Mirror Maiden found Nilou in the Serenitea Pot Manor's basement, sighing and brooding, which was very unlike her. She approached the dancer and asked, "Did the Akademiya ban dancing again?"
Nilou nodded glumly.
"Well, why are you moping around here? You got to fight the man!"
"How? This time, they're saying they'll imprison anyone who dances or speaks in favor of dancing."
Mirror Maiden frowned. "Hold on, I'll be back. I know some people who can help."
She departed.
An hour passed before Mirror Maiden returned with a whole bunch of people. Nilou recognized most of them; dancers and performers across Teyvat. One of them, Eula, approached Nilou and said, "Mirror Maiden told me about the ban. Mark my words, I shall assist you."
Everyone else assured her they'd help, too, from Furina and Barbara to Little One and Kachina. Nilou smiled wanly.
"Thanks, everyone," she said, "but I'm not sure they'll accept a debate this time."
"Screw debating," said Mirror Maiden. "This time, we'll make it so they can't debate us anymore."
"What do you mean?"
"I've brought in an expert at dancing rebellion. Someone who's fought a dancing ban in every multiverse and won. He's the star of the greatest movie of all time."
"And he can save us?"
"Well, I'll certainly do my best," said a man.

Sumeru's dancing ban was ruled unconstitutional. Enacted by the Grand Sage to appease the older scholars, the unpopular ban threatened imprisonment to anyone who danced or spoke in favor of dancing. To protest this order, famous dancer Nilou hosted a dance party across the nation featuring guest stars such as Furina, Eula, Barbara, Lyney, Hu Tao, Xinyan, Yun Jin, Kachina, Xilonen, Little One, Klee, Gaming, Arrataki Itto, and Kevin Bacon.
Officers sent to arrest the dancers became ensnared in the dancing frenzy and had to arrest themselves. Eventually, the dancing spread across the city, making its way through the Akademiya. From there, the dancing frenzy quickly captured all of Sumeru as everyone boogied from Akademiya to the Desert.
The Grand Sage was faced with an impossible choice: either declare the anti-dancing law unconstitutional or imprison every single person in Sumeru, including himself. He repealed the law and voluntarily stepped down from the position.
Nilou thanked everyone who helped her resist the unfair law, especially Kevin Bacon. The actor said no problem before returning to his own dimension, where he would continue fighting for the freedom to dance.
