hallway. "It's gotten too quiet here."
Motoharu took a pair of binoculars. "Hm..." He said as he looked across toward the other school building noticing the teachers in the office were listening to something and one teacher was on the phone. "Something is wrong."
Yukki went around the corridor seeing one of his classmates. "Kosaka!" He called out.
Yuno overheard this and peeked from the corner. "Aren't they supposed to be in the classroom? Why are they out here...?"
Va Vaa
Yuno quickly looked at her cell phone and saw a disturbing entry. "This is...?!" She looked up with horror. "YUKI!"
It was too late, teachers were already over her crush pinning him to the ground. Motoharu saw through his binoculars and gasped. "Guys, we got a problem!"
Touma took hold of the binoculars and was shocked to see what he was seeing.
"Minene's target is just Amano Yukiteru, there won't be any explosions for now unless you hand over that little tadpole to me. Do that, I promise to spare your lives. Also, restrain him take away his cell phone, and capture the girl he's with too!"
The plan was set in motion as Kosaka and two other students brought Yukiteru to the grounds looking heartbroken and scared. "This isn't right, we are friends!"
Touma gritted his teeth. "Damn it...that must be that woman's doing."
Index couldn't believe what she was seeing. "Oh no, she must've..."
"Called the office to convince them to hand over that kid," Motoharu concluded. "The question is, why?"
"I must warn you and your friends that the land mines are buried all over the place. The same goes for those idiots up there. The corridor bombs have been switched to motion detection mode. They will explode if you make a move around and get detected by the sensor!" Minene stated with a devil grin on her face.
Last Order smiled. "Misaka Network activated successfully...the bombs have been deactivated." Orsola nodded her head. "Good, Motoharu, the bombs are off. From the look of things, that terrorist lady doesn't realize it."
"Alright, Orsola, you and I meet inside, we'll gather the people inside and escort them out. Accelerator, you stay on the roof with Last Order and stay out of sight. As for Touma, he'll assist in helping that kid." The blonde turned around. "Did you hear that Kamijou...?" He turned to see that his classmate was gone.
Touma was able to get inside a hole that was on the roof and got inside the hallway. "Looks like the plan is working, but, I can't waste any time." He thought running down the hallway.
Yuno was hurt and angry that her crush was sold out by his classmates. "They were supposed to be his friends...yet they don't care about him." She thought seeing the frightened expressions on her classmate's faces. "No...this is my fault...I must save him myself!" She dashed in a flash the students noticed her but the second she ran, nothing happened.
"Huh...the bombs...they didn't go off..."
"Hey, the bombs were supposed to detect our movements, so, what gives?!"
Yuno noticed this too as she continued to run. "What is this, the bombs didn't go off the moment I ran." She quickly dismissed the thought. "Never mind, I'll keep running until I make it outside."
Touma was already at the doors of the school grounds and barraged the doors open. "Hold it!" He demanded glaring at Kosaka and the two students. "Leave him alone!"
Kosaka jumped in surprise. "Who the hell are you?" He questioned.
Touma rushed at Kosaka and punched him in the face. "How could you betray a friend!?" The punch slammed into Kosaka's face knocking him down to the ground.
Yukiteru was surprised to see him, though he wasn't familiar with the teenage boy. "Wait, who is he...he doesn't go to this school!"
Minene was speechless for a second. "Wait, how did that boy get in the building?" That wasn't the only thing that occurred to her. "Wait, that boy was running through the school's hallway, and my landmines..." She looked at her laptop as she tried to press the buttons, but nothing happened her laptop motion sensors weren't responding. "Damn it, why isn't my laptop responding?!"
The school staff was wondering what was going on. "Principal, what is going on here?"
"The landmines didn't go off...did that chick disarm them?"
Just then the door opened with Motoharu, Index, and Orsola arriving. "Hey, gather your students and the staff and lead them outside to the back door."
"Wait, who are you two kids?" The principal inquired.
"Are those two girls nuns?" A male staff member pointed at the black cloth girl.
Orsola looked at them with a serious expression. "Listen, I know you all are scared, my friends and I were able to disarm the bombs." The staff was stunned.
Motoharu saw they were about to ask questions so he interrupted. "We don't have time to explain, gather your employees while we handle the students!"
