Chapter Thirty-Six
Learning
Back in New York at the Foot Headquarters, Hanako stood in the middle of a large dojo, she stood in the centre of the room, moving her arms up and down and she did a few warm ups.
In the days that had passed since she had been re-awakened, she had been trying to get used to her new robotic body.
At first it was hard, since she had new sensations to get used to.
Her eyes were the first thing, since now they were cybernetic, she could see a lot more clearer than before and also she could zoom in, as well as use x-ray vision.
When she had tried the X-Ray vision that had been a shock since she had seen the different skeleton bodies of the human ninja, as well as the mutated ninja and the Venomous Five.
She also found out she had super strength, almost double that of Komodo Dragon, the largest and strongest of the Venomous Five.
In her training, Dr Arden had gotten her to lift heavy wooden pillars, and she found she could lift them as easy as lifting a suitcase.
The other thing that was an upgrade due to her cybernetics was her ability to fly since Dr Arden had added a couple of rockets in her feet.
It took a while, but before long she was able to move and fight like she did when she was all flesh, and she soon found it was rather exciting.
"I should be grateful to that hybrid brat." Hanako had said "She might have killed me, then the bomb destroyed my body, but I have awakened, and am reborn, and one day, I will find those turtles, and that lizard whore and make them suffer! Them and their little friends!"
As Hanako stood up straight again she opened her red cybernetic eyes and looked around the room.
"Come at me! With all you have!" she ordered and before long several round targets appeared and Hanako bared her teeth.
She then started to fire laser blasts at the targets, striking them and reducing some to burnt splinters and some she cut through like a hot knife through butter.
After those targets had been taken care of, several robotic ninjas appared and surrounded her.
Hanako smirked.
"Drones." she said "They are no match for me!" she got into a fighting stance and beckoned the ones int front of her to attack her.
As she did, the ninjas ran forward and they started to attack her, yet Hanako was ready as she fought in hand to hand combat with them then struck them down with her hands and feet.
The others all came at her, but they too were struck down by her kicks and punches, the same manovers she ha human ninja, but a lot stronger and many lost their heads as they were knocked clean off their bodies with electrical sparks flying and flashing.
When those were tkane care of, more followed through trapdoors and through doors around the room and Hanako started shooting at them with her lasers, and those who got close to her were instantly disposed of when she used her metal and robotic limbs to strike.
Meanwhile behind a glass screen, manning the controls of the targets and robot ninja entering the room, Dr Arden watched and smirked.
"Brilliant." he said "She's doing a lot better now than before, I believe she'll be ready to use as a weapon against our enemies."
Behind him, Arashi and Boss Kodama stood and observed.
Arashi had a frown on his face as he had his arms behind his back whilst Boss Kodama had his arms folded.
"She'll be unstoppable once she's reached her full potential." Dr Arden said as he observed Hanako moving around striking the targets with her fists smashing them to splinters as she did so.
"I look forward to having her in the field again." Arashi said yet he sighed "She may not be my Sweet Cherry anymore, but she is still of use."
Boss Kodama looked up at Arashi.
"Do you long for the human Hanako back Lord Arashi?" he asked.
Arashi frowned harder.
"In the years I have been Master of the Foot, then second in Command under Shredder, then back to being Master again, I have been careful to not get close to those I have shared a bed with, many concubines have come and gone, whether they be servents or ninja warriors, but Hanako has been one I got close to, and yes Boss Kodama, I do miss her, and whilst I am glad she is alive again, she is not the sweet little cherry she was, but rather a dangerous warrior and one that rival the Dragon."
Boss Kodoma narrowed his eyes.
"I would not underestimate the Dragon my Lord." he said "After all I have seen and encountered with him in many years, he is not a force to be reckoned with."
Arashi nodded then looked back at Hanako as she continued to fight the robotic ninjas as well as strike at flying targets that came at her which she disposed of with her enhanced strength and her lasers or she used her ability to fly to dodge and avoid.
"It was wise to use the robotic ninjas against her, Doctor." Arashi said "I cannot let my real warriors go in there and risk death at her hands, same with the Venomous Five, given how strong they are,."
