To Arlecchino,

It has come to my attention that you've been spending exorbitant amounts of Mora to purchase Traveler TCG booster packets. This does not seem like a frugal investment. I must ask you to recompense the appropriate Fatui treasuries and Northland Banks immediately and cease further purchases.

To Regrater,

The purchases were and continue to be necessary. The Traveler TCG Community is composed of powerful and influential figures such as the Raiden Shogun, the Tianquan, the Acting Grandmaster of the Knights of Favonius, the former Hydro Archon, the Yuheng, the Kamisato Clan Heiress, the Divine Priestess of Watatsumi, the Gujii Yae, the Grand Secretary of Liyue, and so on. Integrating this community requires purchases of the most metagame-powerful cards to stay competitive in matches.

In a month of playing this game, I made contacts that allowed me to ingratiate myself with the rulers of three different nations. What, may I ask, have your banks accomplished in all that time? Liyue remains hostile to the Fatui and the Northland Bank. Mondstadt scoffs at any financial offers you make them. Inazuma's Archon slew one of our ranks. I have made the Acting Grandmaster, the Tianquan, and the Raiden Shogun my companions through this card game.

Never question my methods again. Or you might find the results most unappealing.

Yours,

The Knave

To Arlecchino,

I apologize if the tone of my previous letter offended you. Everyone is entitled to their hobbies. If you wish to spend your Mora on Traveler TCG, that is at your discretion. All I ask is a bit more moderation.

The Northland Bank will continue funding the House of the Hearth's operations, but we would prefer to see a more concrete return on investments than simply contacts.

Keeping up: Diplomacy Advances for the Fatui by Charlotte

Today, several exchanges took place that benefited the Fatui. First, Tianquan struck a deal with the Northland Bank that increased the Fatui's coffers. Simultaneously, the Raiden Shogun and Priestess of Watatsumi reinstated the Snezhnayan Embassy, which had been closed after the Fatui's role in the Sakoku Decree. Finally, the Acting Grandmaster extended invitations to the Weinlesefest to Fatui officers residing in Mondstadt's Goth Grand Hotel. The last represents an unprecedented moment, as Fatui were normally forbidden from attending such events.

The leaders of each nation explained their decisions were favors for their mutual friend. Acting Grandmaster Jean said, "I'll admit, I don't trust all of the Fatui. But after playing cards with a Harbinger, I see they're not all as bad as I feared. If the rest of them are anything like Arlecchino, perhaps I've misjudged them."

To Arlecchino,

The Tsaritsa decreed that the Northland Bank will subsidize your Traveler TCG purchases in the future. She hopes you will continue playing cards with leaders of the other nations and expand the influence of our operatives.

Also, I freaking hate you.

I have the honor to be your obedient servant,
