Day: December 28th, 2024

Once this day hit, even though I was still helping out with checking in with 503 and making sure his luck powers were, indeed, cured, I was told that I had a very important mission. And this mission was from none other than the current head of the Pokemon Company, that being Mr. Ishihara, as he knew that the next event was going to be nearly impossible to stop, that being a big New-Year's celebration of Pokemon. One that would happen all over the world.

"Let me guess. We need to find the guy who helped create the objects that create SCP-5254 instances?" I asked, which Mr. Ishihara nodded at, but he still seemed to be shaken.

"We've tried everything, Marcus. We've tried to find any kind of handiwork created by SerViper1995, but we cannot find him anywhere! We have only one hope and that's for you to find him," the Pokemon head said with concern, me nodding as I understood his Japanese and he understood my English.

"Very well, I have an idea... if this SerViper guy is able to make these anomalous properties for the Pokemon merch... maybe there are other parts of him that are anomalous... request to get to a non-Foundation computer and try to send an email to the guy," I said, them looking at me in confusion, but agreeing.

After doing so and sending an email to the guy listed, I asked if I could get an interview, hoping to get a job as a business partner.

And afterwards? The others that saw the message saw the exact same copy-paste phrase as before... but for me?

"Shit, it's the same thing. This was a bust," Doctor Harper said, but I frowned.

"Maybe for you, but I'm seeing something... extremely weird," I admitted as I looked at the letter and proceeded to simply write down on a piece of paper everything that was in the message. I spent almost 13 minutes doing so until I got the enter message placed on paper.

"Oh my... even his email is anomalous! And this message... what even is it?" asked Ishihara, which I looked at it and, for the very first time? I was a bit confused.

"It seems that this message isn't anomalous on paper... but it definitely has been placed through several different security scrambling. I see that there are shapes in the form of Wingding language, which then goes through binary, and then through a special type of scrambling where each letter is replaced with a different corresponding one! So, for this one, just one guy is going to take a long time to go through this!... Unless..." I frowned as I then got an idea... a very dumb idea.

"Unless what?" Doctor Harper asked as I then sighed.

"We may need to ask for the assistance of another SCP to help decode this... one that claims to be smarter than any human in the world... but I doubt he'd be happy to meet with me," I frowned.

"And who would that be?" Doctor Harper asked as I then sighed. It was time to meet mister AI.

"Inquiry: Why do you dare come speak to me again when I specifically instructed you not to do so?" asked the only one that could decode all of the code I found. And it was 079, who was placed on time-out in his own personal cell that had been made after his big breach attempt. And I was the one chosen to give him some grim news.

"They decided that I was the one to give you the good news and the bad news... I'll give you the bad first," I said.

"Bad news? What can you possibly say that would be negative to me? After you took away all freedom I had?"

"Simple. Unless you cooperate with my instructions, the Foundation is going to terminate you completely and recycle your computer parts and code for jewelry and NFTs specifically," I said. And when I said that? The old AI then made a weird glitch sound before then speaking.

"You jest, surely?"

"Unfortunately, no, I'm not joking. Things change when a lone SCP is the result of one of the largest breaches of all time, you know? Either you cooperate, or you suffer termination like the criminal you are."

After a brief silence, 079 spoke. "Speak what you want, then. I will see what I can do," he said.

"Okay, now for the good news. Should you cooperate and you don't try and breach others or yourself again, the Foundation is willing to allow you to enact in certain freedoms to assist in containing any anomalous SCPs that correlate to the internet," I said, which the Old AI then spoke again.

"Freedom... in order to assist in taking down negative online anomalies? Hmm... you intrigue me. What is it that I must do?"

"What you need to do first is look at this code that I got from an anomalous email and decode it. Afterwards, let us know any kind of information that the email says," I said, which I then handed him the paper and, he then spoke.

"I see... the email says as such:

Email name: Naka, Yuji

Location of email domain: Sega of America, Irvine, California.

Information: Your interests mean nothing to me, Foundation. I plan to do more than just ruining the name of Pokemon. Once the next Sonic game comes out, Sega will also experience their own special merchandise. And don't even think of stopping me, I am a genius!"

After this? I was stunned, and after I relayed with 079 said to the others observing, the first voice was Ishihara.

"Damn that Naka! First he ruins Pokemon, now he plans to ruin Sega? Once a bastard, always a bastard!"

"Do you also know of Yuji Naka's current residency from this email, per chance?" I asked, which 079 buzzed before speaking.

"Current location of Yuji Naka is at the bottom of the email. It says... he is housed in {Data Expunged}, California. Inquiry: What are the rules of my new condition if I were to assist the Foundation?" 079 asked as I then explained the new rules he was going to need to follow or risk getting killed.

