Now this gives me a idea.

Flood Combat Form Analysis: Ork Infections
The Flood are a new threat to the Imperium and the Galaxy as we know it, and thus research into this enemy is ongoing but initial analysis shows the this 'Flood' to be not only highly infectious, but also adaptable. As is shown by the wide varieties' of Flood Combat Forms.
Although quickly learnt that the mind that controls this foe doesn't not try to harm civilian populations purposely, it has shown no restraint to any force it has deemed a threat (Addendum: It should be noted that they will not automatically consider certain fighting forces as a 'true' threat unless certain criteria have been meet, best know criteria is the attack of civilians). As far as we have observed, only the Tyranids are somewhat immune to the Floods infectious nature.
The most common 'soldier' of the Flood are known as 'infection forms' and are less of a form of soldier and more of a weapon of further infection. When these 'Infectors' grab and dig into a target the now-host become infected with Organizim-04 (Addendum: Commonly called the Flood parasite) and enters a rapid metamorphosis to suit the Floods overall combat needs. The Most common amongst humanity infected forms are commonly called the 'speaking dead' thanks to their corpse-like appearance and use as a vector for the Flood to speak. And over time it is know that these 'basic' flood forms will change over time, be it through mutated limbs or the form join together with other forms or splitting itself apart to make smaller Variants.
However it has been noted that other Species have created vastly different classification of Infected Combat Forms. The Ork Infected as being the focus of this analysis.
The form and effectiveness of infected form is a various as the Orks themselves but can be categorized as three common forms, two special, and one so-far unique form.
The first of the common Infected Ork Forms is the Infected known commonly as the Runner. When a Squig becomes infected and transforms, it becomes a what many call a suicide unit where it will charge into enemy formation, vomiting out pure Organizim-04 till it either stops or is killed, where then it explodes into a spore cloud that carries more Organizim-04, it should also be noted that these Runners self-detonation is just under the power and range of a common fragmentation grenade causing damage to close to the creatures death, making it a priority target for most guardsmen. This has the unfortunate effect as many Guardsmen will prioritize the Runners first in a attack letting other Flood forms get in close.
The second common Infected Ork Form are called by many as Lachers. Made by a Gretchin becoming effected, theses forms are considered the most common of all the Floods stealth units. Known for their small size but long and strong tentacles that they use as a weapons, these lachers commonly climb into tree, buildings, cliffs or anywhere the can get a high ground and wait. When a enemy/target arrive these Lachers launch their tentacles out and grab their target to either strangle to death or to tear apart limb from limb, It should be also note that these Lachers also usually work in teams unless risk of detection is too high. Thankfully these Lachers are relatively weak when it comes to weapons resistance with lasfire being able to kill them with ease, unfortunately these lachers are quick and thanks to their small stature are easy to miss, bolt weapons, shotguns, flamers and fragmentation weapons are considered most effective when fighting Lachers.
The third and last of the common variants is called by the common Guardsman is called the Brute. And from I have seen and studied, this is a fair name for such a beast. Made by infecting the 'common boy' the Brute is a horror to behold, stronger and tougher than the common ork, these Brutes have been recorded flinging Leman Russ tanks and even successfully caving in Astartes chest in full power armour. It is also of note that these Brutes still have the capacity to use weapons, be it Ork guns to our own weapons be it a common lasgun or as advanced as plasma weapons. The most common method to kill a Brute is to have a Guardsmen squad 'mag dump' their weapons into it if they are not equipped with heavier ordnance.
The two Special variants are...worrying to say the least. But thankfully require rarer types of Orks and one of these sub groups are far rarer.
The first of the Special Ork Infected are the Hivers. Made commonly by infecting a 'Git/Nob' these forms tower over most known Ork Infected but aren't known for the immediate combat ability, but are known to walk the battlefield releasing Infection forms that either infect any corpses or unfortunate. However, this form is not weak as they have been spotted crushing a Astartes with their tentacles or shooting bone spikes out of their other arm. These Hivers are the 'cleaners' of the battlefield that further fills the Floods forces. Advice when dealing with a Hiver is to have a Flamer to deal with the infection form and a krak weapon or a weapon like it to kill the Hiver itself, if not I recommend a grenade for oneself to deny the Flood another soldier and knowledge.
The Second Form is barring the Unique form is thankfully the rarest. Whilst the other types of rare Orks (Mekboys, painboys, ETC) are likely to just make Hivers, the same cannot be said of the 'Weirdboy' variety whom when infected alway create something many call 'the whisperer'.
The Whisperer type is a form of Flood psyker that is usually kept away from the fighting being more of a support type. And as its name suggests, this form is more insidious than the other known Flood forms. Instead of fighting the Whisperer enters the minds of their enemy and confuses and/or subverts them, it has been recorded that Guardsmen, Astartes and even other psykers have been reported as confused, paranoid, or even traitorous when a Whisperer is in the field. With many of these reporting hearing or seeing thing that aren't there or did not happen, an example being that of a Guardsmen regiment killing the entirety of its Commosarite, whom then reported to their commanders that their Commosars had ordered the shelling of a team of Astartes. When investigated it was learnt that one of the dead Commosars of a previous battle had ordered a bombardment of a Astartes position in a previous campaign, but the strange part was that the Guardsmen didn't know he had died in their previous battle, thinking that they were still with them until the execution of the Commosarite of the regiment.
Whisperers are also known to be a vector for the Floods 'Tide' to give others what we have called the 'dark speech', a corruption that turns anyone to their side. Psykers, Inquisitors, Astartes, nothing known that possible the Emperor and the Primarchs can resist this monstoristes tongue.
The last is variant is classified as a Unique, with its classification being called one of 'The Sinful' as far as we can tell this 'Sin' was the former Warboss Grinhide that invaded Monstrum. This Unique form is both monstrous in strength and size, capable of destroying a Baneblade with it bare hands, called the 'Sin of War' by the flood this being is perhaps the only being we can call close to a champion in the traditional sense, this 'Sin' has only been unleashed in times of necessity to the Flood, being noted to have the same abilities as both the Hiver type and a high class combat Psyker, no know Imperial force has been able to survive it till this point. Although no Custodies or Titan has yet to face it.
The Floods infection of Ork populations although slower than other Xenos or humans, appears to have great rewards for it with strong Combat Form available in the immediate. We are also semi-thankful that Flood spores appear to kill of Ork Reproduction Spores eventually, preventing the Flood from 'farming' Ork Combat Forms and biomass. Although again semi-thankful as it still leave the Flood to deal with.