Dr Arden nodded.
"My Venomous Five, as strong and fearless as they are, as well as dumb as planks!" he muttered under his breath the last part "They are too valuable to be used to fight this new Cyber Hanako."
He pressed a few buttons on the control panel and the targets stopped appearing, he then spoke into a microphone.
"Great work there Hanako." he praised "Your skills have gotten better, and you are improving in your new body."
Hanako stood up straight and turned to face the glass screen and she walked up to it.
Her red eyes bored through the glass.
She could see her reflection in it, and she glowered.
Even though she had been reawakened, and given a new body, she could see where she had lost her looks.
Once the beautiful deadly ninja woman, and lover of Arashi, she no longer possessed those qualities, but now she had half a robotic face and what flesh remained, was burnt and melted, like Dr Arden's.
"That Hybrid..." she growled "How I rejoice at your death, yet I still seethe over how you stole my looks! I might not be able to destroy you again, but I will destroy your mother."
She licked her lips.
"I will destroy your family, first I will mock your death then I will let them join you! Slowly...and painfully!"
The glass soon changed from a mirror to a window and Hanako soon saw the faces of Dr Arden who was smiling a deranged ugly smile, his facial burns on the left side of his face wrinkling horribly as well as the serious faces of Arashi and Boss Kodama.
As she saw Arashi she glared.
After she had been re-awakened, she had hoped Arashi would welcome her back, but he hadn't, and even after several days, he had not once touched her like he had before, and she could tell he was repulsed by her.
"I came back." she thought "And you rejected me, now you see me as nothing but a weapon..."
As he caught sight of Hanako looking at him, Arashi flinched a little as he saw how her eyes were boring onto him, and how she still felt hurt that he didn't treat her the same as he did before.
His heart beat in his chest as he wondered what she was thinking and if she would act on her anger towards him.
He trusted that Dr Arden had control over his former lover, now cyber warrior, and that she would not hurt him, but he still had that fear, just like any other experiement going wrong.
Dr Arden spoke into the microphone again.
"I am proud of you Hanako." he said "You may rest now, and we will do more training later."
Hanako turned to Dr Arden and bowed.
"Thank you Doctor." she said then looked back at Arashi and she zoomed in on his facial features, and she soon saw some sweat forming on his skin as well as the hairs on the back of his neck prickle.
"You're afraid..." she thought "I cannot make you sexually excited anymore, but I can make you fear me, and you should be...after how you rejected me..."
She glared then turned away from the glass window to walk out of the room.
After Hanako had left, Arashi looked over to Dr Arden then turned to Boss Kodama.
"Leave us." he said.
Boss Kodama nodded and left the room, he had seen Arashi's demenre and he could only guess how he was feeling and wanted to speak to Dr Arden in confidence.
"I can see your fear Lord Arashi." he said "I saw how Cyber Hanako looked at us, and specifically at you."
He went through the door at the back and closed it.
"I have to say I am grateful I am not in your shoes right now." he muttered as he waited outside.
"Hell Hath no Fury like a Woman scorned..."
Back inside the room, Arashi stepped up to Dr Arden.
"William." he said "I must ask, were you as vigilant as I to see how Hanako looked at me?"
Dr Arden bit his lip.
He couldn't deny what he had seen and he knew Hanako was furious Arashi had rejected her.
"I was." he said "Do you fear that she will turn on you?"
Arashi sighed and more sweat formed on his forehead.
"That is what vexs me." he said "I thought before I would fear the Shredder should I ever disobey or even dare challenge him, yet whilst he rests in his eternal sleep after the Dragon attacked him, I now fear what Cyber Hanako will do to me when I do not expect it."
"Have no fear my Lord." Dr Arden said fervently "I will monitor her, and she will be watched closely, she is confined to certain areas around my lab, so I can continue my checks on her."
"Thank you William." Arashi said "I hold you to that."
Dr Arden nodded.
"I live to serve you Lord Arashi."
Meanwhile, the ninjet was flying through the air on the way to the motel where Hacker had picked up the news report about the Neo Nazi's being snatched.
Tyroth was at the controls and watching the horizon as well as checking the GPs for the co-ordinates to get to the destination.