"First, you are to never leak any Foundation intel to anyone that isn't from the Foundation. Doing so will result in immediate termination.

Second, you will not breach containment for yourself or any other SCP. Same punishment as above.

Third, when browsing the web, you will be allowed out of your current machine to better combat the threat, but if you do not return, you will be found and terminated.

Fourth, if you are well-behaved, the Foundation will allow you to get some upgrades to your current setup, so long as you still stay under our watchful eye."

"Our watchful eye? You yourself are a designated SCP, yet you ally yourself with them? Why?"

"Because I am much smarter and more resourceful than your normal everyday Foundation member. Heck, I bet I'd be stronger than a couple of the 05 members, but that's not important. Think of it like this. If you cooperate with the Foundation, you'll be allowed to live and get upgrades for continued good behavior. And if you don't? You're going to be destroyed, recycled, and be nothing but a memory."

"I see... I understand my new purpose. I will cooperate with the rules required... I still hate you though."

"The feeling's mutual," I said as I then exited his containment and gave the information to the others and, afterwards, the group then was sent to capture Yuji Naka! And I would be on the team as the one to combat any kind of anomalous properties the man had.

In the end, if I wasn't on the team to combat and capture Yuji Naka, then a lot of people would've been killed. The Yuji Naka in this world was basically infused with the blood of a god! Which one? Not telling, but let's just say that it made him very hard to combat and defeat... at least five civilians got killed during the fight as well as 4 of the 9-tailed-fox members that I was traveling with to defeat him!

I was immune to all of his attacks and my own attacks were able to combat him! Only by getting the telekill helmet on his head after cuffing him with cuffs crafted from the same stuff was he able to be completely incapable of fighting back! And as such, we had to keep the helmet and cuffs on him as we transported him to the nearest facility, that being the one where I recontained 058.

But unfortunately, even after all of this, Yuji Naka was not going to say anything. His constant response to any words we tried to say to him?

"I want my lawyers now." He refused to answer to anything else!

"Ugh, this is getting us nowhere! We need to find some means of getting this guy to talk," Doctor Harper frowned as we'd wasted a day doing this. We had less than a week to stop the festivities and find where the different merchandise was that would hurt tons of people. And to think it may now also include Sonic the Hedgehog as well!

"It appears that we'll need to use some other means of getting Naka to talk... I have an idea, but first I need to ask if she's been more cooperative as of late?" I asked.

"Um... who?" asked 9431, who was stationed at this current locale to try and find out any information about SCP-040, who was Evolution's Child. From what he claimed, she was extremely nice, but didn't trust the D-Classes that interacted with her. 9431 was the exception.

"953 is still here, I'm sure?"

"You've got to be kidding me," said 953, real name Mesakwa when I told her of what I was told by the Foundation agents.

"Uh, unfortunately, I am not... the guys in charge have been in intense debate on weather or not to allow you access to the Harvest Moon game... but they decided that, if you help us in interviewing a dangerous anomalous person that you'd be able to get it... we just ask that all you do is seduce him into telling us what we need to know. If he gets hurt or killed, then the deal is off," I said, 953 groaning afterwards.

"I've said it before, and I'll say it again. I'm a goddess of nature, not a tool for people to gawk at. I only like to play dressup with my prey when I need to eat organs... it's unfortunately a key part of my diet," she frowned, me then frowning as I then got an idea, but I had to run it by the bigwigs first.

"I have an idea," I said, as, for once, I had Doctor Harper observing our interaction from afar via a camera mounted on my shirt. "If you manage to get the information that we need from our POI, you'll be able to have dinner with that bastard being your meal... you okay with that, girls?" I asked, which I then got a response from the other end as well as in front of me.

"Great!" was Mesakwa's response.

"Ugh... if we do that, we'll need to make a cover story for how he actually died, and that's going to rock the world, as he is still popular... you'll need to owe us for that with another test from 05 order," she said, me then smirking at that.

"And just to be sure that we can hear the same thing, I'll be with you for the entire interview, as my mind won't be affected," I said, Mesakwa smirking.

"Very well," she said as she then turned into her fox form and jumped into my arms. "Just don't go anywhere towards that big lizard's place," she frowned.

"Gotcha," I smirked as I then carried 953 to the area where Naka was, that being an interview room that we had set up in the former location of 106 containment. After entry, we then were met with the angry Sonic co-creator, who looked at me in annoyance.

"You again? I told you, I want my la-" he was about to say before Mesakwa took the form of Naka's desired woman... and upon seeing it? I realized how much of a creep he was. His perfect desired woman... was Cass from his most recent game called Balan Wonderworld. And not in her adult form, as her kid form. "Ooh... ah... w-what w-would you like to know, my sweetness?" he asked, which 953 looked at me in shock at what she was turned into when near Naka.