"Index, you go and find Kamijou while we escort everyone out of here!" Motoharu ordered. Index nodded her head and ran off.
Touma approached the teenage boy. "Hello, I'm sorry about what happened to you." He smiled friendly at the boy. "My name is Touma Kamijou."
"Uhh...my name is Yukiteru Amano...what is going on, why didn't the bombs go off?" Yukiteru asked getting his act together.
Touma turned to face the terrorist lady. "Let's say I have a friend who knows how to disarm bombs by doing some hacking." Yukiteru didn't understand who this teenage boy was but, he could see that he wasn't toying with him. Then he noticed something odd about the boy's face. "Wait, I don't see fear in his eyes, just who is this guy?"
Misaka ran over to the gate and saw someone she knew. "Touma...that idiot, what is doing in there?" She quickly took out her cell phone and contacted Touma. Kanzaki took hold of her wrist. "Relax, Touma's got this."
Kurusu looked at his Diary and was stunned to see what he read in it. "9th's bombs are disarmed by an unknown girl and a boy is confronting 9th" He then walked outside the vehicle. "Uiharu, keep an eye on the monitor."
Touma walked toward the terrorist lady. "Your name is Minene Uyruu, right?" Minene looked at the teenage boy with a smirk. "So, what's it to you?"
"I don't know what you think you'll gain from threatening innocent people or getting them to betray Yukiteru here, but, I swear...I WON'T STOP YOU HERE AND NOW!" Touma declared in anger startling the terrorist woman a bit.
She quickly recollected herself from Kamijou's tone. "You think these people are worth saving after they betrayed that little runt? No way in hell, besides, the world doesn't give a damn about the innocent, only the winners shall claim what is right!"
Touma gritted his teeth clenching his hands. "I don't get where you get these insane thoughts, but, I swear I will shatter that illusion to pieces!" He rushed at the terrorist as fast as he could just when Yuno came running out the door. "Yukki!" She ran over to the boy and hugged him. "Are you okay?" Yukki felt his face go red as he returned the hug which surprised him.
Kursu was approaching the gateway with Aiho by his side. "Just who the hell is that boy?"
Aiho smiled. "Looks like Kamijou and his friends arrived." The chief turned to look at the Anti-Skill leader. "Hold on, do you know that kid?" The lady didn't look at him but her smile didn't leave her face. "Touma Kamijou, he's the boy that helps those in need whether they're strangers or friends."
Touma threw his right fist at the terrorist. Minene leaned back avoiding the punch. "Nice try!" She took out a knife in her right hand. Out of nowhere small pebble was thrown at her cheek.
"Get her Touma, the students and the staff got out of the buildings!" Index was waving her arms.
Touma chuckled with a smirk. Minene was stunned to see a girl in the school, the outfit she wore threw her off. "Is she a nun, what kind of person like that is here?" Touma saw her distracted and threw his punch at her cheek slamming into it. However, she grabbed his wrist trying to pull him down with her which she did but he fell with her making a thud.
Yukiteru looked to see what the noise was and his jaw dropped from what he saw. Yuno looked at her crush's reaction. "Pookie, what is it?" She then looked to where the boy was looking at and saw a stunning scene.
Touma's lips were pressed against Minene's.
Kurusu and Aiho arrived beside the two middle school students.
"Just what the hell is Kamijou doing?" Kurusu questioned.
Aiho was speechless.
Index was peeved to see that the boy that saved her was kissing an older woman as she growled and a disturbing aura was emitting from her body.
"Touma..." Misaka arrived on the spot looking just as peeved as the nun did. "That idiot..."
Kosaka was hiding nearby and taking a few pictures. "Wow, I'll make some bucks with these."
Minene pushed the teenage boy off looking flustered as she wiped her lips. "You perverted teenage pig!" She shrieked with a bright red hue on her cheeks.
Touma landed on his back slightly hurt.
Minene flipped over landing on her feet. "No matter, I'll just take out this!" She took out a grenade and threw it. Motoharu took out a pistol and shot the grenade which blew up in the air.
Seeing this chance, Yuno turned to look at Yukiteru. "Yukki, go after her now!" Yukiteru was hesitant at first until Kurusu stood by the boy. "You heard the girl, go, make your life worth something, and find your courage!"
Yukiteru smirked slightly and ran toward the 9th Holder. "Damn it!" Minene attempted to throw a knife at the teenage boy.