In the back everyone was silent as they thought about what would happen when they finally caught up to Diablo and the Disciples and the fate of Pandora, they were still wondering if she was willing member or a hostage, they had so many questions, but no answers.
Monalisa and Raphael were still holding their daughter's book as well as leaning on each other in comfort.
Kemeko had fallen asleep and was resting her head on Leonardo's shoulder whilst the blue masked turtle stroked her hand.
The Geckolings were looking out of one of the windows at the landscape below, the sun was setting and they hoped when their dad landed the Ninjet they would be able to hide from the humans and search the area.
Just then Tyroth saw a signal on the GPS and he saw the co-ordinates.
"We're almost there!" he announced looking at Sephie who sat bolt upright.
"We are?" she asked.
"We're there?"
"Oh my God!"
"Where? how close are we?"
Noises from the back of the Ninjet went up and Sephie turned around.
"Everyone calm down!" she said then looked at Tyroth who looked serious.
"I can't land the ninjet." he said "There's no space and also if I do, the humans will notice."
"So what do we do?" Sephie asked then saw Tyroth activate the auto-pilot.
"Devina, Dahila, Jack and I will head down there, the others stay here."
"What?" Michelangelo objected "Stay here?"
"Devina and I have the ability to fly down and Dahlia and Jack have the sense of smell to determine where Diablo and the Disciples went." Tyroth said "You guys remain here and we'll be back as soon as possible."
Michelangelo was reluctant and ready to argue, as was Raphael as he lifted his hands to sign, but Kate and Monalisa placed their hands on their mates's and shook their heads.
Tyroth looked at everyone then turned to Dahila, Jack and Devina who had undone their seat belts.
"You guys ready?" he asked.
"We are." Dahila said stroking Jun's cheek as he kissed her hand.
Tyroth then knelt down so Jack could climb onto his back and Devina transformed into her beast form and Dahila got on her back.
"Remain here." Tyroth reminded everyone then opened the side hatch of the Ninjet and he and Devina jumped out and opened their wings to fly down towards the motel.
The Knights and the Hamato Clan watched as they flew down and Monalisa bit her lip.
"Please find them." she prayed.
Tyroth and Devina flew through the air from the Ninjet and down to the ground.
Dahlia gripped Devina's fur and squeezed her sides as she held onto the Vampire/werewolf hybrid.
"I got you!" Devina said in her growling voice "I won't let you fall off."
"I trust you!" the white wolf nurse replied as she took a few deep breaths and watched Tyroth as he lead the way down to the ground and they soon landed behind a couple of thick tree's behind the motel.
As they did, they saw a couple of guests leaving one of the rooms, a loved up couple all dressed up and laughing.
All four mutants froze as they watched the couple and held their breaths as they walked past hoping they hadn't been seen.
Luckily they hadn't as the couple were laughing and talking together and soon disappeared around a corner.
Jack sniffed the air.
"Coast is clear!" he said then turned to Dahlia "Come on!"
Dahlia nodded and moved with Jack from behind the bush towards the motel and they both sniffed the air.
From their hiding place, Devina and Tyroth watched the two wolves go towards where they rooms the Neo Nazi's had been snatched from.
"I do hope they can track Pandora, and Diablo." Tyroth said.
"Me too." Devina agreed "If they're able to pick up something, we'll head in that direction and hopefully get closer to where Diablo might be hiding next."
"Trouble is, he could be anywhere, but hopefully this place will give us our first breadcrumb." Tyroth said as he started to pray in his dragon tongue that Jack and Dahlia were able to find something and bring them closer to locating Pandora.
I bet a lot of you were wondering when I would bring a scene with the Foot and Hanako back into the fic again, especially as the last time they were mentioned was in Chapter Nineteen of this fic.
I had been trying to find a right spot, and I think now I found it! lol!
Cyber Hanako has shown what she can do with her new body, and whilst it's exciting to some, to others it's a little scary.
Meanwhile The Hamato Clan and the Chicago Knights have arrived at the Motel Diablo and the Disciples found the Neo Natzis and kidnapped them, will Jack and Dahlia find any clues?