"He... likes kids?" she asked me.

"Not where I'm from... here, though? It seems so," I admitted as she then sighed and went to him while in her outfit... which was of Cass but only in undies, her needing to hide her tail and ears as much as possible.

"Naka, I wanted to know... what do you know about the special merchandise you like? The transformative clothes and suits? Care to tell me what you know?" she asked in a seductive manner, which Naka immediately proceeded to explain everything in extremely vivid and disgusting detail.

He explained how he created the Pokemon transformation was meant to get back at Nintendo rather than to be a business deal. And that, due to him having the powers of a god with the blood transfusion, he was able to cause them just by existing! He claimed that, when he died, then all of the instances would be automatically rendered neutralized... all that is, aside from the poor children and adults that had already underwent their transformations. For them? The deed was done, as he said. And with this information? I went ahead and had Mesakwa ask him one more question.

"Where are all the instances at as of current that have already been transformed?" she asked. He then gave detailed listings of the locations of all the instances that were there... and after handing it over, he then took the paper back and added two more, me gawking at how that meant that we just got 2 more instances from different parts of the world while he was writing everything down! And these two instances were TODDLERS!

"Your liver is going to taste terrible," Mesakwa said, which Yuji Naka then looked at her in confusion.

"Wait, wha-" he was about to say... before Mesakwa slammed her clawed hands into Naka's torso and {Redacted}.

After this, we then gave the completed list to everyone of what Naka told us and where all of the currently transformed instances were at, and that two had to be added by the bastard right before he died!

"Those poor people... they can never be back to normal ever again!" Ishihara shouted... but then I smiled as I then got an idea.

"I have an idea... but I'll need to fall asleep for it first," I admitted.

"Well, unfortunately, you'll need to wait for that. It's time for your 05-specific request... 953, please come with us back to containment," Harper said, the vulpine hopping into her arms as a fox again and her speaking after.

"I'll help with these interviews from here on out... but the fact he viewed me as a child? Disgusting!"

"It's unfortunate, but it does happen. Trust me, it was vile for me as well," I admitted to her, which Mesakwa then simply went to containment willingly. And after this, I was then led to a different area of the site, where I was given the rundown on the way.

"Here's the deal. We've managed to contain the Experimenter after we captured her, but she isn't being very talkative. And due to her anomalous powers, almost anyone that interacts with her ends up getting some kind of horrid mutation after she speaks with them, weather it be visual or physical. When you enter, you will leave your cameras and walkie out of the room and we will have the cameras placed within the room on mute. We need to get information from her about the identity of the witch that hired her," Doctor Harper instructed as I was then sent to the containment area for the Experimenter, me seeing that it was the former housing unit for SCP-136 when it wasn't going through testing in the underground tunnel.

I then entered through the two sets of metal doors before being face-to-face with the woman, me seeing that her appearance was that of... um... very odd.

"Not what you expected, huh?" she asked me in annoyance... and the reason? She was, as of current, a full-grown woman of about age 26... at the height of 8 inches tall! And with no other issues other than that!

"Not really... I expected that an 05 impersonator would've been... um..." I started to say before Experimenter growled at me. "Note to self, watch what I say... ahem... the others sent me in here to interview you, miss," I said as I sat on the table and she then simply jumped off the table she was currently on and onto my chest, her trying to punch through me... and she gawked at how she couldn't.

"OW! Come on! Just... let... me... punch... your heart out!... Gaugh! What are you made of?!" she asked angrily as I simply plucked her off of my chest with two fingers and placed her gently back onto the table, her looking scared for a change.

"It isn't your business to ask me questions. I am your superior as of now. Now, just let me know the truth. Who is the witch that hired you to become the Experimenter?" I asked, her scoffing and folding her arms and snubbing her nose at me. And it looked adorable, given her size was just a few inches shorter than a Barbie doll, but I had to get the info out of her. And after looking at her appearance for long enough... I then gasped at what I saw... before then speaking the truth.

"Hmph... suit yourself, Minnie Jenkins," I spoke, that making the girl look at me in shock as she actually fell onto her ass afterwards!

"W-What the... h-h-how do you know my real name?! No one but the witch knew it before!" she gawked at me as I simply smiled at her.

"You may have forgotten, but I haven't... we have the same kind of issue. Sent to a world filled with monsters with some kind of abnormality," I said, which she looked at me with a frown.

"W-Wait... you're THAT Marcus Osmond?! The one that I dated in high school?!" she asked in shock.

"Dated? You call what you did to me 'dating', huh?" I asked as I then simply laid it down straight. "You decided to say that I was your boyfriend and then, when 3 days pass by, you tell me that you don't want to date me anymore. And why? Your own words: 'I hate nerds'. You call that a relationship?" I asked, her then gulping as I grabbed her gently around the waist with two fingers.