"Look out, she'll throw a knife straight at you!" Yuno warned getting 9th to look at the pink-haired girl in surprise. "She's a Diary Holder too?!"
Yukiteru threw his hand that had a dart between his fingers nearing the terrorist lady's Diary but she moved it away instead impaling her left eye. "Arghh!" She screamed in pain holding her bleeding eye. "Damn you!"
Kurusu pointed his gun at the terrorist. "You might as well as surrender since your condition will surely prevent you from focusing well." The terrorist woman hissed at the suggestion and blew away smoke rockets creating a big smokescree. In a second, she rode on a motorcycle and drove away toward the gate. "I have a Diary too! It's called The Escape Diary! See you chumps...also, you Kamijou, I'll never forget that perverted kiss you gave me, you swine!"
Touma was sitting up. "Is she gone?" Then he felt danger coming from behind him and there stood a nun and railgun girl. "Touma..."
"Idiot..."
Chomp Bonk
"Rotten luck!" Touma screamed.
A short time later
Yukiteru, Aiho, Touma, Motoharu, Accelerator, Last Order, Orsola, Misaka, Saten, Itsuwa, Uiharu, and Index were talking with Kurusu and Yukiteru, who explained the situation of the Survival Game and the rules that were explained about it.
"So, that's what the bombing was about?" Orsola inquired.
Yukiteru nodded his head. "Y-yes..."
"How can someone like you three agree to this game?" Saten asked.
Kurusu nodded. "To be honest, I have no intention of becoming a God. I just want to put a stop to this madness." He then looked out the window. "Honestly, Aiho, you and your friends put on quite a heroic performance. If you like to, we can form an alliance plus I could find you a suitable home for you to use until you figure things out once this game is over."
Aiho thought this over, she wasn't happy with the Survival Game, but, considering their options they might not have a choice so she gave it some thought.
Touma was speaking with the others a little further away in a circle. "Tsuchimikado, do you think we should go along with this?" He asked his classmate.
Tsuchimikado did understand his classmate's disapproval. "To be honest, I don't like it either, but, in case you forgot, we have no way of returning home. Plus, it's possible the creatures that were supposed to be on those five pods escaped here."
Misaka had to agree. "Yeah, I don't like this game, but, if we go along with this, perhaps we'll find a way to get home and find the creatures."
Kanzaki put her finger to her chin. "Agreed, so, for now, we'll form an alliance with this chief and those two teenagers."
Accelerator felt rather a little pleased. "If it means there's going to be some action, I'm game."
Uiharu went close to them. "Hey, one thing is that we shouldn't mention that we're from another world. If we do, it might cause unwanted attention."
Motoharu had to agree. "Yeah, we will have to keep our identities a secret until the time is right."
Yukiteru saw them assuming that they weren't going to help. "You guys, you don't have to be part of this war." Touma had a smile on his face. "Well, considering that we saw what's at stake, I think we should hang in the city for a while."
Itsuwa saw no problems with it. "Yeah, plus, we'll be able to handle anyone that'll try to harm you and Yuno." Yukiteru was happy to hear that.
Motoharu smirked. "I'm game, plus, I can see how many women that Kamijou will add to his-."
POW!
"Don't even think about it!" Touma yelled as he landed another punch at the blonde pervert.
Kusuru turned to look at Yukiteru. "Listen, I know that 9th and the others are going to try to seek you out. So, I suggest we form an alliance too, we can call ourselves the Future Diary Alliance or something like that."
"The Future Diary Alliance..." Misaka, Accelerator, and Touma said in unison with a sweat drop.
Kusuru smiled at the others. "Corny, I know, but, will you and the others help Yukiteru and me out?" Yukiteru shook the chief's hand. "Hell yeah!"
Aiho chuckled with a smile shaking Chief's hand next. "I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship."
Yukiteru looked at Yuno. "Yuno, what do you say to this?" Yuno was holding her cell phone blushing red giving a slow nod. "I say...sure." Motoharu noticed her face but didn't say a word.
Minene's terror was put to a halt only for her to escape using her Diary. Kurusu proposes to form an alliance with Yukiteru, Yuno, and the Academy City citizens. Agreeing on the terms, they go along with the proposal. What will happen next, where are those creatures that were in those stasis pods, in due time.