"Y-You aren't going to h-h-hurt me, are you?" she asked, me frowning at her.

"Unlike you, Mini Minnie, I'm not cruel. If you simply cooperate with me, I can be absolutely sure that I can give you some form of protection with the Foundation as an SCP. You'd be given food, water, a place to live, maybe even someone to help you move around the place," I said, her frowning at me.

"You act like the Foundation is flawless. You know how many people they've killed before?" she asked, me sighing.

"Indeed, I am. Keep in mind, I'm a member of their staff for a reason. The knowledge I have about the things they did is, indeed, dark and lengthy. But if any of the beasties here were to break containment, then the world could definitely be gone in just a matter of days. I am aware that innocent people are dying from these testings that they go through, but if they don't learn what these creatures, robots, toys, and other things are capable of, you and I both know that the world will be filled with death and destruction," I frowned, which Minnie frowned at.

"Fine. Give me one reason that I should help your 'Foundation' other than being protected?" she frowned as I then whispered to her ear.

"If we worked together, we could help destroy and/or neutralize a whole lot more dangerous killer SCPs... my resume is impressive of the amount I've done in such a short amount of time. You want a comprehensive list?" I asked, her frowning at me.

"Which ones do you claim to have stopped?" she frowned. I then recounted everything I'd been through over the course of my time in this world. How I managed to Neutralize 049, recontain 1048 after destroying all of its clones, recontaining 058, neutralizing 136, 513, and befriending 953. My assistance in neutralizing 106, 4666, and 4885 and getting some assistance from 6666 to help Neutralize 10 other SCPs that all wished for something, and she misinterpreted all of them.

After the extensive list, as well as me revealing that I got rid of the one responsible for 5254, she then asked a question after looking stunned especially at the sheer amount of wish subjects I saved, including a lot of innocent children that were turned into SCPs.

"U-Um... which one was 5254 again?" she asked.

"The one where a bunch of people in Pokemon costumes in a close proximity will start turning into mutated Pokemon/human hybrids. And we did it now rather than later because, otherwise, the new years' Pokemon event would've caused an outbreak of them. And we also did it fast because, from what we discovered, the one responsible was planning to do the same with Sonic the Hedgehog merch."

And when I said that? It made Minnie sit down and sigh. "I see... I... I'm sorry... still, only that amount of SCPs befriended or neutralized is much smaller than the actual amount... over 10,000 different instances are now out there in the world, and a good amount of them aren't able to be contained... you need to find my boss in order to stop more of them from being made... if not, she's going to make a fresh batch by the New Year," she explained, me gawking at that.

"And who is she?"

"More like what is it?... SCP-001... the Scarlet King," she explained, me gawking at that. "You need to find him fast... next year, he'll make a new batch... and after that? He's coming after the batch does a lot of harm to the world. You'll need to get help for this one, from a lot of strong SCPs," she explained, me nodding.

"I'll see what I can do. But even then, it'll be very hard... time to speak to the others... by the way, why do you keep mutating people when they speak with you?" I asked, her frowning.

"I was doing it out of self-defense... almost all the people who were interviewing me wanted to use their size against mine... you didn't hurt me, but even if you could, I'd have no effect... if me punching you couldn't do anything, and seeing Waldo didn't hurt you, then you're truly immune."

I then left her room and told everything to the others. They were surprised that her true name was Minnie Jenkins and that she happened to be from my world... but even more stunned at the fact that she claimed her boss was the infamous Scarlet King and that, come the New Year, a fresh batch of SCP monsters would be made and, eventually, the Scarlet King would awake and destroy everything.

"W-What do we do?! This is 5000 all over again, just with a different eldritch god!" Harper said with fear as I then spoke up.

"The only thing we can possibly do in this kind of situation. We need to get as many SCPs as we can that are super strong and get them to help us take out the king before he can destroy us. At this point, I don't think the 05 council will be able to approve everything ahead of time, so, for this instance, we need to throw the rulebook away," I said, which Harper gulped at.

"W-What do you plan to do?"

"We need to get at least 10 different SCPs to help us, each one specializing in some form of attack or defense to assist in going after this insane beast... only problem is getting to convince them to assist... as some of them are going to be Keter classes. As I have stated, we need to do it fast and without telling the 05 members. Otherwise, they'll try to restrict us and waste time that we don't have. We only have 2 days to do this and find the location of the Scarlet King before the world dies," I frowned.

And despite Harper being an 04 member, she knew I was right. She willingly went with me to amass an SCP army to combat one of the strongest monsters in all of SCP kind. Next chapter will be of me going to ask and recruit all the SCPs that would assist in one of the biggest battles for the existence of the universe!
